"A Victory Unparalleled in the Face of Unparalleled Odds"
The Law does come to fulfill itself. Fear not. Fear only when thou dost not fulfill the Law. For this cause I came twenty-five hundred years ago and ten thousand.
I AM THAT I AM Gautama in the heart of Sanat Kumara, intensifying now the Ruby Ray that those who themselves have espoused it will wonder and say, "Shall we also faint at the coming of the notable day of the LORD?" HRIH!
Therefore, I come not alone for the shattering of worlds; I come for the shattering of auras of unfaithful stewards. HRIH!
So let those who gather as devotees of Buddha Maitreya know that when the light does descend from the center of the altar it does perforce purge those nearest to the altar, as in radiating, undulating spheres of light the earth is penetrated and permeated in this hour by the light of the Central Sun for realignment. HRIH!
So, beloved, for this cause I came twenty-five hundred years ago and ten thousand - for the alignment of a world, for the alignment of a solar system, for the alignment of souls of Sanat Kumara.
The Light ripples in rings from this center. And so, where the Light that is the positive polarity of the Great White Brotherhood and our Messengers does contact, then, the negative manifestation of Mater as materialism, as inordinate attachment, possessiveness, where souls have made themselves a part of the mud ball of human creation - so the Light beats upon the shores of anti-Matter and anti-Self.
Know this, beloved - that there is perforce the backlash toward the center. Where the bodies are not a latticework of Light and therefore do not allow the Ruby Ray to pass through, so it does come back upon the circles of devotees.
Understand, beloved, you face the Sun. And the Sun in its dazzling Reality does give to you the very object of your devotion as Light! Light! Light!
But, beloved, behind you are the ones who reject and resist it. And therefore, as they do resist, there begins the contamination of the Ruby Ray. Thus the shadows from behind bring back to the center (or would if they could) the mass consciousness of the very perversion of the Love Ray in all abuses of the Light now manifest in the civilizations of this earth.
Therefore, beloved, the grave danger to the devotees in this hour is truly not the Law or the Light that does send forth such intensity but it is actually that which does return [as the reactionary force] which goes unchallenged, unheeded. For the return of the mass creation of a planet is indeed a warning to all who yet abide in this octave that until the permanent atom of being be won and the soul one in it, there is the danger of the returning wave breaking upon the devotees.
And therefore we see around the world in many ashrams and places of worship - those esoteric and mystical as well as the outer simplistic [ritualistic] forms whether of Christianity or Buddhism - that the untutored in the divine art of the Word receive unto themselves and outpicture the vileness, the sinfulness that is abroad in the land. And by this process, beloved, the fallen ones may take their positions and take their means of communication and point the accusing finger and say, "See this one, see that one!"
Thus scandals come and go. But I come to deliver the threatening woes.
Blessed hearts, those who mount the hillsides in the valleys need no picks or ropes or guide. But those who must, then, climb Everest and beyond must be surefooted as the Sherpas and the elementals who leap higher and higher. A warning, then, to you who would make the ascent and fulfill it in this life:
Beloved, you have not protected yourselves from behind, nor have you exercised a co-measurement with the awesomeness of the climb and its dangers.
Beloved ones, know, then, that at every hand the forces of entrenched materialism and sensuality, the lust for money and the greed to possess souls and light, the earth, the sea and the land - these forces, beloved, pursue your flight to God.
Defend, then, the position of your attainment.
Defend the position of those of the highest attainment within the movement and those of the least. For when there is a protection through Community, through Hierarchy of those who must lead to the top and those who must bring up the rear, then there also is a guardian action by and for and of those in the middle who form the vast multitudes who, when seeing the surefootedness of the leader and the footprint, will mount up and will fulfill their courses.
Thus, beloved, understand even the dangers of being seated in the very front row of our congregation. But, beloved, the Light is infinite. And you who have positioned yourselves the farthest [from the Messenger] as though [in the wide orbit of] the planet Pluto - you also may know that you do not escape my eye nor the intensity of the Light that must be released in this day and in this noonday Light of the Sun behind the sun.
