I AM the Hound of Heaven Snapping at Your Heels
1995: A Year of Absolute God-Victory
Ho! Ho! Ho! I AM come into your midst to kindle violet fire in the seat of the soul, in the heart of the living God, whose kingdom is within you, and in the mind that is now washed by violet flame.1
Oh, join the laughter of cosmos, the laughter that does destroy all forces of Darkness. So rejoice! I AM come, my beloved Keepers of the Flame! [Congregation gives the salutation:]
Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain!
So be seated and tend the fire of your heart, for I would multiply it again and again by the power of my heart chakra.
Blessed hearts, we do enter the new year with intense joy, the joy of the music of the spheres, for our God is with us. Our God does dissolve and consume all that is less than your fiery potential.
Oh, I call to you, beloved! For this year of 1995, no matter what the portents of the signs in the heavens or the signs in the earth - this year, for you who have devoted your lives and many lifetimes to the cause of freedom, is the absolute God-victory of an age!
[Congregation gives the salutation:] Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain!
I lay the divine blueprint over the circle of the year that you might understand that each day of the 365 must be a day in which you work the works of God. No idleness can we brook! A twenty-four-hour cycle is an opportunity for the ascension. In each twenty-four-hour day, babes are born and others take their leave to higher octaves or lesser octaves, depending on their service in this life or previous lifetimes.
Understand this always, then: If you are able to accomplish in each day a work that is the work of God and the handiwork of man, you will see how you build day upon day the kingdom of heaven on earth. And it is your relentless giving of the spoken Word of the LORD, thrusting the sacred fire into the very depths of Death and Hell, that will give planet earth her victory!
Ye are chosen, yes, but you must choose and choose again each day to go before the altar you have erected in the wilderness, the simple altar of God, there to reconnect with your Mighty I AM Presence and to reinforce that connection. If you will do this, you will feel the increase of Power, Wisdom and Love in your threefold flame day after day. You will feel the increase of the sacred fire in your being as you achieve adeptship one by one.
Children and sons and daughters of the World Mother, I beseech you, renew your forces! Gird up the loins of your being and know that there is an invincible and an indomitable will of God whereby you will thrust home the mighty sword Excalibur in the name of El Morya. You will thrust home and you will hear me say again and again, "Ho! Ho! Ho!"
Thus the three dots of Morya. Thus the Trinity. And out of the Trinity is born your individual Christhood day by day.
Do not slacken your pace, for I am moving across the earth in all the nations of the world and I especially move in this nation. And I come to scourge the earth! to scourge the earth! to scourge the earth! And I come to drive out those who are not of the Truth, those who are not speakers of the Truth, but out of their mouths come "unclean spirits like frogs."2 And many of those who speak not the Truth occupy the top leadership positions of their nations.
So, beloved, we shall see the karma they will make for their misuse of the science of the spoken Word. The Word of God spoken through the throat chakra is the power to right every wrong. You know this power. You know the path of the divine decree. You know what is the calling of beloved Omri-Tas and you have multiplied and multiplied again the violet flame.
Now I say to all, as I come to you before the coming of the Lord Maha Chohan: You have prayed and prayed again for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.3 And I will tell you why in some cases, but not in all, you have not received those gifts.
One by one the nine gifts can be earned. Why, then, do we not give you the empowerment that you seek - the gifts of healing and the discernment of spirits? It is because you are seeking the gifts before you have done the necessary preparation. You are pursuing a backward, roundabout way to get where you want to go.
If the Maha Chohan or I, your Knight Commander of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, should choose to give you, an individual lifestream, a grant of energy, then, beloved, that energy would amplify everything that is in your aura and your psyche. That energy would amplify not only your positive good but your negatives, such as the anger you have stored at deep-seated levels of the unconscious mind and all of the Martian energies, which you can name.4
So, beloved, instead of seeking first the gifts, seek the conquest of self. Seek the conquest of the energies of your four lower bodies. Observe the mind as though you were in a Tibetan school of Buddhism under El Morya. Observe the mind. Observe the heart. Observe the emotions.
And if the thought, the feeling or the emotion is off center from your I AM Presence, then pull back and go into the fiery ovoid of the Mind of God and reestablish your absolute dominion over consciousness in every incarnation of your soul, all the way back to the beginning when you first stepped forth from the etheric octave and descended into these veils of maya.
Understand that you must seek early the transmutation and the binding of your momentums of anger, which, as I have said, are often sealed at unconscious levels of your being. This is hard work and painful but it must be done if you would have the gifts. And if you tackle and bind your dweller-on-the-threshold daily, you will have them. You will be instruments of healing. You will discern the spirits. And then nothing will stop you. But you must be diligent.
