O wise ones and some who are yet wise in your own foolishness, I AM Raphael Archangel which stand in the presence of God! Therefore, beloved, I bring to you, from the Great Central Sun, fires of Immortality and Life, fires of Healing, if ye would be healed.
Therefore I say, choose ye this day whom ye shall serve - Life or Death.1 For those who would abide in the sweetness of Death have not the real desire for Life. Should Life, then, as infinity and light and everlastingness be bestowed, it would instantly be requalified with the desire of Death.
Therefore, beloved, a house divided against itself cannot be a fount of healing - except, of course, one is content with an exchange of astral or human-consciousness energies. These may be felt, may be passed to one another and may seem to clear, then, life or mind. But, beloved, the only permanent healing, and the healing which is ours to bestow, is a healing unto spiritual as well as physical wholeness.
Our emphasis, then, must be upon those who have indeed the "can-do" spirit and understand that all healing must be self-healing - healing by the Higher Self whom the soul does lovingly embrace as her Lord and as her Self.
In the name Jesus Christ, I serve. In the name Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Maitreya, I serve.
Let it be understood that God is no respecter of persons,2 that all sons who have attained to the ultimate consummation of Light, therefore one with God, may be invoked for a transfer of cosmic power of healing.
O beloved, seek that which is real and know that healing must be a purging - a purging of mind and heart and soul. Let virtue be the sign, then, of the conquering ones of this age who espouse a law and have the courage to embody the virtue of the Law, the light of the Law, and the letter as well as the spirit of the Law.
Blessed ones, you cannot take the mess of pottage, selling your birthright as Christed ones,3 and then turn about and expect to be renowned healers. Let the individual be selfless before God. Let him be a nameless one! And let God appear. Let the aura be so charged with a magnificence of light that the touching of the garment is sufficient for a transfer of wholeness.4
Beloved, this is an age when healing has become difficult for many - and even self-healing. Some are even disillusioned with so many alternatives and diets and pills and another and another selling their wares saying, "Lo, I have the elixir of life!"
Why is it so, beloved? As you have understood, it is karma - karma descending - that exacts a certain fiery trial. And I have noted well with beloved Mary, my consort, that those of the new-age movement who have understood Truth profoundly have yet stepped back and said, "I cannot endure the fiery trial." Thus, they have become the nonaccountable ones in an age of nonaccountability.
Realize that every soul must face her God and her karma. Let her learn well, then, the powers of intercession available but let her understand there is a price to be paid.
Think not that the violet flame may be invoked to transmute today some spot or blemish of consciousness and then, when one is free and healed by the violet flame, that one may again indulge in the same pattern and invoke the violet flame again and again.
You see, beloved, this attitude toward the graces and gifts of God lacks holiness, reverence and a sense of being the beloved son, responsible unto the Father.
For every healing that does take place through you or about you, someone must pay the price, beloved. For all energy in Cosmos must be in equilibrium. Therefore, if a dark karma is set aside or removed, the light of God or the light of self-proclaimed healer must be the price.
Now, beloved, many do not understand how heavy is the karma of souls who are bearing heavy diseases in their bodies. It is well that you acquaint yourself with the Law of God and realize that if by the Great Law this individual must learn a lesson through this experience and yet you pray for healing and continue to pray, the Law may answer by requiring you to place upon the altar the price - in fact, the quotient of energy misused by that lifestream in a previous life which did result in this disease.
Do you understand, beloved, that there are also forms of healing where, by prayer or hypnosis or mental willing, the disease is pushed back into the astral body or into the etheric body, there to lodge as karma denied? An individual may suddenly be healed of migraine headaches through hypnosis or other practices of so-called metaphysics.
Beloved ones, this may come about rather easily to the practiced one, adept in the uses of these methods. But, beloved, a heavy karma does accrue to such practitioners when the violet flame is not used to consume the record of the cause and core of that karma. And the individual who did assent to the easy way (that is not the way of Life) will see sometime in the future, in this life or a future embodiment, the same problem recurring and coming to the surface to be dealt with as karma that must be transmuted ere the physical symptoms may disappear.
Thus, some bear in their bodies burdens that others dispense with easily, even by the recitation of a mantra without accountability. There are easy paths and easy religions.
But I speak to you from the octaves of light as an Archangel. I have known you for ten thousand times ten thousand years. I have observed your comings and your goings - your fulfillment of the path of Truth as well as your meanderings in the qualifications of error. All that you have ever been of the Light you may call forth from your causal body to enhance your instrumentation of God's healing.