Therefore I AM come. For I must speak to the gems - the gemstones amongst our disciples: the ruby or pearl, diamond or emerald, amethyst or aquamarine. Let them be known and seen - these star sapphires, these luminous ones.
Blessed hearts, all hangs in a delicate balance. But that balance is nowhere more delicate than in the very person of the chela, in the heart and in the mind that would reach out to God and yet has not first gone forth to slay every oppressor of the Buddha where I AM THAT I AM in the heart of the devotee.
Here I AM, then, beloved. I am come with many thousands of saints and angels. I am come with elementals who, as my students, have gained great mastery over the centuries. Truly masterful presences from all evolutions gather for the delivery of a Word which they have long anticipated.
I come, then, by way of introducing the light of Judgment into the earth, stressing a personal path as has been stressed again and again in these years. Blessed ones, let me tell you that the Divine Mother approaches, her Person present in Sarasvati.
O Sarasvati, daughter of Light incarnate now and again, let Wisdom's rod prevail. Let Wisdom, then, written, not fail but instead awaken, defend, set purpose to life! Let the written Word be the power of the sword of the Buddhas who make war this night upon the anti-Buddhas in the earth.
O Divine Mother, receive thy children ere they be strung far and wide by the hurricane of the vortex of the descending Sanat Kumara.
I AM THAT I AM in this heart. HRIH! Therefore, O beloved, know the Word, know the Law, know the Way.
My angels hold for me "A Proclamation" written in script on a large scroll. Beloved and most blessed ones, I bring you, then, the word of beloved Alpha.
Sons and Daughters of God, Children of the Sun, through my blessed servant and your own Lord Gautama I send to you this day this statement of my purpose. I have spoken it before the Cosmic Council. I speak it again. So it is written. So I have written:
Therefore, from the Cosmic Council we send to all lovers of God and Lightbearers in the earth salutations of the heart, deep devotion, a love that will not fail.
To all evolutions who have not afforded themselves the opportunity given to rise to the level of the Christ Standard but who have denied it in my little ones, who have denied it in the inner voice and in that of angels standing near, I say to you:
The hour is come and now is that your judgment must descend and become physical in the earth in the span of physical matter that does exceed that which is known to the physical eye. Therefore, upon you this day is delivered three woes.
And therefore, for the abuse of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit in my little ones, you shall know what is the meaning of the hand of the Law and of the Cosmic Christ. So be it!
By the Presence in the earth of the Mother of Knowledge, by the Presence in the earth of true Keepers of the Flame, you, fallen ones, have been spared this hour the fourth woe. This woe is the karma for the desecration of the Divine Mother and her seed in this very physical octave.
I say, then, to all who hear this word, When the fourth woe shall descend upon them - if they do not heed the Karma, the Message and the Judgment of the first three - then shall all Lightbearers be aware that it is the hour to retreat into the innermost retreat which I, your Father, have provided for you.
Thus understand that much may occur upon the earth. And many who know and see and read the signs of the times will not await the coming of the fourth woe [before they retreat from the world arena of the judgment of the fallen ones]. For the hour of the coming of the fourth woe no man knoweth save myself.
I AM the Father. And as I write, I read. And as I read, I speak through my beloved Gautama and his Messenger - his Messenger called Wife. For every devotee of Buddha is Wife - thus Shakti, thus vessel.
Blessed hearts, I shall continue the reading of the scroll.
Therefore, O ye who have not hearkened - neither unto my voice nor unto the voice of my Son, the heir, nor unto the Rebuke and the Law of the Holy Spirit: this day shalt thou know that the LORD God Almighty Universal has decreed it, and there shall no longer be given opportunity from without for thy salvation.
But the only salvation known to these fallen ones shall be the immediate bending of the knee before the living Word, the repentance and the conversion unto the Trinity and the Brahman above.
