Out of the blue lotus flame of my retreat in the Himalayas I AM come, Manu of Light, Lawgiver unto the nations, ancient as ancient as the one you know - Sanat Kumara.
I AM THAT I AM Himalaya, preordaining and preceding mountains bearing my name. In the white fire center of Being I draw sound, sound that is sounding now in your body temple and in your heart. Thus, out of light invoked, out of the sound pronounced and sung,1 I weave a chalice of blue flame, that the Divine Mother might approach her own in the West and deliver unto them the disciplines of Padma Sambhava.
Therefore, let those who aspire unto the Buddhic mind know that the heart of Christ is the open door thereto. I AM of the ascended octaves, a sponsor of unascended masters, adepts and their chelas. Thus, those who have pursued a path of physical self-mastery, I say to you, receive now the gift of blue lotus flame of my heart, if indeed you have heart to receive it.
Some who have come out of the East unto the West showing physical prowess and the siddhis2 have not yet internalized the living Word who is the Universal Christ. Thus, beloved, know that siddhis alone do not clear the path for the incarnate Word. Thus, seek to be one with avatara, incarnation of God, and then know that thy God in thee is the All-Power, as Above and below.
The approach of the heart is the open door unto the victory of the West. Let threefold flames be balanced. Let the knowing be the knower of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Lo, in this Trinity of Light discover, O soul, layers of receptivity, creativity and light in the sacred centers. Each vortex [i.e., chakra], a spinning disc of light, can become a veritable sun. Thus, configurations of stars portraying the man show the seven planes and relate to the eye that all of cosmos is pitched and ready to receive the one who understands the ascending and descending of these seven planes by the love of the Mother and the Buddha, by the love of Shiva and Shakti.
Know, then, O hearts of fire, that we await all levels of balance to step through the veil through you also. With all thy getting, then, know the disc of Light, know the internalization of Alpha unto Omega, Omega unto Alpha.
The sealing of the dictations of the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood in New York does take place through this experience of offering the mantras to Light. Such a givingness does neutralize the misuse of the base chakra that is rampant and rife in the West.
Blessed hearts, only self-destruction and disintegration can come through the syncopated beat of rock music. Understand, then, that the key to the loss of the sacred fire of the spine is this very beat and the movement of that which I call anti-music and anti-Word. Therefore, know, O world, that that which seems as harmless as a dove in flight, as the simple pastime of youth is neither simple nor harmless nor is it a pastime but the consuming of time and space.3
Therefore, beloved, the power of the Word in mantra and the release of light does create an electromagnetic field. And when many so gather and when the tape recordings of the many who have gathered sounding the Word are played again and again, it does serve to reverse the downward spiral created by the anti-music and begin again to raise up the vision unto a people who have lost the way, who have forgot the land of Mu or Vaivasvata Manu, who no longer remember the Great Divine Director or Meru and Lake Titicaca. Yet all these names and the retreats of those on high have been known forever in the consciousness of the race.
See, then, how the destructive use of the sound of the AUM prevailing even in normal conversation when it is strident and raucous and unholy does surely, surely bring down the spirituality, the dignity and the love of a people.
Blessed hearts, the good people of earth need your care and carefulness. Therefore, see how you have displaced a vortex of darkness in this city and know that you can enjoy such a communion in the heart of the Buddha and the Mother through this use of sound and accomplish the purpose of raising the light within you, purifying your centers and restoring some balance to a city.
In the ancient temples of Lemuria, twelve surrounding the central altar, positioned in a wide circle across the vastness of that continent, there was the perpetual intoning of the Word in the frequency of the twelve gates of the City of Light.
Thus, beloved, when many left off their giving of the mantra and the intoning of the light, gradually one by one misusing the altars and then desecrating them and then turning them wholly to the abuses of fallen angels, there did come even the sinking of so great, great a land as Lemuria. No cataclysm and the record thereof is greater in the race memory than the going down of Mu midst flame and fire.
Blessed hearts, the Masters of the time did lead their chelas to distant shores. And as they stood and watched, so the grief was profound that with the sinking of the Motherland there was the going down of her retreats and the withdrawal of her Flame.
Thus the lowest point on Lemuria, beloved, was indeed the assassination of the incarnation of the Divine Mother in that hour. Realize that such a karma in the earth of the denial of the Mother, though enacted and executed by fallen angels, has remained a scar on the face of the earth for many thousands of years.
It is an age, then, for the balancing of that karma, the transmutation of the record and the bringing to judgment of the fallen ones who did desecrate Her temple and the temples of Her daughters, as well as the temples of themselves.
