Ho! It is the last time that I shall appear in this nation's capital unless and until those who know better do better - until those who have seen my calling and heard my word respond to it and postpone not the day of our God's appearing.
Lo, my Presence has counted for ye all for millions of years in this earth and in higher octaves. In joy and love and with what fond purpose I have sponsored this nation and this opportunity!
Keepers of the Flame, by your leave I AM sent from the Great Central Sun to stand in the midst of this city as a pillar of violet flame, my aura, then, sealing a destiny - a destiny far spent.
For America has abdicated her role as the nation of Christhood, the eternal Law of God, as the nation wherein The LORD Our Righteousness should raise up a standard, an ensign of the people and a two-edged sword.
Thus, beloved, through your hearts and yours alone, the Lightbearers in all the earth - those who know me and may not know my name but have espoused the Cause of Freedom and of Peace - through them I shall continue to work.
But I shall not be here, beloved, to deliver to you another statement of my word or my call unless the representatives of the people, from the highest office in the land to the least, shall take their stand for the defense of Freedom.
Therefore, know, O city of an alabaster light, O city that has been cast in the very mold of the God Star, I shall leave when my Messenger does leave and my Keepers of the Flame have concluded their vigil. Thus, so long as this vigil does remain, I shall remain; and upon its conclusion, beloved, let those who have made the karma know that karma, and let those who respond to the Call of God get thee up into the high mountain of the I AM THAT I AM.
This nation, therefore, has received not only my own sponsorship but the sponsorship of Cosmic Beings and councils and of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. Heaven expects a response, a recompense.
Therefore those long fascinated with my person or writings from whatever incarnation or as the Wonderman of Europe,1 those who know my name and associate with it perhaps the glamour and the glitter of other octaves or of personal flattery, I tell you this, I AM a living pillar of violet flame!
Wheresoever you shall raise up that violet flame by a concerted action of a decree momentum, there I shall be, as it were, the genie of the lamp, the lamp of knowledge and transmutation, the lamp of transfiguration and the transubstantiation of the body and the blood of thyself, that the Lord Christ might truly enter therein. Wheresoever a pillar of violet flame is raised up, because it is the equivalency of my Presence I shall be there.
Thus, take, take, then, the Messenger's offering of that which is to be released of the violet flame decrees and calls to my heart. If you shall use that recording of the word,2 angels of the violet flame, Zadkiel, Amethyst, Elohim of the Seventh Ray, Arcturus and Victoria, the beloved Kuan Yin, the beloved Great Divine Director, the beloved elementals, the Holy Spirit, these shall amplify as we, Portia and I, shall amplify my Electronic Presence through it.
Know then, O beloved, that footprint for footprint if America and the earth shall long desire the Presence of Saint Germain with them, they must forge a fire, truly a violet flame fire where I may place my feet. It is indeed the last time, the last Opportunity, the last Freedom and Justice. Either these flames be raised up by the Lightbearers of the world or you shall see the Darkness prophesied by young and old alike, those who have seen, those who have known, and those who have read the report of that which the enemy does propose against this nation and against all people of freedom worldwide.
I say, then, that in my Presence this day, I have implored the Father and the Cosmic Council to reveal to you firmly and finally - that you might take action - truly the mind manipulation of this people that does come forth out of the bowels of hell, out of the hearts of the fallen ones, out of the very Soviet and those aliens who come in their spacecraft. The mind manipulation of this people of America and of the earth must be neutralized by the sacred fire, by a protection raised up through your giving of that rosary of Archangel Michael that is for the Armageddon through which you are already passing yet know it not but sleep through your passage through the dark night of the Spirit.
I AM Saint Germain. As my time is running out, so is your time running out, beloved. I have cried to you in the hills and in the mountains. I have cried to you in the cities and in the valleys and in the secret chamber of your heart, and for one reason or another you have denied the science of the Word. You, America, have denied the Presence of the I AM THAT I AM unveiled to you decades ago, reinforced again and again by the Messengers and Teachers who have gone forth.
Therefore, those who believe the lie of the Serpent and his seed, lo, their judgment is just, and the LORD God has affirmed and confirmed to me this day that these judgments cannot be changed. Those who reject the Person of Maitreya, those who reject his Person, whether in the Lord Jesus or in the least of these my brethren,3 therefore are cut off from that Presence. It has ever been, and the Law abideth forever. Even so, true and righteous are thy judgments,4 O LORD, and we do give thanks before the altar of Almighty God that Thou hast descended into the earth to take to thee thy great power and to reign.5
Therefore, in the living witness of the God Flame, I AM THAT I AM Saint Germain, and I say to you, elemental life is able to neutralize this mass hypnosis, this mass condemnation and national suicide, this ignoring of the Law. Truly, a concerted action of Keepers of the Flame raised up can yet save a nation, can yet respond to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, enter into the path of discipleship and go up and down the highways of the land preaching the word of the Keeper of the Flame, the great Holy Spirit in his Person and Presence, delivering the Word of the Lords of the Seven Rays and giving them the Power of comfort from the heart - the Wisdom of comfort, the Love of comfort - drawing them into the path of the walk of the Keeper of the Flame.