I say to you, beloved, even this Messenger did begin early in life desiring to heal. Saint Germain, then, taught her, with the assistance of Mary, that each one must come to the understanding of the responsibility of karma and that individuals can indeed be healed when they will apply the violet flame and be willing to serve to set life free that they have wronged.
Thus, beloved, understand that healing is a process which is a culmination of many others. Sometimes those who have not perfect sight desire their sight more than they desire to see God. Often, then, poor eyesight or diseases of the eyes or even blindness is an indication of the karma of refusing to see the Truth or to see Almighty God face-to-face.
Thus, examine the motive and the desire for healing and assess this in yourself as well as in others who come to you for prayer and assistance. It is well to help all in the body and in the spirit - to give comfort, compassion and all means of remedies available.
Take care, then, that you understand that the unlawful healing that is given may accrue to your own karmic record. And that unlawful healing, beloved, is the manipulation of the laws of God and of his Spirit to deliver one who must yet experience his own accountability in the wrestling of the soul in that fiery trial of which I speak.
Beloved, how, then, shall the people escape the torment of the last plagues? I tell you, it is possible. But let every man consider his communion with the Holy Spirit and with the sacred fire. Let each one consider how he may burst forth in song and life to lose himself and his self-concerns in the comforting and healing of others.
Let the violet flame be the universal unguent and even the elixir of youth. And let those who seriously desire union with God be prepared, then, to stand, face, and conquer in his name all that assails them.
I AM Raphael of the Fifth Ray of Science. I have inspired many a cure, a method, even an alternative way upon the scientists and the medical profession as well as upon those who have found the better way of life. Blessed ones, these are dispensations that come through the Lords of Karma, and when they are in your hands they are made available to all - and justly so.
My warning concerns, then, those grey areas - whether of psychic healing or healing of any other form where there is an interference with karmic law and where there is danger to the practitioner who unknowingly takes to himself the burdens of karma by various techniques practiced.
In this light of the new age, I pray you perceive that the greatest healer of all is he who first heals himself by the known methods of God-Mastery taught by the Ascended Masters.
When you complete the healing of the electromagnetic field that is effected by the power of transfer of light through the auric emanations of Archangels, when you can stand in a closed circuit of Alpha and Omega, beloved ones, then you will be the instrument of a light not your own, and not your own to direct, that will flash forth and heal, in the immediate environs or across the planet, those whose karma allows the intercession of grace.
Let your light be raised up. Let the Kundalini rise. Let the chakras become blazing suns. And see what you might accomplish for a planet in distress!
I give to you now my own beloved Mary, who would speak to you of your early vow.
Study the Healing Arts at Fátima
O my beloved children of the Sun, I am your Mother, so very near. And I come, mindful of the Fátima message and of prophecies due to descend upon earth.
I ask you, then, to realize that God has given to me in your behalf a presence, a calling, and a dispensation. When you say the word "Hail, Mary, full of grace," you are giving the salutation to the Mother Ray, the Ma-Ray that is in the heart of the Great Central Sun, which it is my ordination to convey to you through my heart.
I am an Archeia, therefore a consort of an Archangel. My beloved Raphael did keep for me a flame of love in heaven as I descended to earth - not in one life alone but in a number of lifetimes preparing, then, to give birth to Jesus in his final incarnation as the Christ.
In this day I surround you with my swaddling garment of light. I hold you in this immaculate embrace that is a healing power to restore the mind and soul and body to the original blueprint that is in your higher etheric body.
I speak, then, of your vow to be on earth in this hour when many would require healing. I ask you, then, in hearing the words of my beloved Raphael to remember to call upon God, ourselves, and many angels to bring healing where healing is possible. And if the Law does not allow it in the flesh, then call, oh, for the healing of the soul and the spirit that it might take flight from the body in the end to enter new planes of glory and edification to prepare for a final round unto the ascension.
It is the healing of the whole man that we are about. And we ask of you not only this but to remember the vow to heal a planet by becoming the instrument of such radiant light of the Central Sun. Pursue, then, all avenues of healing that are open to you lawfully. And, beloved, pursue the healing of souls.
