O Love that unites hearts whose filigree thread is tied in a bowknot of love at the altar of Titicaca!
You may seldom think of us as Father and Mother representing the Godhead to your souls but we are indeed Manus of the root race. And thus, bearing the Feminine Ray, the ray of Cosmic Christ illumination to a world, we are grateful to greet you here to remind you, beloved, that this conference is convoked for Christ's resurrection in all peoples of North and South America.
Lo! the entire hemisphere is bathed in this hour in the fullness of the light of Lake Titicaca. It is a golden glow of Christ wisdom. Therefore, legions of the resurrection Spirit, so intensify now this aura of oneness!
We come, then, sponsors by right of all other evolutions of this hemisphere not included as the United States. You see, beloved, our dispensation from Helios and Vesta allows us to complement, coordinate and cooperate with beloved Saint Germain and Portia. Thus, it is in the mandala of heaven that many beings in Cosmos may add their crowns to the crown of Christ on this occasion.
Our coming is to extend to this place and area the golden spheres established at the Inner Retreat.1 We come in our sponsorship to assist in placing the electrodes for the holding of the balance until the consciousness of the many may catch up to the few in the understanding of the dynamics of power in earth as it is misused in power politics and war and technology.
Blessed ones, we are also betting on the Lightbearers and the Keepers of the Flame with the full conviction of our mantle and causal bodies. There is much at stake, and therefore we would give as much as the Great Law will allow for the drawing of the circle for the nativity of the Manchild in hearts from pole to pole.
Shafts of illumination, golden radiance, dawn of light descending!
O blessed ones, there is such an ancient density to overcome when the rudiments of learning are so meager among so many of the evolutions of these nations. Would to God that the "Education of the Heart" and all of the teachings we have given the Messengers were published! O beloved, the revolution in education will not come until these have gone forth in your own publications on education.
You contain the keys, you have applied them - they work. Mother Mary is waiting and so are we. All who are teachers and see the success of our school must know that it is not enough to educate the few. The many must have combined with the Montessori method all those innovations that have been inspired upon you, ingenious through the Holy Spirit.
Blessed ones, as is always the case, as you have discovered, until you hold your prayer vigils on education, on the proper reading method, on the proper acceleration of children that they might finish the responsibilities of schooling at an earlier age to move on to careers, professions, and service - blessed ones, until the prayer vigil is held and the books are published, you will continue to see a yoke, even the cross itself, on the backs of the youth.
They are the target in every nation through all the world of the forces of Death and Hell. And those who are adults seldom comprehend what burdens lead the teenager to suicide. These are not all nonthinking ones. Some simply fall beneath the weight of their cross, bearing as they do a portion of world karma. For they have volunteered before taking embodiment, and there has been no Simon the Cyrenian to carry that cross for them while they should also bear the karma of the earth - no Joseph of Arimathea to anoint their bodies with myrrh and aloes.
Blessed ones, there are Christed ones in the earth and Mother Mary has called the Messenger and does call you now - "Take them down from the cross!" This is the message that comes from the heart of the Pietà.
Realize that the Divine Mother in you must understand that the gap called the generation gap is that which is perpetuated by demons and false hierarchies of anti - youth in the earth. And they move to separate you from sensitivity to the situation and seeing the problems or knowing just how far a child, a teenager may be dragged into the grips of the toilers of the astral plane.
They [children and teenagers] do not tell you, for they would keep up the appearance of that which you desire to see, ever desiring to please the parent. Thus, in so doing they forfeit any assistance that might be forthcoming - and then, beloved, it is too late and too hard to bear.
We are the sponsors of youth and of a new generation. We must have a new generation, for so many have bodies that they have corrupted through following the pied pipers of this decade.
Blessed ones, we must prepare for a future when the survivors shall be the Lightbearers. Today it is difficult enough to survive physically. I ask you, then, how can they even begin to survive spiritually when what is upon them is of such a dread and diabolical nature?
