Saint Germain Sends His Messenger and the Seven Archangels to South America to Inaugurate the Aquarian Age on Earth
Omri-Tas, Ruler of the Violet Planet, and his legions salute you. Since December 1991, Omri-Tas has come with his legions on the third of each month to render service by his Great Causal Body and to multiply the violet-flame decrees given on earth that day.7
As I have told you, Omri-Tas carries such an intensity of the violet flame in his aura that it extends far beyond the 24,903-mile circumference of the earth.8 Thus, in his monthly vigil that he keeps with the lightbearers of earth, his Causal Body occupies the entire planet, from its surface to its core. And since it is the third of the month in at least one time zone somewhere on the planet for a span of forty-eight hours, the Causal Body of Omri-Tas envelops the planet throughout those forty-eight hours.9
So you see, beloved, there are adepts of tremendous stature who come, literally, from far-off worlds (in this case from the Violet Planet) to toil side by side with you and to reinforce your dynamic decrees.
Think of the Goddess of Liberty, who holds the balance for your threefold flame, which God has sealed in the secret chamber of your heart. Her statue in New York harbor is a reminder that you must pick up the torch of liberty where you left it lying in previous lifetimes and carry it all the way Home to Alpha and Omega, who have the power to grant you your ascension in the Light.
Yes, the Mother Goddess stands in New York harbor, welcoming souls who come to America's shores. And when they come, they must prove themselves worthy of me and my sponsorship that they might serve the great cause of universal freedom on behalf of every man, woman and child on planet earth.
Accelerate Your Children's Secular and Spiritual Education
I speak, then, to you, beloved, of all things that must be accomplished. Do your decree work for the balancing of the economy. Do your decree work on the issues that pertain to your children - especially education.
See that your children are fluent in Spanish and English and that they are schooled in communications, commerce and business. For the world is shrinking, and they must be able to interface with people of different backgrounds and cultures.
I also ask you to accelerate your children's spiritual education so that by the time they reach their teenage years they will know the difference between the Mind of Christ and the carnal mind. Teach them of me so that when I appear to them they will recognize me as their mentor and will come with me to the Cave of Symbols,10 where I shall open to them the door of Aquarius. For I would give them a profound understanding of the role that each of them may elect to play in bringing in the golden age.
I come, then, with the joyous expectation that millions of souls will embody the flame of the New Age. Yet I also come with full knowledge of the seriousness of the hour - for many shall reject me and my cause.
Two cycles are moving across the planet - a cycle of victory and a cycle of defeat, a cycle of Light and a cycle of Darkness. The question is: Will the cycle of Light overtake the cycle of Darkness? Or will the cycle of Darkness overtake the cycle of Light?
I have played many parts on the stages of the world. Now you must play your part for the victory of the age. Yes, this is your hour. See that you make it your finest!

I, Saint Germain, salute each and every one of you! I salute mothers with children and I support you. I salute the wives who uphold their husbands, and I give you the decree to Astrea, the Starry Mother, that you may learn to cut free not only your husbands but also your children and extended families.
I salute the leadership of the nations who keep the commandments of God. And to all I say, understand what it means to walk in the footprints of the Blessed Virgin Mary and remember that I am always at her side, guarding her and your own inner Christ Child.
Yes, I was Saint Joseph, husband of Mary and father of Jesus. I was there at the dawn of the age of Pisces. I was there when Jesus inaugurated the Piscean age at his birth. I saw his star in the East and the turning of the worlds.
As I recounted for you in Porto Alegre, the seventeen years that are referred to as Jesus' lost years were not lost. They were years of preparation and training in the East for Jesus' mission in Palestine.11 These things are recorded in the book The Lost Years of Jesus.12
Now, at Maitreya's Mystery School at the Royal Teton Ranch in Montana, you can receive from Sanat Kumara's lineage as much training as you are willing to sacrifice for, surrender for, live selflessly for and serve for. And the best way to commence your training is to attend Summit University's eight-week summer session, taught by the Ascended Masters and their Messenger as well as by teaching assistants.13
But whether you are at Maitreya's Mystery School or in your hometown, you can work toward your self-mastery step by step. Work for it each day, and year upon year you will note transformation after transformation, subtle but strong. And if you are faithful in your duties to God and man, one day you shall have your adeptship. And you will be amazed at how swiftly you will have entered into congruency with your God Self.
A Transfer of the Fifth Ray of God's Healing to the Third Eye
Now I personally touch each one of you on your forehead, conveying through the chakra of the palm of my right hand a ray of light that will start the spiral of the balancing of the third eye. So, beloved, receive this transfer of the Fifth Ray of God's Healing, for I have begun, ever so subtly, to open your awareness into the higher planes of God's reality. And as you enter these planes in meditation, may you carry this world to new dimensions.

Posture for giving this decree: Stand. Raise your right hand, using the abhaya mudra (gesture of fearlessness, palm forward), and place your left hand to your heart - thumb and first two fingers touching chakra, pointing inward. Give this call at least once in every 24-hour cycle.
In the name of the beloved Mighty Victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of Keepers of the Flame, Lightbearers of the world and all who are to ascend in this life, by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in the Threefold Flame burning within my heart, I call to beloved Mighty Astrea and Purity, Archangel Gabriel and Hope, beloved Serapis Bey and the seraphim and cherubim of God, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life - fire, air, water and earth! to lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through and around my four lower bodies, my electronic belt, my heart chakra and all of my chakras, my entire consciousness, being and world.

On a 33-day stumping tour of South America, the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, delivered a dictation by Saint Germain and one of the Seven Archangels in each of the seven cities she and the Stump team visited: Buenos Aires, Argentina; Porto Alegre, Santos and São Paulo, Brazil; Bogotá and Medellín, Colombia; and Quito, Ecuador.
