Legions of the sacred fire from out the Great Central Sun: assemble in this place! I call unto thee, Serapis Bey and seraphim of God. Descend! Descend for the purification of worlds, of the mind, the heart and the soul of each one who upholds the flame of victory.
We are come, and I am in the presence of the Four and Twenty Elders.1 Therefore mark you well, beloved sons and daughters of God, the hour is coming and now is when your chalices might be expanded - the chalice of the heart and the mind and the third eye, yes, beloved, and the chalice of the spoken Word.
I call now and I summon. I summon the Five Dhyani Buddhas from out the white fire core of God. I summon them to this place; for I desire the action of the needle rays and the secret rays from each of the Buddhas to penetrate your four lower bodies as you will to receive that action now. For the action of the needle rays and the five secret rays is necessary for the quickening of the mind and for the expansion of the heart so that it can contain love and only love and only love.
We are come, therefore, to deal with sin, disease and death on earth. We come to intensify the action of the healing green flame of the Fifth Ray. Let emerald fire descend for the consuming of microbes, viruses and all that is harmful to the citadel of man and woman and child!
Elohim made thee in the Beginning. And Elohim would have thee in the Ending for the victory of your ascension in the Light. Therefore know, beloved, that there is nothing you could have in the earth that could be worth more than this victory. So great a promise! So great a salvation!
Know that you indeed live in a twilight zone, that you have at times pierced that zone and risen above it in communion with the ascended hosts during our dictations. However, in your unascended state, you could not possibly fathom the beauty, the light and the eternality of the sacred spheres even of your own Causal Body.
Therefore, do not let the little things of life, the attachments, take from you the glorious opportunity to have your victory and thereby to liberate millions upon earth. Let go! Let go! Let go! even before you have processed all of "these things."
For there is a fire that burns in the heart, and your Holy Christ Self will increase that fire. And in that fire is the very glow of Elohim, the very glow of Archangels and the incense that wafts its holiness upon your soul. From heavenly altars, then, receive the frankincense.
Know, beloved, that ye are able to cut the Gordian knot2 that confronts you in this moment - whether it be of the spirit or the soul or of the mental body or the desire body, whether it be the temptation to go here or there rather than to choose the noble path of freedom that delivers the soul again and again and again.
Do not repeat daily the thoughts, the feelings, the actions, the choices that imprison your soul. But elevate your soul, intensify your fervor for God. Be as a runner in the race,3 running to receive the fire of the heart of your Holy Christ Self, that your soul might increase in light each day and multiply halo upon halo around herself.
Know that the halos of the soul increase as you are devoted to the healing of others and to the annihilation of Death and Hell. The latter, including the denizens thereof, shall one day be rolled up in a scroll and cast into the lake of sacred fire;4 and those who are carried away in that scroll shall not know eternal life.
This is the parting of the way. God as Elohim has given you the opportunity to use the All-Seeing Eye of God to direct into the greatest darkness magnificent emerald rays as beacon lights throughout the earth. You need not fear the fallen angels or the demons; for it is they who tremble in the night before the victorious music, the victorious decrees that you offer, challenging all evil that assails any soul of Light upon earth.
I come, then, to empower you who are able to receive the empowerment of Elohim because of your preparedness. Preparedness is the key when you welcome Elohim, beloved.
I would give you energy of emerald light for your use in healing any state of consciousness that may be troubling you. But you must first heal yourself of criticism, condemnation - gossip! Heal yourself of judging others. Heal yourself of putting down another just so you can elevate yourself. Heal yourself, beloved, and enter the glorious resurrection fires of Easter.
This is the time to transcend yourself over and over and over again. This is the time for self-transcendence through the flame of the transfiguration, the flame of the resurrection, the flame of the ascension. Yes, take full opportunity to pray profoundly that angels of God might clear impure records of the mind, and know that the sacred fire of Christ's resurrection is able to consume so much that you have been wrestling with.
Wrestle no more! For with Elohim, Archangels and the Lord Jesus Christ you shall know in these five days a transformation you have not known in years. Accept it! Receive it! Kneel at your bedside this night in fervent prayer that you might resolve your conflicts, whether with God, Elohim, Archangel, Messenger, friend or foe.
It is time to know, beloved, that all that matters is your victory in the mighty spheres of Light. Draw down the spheres of your Causal Body through fervent devotion to your beloved I AM Presence. Let the Presence drape flowing robes of light around you.
Have the courage to stand in the presence of God's perfection and power and omniscience. Have the courage to pull down your Holy Christ Self. Do not shun the walk with your True Self, but walk and talk as though you were on the road to Emmaus with the Lord Christ,5 who is forever the King of your own kingdom.
