Ho! I AM come in a pillar of sacred fire into this my city through this my Messenger. For I, Godfre, have somewhat to speak unto thee, Keepers of the Flame of the nation's capital and concentric rings of territory moving out therefrom. I direct to you the fire of my heart and my love for America, for the I AM Race, and for the divine plan of Saint Germain which he did entrust to my heart.
O veils of the Divine Mother, part now. For I, Son of the Republic, would reach my own. Blessed Goddess of Liberty, assist me in this hour as I would impress upon them this my command to my minutemen and -women, to my soldiers on the front line:
Do not give up the ship!1
I command you in the name of Elohim! Do not quit this city until commanded to do so, for there is a fight to be fought and won. And I have entered this city this day with my legions of Light, lowering, then, my Electronic Presence over those pure hearts who would be a part of my supreme effort through my vow to Saint Germain to save America, to save the Lightbearers and yet in this late hour to turn back the tide and see the Goddess of Freedom no longer above the Capitol2 but descending as a mighty shooting star into that Capitol rotunda to be the Mother of Freedom on earth.
Blessed ones, while there is hope we dare not desert this place. Let it be filled, then, with Lightbearers. And let Keepers of the Flame hear my call. For Saint Germain and I with El Morya would see you gather here once more this fall. Therefore, let the Keepers of the Flame be summoned. And let it be such an outpouring of light that the evidence is forthcoming in physical manifestation by the year's end that there is indeed a turning of the tide and the judgment of the fallen ones for which you call.
Blessed hearts, it is a moment when those of the victorious sense may snatch from the teeth of the villains, who think they are the victors, all that they would take from the Light of the son, the daughter of God. Let Liberty's voice be heard through many patriots who come in the wake of the defense of Freedom and the contras, through one such as an Oliver North3 and many like him who have dared to heed the inner call of Saint Germain to help those freedom fighters when the profligate ones in Congress did not and would not - and did tarry as Hamlet: to be or not to be, to help or not to help, to defy the enemy or not to defy him.4
Blessed hearts, indeed let the `serpent liberals' go down and let them be bound by the Seven Archangels! If you call it forth,5 they will do it, I promise you. For these are rotten fruit that will simply tumble down from the trees and be no more if you will but speak the call.
Some have left off the fiery decree work that was their first love for so many other considerations. Blessed hearts, if little by little the self-concerns, the private concerns deprive you of this altar in the house of Saint Germain which he has dedicated,6 how, then, shall a nation be founded under God? How shall the Flame of Freedom return in such a conflagration as to literally burn out by the power of Elohim of Purity all darkness in this city?
It can be done, O blessed ones. Except ye become as little children, ye shall in no wise enter in. For the little children believe, but the adults become cynical.
Blessed hearts, so long as the sun does rise and the stars twinkle, the breezes blow and the flowers bloom, take heart, for another day of opportunity is at hand. Have we ever won the victory or won a fair fight, beloved, without an intensity that must come as a consuming fire that does burn in the breast for the very love of the soil beneath our feet?
Blessed ones, here or somewhere else every Keeper of the Flame now signed on the lists of this activity will face this adversary. Blessed ones, the encounter will not go away from you. Though a nation and a planet be lost, you will go back to the scene of this encounter if you do not face it now! And this is my Fourth of July message to the world of Lightbearers.
I come, then, having desired to anchor it in this city. And so Saint Germain has accorded me my wish. For I desire, as with Mighty Victory, that every erg and cell and atom of this city be charged with my devotion unto Freedom and that this devotion, as my threefold flame, shall indeed displace the vacuous ones, the dark ones, the spoilers throughout the government and industry and business.
O beloved ones, I am here to deliver that mandate and to tell you that you simply cannot desert the scene until called. You simply must stand and prove me now herewith what I shall release in the name of Saint Germain.
Let all Keepers of the Flame gather in this city when and where the arrangements can be made. And make haste that it be before the end of this year. For thereto have I sent my Messenger to be in this city and you also, bearing the light from the Heart of the Inner Retreat.
Therefore, I touch again upon this point of the Law. It is no accident that you are called to be Keepers of the Flame. Some of you have been a part of my household in embodiments past. Some of you have known me from afar. But, beloved, we have all known that Great Star, the Great Adept of Freedom Saint Germain. We have known him. And the line he has drawn must be defended at all costs.
For each and every one of us has some commitment, some date with destiny to defy tyranny and raise up a living flame that speaks in our hearts and by our tongues, no longer silent, and in the vision and the dreams of our minds, yes, a pillar of violet flame that bursts forth as flowers upon the hillsides from our own soul chakras.