I therefore take this opportunity, Meru in the fullness of Cosmic Christ illumination - flanked by Jophiel, Apollo and Lumina and Lord Lanto and many angels of illumination's flame - to plead the cause of youth, even as Jesus in the fullness of the Second Ray this day has pled the cause for those who sense themselves unworthy. There are so many who need help, and the force has a plot agoing to keep you from the awareness, to keep you lulled by the forcefield and aura of your own decrees and therefore not understanding just how terrible - how terrible is the burden upon the children of this earth.
Blessed ones, we need an army of mothers and fathers and sponsors and teachers who will take the intensity of the call - taught by the Messenger and being perfected by the chelas - and use the Archangel Michael Rosary to bring a concentrated effort of judgment on segments of life that are bringing Death and Hell into the very marketplace.
Blessed ones, look for the worst and deal with it first. For you are the ones who by this science of the sword, the sacred Word, are holding back an even greater flood tide of Darkness that was in fact programmed and planned and plotted in hell but has not seen its day - for the Keepers of the Flame have indeed kept the flame! [11-sec. applause]
You will note that the emissaries of heaven go to the successful ones, the ones trustworthy and tried and proven who have shown that they will wield the sword and that they truly know what must be done.
Precious hearts, in the building of the Inner Retreat, in the building of that Camelot on the site planned, you will understand that the greater the security and the greater the strength of the heart of the movement, the greater the light and dispensation that can be forthcoming from the Manus Himalaya, the Great Divine Director and Vaivasvata.
Hear, then, as we call. We call for the securing, the building and the putting in place of all that is needed in the sense of spiritual/physical survival. We call for your going out from this hub of the wheel [the Inner Retreat] and that many spokes will reach many cities. Let the call go forth - even your call to those who sleep. Blessed ones, there are many.
Therefore, I read to you now a scroll. This scroll, beloved, has been penned by the angels of our retreat. And it is the setting forth by the beloved Goddess Meru and myself of the priorities which we see for the protection and the securing of youth to a ripened age of maturity and Christhood at thirty-three:
First and foremost, the dedication of education upon the Word and the Sacred Heart-dedicating the three R's as the three rays of the threefold flame and therefore setting the foundation whereby all learning might proceed from within, from the interior castle, from the secret chamber of the heart and the soul's ascent to that place prepared, through the gentle meditations and inspirational sendings of the Messenger and their teachers. Thus, do not forsake a spiritual path in the classroom.
Blessed ones, parents need understanding and training. Therefore, second on our list is parental training and the use of the Cosmic Clock in order for parents to accelerate and proceed with all diligence in the slaying of the dweller on the threshold [the carnal mind in themselves as well as in their offspring] and in the gaining of an understanding of their relationship to their parents - making a conscious decision to root out those behavioral patterns and attitudes involving the subconscious hatred of the child that has been placed upon them [through the ancestral tree] and is [may be] being transmitted to their offspring.
There must be as point three a pact made twixt parents, teachers and sponsors of children to work together as a threefold flame of devotion in this Community and then city by city. This entails the realization that Death and Hell desire to devour your children and therefore you must pray fervently! You must vow, after understanding the meaning of the vow, to stand between the youth of the world and Death and Hell.
Blessed ones, it is wrong that children are conscripted to fight in the Middle East, that guns are placed in their hands before they have transcended even the age of seven! They know nothing but war and death. How can they carry a flame of peace and freedom when their hearts beat in torment for that struggle that you see in Afghanistan and amongst those leaders of gangs that come out of the Middle East attacking one another and others?
Blessed ones, you see in these rival groups the seeds of anarchy - the seeds of anarchy sown. And such groups have thrived on planets that have lost all government, all organization and the right use of power.
Fourth on our list must be the white-fire bastion of the vow made. When you take this stand, beloved, you will become the targets of the attackers of youth. These are foul spirits - bastard ones, fallen angels and devils, the lowest of the low - used by false hierarchies who do not soil their hands but use the lowest types of criminal elements on the astral plane to do their dirty work.
Blessed ones, adults have avoided the encounter, the confrontation, the wrestling with the "beasts" that sit upon their children. How many more teen suicides need there be to alarm a population that there is surely something rotten in America! Blessed hearts, this cannot continue.
