I step forth on the world stage prematurely, for I had not so planned to speak to you until Thanksgiving in Washington. Nevertheless, I AM here and my name is Saint Germain!
Beloved ones of the Light, it is indeed the urgency of the hour that brings me to anchor in the physical octave through the Messenger and your own hearts an increment of fire - Seventh Ray action for the holding of the balance and the steadying of the ship of state.
Having few representatives in Washington upon whom I can count to deliver the mandate of the will of God to the people, I go out across the nation seeking whom I may discover whose fiery heart and devotion to Light will allow me to place there a crystal amethyst of my heart and therefore to anchor through that spiritual focus my Presence and my violet flame for transmutation in this hour.
As you have endured to this end of our delivery,1 so I would first give to you my greetings and those of my beloved twin flame, whom I introduce to you as the beloved Portia, known as the Goddess of Justice. We together, then, are holding the balance in this hour of your entry into the age of Aquarius. Therefore know that our love is with you and that we are real and most concerned, for we have lived through many ages and many periods of crisis.
What is noteworthy, beloved, is that in all areas of crisis and ultimate catastrophe, it has taken but a few Lightbearers to save a situation and but a few spoilers to ruin all for the people.
Thus understand that key figures play their parts this day, even as chessmen on the board of life. For you to discern this and to recognize that in you the Light is a majority and that in the angelic hosts is the power to defeat the enemy of Truth and that in the Call is the key to the resolution of all crisis - this, beloved, is rewarding, that you should understand and then take action based on the majority of God within you. For one wed to that Light is sufficient instrument.
I have walked the cities and nations in this and past eras in the attempt to bring relief and healing. And do you know, beloved, that in certain of those past times I have not found a single individual through whom I could work. Therefore, when I find even a room full of hearers such as this and a body of Keepers of the Flame worldwide, I can assure you that I am gratified.
And that decree power is what we need to receive the dispensations from Cosmic Councils to intercede where no intercession or divine intervention might have been thought possible. Already, then, there is a certain mitigation in the [karma in the] economy, even with the coming of beloved Vesta. Each and any one of you or all together can make the difference.
Let us celebrate a day of decision, then, as our hearts are one in the love of the Blessed Mary and the Son Jesus. As we can commune together and determine that as the few banded together to respond to my heart in the formation of this nation, so in this third century of America's destiny the few and the many may awake and by the grace of God focus on those things which are the need of the hour.
The visions that I have given to the Messenger are accurate indeed. And I have given many visions beyond those recounted this night which are held back. Therefore know that the scope and scheme of the totality of that which could come of calamity is also known to her.
But I tell you, beloved, to begin at the beginning - which is the defense of freedom at every hand - this will draw a line that the forces out of hell that are not physical will dare not cross. For though there be war and contemplation of nuclear war, you wage a spiritual warfare against those principalities and powers of invisible hierarchies of fallen angels.2
And therefore, it is the Archangels and it is the Lord Christ and the Ancient of Days and the armies of heaven who wage war this night for the binding of the hordes out of the astral plane who would spill over into the physical through various openings, whether of individuals or of systems or of manifestations that allow it in this octave.
I speak of the rending of the veil that has protected the physical [plane] from this Darkness. Blessed ones, that veil has been rent earlier in this century by practices that are not of the Light. Even the breaking of the protective auric sheath of our youth through drugs alone has wreaked havoc in them, causing the entrée into their psyches of the suicide entity, who can be named and cast out as Annihla.3
Thus, forces of annihilation move as feminine vampire across the earth this night. The legions of Astrea and Archangel Michael work, as it were, furiously for their binding. Every prayer spoken by every sincere heart, no matter what their path or faith, is taken as the sign that we may enter in and do what the Great Law will allow in the mitigation of this "chastisement"4 at the end of the age of Pisces.
I come, then, with concern for decisions that are being made in your names and in your behalf by those who have not the capacity to lead. Therefore, beloved, it does take the Mind of God in all areas to outsmart a complex karma whereby the people of Light are tied to those spoilers in the earth and archdeceivers, tied by economic systems. Whether by bread lines, whether by the stock market, whether by taxation, whether by armies and war, the planet is enmeshed.
And therefore, the call went forth long ago from the heart of Joshua: "Come apart now and be a separate and chosen people!"5 When the avalanche of human karma descends and the seed of the wicked who know they have karma cry out to the mountains, "Fall on us, fall on us!"6 for they desire to die rather than to face the Lord's judgment, it is then, beloved, that you must indeed be out of harm's way.
I ask you, then, to pray and pray fervently to God and to Mother Mary. I ask you, beloved, also, if you care to do it, to pen me a letter and then burn it with physical fire. Ask me from your heart to send you my violet flame angels, angels such as those who warned me when I, as Joseph, took the young child and Mary into Egypt.7 Thus, the warning can come to you as to the direct course of action the same way it came to us by the Lord's legions of Light.
Blessed ones, in you is a flame that burns, and by it you have the all-power of God to take a stand in your time against all injustice. The beloved Portia will assist you each and every hour when in the name of these little ones you take your stand against the oppressors of my people and every form of injustice in Church and State and the economy. The lines have been drawn by others than yourselves, yet they [these `others'] exist on the power they have extracted from you - your light and your taxes - and by the fact of the burden of their karma which they have put upon you that is grievous.
People of earth and of Light, rally, then, while there is yet time. For even the Fátima prophecies may be turned back. But I will tell you what it will take: Beginning with ten thousand new Keepers of the Flame who will give those dynamic decrees, we should expect a million even in the United States invoking the violet flame daily before we should see a considerable change in that which is projected. Yet this is possible. Without question there are a million Lightbearers, many of them led astray into false paths and teachings that are nothing but time-wasters.
When it is an hour to decree and to check the actions of evildoers by voice and vote, it is not the time to dabble in entertaining arts, whether these be the black arts or witchcraft or psychic channeling itself. Blessed ones, there is a time to concentrate on one point and one alone, and it is survival. Then you may go back to your preferences on the Path.
I come for the uniting of a heart and all hearts of America. I come for the warning, beloved. And I tell you, it is possible to lose centuries of what we have built. It is also possible to use these centuries and your action of today as a foundation for the building of a true golden-age civilization that can sweep the earth from this point, America, into the new age of Aquarius.
Thus, beloved, note well that this is your hour and the power of Light that is yours to command by free will. We have played our parts. We are almost, as it were, bystanders. Our angels encourage you but we know that you are center stage in this final act of this Piscean dispensation. Your actions, choices, moves and decisions will truly affect the fate of earth and her destiny for centuries to come.
I commend you to the care of the little child. When you sense that responsibility and you look into the eyes of innocence, you know that you must act. You may not love your life enough, but I ask you to love your children, love your posterity, love the gifts that God has given to you and then rise up to defend Liberty in every plane and at every hand.
I AM your brother and friend - at your side instantly at your call. It is now my joy to seal the servants of God in their foreheads. I take the emerald crystal and through this hand direct to you a charge of light for your vision, your victory and your protection.
By the sign of the cosmic cross of white fire and the Maltese cross, we shall conquer as Above, so below.