Souls are in torment and require the healing of the Holy Ghost. You may learn of the gifts and graces that you may earn under the tutelage of the Lords of the Seven Rays. You may seek to increase the aura by devotion, decree, and service. And you may call to me and Raphael, for our etheric retreat is above Fátima in Portugal. There you may come at night [your soul in her etheric garment apart from the physical during the sleep state] and study the healing arts. Not far away is the university of the Spirit of Hilarion over the isle of Crete.
Do, then, call to God and your guardian angels to take you at night in your finer bodies where you may study and learn what are the golden-age methods of healing and how, when the planet is delivered of a certain karma and a certain band of fallen angels incarnate who oppose the real cures that could be available today for cancer and other terminal diseases - how through you and others there may come about finally the liberation and the revelation of the true healing arts.
Some who know it not have been inspired by us and have brought forth their methods. They have been persecuted. They have been pursued by those who have taken the law to wrest it to the destruction of those cures that ought to be available to everyone upon earth.
It is not the Lord God who has decreed that mankind must suffer from these dread diseases. But it is, beloved, a certain clique of fallen angels who have crept in unawares with their spiritual wickedness in high places5 who have prevented the little people - my people - from having those cures and that application of science which could have delivered their bodies that their souls might have pursued the true spiritual calling of their lives in this very life.
The plagues themselves descending were never designed unto Death and Hell. They are a karma, yes, but the Lord has perceived and has sent the intercessor in the person of the Cosmic Christ to inspire all with the means of deliverance.
I say to all who are so inspired, be not bound by the money beast! Freely ye have received, freely give.6 Therefore, let the world have what God has given you for healing. Minister to the poor in spirit and the broken in body.
Some have promised to give and have been taken aside by their desire for wealth or money. Blessed hearts, millions are dying. Give and give again that you might be emptied - that you might be filled of the Spirit and renewed to give again.
Did it ever occur to you, beloved, that God may have given to you a gift of healing or a knowledge because it is meet, for your karma demands that you serve life even as you may have done disservice to life in the past? Count every blessing, then, and talent and even genius as opportunity to make all things right.
I desire to see you free, even free from the desire to heal. I desire to see you become instruments of whatever light and love God would deliver through you. Thus, a little bit of nonattachment would liberate you to know the highest calling of your life.
In the purest heart of my Son Jesus, I extend to you the light - truly the light that is the answer to every need and call. Sent by the Father this day, I seal you in the will of God, the wholeness of God, and his never-failing compassion.
As I am one with Raphael, we establish, then, a circle of fire about you if you receive us, that our angels might better minister unto you and through you alway.
So when you are ready, may the Holy Spirit deliver unto you gifts of healing - freely received, freely given in his name.

These dictations by Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary were delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, February 8, 1987, at the Whole Life Expo at the Pasadena Hilton, Pasadena, California. The Messenger conducted a 4-hour "Self-Healing Workshop" prior to the dictations.
... You may or may not know that your physical eyes tell a great story about your individualization with its many past experiences. The military expression "eyes right" is one of the few that has always intrigued me when contacting the many soldiers who have called upon me. It is very good taken as a command from the Presence to persist in seeing only right and truth.
Dear ones, everything you have ever beheld tells its story as it was recorded in your eyes, for most of you know that much can be revealed by looking into the eyes of another. Would it not be well, therefore, for us to engage ourselves in a cooperative service for the purification of each chela's own world?
Give me your attention daily and, as you stand before your mirror, call and ask me to purify all your past perceptions of imperfection. Then, after your call, see your eyes as I do - as blessed orbs of luminous beauty, veritable windows of the soul through which God can gaze joyfully upon all his creation and see the perfection that Light has placed there right behind the screen of appearances.
Vest all men with heaven's holy orders, for what you see in others appears more readily in yourselves. And this that you do for them, each one, is done for me.
As the cosmic law permits, I shall call directly to your own beloved I AM Presence which sees in secret. And the Presence, you may be sure, shall reward you openly by the gift of clearer vision - physical, mental, and spiritual.
The transmutation of your threefold vision will so enhance the power thereof that those seeing you will perceive God, the I AM Presence, shining in your eyes. And by this perception the grace of God shall flow to them also (which oft occurred, according to legend, in the lives of many of the saints), thus transforming those on whom you fix your gaze from glory to glory as the power of God expands its grace to flash forth the greater light of the All-Seeing Eye directly from your own I AM Presence.

May I behold the Perfect Plan

Right here on earth His way I choose