I have long been patient. There is no more room for patience, beloved. For the years are turning, the cycles are intensifying, and I am counting on you to sweep your house clean, the house of the unconscious mind, the house of the subconscious mind. I am counting on you to call for the magnificence of the Cosmic Christ, Lord Maitreya, and the magnificence of your Holy Christ Self to descend into the etheric body, the mental body, the desire body, the physical body. These temples within your temple must be cleansed!
Therefore, let the fire before you5 now be the fire that you transform into the spiritual fire that you call forth each night when you retire and each morning when you awake. Call for the Cosmic Christ, Lord Maitreya! Call for your Holy Christ Self to enter the compartments of being! And be willing to pass through wrenching pain as your soul wrestles with the momentums of former years. Be willing to do this!
All the saints have walked this path, beloved. Be willing to walk it yourself. Then you shall see how the Holy Spirit will sweep through you, will empty the vessels and fill the vessels and empty them again that truly the Christ might descend into your temple.
This is my call to you. It is my call to you for the year 1995. You cannot postpone your path! You cannot postpone the victory of your ascension, for you know not in what day and what hour you will be called to that ascension.
Therefore, early seek union with God. Maintain that union. Do not stray from it until you are bonded to God, and you and God are one and you can say:
"I and my Father are one; I and my Mother are one."
There is no tomorrow. There is no yesterday. There is only the Infinite Now. Take the Now and occupy it! Occupy it until I, Saint Germain, may also step into your temple because you have swept it clean. Then shall we become one.
We are determined, beloved. You must have greater determination than you have ever had. It is God who reaches out to man. You must reach out to God with equal and greater fervor, for you have the greater need. Yet God would succor you.
Now know, beloved, that there is, there can be, no postponement. There is no postponement of the Victory. There is no postponement of the Light intensifying in you! There can be no postponement.
I call to you and I say to you, if you do not see to it that you have reanchored the message of my dictation by the time you give your early morning decrees each day,6 you will lose the level that you have risen to in this hour. Understand this and believe me, beloved.
As the dark cycles become darker, the bright cycles must become brighter. That is my message! That is my call! I seal it in your heart. I want to see the fervor of your soul, your spirit, your heart whereby you will ignite or reignite your threefold flame, balancing it and increasing its intensity, until you so expand that flame that you are standing in that flame and that flame completely envelops your form. Yes, this you can accomplish. You can increase the size of that threefold flame from one-sixteenth of an inch in height to the full height of your person.
Give the increase, I say. Increase and multiply God's Love, Wisdom and Power in your heart and prove to the Karmic Board that you have received and respected their dispensations, every one, and that you are following the directives that have come down from the Lords of Karma for the overcoming of an age - the overcoming of an age, I say, the overcoming and transmutation of all darkness of the age of Pisces.
Now, therefore, let us enter Aquarius! Let us place our feet firmly on the earth and know that Aquarius is rising - Aquarius is rising within us, within you, and you shall have the empowerment of Saint Germain when all of your temple is cleared and clean and shining bright.
Now I bow to the Light within you. And I look to the return, when I shall again bow to the Light within you and I shall measure the increase. I shall note it and it shall be upon your book of life.
Hear me, beloved, for I am the hound of heaven.7 I am the hound of heaven! And I am snapping at your heels and saying, "Look to the day of Victory!"

I would like to witness to the Masters' teaching concerning the use of sugar.
I have always had to struggle with my weight, and I still am in an ongoing battle to lose weight and maintain a right diet, as the Masters have encouraged us to do. I intend to be victorious over this problem and I decree often to that end.
About two years ago, when I was eating a very unhealthy diet of junk food, processed food, et cetera, I began to experience a personality change. Although I have always been an easygoing person, I would find myself in uncontrollable rages, crying jags and general nastiness. This was not like me! I made many excuses - i.e., PMS, my children, my husband, my job - but of course nothing improved. I then went into what I consider a mild depressive state in which I was not able to push myself through a whole day without a good, long nap.
I became severely antisocial (which I thought was because of my overweight condition and my lack of self-esteem), could not accomplish very much of anything because of lethargy, and became an altogether different person than I had once been. All this time I knew my diet was dangerous and that I was consuming too much sugar. After reading so many times the Ascended Masters' teachings concerning resolving our psychological problems, I decided it was time for me to visit a counselor.
I told my counselor that the reason I was seeing him was because of my depressive state due to my overweight condition and my inability to get this under control. After counseling me for about four months, he suggested that I see a nutritionist to set me on the right track with a personalized diet.
Well, what an eye-opener that consultation was! After taking a personal history and a list of my problematic symptoms, the nutritionist announced that she believed my problem was hypoglycemia! While this was a shock to me, it shouldn't have been because this condition seems to run in my family. I believe that the sugar demon was blinding me to the real truth about my condition, but my decreeing paid off and the Lord led me to the person who could open my eyes.