Therefore, unto those who have earnestly sought and have for the most part maintained that level of Christ consciousness, going apart only out of ignorance or thoughtlessness - unto these I would speak:
You who are scattered throughout the earth and in this activity, unto you is given tenfold opportunity to rise into that Christhood full, into that I AM Presence.
Wherefore, no dispensation shall be forthcoming to those who have not sought a path of personal Christhood.
Unto those who have [sought a path of personal Christhood] there is and shall be given protection, a way of Life, abundant opportunity for acceleration - with the warning begun by Gautama in this message and stated by myself:
The fallen ones in the earth who are judged in this hour - where the Light does excel in you if you will it so and accept it - shall not cease to tempt you, to engage you in all manner of Darkness, and to attempt to take you with them through the Second Death1 should it come to them.
Blessed ones, the opportunity given, then, to those who have sought earnestly and achieved some measure of Christhood is this: it is a dispensation and a light that cannot, must not be lost, betrayed, misqualified or neglected. This opportunity and dispensation if lost, beloved, will cost you such a price as I shall not enumerate.
Let those who understand the Law know that if it is not the end of the world, it is indeed the end of a cycle. And in this cycle all those for whom it is possible to ascend to God are now given that momentum, that impetus to do so.
If the Path is followed victoriously and diligently, the fullness of the Cosmic Christ consciousness shall await you in the hour of your victorious ascension. If it is not, beloved, it shall take untold aeons of rounds and cycles to come to the place again where the karma for the loss of this Light is balanced and a new dispensation may - and I say may - be given.
Beloved hearts, the Divine Decree has gone forth that unto them who have Light, more Light shall be added; but from them who have not, this day there is taken away that Light which they have abused and misqualified.2
Blessed hearts, we have said that with the passing of the decade, the opportunity for the saving of the earth could be denied.3 I, Alpha, write to you this day that this opportunity has been lost to the fallen ones - that no new dispensation is forthcoming on this Wesak 1987 for the planet as a whole, but the dispensation [that is forthcoming] is a mathematical formula to each individual according to his own inner attainment.
Indeed, the dispensation of which we have spoken becomes a mathematical formula. As you have given to God, so does God give to you in this hour, beloved, by an x factor of multiplication that shall not be spoken to you.
Therefore, beloved, know the fruit of a harvest and know that there is work at hand, that a new increase may be gained as accrual, as multiplication factor should new dispensations be forthcoming.
Beloved, there is not an Ascended Master who is given a new dispensation for the saving of a planet but every Ascended Master is given a dispensation to assist the true chela of the Light.
In the ancient tradition of the Guru/Chela relationship, then, there is descended a very present help and much closer, as angels, to every devotee of God upon earth.
Now I write that every devotee, therefore, shall be tested. And every devotee who does receive this Light may also understand the equation that he may lose it. The day will come for each and every one that they [he] must show forth their [his] Light independent of any other source or reinforcement.
That day is at hand! Few there be in this hour who can show forth that Light and defend it. Seek this God Mastery from Sarasvati.
Beloved, know, then, that many of you here at Maitreya's Mystery School are yet prisoners of your own human consciousness. While thinking to become adepts you yet entertain miserable conditions of records and accumulations of humanly misqualified energy. The warning that I write to you, then, is to seek God and live, to be not tolerant of those lesser states.
We have spoken many times but I tell you it is the hour. One is taken and another will be left.4 Therefore, the dispensation this day is that every Lightbearer and citizen of this world may work toward the Good, toward Peace, toward Freedom, toward the defeat of the fallen ones arrayed and under many guises and masks.
In your hands lies the total and complete opportunity for the saving of the earth. As you work, as you serve, there is forthcoming from your sponsoring Gurus access to the Light of the Cosmic Christ to give the increase.
The Keeper of the Scrolls has read to me, as I have called him to my side in the writing of this Proclamation, the list of dispensations given through the Ascended Masters' activities in these one hundred years, beginning with the most recent and going backward.
