I have heard the word of Gautama Buddha delivered from the heart of Sanat Kumara. The councils of the Great White Brotherhood have listened with rapt attention to the Proclamation of Alpha read to the devotees on the occasion of Wesak, May 13, 1987.
Therefore, ye who would know the day and the hour of the coming of the Son of man,1 note well the Divine Decree:
The opportunity for the saving of the earth has been lost to the fallen ones: no new dispensation is forthcoming on this Wesak 1987 for the planet as a whole.
Unto those who have not afforded themselves the opportunity given to rise to the level of the Christ Standard but who have denied it not only in these little ones but in the inner voice and in that of guardian angels, there is delivered three woes for the abuse of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit in the children of God.
These betrayers of the living Word were spared the fourth woe by the presence in the earth of the Mother of Knowledge and the true Keepers of the Flame.
Thus, the karma for the desecration of the Divine Mother and her seed is held in abeyance pending the bending of the knee by these fallen ones before the living Word and their repentance and conversion unto the Trinity.
It is considered by the Great Ones that the severity of returning planetary karma and the necessity for earth changes may be mitigated by the descent of the three woes upon the fallen ones coupled with the increase of Light to the Lightbearers.
Though no new dispensation be given this Wesak to any Ascended Master for the saving of the planet, yet there is given a great dispensation to assist the true chela of the Light.
Unto those who have sought and maintained a level of the Christ Consciousness throughout the earth and in this activity, there is given tenfold opportunity to rise "into that Christhood full, into that I AM Presence" - moreover protection, a way of Life, abundant opportunity for acceleration together with a stern warning delivered both by Lord Gautama and the Lord Alpha.
The dispensation and the Light given "cannot, must not be lost, betrayed, misqualified or neglected." And to those for whom it is possible to ascend to God in this cycle, that momentum and that impetus to do so is given.
These conclusions of the Cosmic Council delineate the Divine Decree also spoken by Jesus Christ two thousand years ago as he prophesied both the beginning and the ending of the age, the law of Alpha and Omega: Unto them who have Light, more Light shall be added; but from them who have not, this day there is taken away that Light which they have abused and misqualified.
The earth is in the hands of the Christed ones. Therefore, the prophecy is for a victory of great magnitude for those who are of the bands of Light - according to the choice and the decision and the response of all Lightbearers in the earth.
This is the same law that has been applied surely and squarely to every planet when in the past the Ascended Masters and the heavenly hosts who comprise the Great White Brotherhood no longer have had dispensation to intercede between a planetary evolution and their returning karma:
Those in embodiment - even the chelas of the will of God who do sustain the figure-eight flow of the Guru/Chela relationship, as Above so below, with Hierarchy - must take full responsibility for the outcome of planet earth.
Please note well, beloved, that every Lightbearer who does respond to this great dispensation, which is as a mathematical formula to each individual according to his own inner attainment, may increase through the Word and the Work and multiply the gift for new dispensations forthcoming.
It is especially the desire of the Darjeeling, Indian, and Royal Teton Councils of the Great White Brotherhood that the direct word to the unfaithful stewards (those who have known the Great Law and the Ascended Masters' Teachings who have resisted the conversion of the living Word and who should have been turned around to face the Sun) be thoughtfully considered.
So momentous was the statement of the Lord of the World that I quote it here:
"I, Gautama, am required and permitted to cross this line to give one final opportunity to you to come into the Light and live forevermore as God. Woe! to those who have heard our voice and who, having been called, do not answer that call but reject it."
Sealing his address with the consecration of the Inner Retreat of the Western Shamballa as the international shrine and gathering place of the devotees of Light and Christed ones of the world, beloved Gautama announced the scheduled address of our Father Alpha set by the Cosmic Council for the "FREEDOM 1987" conclave.
No doubt every Keeper of the Flame who does value our communications through our anointed Messenger will reread and study Gautama Buddha's Wesak address published in last week's Pearl of Wisdom, communing in his heart with the Cosmic Christ as to how he might truly fulfill the Law of the Word.
The numberless numbers of saints in heaven applaud the delivery of this message as well as the true and righteous judgments of the LORD God reflected in the Proclamation of Alpha. With one voice and accord, we affirm that this document does once again convey a Light and a Judgment and a Dispensation for, in the words of Gautama, the alignment of a world, the alignment of a solar system and the alignment of souls of Sanat Kumara.
Beloved El Morya founder and sponsor of The Summit Lighthouse in 1958, beloved teacher of the Messengers whose disciplined path given to them enabled me to receive the authorization from the Cosmic Council to anoint them as Prophets to this age has accepted the offering of the chelas of the will of God attending his university of the Spirit at Darjeeling as well as that of thousands of angels and devas serving the diamond heart of God's will.
In gratitude for this message these have formed by their combined electromagnetic fields a giant blue rose over northern India. This emblem of Sirius is a sign to the heavens of the gratitude and the determination in the heart of the earth on the part of angels, elementals and Children of the Sun serving together to deliver a planet and a people from the distress of their own deleterious deeds.