I began to research hypoglycemia and discovered that it is an extremely insidious and phantomlike entity. It mirrors symptoms of many diseases and conditions. Many doctors do not even recognize it. (I believe this is because the only cure for hypoglycemia is through diet; no medication or surgery is required.)
I am writing this testimonial because I have come to believe that people suffer from many, many different maladies and conditions that are the direct result of the ingestion of cane sugar and not eating a whole-foods diet. A close friend of mine suffered for many years from severe migraine headaches, sometimes as frequent as twice a week and lasting for days at a time, causing her to become bedridden. After trudging from doctor to doctor, she came to believe that her migraines were due to allergies, as an allergy test had revealed she was allergic to many substances and foods.
Since we live on opposite sides of the country, we were not in touch on a day-to-day basis; therefore she was not immediately aware of my discovery. When I did inform her, she noted that many of her symptoms mirrored mine. (One of the strongest symptoms of hypoglycemia is severe migraines.) She is now in the process of correcting her diet, eliminating sugar and eating whole foods and has not had a migraine for weeks!
Mother, while many people would agree that sugar is no good for you, it has been my experience that they do not believe that it is actually a toxin. When friends and family members mention to me certain of their physical and emotional problems, I always suggest that they eliminate sugar from their diet. I am very sorry to say that most of them stare blankly at me when they hear this or vociferously deny that sugar could be the problem. I am saddened, as you must be, that their body temples are being slowly but surely destroyed by this horrible poison.
I am so very grateful that the Masters' teachings led me to this most important personal discovery. I feel that I still have a long road ahead of me to fully recover from my addiction to sugar, but I will never give up.
I urge all who are suffering from symptoms and cannot find the cause to look first to the sugar in their diet. I have made many calls to cut myself, my family and all Lightbearers free from the sugar entity and I will continue to do so. I refuse to accept that the fallen angels will gain a victory by using this substance to destroy the Lightbearers of the world.
Thank you, Mother, for your complete devotion to your divine plan, which assists us day by day to gain our own victory in the Light. I think many of us just do not realize how instrumental you are on our path to the ascension. Without your focus and that of the Great White Brotherhood, I feel we would not be able to gain those day-to-day victories that will lead us to our union with the Lord God Almighty.

My Doctor Said, "Let's Try the Macrobiotic Diet"
The Masters and Mother Elizabeth have continuously expressed the importance of proper diet, especially the macrobiotic diet, for all associated with the Church. Here is my testimony.
At age 21, at 5'9," I weighed my normal 138 pounds and was in excellent health. Then I went through a lifetime of off-and-on illness, varying in weight from 113 to 128 pounds. Four years ago, I was down again to my low of 113 pounds, and both my wife and my doctor thought I was dying.
The doctor was confused, as I had no fever and no heart problem. Suddenly he said, "Let's try the macrobiotic diet." (Did my guardian angel or Mother Mary inspire him?) In three weeks, my weight was up to 128 pounds and my mind was again active and alert. In a couple of weeks more, my weight was back to my normal 138 pounds. Now, at 81 years of age, I am as healthy as at age 21.
I know of a man who weighed 240 pounds. He adopted the macrobiotic diet and steadily lost two to three pounds a week till returning to his ideal weight (for his bone and body structure) of 180 pounds. So if you are underweight, you can gain; or if overweight, you can lose.
My case is certainly unusual, but it does emphasize the importance to all of following the Masters' instruction. If we take proper care of these "clay" bodies, it will mean a healthier, happier and longer life as we assist in laying the foundation of the coming golden age of Aquarius. And it will certainly assist us on our path to the ascension when our allotted time (which we can extend) expires.
P.S. Cut down on the quantity you eat! Most in the U.S. eat more than the body requires. Save money and send it on to Alpha and Omega Trust. Earn some extra brownie points in heaven.
Three Angels Visited My Brother and Me at Our Cribs
I would like to share a cherished memory I have carried in my heart for forty-five years. It is miraculous that I can recall it at all because I was certainly less than three years old the afternoon it happened.
I was lying in my crib when three beautiful ladies came to visit. Two had blonde hair and stopped to look down on my infant brother as he was sleeping in his crib close by. Soon they joined the dark-haired lady who was standing beside my crib. They wore identical flowing white gowns sashed at the waist with silken cords. Diadems of gold encircled their heads and white feathered wings swept to their feet.
I wanted to call to Mama to come see my new friends, but the dark-haired lady placed her index finger to her lips and almost imperceptibly moved her head from side to side. She reached down and brushed my cheek with the back of her hand. Although I wanted to continue the visit, my eyelids grew heavy and I succumbed to sleep.
I offer this gift that was given to me, this memory, to you and to Keepers of the Flame in gratitude for the angels who guide, guard and protect us, who are unseen but very much loved.
