Jophiel is my name! And I raise the scepter of the living Christ. Summoned by these as a company of numberless numbers, for you are multiplied and surrounded by angels tier upon tier, so I am able, then, in the heart of Christ to answer the impelling call for Judgment. It is the call of God, of Alpha, of Omega and of my Lord who has said, "Lo, I AM Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending!"
O Sanat Kumara, we have come, multiplied by all legions of Alpha and thine own. Therefore, O sons of men, therefore, O Sons of God, know that in this hour in answer to your call legions have entered the mental belt of the earth and there is a terrific turmoil and a tumult. There is, therefore, war in this plane of the mind.
Therefore, let all true sons of Light heed my warning: This is the arousing of the serpent, even the sleeping serpent who has long been left in the mental plane to subvert youth, who remain subverted throughout a lifetime for want of the true Shepherd.
See, then, the purpose of the Shepherd's crook. It is to draw up the light from the base unto the crown, to draw it inward into the inner mind and to seal the third eye. Thus, by the sealing of the Christ there is within that spinal altar the power of God.
Take heed, ye legions of the Cosmic Christ! For by his leave I summon you. And in the name of Archangel Michael we do descend to every layer of perversion of the Mind of God.
Let, therefore, the trumpets blow! O seven angels, let the trumpets blow! For there is a suffusing light in these chakras and earth has come to the hour when the trumpet judgments must descend, not only to the level of the mental plane but to the seat-of-the-soul chakra, which is nevertheless governed, therefore, by the air and the Mind of God of Holy Spirit. Beloved of the living Word, let sacred fire know the response.
Thus, a battle begun must be enjoined. The battle begun, you dare not turn your backs. Keep on, beloved. For by the defeating of these forces of the anti-Mind, you in God and with these hosts accompanying you shall defeat all forces of anti-freedom and anti-defense in this nation. Let it be fought, beloved, and let it be fought hard.
Know that as by the hour you deliver your mandate before your personal altar of the Judgment Call and the calls we have taught you in this little while, so millions times millions of angels are empowered, shall continue to be empowered to bind these fallen ones until the reapers come and these angels bind them in bundles and remove the "tares" in the rent of America's garment and take them to their sudden and swift Judgment.
Therefore I say, respond with all your heart to defend the Mind of Christ in yourself and in all whom you meet! Let it become a pledge and a badge. Let it become something that is ever with you as that conscious determination to be I AM WHO I AM.
All this, beloved, we bring for the preparing of the action of Elohim. We draw, then, a mighty solar ring around this place and concentric rings extending, until the earth and beyond unto space itself is encircled.
I AM the guardian action of the Mind of Christ beyond space. Therefore, I claim space for Saint Germain! [17-sec. applause] It is a mandate of the Seven Archangels whose trumpets blow in a mighty harmony of notes unheard. Blessed ones, the trumpets as they are blown do deliver precisely what is written in akasha that is apart from the scriptural record, yet very plain.
Therefore, inasmuch as this is the opening of the seventh seal, the one triumphant in the seven rays of the seven chakras for the violet flame, for freedom - Saint Germain and his Keepers of the Flame with him in vibration - shall rise, then, for the conquering of space, for the occupying of space, as with the God of the Earth, Gautama Buddha, they understand day by day the Buddhic initiation to occupy that space.
Therefore, I am casting down the fallen ones and the idols! See them come tumbling down out of the skies as Wormwood and other shooting stars.
Blessed ones, let the Saturnian tester, the mighty Initiator Maitreya therefore occupy space. Let the four beings of the ruby cross occupy that space.
Space, then, is painted violet flame by violet flame angels. Let freedom reign! And let all know that freedom has claimed space, and no other but the free hearts of Sanat Kumara may occupy it. So may you make it so in the physical octave!
Blessed hearts, no sadder day could there be than that day whereon others take the dispensation that has gone forth for the victory of freedom in space, for Keepers of the Flame have not claimed it. May you leap to your feet and say,
I claim space for Saint Germain!
[Congregation rises and affirms with Archangel Jophiel:]
I claim space for Saint Germain! (3x)
O my beloved, the Lord of the World does write in that sky your fiat and vow.
Now I would tell you how I should cherish your tarrying in this tent for those calls that can save the earth. Let all who can, then, remain. And let all plan each year to be here no less than fourteen days' concentration of this fiery work of the ages.
Blessed hearts, when calamity falls upon an individual or a family, untimely death, crippling accident, sudden disease and timely passage, it is too late to give a fortnight to the call that could have mitigated and entirely eliminated that darkness. I say, beloved, this tarrying is worth all the insurance you could ever carry. For it is a cosmic assurance that your heart wed, tied by the love tie with Sanat Kumara, is sealed in gladness. And you, then, become the glad ones occupying succeeding levels unto the heart of the Sun.
Now I take you beyond space to the inner space of Helios and Vesta whence there shall come to you the sealing dictations of these five days. I ask that you sing to Helios and Vesta to the tune of "O Sole Mio."
I AM Jophiel, sealing your crown chakra, preparing the way for the fullness of the action of the spinning Sun of your I AM Presence. All now, at once, concentrate upon that Sun high above you and note how it begins to be a pressure here in the very crown chakra the more you concentrate upon the white-fire/yellow-fire sun.
O beloved, the joy of the Lord is in the center of being. Hear, then, the joy of the Lord as the laughter of God does laugh to derision these fallen ones whose place is no longer: for time and space are not for them. Oh yes. Oh yes.
[Congregation affirms with Archangel Jophiel:]
I AM Jophiel and I say to you, let my fiat ring and then I shall call upon your vocal chords.
Now, I, Jophiel, proclaim: I claim time for Mother, even the Cosmic Spirit of Justice! Let Justice occupy time! Let Freedom occupy space! Thus intertwining, thus intertwining, the hierarchs of the Aquarian age may sponsor in you the intertwining from the base unto the crown, thus restoring androgynous being and the oneness of twin flames. Therefore, say it:

My counsel, then, beloved, is that you should be just in your use of time, just toward all life, just toward yourself, your I AM Presence and all hosts of Light, just toward the divine plan, judicious in your use of moments.
O let freedom ring throughout space!
Now let us journey on the wings of this song. (We request that you do not depart from the dictation mode. You are to sing what you know and be silent in what you do not know.) Meditate on the whirling sun above you. It is for your very life in this octave that you heed the word of the Masters.
Feel now the pulsation of the crown chakra. Close your eyes and visualize it. Intensify the action in your mind's eye as though the sun in the sky were whirling and spinning above you, its colors white and yellow, interchanging. Maintain this thoughtform through all dictations and singing. Your concentration is building a thoughtform for the passage of Elohim. Let us begin.
This company is being drawn into the heart of Helios and Vesta consciously by the white-fire/yellow-fire sun spinning. Feel yourself entering the heart of the physical sun as one company, as though this entire valley were picked up and placed in the heart of the sun. To complete this, let us sing to Helios and Vesta three times. ["The New Day" sung]