Blessed hearts, infamy upon infamy in perversion upon perversion unto the violation of the Holy Child did follow until the Darkness that covered the earth found no opening for Light.
Sometimes the evolutions of earth, or at least the Lightbearers, experience a consciousness of mourning and know not why. It is a grief for the loss of the Divine Mother and especially on the part of those who saw it coming but did stand by and not prevent it.
In this era, beloved, the nations of the earth have sought to raise up some element in their race memory of the Divine Mother's appearing, Her science, technology, art and culture. Therefore, in the fire ring4 around the Pacific are to be found those remnants of Lemurian lifewaves and races, as well as the reincarnated Lemurians.
In this age we see the Motherland reappearing in the United States and in Mother Russia. Therefore, beloved, inasmuch as these nations share many lifewaves who were together in the Motherland, both bordering on that fire ring, it has been the object and the goal of the fallen angels who corrupted that very Motherland and her shrines to also go to these nations to set one against the other, to raise up, then, a leadership committed not to the Divine Mother and Her Manchild but to atheism, materialism, intellectualism without the Spirit or the sacred fire of Mu.
Thus the children of Mu are divided by serpentine philosophies and conspirators conspiring not for the defense of Life but to win in their rivalries against one another. The fallen angels are competitors, then, to see who can be first in this and that, and they but use the children of Mu to achieve their ends.
O people of America, your counterparts in Mother Russia, having lived under a system heavy to be borne, are in some areas far more alert and awakened to the conspiracy of the dark ones than you are. Nevertheless, it is a burden grievous upon both nations. And all other nations in the earth are held in the balance of a confrontation not of Lightbearers but of warring systems and rival fallen ones.
Therefore, let the sound go forth! Let those of Light of every nation recognize that their leaders display no loyalties to the Flame of Mother or to this people, but rather are their loyalties to another, not from above but from beneath.5 Let all Lightbearers of the earth know that Light itself has conspired to weave the garment of God as Mother and in weaving, to weave hearts together who are of Light.
Therefore, we say to you, defeat the common enemy that is within thy self and mind and body and soul, and you will then unite to defeat the enemy that is without. You cannot see clearly what is Light and Darkness, what is Real and Unreal. You have been caught up in their systems and their economic theories and their philosophies and you have not understood that only by the vision of the third eye does clarity come and do ages-old false loyalties fall from you in favor of absolute devotion unto the Universal Christ, whose Light is in all children of the Sun.
Blessed hearts, until you recognize that fallen ones and foul spirits long ago arrived upon this planet in the attempt to subjugate the children of the Sun, you will not understand confrontations East and West nor within your own backyard and neighborhoods.
Awake, I say! For I AM Himalaya. And I have attended your comings and your goings in and out of incarnation unto your causal body, unto the farthest depths of the astral and physical plane. I say to you, beloved, according to the path of initiation outlined in "The Hymn of the Pearl"6 that is truly based upon an ancient Lemurian text known by Jesus, your evolutionary spiral has continued too long in and out of earth consciousness.
Blessed hearts, you have, as it were, a momentum on a sine wave that is not ascending. You have become accustomed to earth's merry-go-round and have forgot that the purpose of the sine wave is to get off the merry-go-round and to enter the spiral that leads as a coil of fire directly to the heart of Alpha and Omega.
Djwal Kul, come! Kuthumi, come! Morya, my Sons, come now and let them see thy threefold flame! Let them see what it means to embody Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva. Let them understand that the Trinity of the Far East did appear in the birth of the Cosmic Christ in Jesus7 and does attend their own birth now unto the Spirit.
I, Himalaya, by the power of the blue lotus send a fire that has a cutting edge, to strip from you now a certain hardness and density that has accrued to your auras and physical bodies, to the mind and emotions. I send a flame. And the heart of the flame is the secret ray, and in the heart of the secret ray is the violet fire.
Thus, from Alpha and Omega we begin to accelerate that there might spin off your being and world the dross and the dredges that you have attracted to yourself by failing to spin the wheels of the chakras, [by failing] to settle yourselves and to not be moved by the agitation of the Western mind that queries, "Why should I sit and give my decrees? Why should I sit and recite and chant mantras? There is no purpose to this at all, no worth to it. Let us be done with it."
Blessed hearts, the carnal mind is the instrument of the negative force of the planet. The sooner you recognize this aggressive force and this suggestion that enters the mind whenever you are open to it through an absence of the Alpha/Omega balance, the sooner you will embark upon a greater Christ-mastery. So many in the West, in the pride of the mind, are convinced that all ideas are their own, all suggestions have originated within their own creativity.
