I, your Mother, have placed your feet upon the very first place of the highway of our God. Your feet, then, positioned on this highway and keeping on this road of life may ultimately arrive at the goal, beloved, that is your beginning in the heart of God.
I will not tell you how long is this road, beloved. For infinity is too long for some and too short for others. Rest assured that there is a co-measurement on this highway to be established by you through the development of your heart, one with my heart.
I do this, beloved, for one and all have given much, even to the saving of the Church of my Son - the Church Universal and Triumphant. As he said to the disciples, Ye have been with me through my temptations1-so you have also endured through the initiations of our initiate, whose name is now spoken in ancient tongue by Lanello.
Therefore, beloved, may you endure the next round whereby the highway of our God will surely test your souls but with the support of the office, mantle and causal body of the Woman clothed with the Sun represented in our Messenger. Therefore, beloved, there are cycles and seasons.
I see now the bejeweled garment placed upon you by angels - these jewels embroidered into a fabric magnificent. Lest you consider that there are those who have tried less than others, I would point out to you that in some of this embroidery there are stones missing for virtues and graces not diligently acquired. And in some there are many stones missing, whereas for others there are more clusters where there has been a heightened service.
Thus you see, beloved, that stripes upon angels, epaulets do indicate a certain attainment. And it is so in many activities on earth - not only in the military but also in fraternal and scouting orders. Therefore know, beloved, that not a single sacrifice goes unrecorded or unrewarded. This ought to be a motto you say to yourself when the Virgo misuse of the [Libra] scales prompts you to consider something an injustice.
Oh, is it not wondrous to compare yourself to your Christ image or I AM Presence instead of to another who seems with ease to acquire without the same toil that you go through?
Blessed ones, heaven always expresses gratitude in a magnanimous way to every heart. We believe (and have spoken much about it) that it is our joyous responsibility to confirm the greatness of souls, to make known achievement - to love, to praise and to let it be known in the heart of hearts of a chela that truly good has been accomplished. And this is due to the fact that there is so much condemnation on earth that we say, where praise is due, let praise be spoken!
Blessed ones, rewards may come late. They may come after lifetimes when you come full circle to lay your crowns before Him, to give God the glory and to recognize that the highest reward is not greatness of itself but to be the servant of all and to be the instrument of the Greatest Light.
I come with this scepter of the Shepherd's crook that is my Son's and I tell you that the Mother flame in the Church must be restored fully. I tell you, beloved, that even in his life the apostle Peter never completed the assignments given to him by Jesus, neither when he was with him following the resurrection nor after Jesus' ascension - to the present hour.
The incompleteness of that mission is reflected in the incompleteness and the corruption of the mission of the Church. And by "corruption" I mean the decay - the very quality of it being capable of being decayed or corroded. This also does apply to actual corruption, as you would use the term, within the hierarchy.
Blessed ones, do you not find it strange that the original Vicar of Christ, Peter, was married and yet all others who followed have been given the law of celibacy? Do you understand, beloved, that the rabbis who came before were married and are to this hour? And do you understand that the nature of wholeness found in the balance of Alpha and Omega is a security and a protection to the path of spirituality when complementary ones may serve together in holy matrimony?
You find, then, that where the spiritual teaching as practiced in the Far East is not a part of the goal of celibacy, the end of that celibacy is far more heinous than the lawful marriage that is also ordained for those clergy outside of the Roman Church. Thus, today homosexuality is rampant in the Church with high percentages of my priests so engaged. The misuse of the sacred fire, unlawfully [according to the laws of God], does place those priests outside of their vows, outside of a sense of personal dignity and truly outside of the holiness of the altar.
These burdens upon the religious in holy orders have, as you know, in times long ago resulted in pregnancies and often the abortion or the death [killing] of the child at birth in an attempt to conceal and remove the evidence of the infraction of that code of ethics and conduct.
Blessed hearts, it is good to place before oneself goals and self-discipline. Even the path of celibacy may be put on by married couples for a season of devotion, fasting and prayer. These cycles, then, of conjugal love side by side with an acceleration of the marriage to the living Christ can therefore allow the individual to be balanced, to retain dignity, to know the beauty of family life yet not to be deprived of the priesthood of holy orders.