I have read them all and heard the reading thereof and I say to you, each dispensation is a sword to be wielded, a banner to be unfurled. With the full and consistent and dedicated invocation of these dispensations, you will find already placed therein the key to the saving of the earth.
When these dispensations [each one in its cycle] and the calls thereto have been fully and sufficiently exhausted by the devotees of the earth, then that dispensation by the very calls made does become a "secret love star" implanted in the aura of the earth, so fully charged with the decrees of the devotees that it does become a permanent light in and of itself, suspended in the Matter cosmos.
Therefore, beloved, with the application and the invocation of all dispensations given, those who are in the earth in this hour (calculating their causal bodies, as I have) may indeed turn the earth around and have a saving of a day for Sanat Kumara and his Sons.
Let it be known, then, that the earth is in the hands of those who have pursued and maintained a certain level of their Christhood. The earth is in good hands.
Let all those of the Christed ones who have the teachings we have given through these Messengers know that were each and every other Lightbearer in the earth [who should be] drawn into this path to give it a fiery application, you would see victory upon victory.
Let it be known, then, that the forces in the earth which are gathering and the changes which the Great Law calls for project upon the screen of life events which may be mitigated by the very factor of the descent this day of the three woes upon the fallen ones coupled with the increase of Light to the Lightbearers.
Thus, beloved, we do not decree downfall, chaos, Darkness and Old Night. We decree a victory of great magnitude for those who are of the bands of Light. We await, then, the choice and the decision and the response of all Lightbearers in the earth.
We wait, then, to see a greater vision, a greater acceleration and realization that in this hour the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood may not stand between earth and her descending karma but they may stand as the guardian action of a Cosmos for and on behalf of the Christed ones. They may stand for the implementation of every call and every judgment but they may not prevent a karma unchecked - [a karma which might yet be checked] whether by the violet flame invoked of the Lightbearers or by the final surrender of the fallen ones before the living God.
Therefore, beloved, because the seed of Sanat Kumara is in the earth there is hope in heaven and there is hope in earth. Knowing well, then, that the dispensation given to you personally, as it is realized and applied, may yet be increased, you may understand that surely and squarely as it has come to every planet in the past, those in embodiment must now take the full responsibility for the outcome of planet earth.
I sign this and seal it this day in cosmic time and according to the date of the Book of Life,
My mantle of the Lord of the World drops now about this Messenger. It is a weight not able to be calculated as weights are calculated in this octave. The congruency of myself in this form is allowed by this dispensation, beloved, for inner reasons and an inner past which I shall not enumerate.
Suffice it to say, beloved, that when each and every one of you may attain to a certain stature of Christhood, the mantle of a living Ascended Master Guru may drop around you. And thus you may serve as the self of that one below and thereby have and contribute to the stream of earth's victory the momentum of a shining one.
Thus, within the framework of the Law is the judgment of God somewhat mitigated or bypassed. It is the intercession of the Mediator. In this case every Ascended Master and Cosmic Being is a Mediator, beloved. Thus, in your Christhood you may wear our own [Christhood]. I urge you, beloved, to call upon the LORD in the Person of one with whom you so identify - whose mantle and service you may choose in this hour to make your own - that here below you should truly have our Presence.
Blessed ones, there is not a dry eye in heaven in this moment. You see, we would desire much more. Beloved, we would desire even to take embodiment through you, would the Great Law so allow it. We would give, beloved, even another life that some greater measure of grace could be forthcoming.
In this hour you may see our hands tied and yours untied. Therefore, we shall search ways and means to assist you, to appeal to the Great Law that we might bear the karma of our best servants and those who daily bear the karma of a world. As you try, we shall try. And in multiplying our trying, beloved, we trust we shall see the New Day.