Understand, then, that we have a date with destiny to defeat these forces systemwide and in the entire Matter cosmos. Let us not give in when so great a calling is at hand and a victory nigh for the taking.
Thus, beloved, the decree work will be answered. And it shall be answered as called forth, for the Mother of the Flame has truly read the desire in the heart of Elohim to multiply your decrees ten million-times-ten million. Let the calls to Elohim and the power of the Spirit of the Resurrection be full and overflowing. Let the chalice of your heart know the flushing out of the resurrection fire.
Do you think you do service to God and country? I tell you, all service is unto the Divine Flame within. And, beloved, some of you who have rendered such services in this life have truly had years added to your lifestreams in this incarnation, and you know not of it. But El Morya has seen to it, as he does take charge of his own chelas with such tender caring, that when you have acted and decreed above and beyond the call of duty, those decrees have by cosmic law and by his sponsorship returned to you for the cleaning out of the bloodstream, the removal of dangerous cholesterol and other toxins and substances picked up from the environment.
Blessed hearts, know the difference, then, between a chela initiated by El Morya at Summit University and one who is not. There is simply no comparison. Those who are not, yet retain a certain glaze and gloss of the astral substance that may shine as silver but never as gold.
Thus understand, beloved, that without the quickening, where shall the Son of God appear? And without your chalice upheld, where shall the Messenger come to? Thus you have established this sanctuary. Now you must fill it with the fire of your heart. And let your fire, then, shoot forth through all your veins and atoms and through your minds, renewing yourselves with the Power, Wisdom and Love of the mighty threefold flame of the Eternal Youth, Sanat Kumara.
O Ancient of Days, as Thou dost stretch Thy hands over this capital, I say, therefore, let bowers of light descend and let needle rays bind those fallen ones who do no good to our nation, but corrupt it, but steal its technology, but take from us all that is God-given.
I say, then, in the name of Saint Germain, let the rip cord be pulled now and let that which has upheld the Soviet Union no longer uphold it! And therefore, let it be cut and let this one come tumbling down. And I say all of the might of Moscow shall never put this Humpty-Dumpty together again.
Therefore, let the people - we the people who keep the flame of Life on earth - let us decree the judgment and the binding of the fallen ones who aid and abet the cause of World Communism. For the system is heavy with the blood of the saints, heavy with the Light stolen, perverted into Darkness, which does weigh it down.
And therefore, Almighty God, let the Great Whore of World Communism and false religion, let it be cut now! Let the rip cord be pulled, then, on world religion that does bind the souls of the people into a doctrine that is not acceptable, that is not applicable. And therefore, by the fiat of God we will not allow our people of Light any longer to be held and bound by this Darkness!
Blessed ones, the hour has come for the ceasing of these systems. Only the call must be given with fervent hearts, vision and a knowledge that it shall indeed be fulfilled by hosts of the LORD.
It has been told to you at our conference that many legions of Light have gathered from the Central Sun, from out the compartments of Cosmos who heretofore have been not at all upon this planetary home.7 Blessed ones, never has there been an hour when angelic hosts and Cosmic Beings were so available. Likewise, beloved, for such a showing of heaven we must say, let there be a greater outpouring from earth.
And let those in embodiment who know the decree and power of the Word - let them also know that when you multiply it, so the legions of Light shall melt down your own human substance. And I tell you, if there ever were true indulgences of heaven, know this for a truth, that those who decree and stand and preach the Word, teach the Word and spread all those facts and figures and teachings given by the Messengers, you shall indeed have a multiplication factor of Light unprecedented added unto you for your service.
I say this, beloved, for some have shrunk like shrunken apples, no longer juicy and succulent, into their own corners of selfishness, self-serving and therefore concerned only with the saving of their own skins. Perhaps they have not thought of it in this way, but the eclipsing of their service at the altar has shown that there is a certain inner lining of fear that has dominated their decisions rather than the courage to stand and still stand.
Blessed hearts, whereas Los Angeles may be somewhat deserted by Lightbearers, this itself has been decreed. But what do you think would happen to this nation if those who keep the flame here [in Washington, D.C.,] should pull out at this crucial moment in the history of the hemisphere, just at the very hour when by your decrees you may bring in a true and strong strategic defense and defeat years and years of war preparations of these fallen ones, of the Soviet buildup of arms, in order that they may never be used effectively against anyone?
Blessed hearts, truly that system should come tumbling down. And therefore, as we have said, and said through our own Son of Freedom, those who have the greater guilt and the greater error are those of the West,8 the Nephilim gods who have supported this evil system. Hearts of fire, let them be judged! Whether deceased or not, let their names go down as having been judged by your call.