Even so, the ancient prophets were married. Even so, some who later became saints and came apart from the world were married in the beginning, such as Siddhartha. And you know, beloved, that my own Son shared a beautiful love with his twin flame, Magda, who held the balance for him, even as I did, as he pursued a mission of immensity, holding the sacred fire of the Divine Mother in the full mastery of his chakras.
Blessed ones, take heart then, for the corruptions of the old Church must pass away with the structure itself. Souls must be liberated. Devils who have crept in, as the fallen angels who perverted the temples of the Mother in Lemuria, must be bound and judged.
This temple, this inn, this holy church, is to us the new wineskin for the new wine.2 It would be impossible, beloved, to deliver the magnificent teachings on marriage, the balancing of karma, the transcending of the human marriage and the entering into the marriage made in heaven given the old wineskins of orthodoxy.
It is important to understand, as the Messenger has said, that all must have a path that they can follow - steps that are not too difficult nor too easy. You know with children that in either case they become bored or frustrated; and therefore the initiations set by the angels and the great Masters are meet for the individual.
We must give you those knotty problems that we also faced. We must place before you even a conundrum, as it were, or a Chinese puzzle. When no answer seems to be the answer, you must find the way through - you must find the loophole.
You must understand that on earth and in karmic conditions and circumstances there are, in fact, some situations to which there are no solutions. This is a very important truth, beloved. Consider well what I have just said: I have said there are some situations for which there are no solutions.
The present order of the Roman Church - its corruption, its travesty against my Son and his Teaching, its compromise with World Communism which bespeaks some plot or conspiracy as has been suggested3 - surely, beloved, must show that the old order must be replaced by the new. Yet there is no resolution to that old order because of free will, because of entrenched forces, and because of such a horrendous karma on the part of this institution that it is as though it would be better to let it go bankrupt and dissolve rather than to have a new set of lifestreams and saints take on the Church and with it take on a karma that is not even theirs.
Thus, when individuals buy into businesses that are about to go bankrupt, they must take on the debts if that bankruptcy is indeed to be avoided. Therefore understand, beloved, that in the case of this life, this planet and system of worlds, the action of the Holy Spirit, the action of Shiva, has provided a recourse: The Destroyer (or the Dissolver, or Transmuter) must simply take the clay pot, break the vessel and let that clay go back to the Divine Potter and be remolded anew, fully stripped of its old pattern and energy, ready now to be formed in a higher matrix.
Another example of a situation to which there is no solution is life itself. Individuals come to the end of their karmic round with threescore and ten or more or less. At that point in life the body may suffer disease and old age, have expended its light, and have no further endowment or opportunity for the cycle. The resolution to a nonsolution is to break the mold, allow the soul to fly from the prison house of matter and have the opportunity to begin anew in a new temple.
So it is true with outworn houses and buildings. Along come the wreckers. Many are glad yet many protest, for they are attached to the past. They desire to see neither themselves pass away nor the old order nor the old institutions nor the body itself. And they do not easily give in to Death or the Death Angel.
I come, then, with this teaching that you might wax wise and philosophical concerning what Saint Germain has instructed you on - to deal in the realm of the possible. This teaching was given in the Washington, D.C., Teaching Center on the occasion of the downing of this [KAL] plane where all were destroyed. Beloved ones, to expect the impossible or the improbable that is not in the realm of the practical nor in the givens of mankind's free will is to be out of touch with reality and what decrees can accomplish and what they cannot.
Miracles are indeed a fulfillment of cosmic law and not an exception, and they come about because of the graces that are stored in the causal body of those involved. Thus, miracles do happen but every miracle is in the framework of that which is possible and according to the Divine Plan and the Law itself.
Intercession comes, then, through the sponsorship of Lightbearers. And when Lightbearers consider the world, they must not impute to the world the purity of motive or the faithfulness or even the desire for attainment or a golden age that lodges in their own hearts. This is one of the most important lessons that I must teach to my children and sons and daughters as they newly take up life on earth.
It takes some time to realize that most of the world does not share your zeal for heavenly things or the abstentions from the fun and frolicking that most people engage in. And therefore, a life that is full of the joy and bliss of heaven, the communion of saints, has no appeal to those who must have the noise and raucousness of this planet.