This is the way, I say. Walk ye in it. Establish a plan for your personal path and for the members of your household. Establish a master plan for Community building and for the worldwide dissemination of the Teachings.
Let souls of Light from around the world gather here in this Community of the Holy Spirit, for we deliver an outpouring of Light from Elohim for the re-creation of the worlds of the Lightbearers everywhere in this cosmos.
We are accelerating the Lightbearers! And the Lord God Almighty, through his Archangels, does let the judgment of the fallen angels descend. For they have refused to enter into paths of righteousness under the laws of God disseminated by the Manus6 from the Beginning.
I AM Cyclopea. I come in the presence of the Four and Twenty Elders. These magnificent beings of Light are robed in white and gold, beloved. They come with a message of victory for those who are the victorious ones. And they deliver lessons - lessons indeed and chastenings to those who have not made the use they should have made of stupendous teachings we have released and the light that comes through these teachings.
It is never too late! We do not fault you except to remind you for a little moment that you might have done better and won a greater crown. But today is today and the hour is the hour, and the hour of Cyclopea has come. Therefore, I stand in your midst and I say, come with me! Come with me this night to my retreat.7
Come with me, for you shall know what the All-Seeing Eye is focused upon. You shall see events past, present and future by the beacon of the All-Seeing Eye of God that we pass before you. And in this moment we give you a touch on the third eye that the hardened substance that does not allow you to see what is real and what is unreal might be transmuted.
Go not this way and that, but remain in the centeredness of your own God-free being. The Lord has said it: "Go not here nor there; but look, for the kingdom of God is within you."8
If you accept that the consciousness of God is within you, then look to that consciousness as God's kingdom and allow yourself to be God-taught through the assistance of the Masters and the Messenger. Do not fear to follow the inner voice as long as you have purified the power of that voice, the wisdom of that voice and the love of that voice.
Let God speak to you in the innermost sanctuary of your soul. Let God speak to you. Approach the altar of your heart in prayer when you retire at night and when you awaken in the morning. Let a prayer be on your lips at both ends of the day, beloved. For as the sun does rise and the sun does set, so the glory of the Lord shall come upon you, even as the LORD God did enter the camp of Abraham.9
Yes, beloved, there is a time and a place to receive Ascended Masters. Your El Morya waits for you to bring yourself to that level where he might commune with you. Do not underestimate the necessity of self-discipline or the action of accelerated decrees that enable you to come into a true communion with your Holy Christ Self and I AM Presence.
The days are short. They are always short for mortals. Yes, the stint of mortality that you have got yourself into and must get yourself out of is indeed short. Many of you can remember what you were doing ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty years ago. And the time has passed like the Lightning Flash descending through the sefirot of the Tree of Life.10
Time, then, is not real, nor space itself.
I will tell you what is real. It is God-free being!
Therefore, if you are not free in your members, if you are a prisoner of habits and desires, then how shall you enter into the victory of the Lord and march with the legions of Light in the triumphal march of your own victory?
Assess yourself, beloved. Are you enslaved to this or that?
If so, then I say, you are yet a miserable creature. Be not enslaved by anyone or anything. Then you shall always be free to serve your God, to note the timetables of the Four and Twenty Elders, to sense when Elohim are nigh.
Yes, beloved, freedom of spirit and soul is the most valuable freedom of all. None can take it from you, not even the shackles of the world or imprisonment or confinement. When the spirit is free and the soul is free, you know that you shall soar as a bird and sing the song of the free all the way Home to the Great Central Sun.
I have come because I desire to see you pursue the gift of discernment of spirits so that you may never again be led astray into this or that psychic thralldom or the wretchedness of lower, astral levels of consciousness.
I AM Cyclopea, and the Mother Virginia does approach. Her presence is vast as you calculate time and space. For, as you know, Elohim inhabit the glory of the stars unto the Central Sun through worlds within and without.
Elohim! God in action. Elohim.
Therefore, sacred fire of Alpha and Omega, rise on the spinal altar of these devotees of Light.
Now, blessed ones, receive the light we pour on the spinal altar through the brain and the central nervous system.
As ye have prepared, so be filled.
I AM Cyclopea. I open this conference. And with your permission I open your hearts to the LORD God, to the Lord Christ, to the Lord Maitreya, to the Lord Manjushri, to the Lord Padma Sambhava, to the Lord Sanat Kumara and to the Lord of the World, Gautama Buddha.
Remember, the All-Seeing Eye sees all.

The five-day Easter Retreat 1995 was held April 12 through 16, 1995, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. The opening dictation, by Elohim Cyclopea in the presence of the Twenty-Four Elders, was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on Wednesday, April 12, 1995. In her lecture before the dictation, the Messenger gave highlights from the dictations of the Elohim Cyclopea and Virginia since the founding of The Summit Lighthouse in 1958. "Triumphal March" from Aïda by Verdi was played as the meditation music in preparation for the dictation.