Once the vow is taken, you must remember the first Mother of the Flame, Clara Louise, who kept a daily prayer vigil for the youth, beginning at four in the morning and not concluding till late morning, praying for all souls of the youth, from the unborn to those in college and beyond.
Blessed hearts, some must keep the flame.
Community action is next on our list - an involvement of community that does reinforce family as these twin pillars of family and community brace a path of individualism for those of all ages. The breaking down of the family, the breaking down of the neighborhood communities - this, beloved ones, is a fragmenting of society and the separation of members of karmic groups as well as individuals of varying ages so that they cannot learn from one another and ripen and mature as the mature inspire those coming up and the youth introduce the new wave of a new age that can also challenge those in the middle of life or retiring.
Community, then, must be a stronghold of values, of serving together, of meeting one another's needs and of establishing goals and priorities, not the least of which is the protection of that circle of lives. Blessed ones, a community must have more than the survival of itself or its happiness as a goal. It must have a totality of a reason for being toward which every member is galvanized and does rise.
Beloved hearts, apropos this, our next point on the list is the training of all members of society and especially the children in responsible citizenship-in taking responsibility for the necessary functions of the group, whether as a police force, as firemen, as a city council, or as those who are supplying the unguent and the service in order that a community might endure.
When all of the forces of chaos are attempting to break down a way of life, let us turn to the music of the spheres. Let us turn to the quieting of souls, to the invoking of harmonies, to the bringing forth of the golden-age sounds that have not been heard. Thus, this point on our list, beloved, is an activation from the heart of Cyclopea, who does join us in sponsoring this call. Cyclopea holds secret melodies waiting to come forth that will remind the youth of ancient times, inner vows, other years when beauty and love, even in etheric octaves, was their lot.
The youth need comfort of the Holy Spirit and not surfeiting. Tragically, tragically, few among them in actuality desire a path and a discipleship. Therefore, we do recommend the study and the structuring of a program that does reinforce individuality and thereby diminish the necessity in perilous times for such an emotional interdependence among teenagers as to make them fear to stand their ground for a cause or a principle.
Why is peer pressure of such great consequence, beloved? Is it because of absence of parental reinforcement, understanding, and even the comradery of a family that is not so distant and that does not set artificial barriers between one generation and the next? Let us not so poorly educate children as to see that they do not know their own minds or hearts or values, having had no noble ideals or stories of saints and heroes or examples of karmic consequences of misdeeds.
Blessed ones, there are devils in the schoolhouses of America programming children to that which ought not to be. There are devils in the motion-picture industry programming youth to the bravado of the fallen angels, to the daredevil life and the devil-may-care attitude.
Blessed ones, I must tell you that judgments have descended upon cities for the desecration of Life by the placing before the people (or even for the protecting) of corrupt practices, perversions, misuses of the sacred fire and for exposing that which should be sealed in the secret chamber of the privacy of man and wife. Blessed hearts, we veil our eyes, trusting to postpone the descent of judgment upon those who have set before youth the alternatives and sexual choices that have become a mode of life.
Were we to take any single factor that does truly spell the end of civilization, we would say that it is the popularization, it is the making common, and it is the placing before little children of those matters [of sexual intimacy] that ought to wait for them until the ripening of age and soul and consciousness and maturity. The fallen angels have taken as their greatest weapon against youth the enticements of sex at an age when a generation ago little children were not even exposed to the questions that they are being asked to decide in this hour.
Thus the scroll continues and the list goes on ...
Blessed ones, unless there is a determined all-out war launched by those in heaven and on earth, you will find that though all other problems may be solved you will not have another generation qualified to rule, to govern, or to build a society that is just, a civilization that is advanced. So serious is this picture that I desire not to cloud the issue with any other topic in my dictation saving the dispensation of golden light and spheres extending and anchored in the etheric octave over this place.