Blessed ones, there are downward spirals descending as Taurus enters. There is a situation of the Dark Cycle coming, and you have had clues to the events of this Dark Cycle even in the dictations you have heard. Beloved ones, if it is possible for you to see and hear the dictation of the Ascended Master Pope John XXIII recently given at the Inner Retreat, you will understand the decisions made by the Cosmic Council concerning the Church of Rome, this Church Universal and Triumphant, and our Vicar.
Blessed ones, the hours are moving swiftly. The sweetest joy of my heart in coming to you this evening has been to bring to you the gift of placing your feet on the highway of our God. For this occasion my angels have sewn for you little slippers that you may wear - soft slippers for a highway that is not rough as earth's highway is and yet fully adequate to the support you will need on this journey.
Blessed ones, the highway of our God is traversed only by saints and Cosmic Beings. But you are not free to take the next step except you enter the next initiation. But having two feet on the edge of this road where heaven begins and earth leaves off is a very momentous gift and a very momentous occasion. Think about it often and pray to the Archangels to give you those tests where you might take a single footstep forward.
Sometime along this highway the grand initiations leading to the resurrection and the ascension may be accorded to you. Thus, when you are on the highway of our God you may find that the change in vibration is altogether natural and not so sudden in the reentering into the higher octaves.
I am therefore expressing to you the gratitude of the hierarchy of Light for your diligence in this service.4 Certain entrenched momentums of opposition to our Church and Messenger and movement have been bound and dissolved by the hosts of the LORD for your very staying power. And therefore in these hours we have been able not only to deliver a mandate and a thrust in Central and South America but we have been able to use the calls for other areas.
Beloved ones, the practice of voodoo and black magic against your leadership and yourselves is ongoing not only by voodoo `artists' but also by those of the major world's religions. Whether or not they use them in combination with actual voodoo rites and bloodletting, it matters not; for where there is hatred in prayer, there is black magic.
See to it, beloved, that you make the call to your great friend Archangel Michael. Trust God. Place your hand in his and in ours.
Understand that the beginning of this cycle of Taurus does deal a death blow to certain forces of Darkness that were raging heavily under the sign of Aries, determined to displace the God-identity and God-control of anyone in this movement into whose psyche they could gain a toehold.
Thus the wrestling with Death and Hell described to you - faced by the Messenger and explained by Saint Germain5 and other Ascended Masters - is ongoing. And Death is not only a false hierarchy, an Absolute Evil, and a band of demons, it is the false belief that the self must pass away as mortal. This false belief rests on the mistaken idea that you are mortal. Therefore affirm your immortality.
Blessed ones, I have a message to you from all elemental life and it is very simple - "Please don't forget us." As Morya says, "Forget me not," so the elementals have said to me today, "Our Mother, are they going to forget us? Will they not once call forth the violet flame for our bands?"
Blessed hearts, the elementals are so grateful for the violet flame already invoked for them in the decrees given at the Ranch, and wherever you have given them, that they have rendered many services to you individually which you may or may not have recognized. And therefore, I tell you, there is a bit of wisdom and enlightened self-interest in the thoughtfulness to give daily decrees for the elementals. They desire and need the violet flame to carry out a mighty service that does bring transmutation and the breaking of the old order and the old matrix that must come to pass in these earth changes.
Blessed ones, do not lament the passing away of that which is no longer useful. Be able to hold onto that which must be held onto, which is the Teaching and the Word of God. Be able to let go of that which you must let go of. This is a very important lesson in life, and it is part of the decision-making process.
Above all, beloved, when there is no answer or solution (or decision forthcoming) to a particular knotty problem on the world scene, at home, or in the Church, I ask you to call to my heart. For my Immaculate Heart does hold the original blueprint for every event and eventuality that could come forth out of the creation of God. It is a very strong inner blueprint, and it may be called up on the screen of the mind before you in your sanctuaries.
This blueprint, therefore, by contrast to the state of the problem as it appears to you, will show you the distance traveled between the original will of God and that which has come down to you as the mess that mortals make of the will of God. So, beloved, as you see that which is the equation of the perfection and the imperfection, you may attempt to pull some strands and begin to weave some substance of a likeness to that blueprint.
