Hail, legions of the Sixth Ray! I commend thee for thy presence in the Immaculate Heart. Come hither, then, for we shall deliver unto earth the judgments of the Lord Christ in this hour.
Ye who have gathered here for this spring conclave know well that the advent of spring does bring the sign of the Lord Christ. Therefore, across the face of the earth, there is no town or street or city, no place of residence where the angels of Cosmic Christ Peace of my bands, where the legions of Uriel do not enter.
As in all past ages, the people of earth have had unending opportunity to confess their sins and right their wrongdoings and to enter into a communion with the Lord Christ, the living Saviour. Thus, we say the ax does fall. This is the hour, then, when some are taken and others are left,1 when some are bankrupt and others may yet have time to fulfill their vows made early on before God, yet long forgotten.
Thus, my coming is by the call of the Lord Christ. I have come, beloved, that he might know the deliverance of his people and of the tribes of the earth who mourn.2
Thus, you shall see the judgment outplayed day by day, for not a day shall pass unto the end of this year when there shall not be those who are judged. And so, this will be a clearing of the atmosphere of earth. It will be an unburdening of the four lower bodies of the planet and yourselves, which have borne the weight of sin [i.e., karma] of fallen angels and godless ones.
Thus, beloved, we enter a new era of hope and peace, an era when those who shine brightly, as the stars in the firmament,3 may show their light and thereby assist millions to find this path of the transfiguration, the resurrection and the ascension.
I, Uriel, have declared the hour of the judgment for those whose time is up! Therefore, we come to purge the earth. And you shall see it, you shall know it, and you shall participate in the work of the angels as you daily give till the end of this year the Judgment Call dictated to you by the Lord Christ.4
Call for the judgment of the spiritually bankrupt and empower God's angels to do your will! For ye know that the Lord Christ has said that ye shall judge angels.5 How much more shall ye judge fallen angels and those who have renounced their God.
Know, then, beloved, that the hour of the travail of the Woman and her seed6 must come to an end (just as all things in this world that are not of God must come to an end). And with that end shall come the glory of the New Day, the glory of the gift of God, the glory of the gift of the Manchild and the opening of the way - if ye would claim it and have it, declare it and make it possible - for the golden age itself!
I AM Uriel of the Sixth Ray; Aurora is with me. We bless you and seal you, for this is the hour in which we are sent from this altar by Holy Kumaras to do the work we have been called to do.
Thus, let the midnight hour show the sign of the Lord's coming. And may the tribes of the earth who have turned against the Light know that their judgment is nigh, even at the very door.
I AM Uriel! And ye shall behold how the mighty are fallen. Ye shall behold the fall of the followers of Satan who have occupied the pulpits of the churches. Ye shall see a mass exodus out of the churches that no longer represent the power of the living Christ. For those who have known him from the Beginning will search out and find him in his rightful place - in the hearts of all lightbearers of the earth.
Thus, the Lord Christ and the Lord Gautama have ordained this Church Universal and Triumphant for all those who are awakened unto everlasting life according to the prophecy of Daniel.7
In the invincible majesty of our God, I bow to the Light within you, and I ask you to remain vessels of the holy fire that the fire of God might consume all who are unreal.
I place my hand on your forehead, each one.
I seal you with the sign of God.

the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood:

against the children of the Light ...

Do now receive the judgment of the Lord Christ
within me, within Jesus
and within every Ascended Master,
Do now receive, then, the full return -
multiplied by the energy of the Cosmic Christ -
of their nefarious deeds which they have practiced
since the very incarnation of the Word!

Posture for giving this decree: Stand. Raise your right hand, using the abhaya mudr (gesture of fearlessness, palm forward), and place your left hand to your heart - thumb and first two fingers touching chakra, pointing inward. Give this call at least once in every 24-hour cycle.

This dictation by Archangel Uriel was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on Holy Thursday, April 13, 1995, between 11:57 p.m. and 12:04 a.m. (MDT). A Pentecostal Preacher Becomes a Keeper of the Flame
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful conference last summer. It was my first conference, and I thought that I would share "my story" with you about my path and how I came to be there with you.
I am a 44-year-old native Kentuckian who became a world traveler through my job as an electronic specialist on offshore drilling ships. I started my world tour at the age of 19, shortly after graduating from electronics tech school. My first assignment was in the Far East.
I lived in Singapore for seven years while working in most of the Eastern countries. I met and married my wife, who is of Indian descent, while in Singapore. I found I had a curious love for all Asians and was easily accepted by them. Sometimes I would feel that I could even speak the various languages but of course I couldn't. I suspect some karmic links here but do not have any memory of them.
While living in Singapore, I began to visit the local Buddhist temple and to visit and chant with the monks. I was a novelty to them, and they eventually baptized me and accepted me as their friend. I read and studied the precepts of Buddha and loved to meditate on them.
Finally we moved to the island of Malta, where we stayed for four years while I worked in the Middle East and North Sea. Eventually we moved back to the United States in 1980 while I continued my career in Brazil and other places.
Shortly after returning to the United States I became a born-again Christian and renounced all other teachings. I went on to become a Pentecostal preacher, no less, though not a very good one in my opinion. After ten years of this, my burning heart continued to desire more and I became desperate. I continued to pray for more, as I always had, and the Lord began to cause me to reexamine reincarnation. At first, I was repulsed by this because I knew that it would cost me my church and all of my friends. But after completing my research and looking within my own heart, I had to accept this doctrine. Eventually I was rejected by my church, where I functioned as "fill in" pastor. All of my friends stopped coming around also because of my "leprosy."
One day I happened upon your books The Lost Teachings of Jesus, I and II. Never had I read anything which so reflected my own thoughts and more! One thing led to another and I started checking out your organization. Being very cautious, of course, of "cults," I began to ask around. I got nothing but negative reports but it was all hearsay, which I refused to believe. I called the ranch and asked for a list of members in my geographical area, which they gave me. I called three people, each about 100 miles from my location in different cities. All three gave me high-praise reports for your organization, and my intuitive feeling was good. I found out through them about the conference and, before I knew it, I was there. What perfect timing!
Weeks before the conference the Holy Spirit started showing me an inner image of a Buddha in meditation. I did not know what this meant, but it comforted me to close my eyes and visualize it. I was amazed when I arrived at the conference and saw this very image in your book tent! You taught on the Holy Spirit, which as a Pentecostal had been my forte, so to speak. You spoke the truth (and more than I knew besides) and my heart was thrilled. Your teachings on the Holy Spirit were the perfect teachings for me.
I signed up as a Keeper of the Flame and am now relying upon the Keepers Lessons and more of your books to keep me company here in the Bible belt. Needless to say, there are not too many followers of the Ascended Masters here!
I am trying to work through my karma, as we all are, and I am hoping to start a study group if I can somehow make contact with others of like mind. I sometimes organize study groups at the local library conference room. After meeting mostly with traditionalists, I am praying to make contact with some Truth seekers, as I know these will be easier to work with.
I look forward to learning and growing in your organization and pray daily for help from the Holy Spirit and the Ascended Masters. I have always felt like an alien on this planet and it was very satisfying for me to actually see over three thousand people at your meeting who had similar views!
I would like to know when you think you will be on satellite. I hope it will be soon because you are not on my local cable. (I did try to get you on cable here without success.)