Therefore, the sands in the hourglass of this year, 1987, do run out. And in the final hours of the Darkness that has befallen this nation there does come the representative of the false hierarchy who is marked by the mark of the beast, therefore, to enter and to negotiate as serpent and fallen ones have ever done. And the unwary respond; and the proud, the ambitious and the stubborn and the foolhardy who occupy positions of power in this government think that they may bargain and win. One can never bargain with those who have committed themselves to the destruction of Light, Life, Freedom - and America as the nation of the I AM Race.
Therefore, beloved, beware, and mount your vigils and give your cry unto the LORD, for some will hear, some will understand, some will be raised up and some will be saved!
Therefore know that each and every hour of thy life does count, for thou art on the path to realize Buddhahood - Divine Fatherhood, Motherhood and Christhood. And in the midst of the Great Darkness let the Great Light appear, and let it be the Light of your I AM Presence, let it be the Light of your Christhood raised up! For even past the eleventh hour there is that moment of quickening when souls of Light shall see, and those who see the face of the living Son of God in the Ascended Master Jesus Christ, those who will hear of his Lost Years and Lost Teachings, those who will enter the fiery coil of his Lost Word, They shall live. I tell you they shall live!
And the question becomes, beloved, in what vibration, in what dispensation and in what octave shall you be found? Shall you be found hid with Christ in God?6 Shall you be found in the eye of the capstone of the pyramid? Wherever you are found, I say, give glory unto the LORD unto the day and unto the night, for salvation must come unto those who are faithful and true.
And the LORD God Almighty shall truly go in the Person of the Divine Mother to put down those mighty from their seats,7 to bind and strip, therefore, those captains and kings. They all have their day, beloved, and they all have their day of destructivity unto their own destruction. Take heed, then, that you are found out of the way of these fallen ones when they attempt to march over the land.
Blessed hearts of living fire, would to God and to your hearts they might be turned back before it is too late! It is yet possible and nothing is impossible with God! Therefore, plan for the present, plan for the future, plan for your immortal destiny and neglect not so great a foundation.
I, Saint Germain, have passed to you the torch of America's Freedom. I have passed it long ago. In this hour it is fully in your hands. All Lightbearers of the earth, it is a time when you may come running and may gather symbolically and actually at the foot of the Washington Monument and take your stand with the Great Causal Body of Godfre, for he yet moves in this nation's capital8 as do others of the ascended hosts, beloved.
Thus many come and have volunteered, ascended and unascended, to take my place and to be with you here as you fight the good fight for that living flame of Freedom. Blessed ones, I am most fortunate and most beloved as to have millions of friends in cosmos beyond this system and yourselves in embodiment.
And therefore, these friends of Light have come to me in those hours when the Lords of Karma have said, "Not so, Saint Germain, thou hast given the all again and again; we will not accord thee another dispensation." Therefore, beloved, you have met the requirement of the hour yourselves by giving the violet flame marathons in my behalf. Such an hour is come again, beloved.
But I tell you, in the highest octaves of cosmos, and with Portia, I pursue dispensations ye know not of. I pursue with Alpha and Omega surely a fiery deliverance and an action of the Spirit of the Resurrection. Surely that which I have in my heart as cosmic dispensation may be magnetized by you.
Blessed ones, enter into the praise of the LORD and the dynamic decree with the fervor of love and devotion in your heart. If it must be, then, let there be a hymn of praise and an entering in to [the Electronic Presence of] a Master or an Archangel before you begin with the intensity of the battle array and armour of Light to move after those hellions in the earth and to call to Astrea and Archangel Michael for the binding of those foul spirits who emerge out of hell as though to conquer nations and the very souls of a people.
For none has raised the right hand, none save the Lightbearers in the earth, to stay their hand, to turn them back, to say, "Thus far and no farther, O proud spirit! Go down to the side of the pit!"
Blessed ones, it is necessary to speak Truth into the very teeth of the Lie and the Liar. Let it be done, then, and let your voices, let your hearts, let your robes of righteousness be made known. Let the power of Light be expanded in you!