But in another sense you will come to understand it is important to take the whole ball of wax of human confusion and cast it into the sacred fire and the violet flame and immediately call for the replacement of that failed test or initiation with the original blueprint being clothed upon with the substance of the Body and Blood of Christ. In this way it is often accomplished ever so more quickly that you may build anew after you have torn down the old order.6
I leave you with these thoughts so that you may consider civilization, crime, burdens in the society, and in your heart begin to think as members of the Karmic Board, as Lords of the Seven Rays think. Think as I think by calling to (for) the diamond-shining Mind that God has given to me. Think in your heart as I think in my heart by calling for my Diamond Heart. Ask yourself, "How would our Mother Mary review this situation?"
If you had to vote at Cosmic Council, if you had to deliberate, if you had to give some sense of your position to the Lord of the World, how would you speak in council? How would you present yourself on that which you believe ought to be consumed on earth and not saved and that which ought to be saved?
I think you can all immediately think of things that should be instantaneously consumed by the sacred fire, such as houses of ill repute, such as pornographic films, child prostitution, and all areas where such activities take place. So as you continue up the ladder from the most vile of hell - on which most would find accord - you come to a place where you cross the line and you say to yourself, "Where is freewill choice and how will individuals learn from the experience of life if all these situations are suddenly no more?"
There will be many malcontents if there are no bars left in the world - no bowling alleys, gambling casinos and so forth. And so you will see that the very ones who have created these situations will re-create them again if they are given the opportunity to do so.
Therefore when considering what ought to be destroyed and preserved, regarding civilization in its decline, we realize that it is not only the removal of the miscreation but it is also the great and more serious deliberation of what to do about the lifewaves who have created those conditions. For when given a new place or a new civilization or a new opportunity, they will re-create them immediately because their desire bodies contain the patterns as well as the lusts as well as the demons and entities which carry over to the next life and the next.
You can begin to see, then, just how very complicated the decisions of the Lawmakers and those who embody the Law must be when considering the great question of how to salvage souls and a civilization and a way of life - how to keep the good and extract the evil and still preserve an identity, still preserve a way and yet not take with it the old order and its corruption.
Blessed ones, you can see by past history what has been the deliberation of cosmic councils. It was deemed that Atlantis must go down, for the evil and the misuse of science could not be allowed to proliferate. Therefore, the entire civilization was let go of. So it was in the case of Lemuria, and so it was the greater case according to the records of the planets Maldek and Hedron. The proliferation of evil being so great and the possibility of the loss of souls being grave, cosmic councils and the LORD himself determined that for the sake of Almighty God and his little ones, all should be removed from the physical and astral planes.
You know the Eastern teaching that at the end of cycles the entire universe is drawn up and is no longer material and all that is retained is the spiritual fruit of the glorying in God. This has also been the conclusion of the matter at the end of cycles. We are not at the end of a grand, grand cycle whereby we are returning to the Central Sun, but isolated individuals are at the end of their cycle and these ones are called Home by the Father/Mother God.
These ones who are called Home - for whom all of their karma and matter creation will be drawn up and will be taken back to the Central Sun - are the ones whom we have called to this activity and this Teaching. Therefore, all know when the words "It is the last time"7 apply to them. And those who know this want to be very certain that everywhere they have left an untoward vibration, there violet flame flowers and footprints will be in its place.
These ones are also very concerned to leave firm footprints of violet flame that others might follow in. You will desire greatly from the heaven world to have vehicles whereby you can speak to those whom you love, those for whom you care and, prior to your return to the Central Sun, those with whom you may yet have karma even from the ascended state.
It is wonderful, beloved, to contemplate life and its opportunities before you and to be able to plan your life and plan it in keeping with the divine plan and find no pain in embracing the will of God and no sense of struggle in surrendering the anti-will. To see the rest of your life, from this very moment on, as an opportunity to become God - this, beloved, is the greatest news of the Everlasting Gospel.
Amplifying it in your hearts now, multiplying your heart flame by my own to the fullest extent of the mercy of the Law, I, Mary - Servant of the Most High God and of his sons, Archeia of the Fifth Ray, the Beloved of Raphael and of all my children, sons and daughters - do now consecrate Central America, Cuba, all islands of the Caribbean to my Immaculate Heart with a fervor, a righteousness and a wrath of the Cosmic Christ.
Thus the fire that descends is heaven's answer to your call. It is more than a consecration. It is a purging and a judgment. It is a branding as with a branding iron, and it is a divine decree!