Blessed ones, inasmuch as we have given so much and now are required, as it were, to stand back and see what the masses shall make of the earth and what the Lightbearers shall make of the earth, we must call to your attention that you must see to it that in all things you Prepare.
Let those who have heard the Blessed Mother and Saint Germain and so many others now come - come to the Western Shamballa. Come to the place where a Community of Light may raise a shining sword Excalibur once again to assemble all hearts of Camelot and, with Ascended Masters very close, demonstrate before all of Cosmos and our Father Alpha that the wisdom given and received, the warning proclaimed unto wise ones who have seen the rise and fall of civilizations will in this hour so be heeded and so be a goad and a means to the implementation of the highest Cosmic Law that there shall be achieved a victory unparalleled in the face of unparalleled odds.
As Alpha has called the Keeper of the Scrolls, so I also have called him. And as though Veronica's handkerchief were given to us each one, the very record of your lifestreams and your causal bodies is our comfort this day. In our vision, beloved, we desire to tell you that you do possess in hand, and available by immediate access, the wherewithal in the causal bodies of yourselves embodied and all members of the Great White Brotherhood embodied to defeat the Adversary in the earth.
If we wait with bated breath, it is not to see if you can do it but if you shall.
As I come to you in this hour, therefore, beloved, I am apprised and aware of all events moving on the planetary body of Absolute Good in the hearts of the sweet saints and of Absolute Evil yet parading before the unawakened.
We bow before our God and before the Great Lord Alpha in gratitude that the woes have descended upon the seed of the wicked.
Blessed ones, in the very cup of gratitude is a cup of sorrow, inasmuch as this seed is almost all-pervasive and therefore their judgment does [perforce] affect the Children of the Sun. Even though their lives and hearts are sealed in Light, yet they are a part of the fabric, and the warp and woof thereof, that these fallen ones have woven as patterns throughout civilization.
It is plain, beloved. It is plain. Get thee up to the mountain of God. But first leave thy bag and baggage behind and recognize that there is no more room for folly on the path of chelaship. I am even forbidden by the Great Law to say it once more, for it has truly been said.
And those who have not understood sacrifice, in this hour themselves receive the judgment of their nonsacrifice, which is a densification and a waxing gross even of their perceptions and ability to perceive a path they should long ago have espoused.
Therefore, where the Messenger and the magnitude of Light and vibration we have sent through our spoken Word has not effected conversion in those who should have been turned around to face the Sun, I say this day:
In this hour or in the hour of your hearing of this dictation, I, Gautama, am required and permitted to cross this line [steps over the line drawn symbolically in the floor] to give one final opportunity to you to come into the Light and live forevermore as God.
Woe! to those who have heard our voice and who, having been called, do not answer that call but reject it.
In the heart of the Grand Teton, in the heart of Maitreya Mountain I AM Gautama Buddha ever keeping the flame and the vigil at the Inner Retreat of the Western Shamballa.
My hand and my Presence does physically consecrate the Heart of the Inner Retreat as the international shrine and gathering place of the devotees of Light and Christed ones of the world.
This shrine, then, is now consecrated and shall so be consecrated at the occasion of the Freedom conference. In that hour, our Father Alpha shall speak directly to you, coming on the path set by Helios [July 4, 1984]. From this date to that we anticipate a mounting light, great love and prayers laid upon the altar of that Heart which is my Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Maitreya, Sanat Kumara.
Therefore, beloved, our Father has promised to us all to bring some good tidings of a report based upon the true conversion, first of the Lightbearers and then of those yet to be contacted by our Teaching.
I seal you with the cosmic cross of white fire as angels of the Ruby Ray, angels of the Body of Christ come to minister unto you, to succor you and to serve you our Holy Communion - token sign and presence of the communion of saints, as Above so below.
Into the heart of your I AM Presence I retire. In Love I AM with you always. Even as you speak the name I AM THAT I AM, so I AM with you alway, even unto the end of the age.
In the name of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood I seal you and I give to you my Heart, my Love and my Life.
