I AM indeed Michael Archangel. I AM here, then, for the galvanizing of a company, to charge and charge and charge your chakras by the fiery blue will of God, that you might advance far beyond current levels of advancement. O God, I AM here for the shattering of the mold of the former self: for they are ready.1
Therefore I bless the offering of self and abundance and love. I, Michael, summon you this night into the legions of the seven, not alone my own but [those of] the Seven Archangels who must deal with those upon whom the trumpet judgments have descended.
I AM Michael, and the sealing of the crown by the cape and cap of blue is my office. You have been delivered with a mighty fount of illumination and sacred fire. Know, then, beloved, that I AM ever aware of those who lust after the light of the base and the crown [chakras]. Your defender, indeed, I seal you as pillars of blue flame and I multiply your dynamic decrees to me. Soon, then, the perfected preamble2 shall be in your hands. Use it as a sword.
We shall win, beloved. I AM as determined as Alpha and Omega, as determined as you and the Messenger. I AM the Guard! And I share with you the intensity, the love and the determination to establish the protection of God-Freedom, Christ-Freedom and soul-Freedom on earth.
O beloved, in ancient days I stood in your midst to bless you as you went into battle to defeat the Watchers and the Nephilim and their masses. Blessed hearts, I can tell you it was a victorious battle and a Victory for the Light. What ensued after decades was a loosening and a lessening of the hold - the holding on to a Victory won.
This people has won many a Victory but it has been denied, as some of your own have said. Now I say with Victory, I undeny your Victories. I untie your hands and hearts. I open the way. I affirm Victory then, now, forever and tomorrow.
We are Victory. We march with Victory and his legions. We shall see it in the physical octave. I promise you, beloved. So I say, I need to hear your promise also.

Blessed ones, your promise is the sealing of FREEDOM 1987, of the Victory of the defense of Freedom and of earth.
So I AM Michael of the First Ray of Victory!
And Jophiel does say, I AM Jophiel of the Second Ray of Victory!
I AM Chamuel of the Third Ray of Victory!
I AM Gabriel of the Fourth Ray of Victory!
I AM Raphael of the Fifth Ray of Victory!
I AM Uriel of the Sixth Ray of Victory!
I AM Zadkiel of the Seventh Ray of Victory!
So we seal the Victory! And the LORD's judgments through us are God-Victorious to the Lightbearers of the world!
Therefore, we say in the seven planes, octaves and chakras of being with Elohim, Saint Germain, Portia and the Cosmic Spirit of Freedom and Justice:
"Lightbearers of the world, unite and be free!"
"The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance O'er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom."
