In this day and age but the few perceive it [the Light] and among those who do, a lesser percentage pursue it, seek to define and refine it within being, or even become enamored by it.
Let not the fervor of your First Love wax cold. For in this hour of Ascension's call,1 I, Serapis, come to you to warn you of a danger in the earth. That danger is the absence of those who keep the Flame of the Divine Mother, even the light of the base-of-the-spine chakra.
The abuses of this light have reached a level beyond the abuses that were practiced against the Divine Mother both on Lemuria and in Atlantis. Whether through the misuse of science or sound, technology or even that light raised to the third eye in practices of black magic, these perversions of the light of the Mother led to the sinking of these continents.
You may comprehend that the Law acted in those ages and cataclysm ensued as a result of this misuse of the Mother Flame. Therefore, beloved, you may understand what a grace is upon the planet in this hour that such infamy should be ongoing and on the increase and yet in many quarters life continues as always and many are able to walk a path of Light.
My coming to you in these Twin Cities is, of course, to remind you, as you have already been reminded, to seek reunion with the Father/Mother God, to raise up a pillar of Light that shall not only overpower the dark funnel that has been raised by the fallen ones, but to do so for the expressed urgency of providing a compensation for such abuses as are on the planet in this hour. Nuclear war itself is the abuse of the sacred fire of the atom. And thus, beloved, the infamy upon infamy can be a tale that is told many times.
Our warning is this, then, that unless that spark divine in Keepers of the Flame should wax hot and allow you once again to tend the altars as you should, there is little that will be done to avert those projections that have been told to you in our prophecy of last evening.2
It seems as though Keepers of the Flame have been burdened by the very weight of the year. Blessed hearts, it was announced to you that the weight of planetary karma would increase on January 1st of this year. Now you have been prepared for those astrological configurations that bear the portent of a far greater weight.
What will you do - you who have allowed yourselves already to become bowed down by returning karma of the planet - what will you do when, on January 1st, 1988, the weight of the planet will feel tenfold that of the previous year?
Precious hearts, only by establishing priorities when you see the Light and have the Light will you be able to sustain your fervor and momentum in the hour when the planetary levels of Darkness rise. Now, this rising can be met by you with glorious convocations held throughout December for winter solstice, Christmas Eve and Day, and the usual New Year's conclave. May it be so, beloved, for all that you can do to bank the violet fires for that hour of the New Year's descent will serve you well in the years ahead.
Take refuge, then, in the Divine Mother in a very present person in the beloved Mary and so many angels of heaven. But above all, take unto yourself Her swaddling garment and let the Light be raised up. Let your goal be the Ascension. Let it be to endure.
For some of you, this year has spelled sudden setbacks, calamities, illnesses difficult to bear. Others have experienced the financial setbacks brought on by the coming of the black horse. Be it so, beloved. The Path and the Teaching of the living Christ is such that as you accelerate with it, the Light in you is able to meet the tide of Darkness and consume it. Therefore, our purpose in being here this evening is to pledge to you our support as you join the living Christ Jesus as disciple, willing to be tutored of heart.
This message and seminar is very pointed to Keepers of the Flame, especially in this city but in all cities of the nations. For we come with a sense of concern that some have not heeded the cry nor known just how great is the threat whether of nuclear war or of economic debacle. Let your preparations include, then, an hourly concern for the giving of those fiats and calls that will deter those prophecies clearly outlined in the Messenger's work on Nostradamus.3
I AM Serapis and I can tell you that in our etheric retreat, circles within circles within circles of students of the Ascension Flame hold twenty-four-hour vigils for the keeping of a pillar of fire for the nations. When you serve your two-week term at Luxor in the course of cycling through the universities of the Spirit of the Lords of the Seven Rays, you, then, also join these circles. The circles are more than that action which does hold a decree momentum. The circles are solar rings composed of the unified hearts of all those who form them.
Thus, my passage through this city with legions of seraphim does mark even the day and the hour when you elect to wear white robes and to be in the earth saints of God, pillars in the temple and initiates of Serapis through the Lord Christ.
From the heart of Luxor now receive to your heart an impetus of the Mother Flame. It is a foundation stone and a white cube that will assist you to raise the sacred fire from the base chakra to the heart. From that level, then, the soul rising on that upward-moving fountain may find the protection of the white fire in communion with the living Christ.
We, the Lords of the Seven Rays, sponsors of Summit University at the Royal Teton Ranch in 1988, do welcome you, then, in the etheric quadrant of the year (January, February and March) for our quarter wherein we shall concentrate week upon week for the balancing of chakras and the giving to you new light and new birth so that you are well equipped to carry the momentum on your return to the cities.
All of heaven is poised to assist all Lightbearers to enter in to the period of earth's transition. Truly let us see the planet as a violet flame sphere and know that one heart in God is able to be the vessel for the saving of millions.
The love of the Masters of the Fourth Ray surrounds you. If you look up, you will see a circle of initiates from our etheric retreat who have formed a circle round about this room. These are your brothers and sisters who are advancing on the path of the Divine Mother. Some of you have met them in our retreat as you journey there at night. Some of you have yet to make their acquaintance. They have come here for a purpose, to lend their bodies and auras as a cosmic reinforcement, reinforcing in you health and strength and the necessary supply to make preparation in every way.
Thus, the blessing of the heart as the white light shall now liberate you in an extraordinary manner. May you take the mantras of the heart and the tape for the clearing of the heart chakra by Saint Germain, and for a period of fourteen days use that tape daily as Saint Germain's Heart Meditation.4 Use it, beloved, for fourteen days is the required allotment of time to absorb the gift that is given to its greatest usefulness and effectiveness in your world.
Blessed ones, you have heard of dispensations in prior years. Let me assure you that our Father Alpha has sent me with the blessing of Mother Omega to bring to you this warning, this countermeasure and this assignment. On this tape you will find Saint Germain's invocations for the clearing of your heart chakra given as a dictation during this meditation. By this, beloved, and the consequent expansion of the heart and its reinforcement, you will know a strength, a courage, an elation and a joy to press on and to maintain your light in ever-increasing levels so that that Light is always greater in intensity than the Darkness of returning karma and the forces of Armageddon that assail it.
You, my beloved who have seen the Light, to you I say, Become the Light! Become the Light, beloved. For it will take, measure for measure, less effort than to deal with the calamities that may come upon you because you have failed to heed the warning or to become that Light.
Be assured that we have sent our Messenger warning the people from city to city with our message of urgency. This is no ordinary Stump but one that must count in the annals of the nation even as a ride of Paul Revere.
Let the Light in the Lighthouse be the sign, then, that our God approaches. And let the cry of terror in the night out of the astral plane be the sign also that at the point and time determined the pale horse shall also ride.