We, therefore, seated in the Great Hall of the Royal Teton Retreat do also watch as devotees of this hemisphere with angelic hosts and elementals form over the Grand Teton a giant yellow rose signaling the hope, joy and God-determination of those frequenting the outer mystery school2 and the etheric retreat to so illumine a nation, a people, and a youth as to make absolutely clear the choices at hand.
Finally, beloved, we describe to you the giant ruby-pink rose formed over northern Canada by angels and elementals of the Third Ray hierarchies and those with the attainment of the heart chakra from the five other retreats of the Lords of the Seven Rays.
Beloved, so great an offering of hearts so one the planet round at inner levels does indeed comfort heaven, as the disciples of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in the earth take their very lives and bodies in a union of the three kingdoms and in a spiritual unity of souls of all nations to say unto the Lord Alpha and his Son Gautama, the God of the Earth:
"We will present ourselves a living offering unto God. And, in the fullness of our causal bodies of Light, raise on high the fruit of our finest hours and expressions of this Trinity, protesting by way of cosmic demonstration the abuse by the fallen angels of the voice of the Christ in the threefold flame, in the little children, in the temple of Being and in the angels standing by."
It is therefore our thought, beloved, in accordance with the dispensation of opportunity granted to the Christed ones alone (whereas the three woes and no opportunity be forthcoming to the fallen ones and inasmuch as the Lightbearers have already so responded to the Call and the calling of the Lord of the World) to place our assistance as that which the Great Law will allow us to do in this hour behind the mandate so stated as Gautama's conclusion of the entire matter:
"It is plain, beloved. It is plain. Get thee up to the mountain of God. But first leave thy bag and baggage behind and recognize that there is no more room for folly on the path of chelaship."
Therefore, we who are your mentors of the Spirit counsel you who serve beyond the borders of the United States of America to place a priority upon being here now legally according to the laws of the nations, legitimately according to the law of chelaship no later than Wesak 1988.
Your immigration through the heart of the Goddess of Liberty is a path of initiation to be fulfilled in the mantra I AM gratitude in action. You must fly as eagles to the cities of North America on the wings of your sacred labor, an avocation and a profession en main (in hand) by diligent striving and application in the LORD's Work.
Whereas I, Saint Germain, your Knight Commander, do have the dispensation with my colleagues to sponsor our best servants, the Christed ones, to come from abroad and all the earth to North America: as a result of the Divine Decree of the Cosmic Council announced at Wesak I have no further opportunity to assist Europe but only the Lightbearers therefrom. All that could be done has truly been done by the tireless calls of those who have gathered in our prayer vigils worldwide.
The announcement following Wesak by the ministers of NATO to agree to a 100-percent removal of medium-range missiles from Europe and the Soviet Union demonstrates the common denominator of a karma and a karmic weight outplayed when the hand of the Mediator is withdrawn by cosmic law. This concerted act by the representatives of the people is the sign and the signal that they have believed the Great Lie and would plight their troth with the Liar whoever and wherever he is.
Therefore it is written: "Their damnation is just."3
Let, therefore, the Keepers of the Flame of Europe finish the work which they have purposed to do. Let the Sacred Heart burn within them as they as one body form the diamond heart of Mary, calling fervently for the rescue and saving of souls that they might see and know the living God in the Chart of Your Divine Self and recognize the Ascended Masters as their true teachers and leaders to the Promised Land.
The hour is come, beloved. The mountain of God is his Higher Consciousness which must be sought and won. Let the Lightbearers who are the seed of Sanat Kumara claim their divine inheritance and the land that God gave them from the beginning. Let them carry in their arms as Christ-bearers the precious ones who must not be left behind.
Your coming to the shore of Light must be by self-effort. Do not fail to heed my call, for indeed you shall not sup with me again until ye do so at the table I have prepared for you in the wilderness,4 nor shall ye drink with me again until ye drink the new wine of the New Jerusalem5 in the Heart.
There is a door that shall open if you knock.
There is a way that shall be made plain if you pursue it.
There is a salvation to be worked out if you have heart and faint not, neither delay your coming.
Therefore, to all chelas in the earth, we say:
Let all effort, invocation and decree be for the cutting free of the Lightbearers and those who are one at inner levels but yet know not the path of victory through the Ascended Masters' Teachings.
Let us call for the guardian action of the heavenly hosts on behalf of the territories of the Lightbearers in the Western Hemisphere. And let the great gathering of the elect6 be now.
Let those who would suck at the paps of World Communism, false peace and false promises be left to the false Mother and the false Guru they have chosen by free will and with their eyes wide open to the historical choices they are making.
Let the Truth-bearers converge where Truth is.
I seal you with the sign of the Holy Cross, the cosmic cross of white fire ministered unto by the angels of the Body and Blood of Christ. In the ruby and white of the crusaders of the Spirit, I remain at the side of the faithful of my calling