O blessed ones, just think of it. You are not called to go to war, to go into battle where you may lose your life or even give your life in honor and nobility. You are not called to leave your families or the comforts of home or even your jobs but only to be at this sanctuary daily if you can. For it is vital in this hour that our sanctuaries be full worldwide and such power be invoked as to test the very limits of heaven as to what heaven will do for the raising up of Freedom.
Blessed hearts, I come with my joy, my threefold flame, my spirit, and I say, Let us give it all we've got! Let us give all of our might, all of our love, all of our desire, all that we might have given in past lives but have not, all that we say we shall give in this life and in the next. Let us give it now!
I call all of the faithful worldwide to action now for Saint Germain. For I know that if we as blacksmiths with the God Harmony, who was once embodied as a blacksmith, shall strike a blow for Freedom one and all together, that truly the very impetus and movement and the rhythm of our striking shall break apart the bridges of the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy.
Let us march with God Harmony. Let us march to our own tune and not to that of the pied piper of restlessness, procrastination and self-concern. Let us see what life will afford those who give their lives, and give them ultimately in a spiritual sense.
Blessed ones, I can tell you only this, that I give counsel for many reasons. And I must add a note of warning, then, that you need to be so engaged for your own safety - for your spiritual as well as your physical protection and that of your children. Whether from plague or unseen forces or manipulators of the mind, the enemies of the Keepers of the Flame are subtle in this hour.
Remember, you are engaged in expanding the First Secret Ray,9 and therefore it is an inner walk with God. And that which does attack the five secret rays as the anti-Force of anti-Cosmos, blessed hearts, is that which desires to enter in to the very nucleus of the cell. Thus you understand that in some plagues and under some conditions there is an invasion of the nucleus of the cells unto the utter demise of the individual who has [made himself vulnerable to the enemy as he has] violated the sacred fire of the Divine Mother.
Understand this, beloved, the inroads into your beings are unseen and subtle. They affect the subtle body, the etheric body, the astral and the mental. And you look around and you say to yourself, "Everything is all right." But, beloved ones, the physical will never give you the testimony of this invasion of the innermost privacy and peace of your being.
Thus, know that at the same time that enemies have developed weapons that cannot be smelt or felt or in any way perceived, so they come coincidentally with this testing of the Lightbearers of the world.
As you keep the flame with Mighty Cosmos, as you keep the flame of the Ruby Ray, know, then, that we have heard beloved Alpha, who has said that he should return in forty-eight months.10 We have noted twelve months for each of the four lower bodies of the earth: twelve months for the purging of the etheric octave of the fallen angels; twelve months for the cleaning out of the mental belt and the waging of the warfare of Armageddon, therefore defeating those forces moving against the youth of the world; twelve months for the routing out of the astral pits; twelve months to anchor the entire message of Freedom in the physical octave and to turn the tide of world opinion.
Blessed hearts, these twelve are not consecutive but simultaneous. And therefore on all fronts you must defend the power of the twelve unto the coming of Alpha again. Thus, stand on the twelve lines of the Clock and defeat those forces. You can do it, beloved. You can do it! It is within the Power that God has given unto you, the Power that God will lower unto you.
Blessed hearts, take a renewed sense of purity, of the directness of your attunement with your I AM Presence. Take a new sense of hope from beloved Hope. Take a new sense of buoyancy from our conference and know that you indeed are as the one who will come. Whether it be William Tell, whether it will be the sounding of the warning that the British are coming by Paul Revere, it takes only one, beloved, for the saving of Freedom for an age and ages.
You can think of many, many examples when one individual who had the courage, the vision and the knowledge that his act would count did make the difference in history. And therefore, we are standing here this day. We are gathered together. We are one in the flame of Victory because singular individuals have dared to be God on earth and to alert and to awaken their communities and nations and peoples.
Blessed ones, let Cosmos hear the resounding of your cries and your call. For I AM Godfre! And Saint Germain gave to me truly the divine blueprint of America. And the Goddess of Liberty gave to me the trials that should come. Therefore, it is prophesied that by Divine Intervention the war and devastation of the final vision shall be rolled back.11
Let the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood descend through you and sound the clarion call. For understand, beloved, that Divine Intervention does not only mean angels billowing through the clouds in time of nuclear war, though assemble they do, but it does also mean that divine emissaries in embodiment at the time of crisis are flooded with Light, having superimposed upon them the Electronic Presence of Cosmic Beings and, I tell you, that they do act in form.