Now legions of Light and Christed ones and angels of Jophiel's band do gather the combined momentum of your decree force and the dictations [given at this conference] to form a three-dimensional thoughtform of the star that is the emblem of this state, to symbolize the path of the individual going within to the secret chamber of the heart and there being reborn by the secret rays in the image of Christ. This is the new birth of Bethlehem that we desire to see intensify in this state, that this state might be in America an example to all states even as America ought to be the example to all nations.
Each time we send our Messenger and chelas to an area, we look for fruits, we look for the gain that our dispensations require in order for us to give new and intensified dispensations. I know the great hearts of the people of this great state will surely feel the pulsations of Titicaca, will surely know that Texas is a state of golden illumination's flame, even as she is holding the balance in the base chakra of America in the very center of the nation. Thus, of the great energy that has flowed from this state we would say, let it flow again! Let life move on but let the economy be based on an abundant Life in Christ's service.
Nada, with the beings of the Secret Love Star, is with her own hands fashioning out of the light this star symbol and focus that does represent opportunity day by day for all who come within the borders of the state to be liberated - especially from a false theology - and to pioneer Aquarius because you have listened and heard and become even the Christ-bearers.
We do look, then, for the dispensation of your hearts in these publishings that we might have the wherewithal to right the axis of world education, beginning in the United States. We would also like to have such tools as you have provided Saint Germain and Jesus and the Seven Chohans [recently published books], and we know that this is the hour for this dispensation.
Therefore, seeing the adversity that has beset you, the teachers, the Messenger and parents, we place a certain topaz jewel, and in it our presence and focus, that we may take on that burden of world karma that stands between you and the accomplishment of this call to publishing.
It was Sanat Kumara who gave to the publishing department of Camelot the needed and necessary intercession for the holding of the balance of karma held by the staff and the Church until the move and the publications could be completed.2
Having seen so great a multiplication that has, in fact, beloved, balanced the karma that was held for you in its very action of enlightenment, we too may pledge our causal bodies with Casimir Poseidon and those who have served with the Messengers and yourselves before. This we may do because we have seen the good fruit and diligence of your Tree of Life.
A final word, beloved - do not underestimate the enmity of those unfortunate ones in the churches who do consider this message and Messenger a threat to their very existence. They pray with a frenzy. And the more that they condemn, beloved, the more they become possessed. It is a sad state and a travesty upon the freedom of religion which this nation ought to espouse, but it is happening through the churches that have made it their business to denounce The Lost Teachings of Jesus.
We are the God and Goddess Meru. We are the sponsors and the teachers of Jesus and all who have come to minister unto the sixth root race. Thus, Jesus and many other saints have long studied in our retreat. It is a home base for them. We invite you to come frequently.
We, therefore, are of course concerned with the twisting of Jesus' doctrine and we desire to see that twisting removed from the field of education. And it is Mother Mary who first went to the Father and then to us to secure our attention, grant, and dispensation.
Thus you know that with the World Teachers we shall abide with you until every child on earth does have the opportunity to be tutored in the heart by the Holy Christ Self and by anointed teachers and parents and sponsors.
We shall place - and have remaining here throughout the twenty-four-hour cycle - our causal bodies for the prayer vigil for Central and South America, for the prayer vigil for Nicaragua and for all troublesome situations in the lower hemisphere.
Blessed ones, your calls are needed. I seal you that you may return early. It is a day for Keepers of the Flame. Therefore, we graciously invite you who have come to our door to enter the fraternity and experience in the name of Fátima a prayer vigil for the judgment of the fallen angels in World Communism and the conspirators supporting it.
Blessed ones, learn to wield the two-edged sword!
Thus, we with Saint Germain shall not withdraw our presence till it be fulfilled. And at the conclusion we send our angels to your home and place of service to protect you there.
By the cosmic cross of white fire, the angels - angels of the Body and Blood of Christ, the Ruby Ray, and the ascension flame - do send their love and have asked me to speak their word of gratitude to your company. Thus, angels are grateful and heaven does rejoice even as you rejoice in God's name.
I AM in the flame of the Central Sun and I AM THAT I AM in the Father/Mother God. Lo! I AM. Lo! we are in the oneness of that Sun. So it is done. Amen.