Now, beloved, I seal you in my Electronic Presence, for I shall make the most of the hours that remain to me. I seal you in heart and mind, and my Electronic Presence, my purple fiery cape around you this day shall surely be the action of the sacred fire to leave those footprints, to leave that fiery violet flame and to make a statement for those who would spy out our liberty:9
That the LORD our God shall have you in derision!10 O ye who think you have captured a planet or you who think you shall do so. The LORD shall have you in derision. And as you plan a surprise attack upon the nations, so ye know not in what hour or in what day the LORD our God shall appear unto you and you shall be as grass and you shall wither,11 for your mortality devoid of a spirit and of the God Flame shall not endure! And therefore, play out your hand, ye fallen ones, for the angels of the LORD do stand ready, swords drawn, to bind you by the very act taken of your physical karma.
Therefore, know: those who shall take the sword shall surely perish by it12 and their days shall be known no more, for in this age, O ye of Babylon, O ye of Assyria, O ye false gods, ye shall go down and your judgment shall be final!
Therefore, let them know, for I, Saint Germain, declare it in the heart of this nation's capital, that if you shall so touch one of these little ones, lo! your judgment is sealed - one of these little children of my heart, one babe in arm, one Keeper of the Flame, there shall fall upon you in this age the full descent of all of your karma, all of your misery-making throughout the galaxies! It shall come tumbling down upon you so that you shall not know ever thereafter the name I AM THAT I AM nor the LORD who is God.
Elohim, mark them, then, who have the sign of the beast, mark them who have his number,13 for they are truly marked men and marked women, and they are watched by the Great Silent Watchers. And as they move against the Light and the dispensations of Aquarius, so shall their karma crystallize upon them.
Beloved ones, this is spoken as the warning and the judgment of the fallen ones but take no comfort in it, for [it is written,] "my soul hath no pleasure in the death of the wicked."14 Yet, beloved, an age and the alchemy thereof must be for the purging, must be for the refining, must be for the fulfillment of the prophecy that "one is taken and another is left"15 and that the tares are bound in bundles and are cast into the fire of the all-consuming Presence of our God.
And therefore, let the seed of the wicked in the earth tremble! Let them tremble, O ye gates! O hierarchies of the Sun, let the grid of Light16 now seal the earth! Let the hosts of the LORD now seal the earth! [11-sec. pause]
Holy Amethyst does move about the city with violet flame angels, priests and priestesses of the Seventh Ray. They, beloved, are igniting violet flame campfires. These are not large, but sufficient for a consuming action and a quickening of souls; they are the sign of the "hundred circling camps."17
They [these violet flame campfires] are the sign, unto all who read and run, for the quickening and the awakening of the memory of the violet flame and ages long ago when they were once a part of a fiery dispensation of the violet planet and beloved Omri-Tas. Violet flame for the awakening, first in this city consecrated to the throat chakra, the voice of a people, and then in the cities of the seven chakras18 and beyond! So long as there shall be a response to these violet flame campfires, so long shall Amethyst have her dispensation to ignite these fires in America.
Blessed ones, our best is given into your hearts' keeping, entrusted there. The mighty solar rings of Astrea are formed as grids of Light about a planet and the hosts of the Lord are rallied for the rescue of the single son or daughter of God who is determined to be the fullness of His Great Spirit and Causal Body, and of the Allness of the Divine Mother incarnate.
When all the world has gone mad or asleep around you, beloved, you do not despair, you come into the awareness, truly the direct apprehension of your Godhood. You kindle a sun in a dying world! That is your mission! You kindle a sun and you adore Helios and Vesta, Alpha and Omega, the one true God manifest in all the beauty and glory of His Light emanations! You become a sun! You are the sun, and you will let no Darkness defeat it, put it out or cast a shadow.
Therefore defy the Darkness in the name I AM THAT I AM. Be the Son of God! Be the I AM THAT I AM! And let them [those of the Darkness] know that when they arrive at the gate of your consciousness, they must deal with the mantle of the Lord of the World, the Lord Gautama Buddha - they must deal with the living Christ Jesus raised up in you, they must deal with the Son of sons and the Sun behind the sun.
Therefore, be quickened by seraphim. Be guarded in the Presence of thy Tree of Life19 by cherubim. Know the LORD. Know his Presence. Know his Son and Holy Spirit. Know the blessed Virgin and champion Her Cause in the earth.
There is a destiny to be won! No finer hour has ever been given to a company of Lightbearers throughout a planet than that that is given to you, beloved, to occupy this city until the coming of the dawn of enlightenment of the representatives of a people, until the rallying of a people to Shake and awake! Shake and awake! Shake and awake! those who have deserted their posts in the government and the economy.
Occupy the city till they be raised up and the Light in them be that Christ, and occupy a city for me, beloved. For I, Saint Germain, am determined to return when you shall have fulfilled your reason for being here and now in infinity and in this cross. For the cross of time and space is marked. Stand in the center and know thy God!