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, by the Shepherd's crook of my Son, I, Mary, infuse the entire territory with light and I say to you, beloved, Onward, march! - north, south, east, and west throughout Central America and onward to the very southern tip.
Let us keep in mind the God and Goddess Meru and their call to educate all people as to the knowledge of the hidden man of the heart, the Holy Christ Flame, the interior Light. This is our call and our calling.
And in this hour, therefore, our legions attack all centers of voodoo and witchcraft permitted by the church fathers throughout Central and South America right within our own tabernacles and temples and cathedrals.
Blessed ones, the accommodation of the Roman hierarchy to the superstitions and black magic of the people of Central and South America is a crime of the first magnitude against my Son and his little ones. For millions have been trapped into the astral plane, the psychic, and cursed to Death and Hell itself while the priests have stood by to allow the people their superstitious and evil practices rather than challenge them and perhaps lose members or control or money for their coffers.
It is a shocking experience, beloved, to see the evidences of voodoo and the malpractices of people, not outside but right within the churches. These practices all over the land are the open door to World Communism and to an age of Great Darkness.
Let all you who would take the flame to Central and South America know that you will be facing black magicians, fallen angels. And those who perform these practices are truly in league at inner levels with all of the terrorist acts of World Communism, which are the practice of Satanism - the shedding of the blood of the saints, their massacre and the violation of their bodies by devils incarnate.
These practices, beloved, come forth out of the evil heart of Lenin and his initiation of the dark cycle of Mother Russia, which has become the Soviet Union. That reincarnated one in the person of Anton LaVey, blessed hearts, continues to practice cursings and rites of Satan against all churches and lovers of God.
For the overstepping, therefore, of his bounds in the attacking of my representative, I say to you, in this hour he is stripped entirely of the powers of Satan and has them not! Archangel Michael stands over him and binds him in this moment as I speak to you, beloved! [38-sec. standing ovation]
You must ratify this judgment by your free will and by the authority of your being in embodiment - daily. This individual occupies physical space in physical matter. The saints on earth must call the judgment and wage a warfare of the Spirit and wield their swords of the sacred Word.
Understand that this is only the kingpin. You must know that that which is being judged are his words, his works, and his person. And the works of Anton LaVey are in support of every pleasure cult, all homosexuality, prostitution, the violation of the holy child, all evil, all gambling, and all money schemes. This one has dared to claim responsibility through Satanic rite and mortal cursings for the recent scandals that have taken place in the Christian churches.
Blessed hearts, indeed these fallen ones move against all who attempt to represent Christ. Therefore, know that they always know where are the highest initiates and who are the Keepers of the Flame. They know their day is done when confronted by the Call. They have seen their cursings literally dissolve and decompose, and they know what the source of that Call is and who is the mouthpiece thereof.
Therefore understand, until the Church of Satan itself does go down and until a larger body of people on earth protest that church instead of acclaiming it as the true and old religion, it will take the power of yourselves as Lightbearers to be one with God as a majority of free will.
These practices are an open door for the very same Satanic rites and other misuses of science practiced by aliens in their spacecraft and others in embodiment who would shun all association with the Church of Satan and yet have the identical vibration. Thus, Satanism is far more rampant than you would calculate. For it has to do with World Communism and the shedding of blood of the Lightbearers in every nation. It has to do with the abortion of life that is the work of Herod and his henchmen.
When you look at the ills of society and realize that it is the fallen angels, the Satans,8 that have originated and sustained these, you will understand just how far-reaching is the support for the Church of Satan even without affiliation.
Let the judgment, then, begin with the source and the head and let it proceed throughout the world. For this world must become the cradle of the Divine Manchild and a golden-age civilization.
The question that hangs in the balance, beloved, is: Shall the Manchild be born or not be born in this hour? Whether the cradle is safe or not, we must see. We speak, then, of a specific lifestream as well as many Lightbearers who ought to be descending who have the anointing of Light.
Blessed hearts, much hangs in the balance. Therefore I have said what I have said. I have spoken what I have spoken. I have delivered the words of our Father and our Mother, of the Darjeeling Council and the Lords of Karma. All of these have been contributed in the flow and the stream of my delivery.
Therefore the hosts of heaven rejoice and the angels serve a heavenly mass in the Temple Beautiful. May you know that our love is with you forever and that we look forward to the day when we may walk with you on the highway of our God.