Therefore, beloved, take your example from this one patriot Oliver North, who has stood up against these fallen ones who have corrupted a nation and nations. Blessed hearts, run to his side spiritually and demand the defense of all like him, beginning with yourselves. For you are brothers with every patriot and fiery freedom fighter of all nations.
Blessed hearts, you are one at inner levels. Let the Lightbearers of the world unite in the physical octave and, I tell you, they shall not stand. These fallen ones cannot lift up their heads again against the challenge of the Lightbearers if you will only do it.
And therefore, I tell all worldwide, you who do not pay attention to the daily events and news, I tell you, it is a crying shame! For your consciousness being blank cannot be penetrated and used by the ascended hosts, and you yourself do not formulate the accurate and incisive calls in your decrees. It is therefore absolutely inescapable that you watch and take notes on the evening news and other programs that present events, and then follow through with publications which present a more detailed and a more objective view of those events.
Blessed hearts, we work very hard to send our angels to see to it that you are informed. And many still say to themselves, "I do not need to have this information. If I should need it, the Messenger will tell us about it." Blessed hearts, if you wait for that, it may be too late! For it is moments and seconds now which count in the outcome of World Freedom.
Blessed hearts, I tell you, World Communism can be defeated yet! It needs only fervent hearts who understand this and know that it is relentless and demands a relentless fight.
Perhaps you have heard it all before. Well, I tell you, the Goddess of Liberty does not speak in vain. Saint Germain does not speak in vain. And they have spoken to me this day and called me to appear before the Karmic Board. And they have sent me to speak to you that this message might reach all Lightbearers without limit.
Blessed hearts, their question to me was: "Beloved Godfre, how many more times do you think the Lightbearers can bear to hear this message and respond when they have been the watchmen of the night year in and year out and some of them embodiment after embodiment?"
And I said to that august body, "I do understand, O Blessed Ones who are our sponsors, that they may be weary and even bowed down by this responsibility. But I tell you, I know their hearts, and I know that in their hearts they will not fail and they shall respond this time to the measure required by Lord Gautama Buddha.
"And I know also, Blessed Ones of Light, that they are burdened even by the world karma that they do carry. Therefore, I shall go in your name, as you send me and give me your leave, and I shall give them the fire of my heart, the devotion of my being and the tremendous love I have for this nation and for Freedom and for that Cause. And I know that by God's grace I shall speak to them and they shall hear me as they have never heard me before. And they shall know that I, Godfre, shall not leave their side and that I stand in this nation's capital."
And I shall ride upon my white horse, a magnificent being of light, blessed ones, who is an elemental of the first order. And thus, I shall ride this creature up and down the streets of this nation's capital. And I shall continue to do so night unto night and day unto day and hour unto hour. And I shall speak to the people. I shall be as the town crier, beloved.
I shall be here. And some will hear. And those who hear shall receive your calls and they shall be cut free and one by one they shall file into your ranks.
O beloved, we must have this hope, this vision and this promise. I lay it upon your hearts, beloved. Will you help us as never before? ["Yes!"]
May your cry now echo round the world as the shot that is fired that does say, "We will not compromise and we will not stand for the compromisers in this government of this land ennobled by the Great Ones, sponsored by the Great White Brotherhood! We shall not allow them to mouth their mealymouthed condemnations of the true Lightbearers, their `anti' consciousness that does decry war and therefore does accept peace at any price as long as their flesh and skin is saved.
"We will no longer stand for such ignominy in that august body of the Congress, in that Capitol building, in any of these houses of the representatives. Therefore, we will take our stand. We will call for their judgment. We will demand they give accounting before Almighty God.
"And we will demand the raising up of the true sons and daughters of God. And if no one does rise up, we ourselves shall rise up and therefore present ourselves to be elected to public office, if necessary."
Thus, beloved, enough is enough. And all of us have had enough of the fallen ones throughout the nation. Thus, this day it is heaven who does take a stand and say, "Let them go down! Let them go down! And let them join those whose words they mouth who are in this hour on the sides of the pit."
Thus, I, Godfre, have spoken to you in the name of the Goddess of Liberty and by her leave. I have spoken in the name of Saint Germain. I speak through the heart of the Messenger and through the heart of every Keeper of the Flame.
Let Light endure! Faint not, beloved, for thy crown awaits.

This dictation by Godfre was delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Tuesday, July 14, 1987, at the Rakoczy Mansion, Church Universal and Triumphant Washington, D.C., Community Teaching Center, Washington, D.C. The Brotherhood anchored the fire of the Inner Retreat above the Washington Monument, lending impetus to the threefold flame anchored there on September 30, 1962, by Paul the Venetian.