Pray, then, for the gift of discernment of spirits.8 Pray, then, to be taken to this temple of light, even the Temple of the Sun that once was physical on the continent of Atlantis.
Pray, then, to know Paul, the Venetian Master, and to understand him as an adept of the Ruby Ray, an initiate of the Holy Spirit and a Master of the art of Love. Read this one life and his dictations in the Lords of the Seven Rays and realize, beloved, that until you can exercise Christ-discrimination by the Presence of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva in the heart through the tutelage of Morya, Kuthumi and Djwal Kul, you will not arrive at the point of the razor's edge.
Sharper than the two-edged sword is the necessity for the one who is to divide the way between the Real and the Unreal. This is the challenge of Life! This is the challenge of living in the cities of the earth. But the challenge does not disappear in the mountains or in nature. For wherever the carnal mind remains in control, wherever the individual has not risen in his soul to the very heart of the Divine Mind, there will the faltering on the Path be.
Thus, beloved, I extend my hand in helpfulness as you take up the calling to be disciples of Jesus Christ for this very purpose of knowing at all times the difference between the Christ Mind and the lower mind, and when you know it not, to recognize that you have need of a Teacher, an Ascended Master, your own Holy Christ Self, who will teach you what is Real and Unreal.
Mistake not the power of the fallen ones for the power of God. Practice does perfect the soul's knowing. Yet these two powers side by side [the Real and the Unreal] thou must be acquainted with, and through a process of trial and error and experience come to know unmistakably the vibration that does tell all. Thus, whether the inner voice be the living Christ within you or yet the remnant of thine own mind or a false-hierarchy impostor whose words resemble the living Truth, thou must arrive at the hour of that discrimination, for thy life and the life of many shall depend upon it.
Blessed hearts, you have but to look in the arena of politics, the media and defense to realize how people are pulled and swayed right and left. With absolute conviction they believe the lie that was brought into Maitreya's Mystery School on Lemuria, the lies of the serpents, those fallen angels of superior intellect and knowledge who were able to confound even the most blessed of our representatives of the Sun who were not yet ascended and therefore fell prey to their promises and to their magnification of maya.
Blessed hearts, these theories have been around a long time. The fallen ones do not have an infinite repertoire but they do not need it, for humanity is swayed to the right and to the left as easily as with a smile or a clucking or the Lie itself.
Precious hearts, pray for Truth. Give the mantra to Cyclopea,9 the All-Seeing Eye of God, that you might have inner sight and know in your heart and soul when the archdeceivers are selling you, as it were, a bill of goods only to harness your Light and [the energies of your] chakras to their own projects and purposes. Thus, in this hour, without vision the people do not know who are the leaders of Light and who are not. This is a most dangerous circumstance.
Therefore, I, Himalaya, come to seal you from the base [chakra] unto the crown [chakra] that the light might be retained and raised and that you might pray continually through the rosary to Mother Mary, through the call to Cyclopea, through the ever-present help of Pallas Athena for the vision to know - to know the Truth that shall set you free10 and to know what is Real.
Therefore, I, Himalaya, send forth piercing blue fire throughout this nation, stripping the garments of the accusers of Christ and his brethren, stripping them, then, that they might no longer deceive a once mighty people.
O America, return to the stature of the Divine Woman and Her Christ Child! Return to the heart of Mother Mary and the Mother of Mu.
Therefore, all light released in this place is sealed in your causal bodies. And I commend you, Keepers of the Flame, to a vigil for Saint Germain in these remaining hours. Forget not that he has kept the flame for you until you should arrive at the point of destiny.
Thus, a blue flame, which is a blue flame lotus thoughtform over the city, does now contain the momentum of the prayers, decrees, offerings and dictations of this class. These shall be released in answer to your call for all needs whatsoever.I have determined to tarry in this city to reinforce Lightbearers new and old on the Path. I have come to be a guiding light whereby you may see the pitfall before you step into it. And should you step into it, my angels tarry to pull you from it and set you on the straight path of soul perfectionment. Make use, then, of our Presence for a fortnight. Then see how you can sustain it ongoing in the heart of Elohim of the First Ray.
Seven seals of blue flame lotus upon you, each one, seven chakras enfolded in light.
It has been a good mission and a victory for you, the Brotherhood, and this city. Weary not in well doing, for wherever the Keepers of the Flame gather we are there.
With the sign of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, I seal you now unto the hour of your Ascension in the Light.