You have taught that the Masters give us presents on our birthday. I would like to share my birthday present this year and witness to the tremendous power of confession. My daughter received her First Holy Communion in the Heart at the July 1994 Freedom conference. One requirement was that the applicants and their parents each write a confession letter. You would read these letters and establish a penance.
I was raised Protestant and knew nothing about the ritual of confession until I joined Church Universal and Triumphant in 1976. Since that time I have written many confession letters, but this one was different.
About a month before the First Holy Communion ceremony, I sat down at my home computer and started to type. I asked my Holy Christ Self to remind me of all the things that I needed to confess. It was so difficult a task that each time I finished telling about an event, I gave a big sigh, glad that I was through. Then yet another scene would flash before me and more would need to be written. Eight hours and many tears later, I finished. There was nothing left to tell. I felt totally empty and at peace.
In the ensuing weeks I was busy with the end of the school year events and with preparations for the conference. I was in my six-week birthday cycle, and summer solstice was approaching. Normally this time of year can be pretty tough for me. Yet the day before solstice I felt incredibly light. I was joyous. I danced through the day, passing my tests, feeling on top of the world. At first I thought it was a fluke. It was highly unusual. (Funny how sometimes we identify with the difficulties of the Path and not the joys!) It took two days of basking in this freedom to realize that something significant had indeed happened. When I asked my Holy Christ Self what, the answer was the confession letter.
The next day I received a telephone call from one of your secretaries. You had read my letter and given me a penance. You thanked me for unburdening my heart. And unburdened my heart I had! In writing the letter I had to confront my sins and accept the need for forgiveness. There were no longer any barriers between you and me - real or imagined. You knew it all and loved me anyway. Such indescribable joy!
On my birthday, June 30, both Jesus and the Maha Chohan gave dictations through you and spoke of the process of confession and forgiveness. Beloved Jesus said:
I come, therefore, to impart to you the washing of the waters by the Word, a profound acceptance from my heart, giving unto you the true spirit of forgiveness - forgiveness as the open door of opportunity to correct the wrongs and to intensify the rights.
None of you here or anywhere on earth who knows the Way, the Truth and the Life should ever doubt for a moment that forgiveness is forthcoming when you ask for it, when you repent of your misdoings, when you desire to be baptized not only with water but with the Holy Ghost and with fire. Let none dwell for a moment in the sense "My wrongs are so great I cannot seek forgiveness." This frame of mind smacks of spiritual pride, beloved.
Therefore, accept the need for forgiveness. Ask for it. Put sin and the sense of sin behind you and know that I AM truly with you always, especially in your deepest moments of despair, in your deviations from your chosen path, whatever that path might be, beloved. ...
But should you slip and fall, blessed hearts, never, never fall for the lie that you cannot be forgiven. For as long as you continue to forsake whatever sin, whatever aberration you may have committed or you think you may have committed, our Father will forgive you. It is true that some, repeating the condemnations put upon them by authority figures, condemn themselves and accept that they have done wrong when they have done no wrong.
Therefore I, Jesus, come to you in this hour so that you may have the opportunity for full absorption in the Mind of God, full oneness with the comfort flame of the Maha Chohan. Thereby you may receive absolution from me and truly be a part of my Sacred Heart. [Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 37, no. 30]
But I tell you, beloved, the greatest mistake you could ever make in life is to fault yourself for your sins and not realize that your sins are not what I am looking at. I am looking at the quality of the heart, the purity of the mind, the devotion, the path. I am looking for what counts and not for a human being in a straitjacket who is always materially perfect but misses the mark of spiritual perfection for want of seeing clearly.
Therefore, get on with plucking out the tares from your consciousness, the tares of gossip and criticism and condemnation and judgment and faultfinding with yourself and others. ...
So, then, remember the mantra. Remember the mantra that Jesus gave to your Catherine of Siena. And Catherine repeatedit and said to Jesus, "Thou the All; I the nothing. Thou the All; I the nothing." And each time she said, "I the nothing," she would be emptied and then emptied again and again until her entire vessel was a fitting habitation for me and for Jesus. This is the formula, beloved. Know it well. Know it well. [Pearls of Wisdom, vol. 37, no. 31]
This was a birthday present I will never forget!
I am so grateful that you required me to write a letter of confession in preparation for the sacrament of my daughter's First Holy Communion. Otherwise, this experience might have been postponed.
Now each Sunday before I take Communion I write a letter of confession. I want to maintain the state of openness between my heart and the heart of the Holy Spirit, the Maha Chohan.
