Ho! Let us begin. For new beginnings are now the option of every chela of the will of God.
I AM Meru. With me, my beloved consort. In the twin flames of our causal bodies forming the mighty figure-eight flow for the sealing of the decade of the eighties, I bid you welcome and be seated.
Blessed are ye who understand initiatory cycles and the Path. Blessed are ye who understand the meshing of infinite cycles in time and space, who know the moment for the plucking of the ripe cherry from the tree.
O beloved, those whose footsteps echo our own and those of our devotees at Lake Titicaca truly are in the right place at the right time. And the forward movement of these pilgrim co-workers - devotees and initiates in the physical octave - bears, then, the congruency of cosmic law.
Blessed are ye who have understood the call of Archangel Michael to be in your right place January 1, 1987.1 There is a reason, beloved. Because in your right place, which is in the Holy of Holies of the consciousness of God where I AM - there, beloved, is the initiation of a spiral key to your victory and that of a planet.
You have heard of the sponsorship by our twin flames of the Messengers and Son. Blessed hearts, through the heart matrix, here below as Above, of these three dots we widen a circle of golden illumination's flame to include each and every one who may choose to be in the Holy of Holies of God.
And what of the physical retreat? We have simply said, for those who are in the right place of God consciousness it may also be the right physical place. As we have seen, for some it is not.
May all Lightbearers of the earth sense with an inner sensing, beloved, that they must come up higher. For the boughs of the tree - this cherry tree of which I speak - are high and out of reach of many. Some have procured a stepladder to reach the top. It is a practical solution to the problem of being. For step by step the spiral staircase, and then again the straight line, does deliver the chela from the minutiae of the lesser mind unto the sublimity of the Mind of God.
Let it be that those who are the poor in Spirit2 (and each and every one of you may claim that condition) recognize their poverty and be filled with illumination's golden flame. Until ye are complete and wholly filled with Light, you see, beloved, in some area of consciousness there does remain a paucity of Spirit. And ye who are wise ones, observing the signs and cycles of the seasons in your own life, may surely see where a paucity of Spirit does therefore deny you the fullness of a victory long sought, well deserved - and yet in that moment of the slip `twixt the cup and the lip you have denied yourself the victory.
Blessed ones, be grateful that in this hour all is not lost. Aye, for some the step not taken upon the ladder of life has had ultimate consequences. We must be chagrined for a moment. We must be charitable. We must move on and determine with a new fervor and fire of determination to help those who have a greater poverty of the Spirit than ourselves.
We can do naught else but try and try again with a zeal born both of sorrow in the human domain and dimension and, beloved, of a vision that comes also from exalted heights because one desires to soar with the blue eagle of Surya.
O Mighty God Surya, hear our call as we place the fire of our being slowly into the earth so as not to upset the planetary vibration.
Beloved, I have told the Messenger that I come in this hour to absorb the astral plane out of this place. Beloved, Helios and Vesta have indeed consecrated this land under this ownership to the etheric retreat of the Great White Brotherhood. Thus, as we have attempted to lower etheric vibrations, even the etheric Retreat of the Divine Mother, closer and closer to the physical dimension, you have seen and may well tell of the reactionary forces, the chemicalization as there has been an uncovering of the very pits of Death and Hell and astral records of the near and distant past that are not so good in this area. Thus, we have instructed you from time to time to declare war on discarnate entities and the astral hordes and all rents in the garment of this tri-state area3 that have caused ignorance to settle in the very dust.
Beloved ones, you strive and serve with the elementals. The most burdened are the earth elementals - the blessed gnomes - who carry in the substance of their bodies ancient records. Some of this substance, as the dust upon your shoes and your clothes and your vehicles and almost everything else, has caused you to have a bit of a film of forgetfulness. For you are the toilers in the earth laying a physical foundation and of necessity have therefore encountered this astral substance of which I speak.
I come, then, and we are together in this, to give you a boost for the transmutation of records and to apprise you, with all diligence, do not cease. For you have not yet utterly removed from these parts, enjoined by the legions of Light, those disembodied denizens of the pits that yet remain.
This substance of ignorance that also becomes a depression and a depressed economy is not only due to the records, beloved ones, but to the reincarnation of certain lifestreams who have committed crimes against the cosmic law in ancient times too awful to be portrayed. Yet, you know that throughout the West there have been civilizations where human sacrifice was the order of the day.
Then realize, beloved, that with the coming of the Great Light, there is a forced confrontation, as with Maitreya. You know this in your own personal life. And if you have feared the LORD God, I tell you, you ought to fear ten times more the bowels of Death and Hell.
Blessed ones, do not fear an ancient record of your own failure or of the rebuke of Maitreya but understand that you are called and called again and chosen to pass your tests. Therefore, beloved, to fear to embrace Maitreya or the Mother is to avoid that which is not only the requirement but the initiation of the hour. It is to vanquish the hordes of Death and Hell, even as Joshua went forth to slay the Canaanite, the fallen angel incarnate, and all those extraterrestrials that wandered the earth in those days and do to this hour.
Beloved hearts, it is a key to the victory that is won, as you have been taught, by a spiritualization of consciousness and not by the mere repetition of the words of the decrees. If it were so - and listen to my reason - you could record yourself decreeing and then play the tape of the decree and thereby gain a mechanical victory. See to it, then, that you do not become a tape recording of yourself, repeating the words but failing to endow them with a spirit and the Spirit of God that is won by facing and conquering that carnal-mindedness.
Blessed ones, you have nothing at all with which to endow the dynamic decree if you have not gone to the mountain of God to receive his Spirit as Moses did! None can do it for you. It is your hour of the victory. Neglect it not.
Come, then, to the altar, fires banked in the heart. This is our way - the way of the God and Goddess Meru. We teach a two-track consciousness: for starts, the Alpha, the Omega. Thus, the fiery spirit of Alpha may descend into the cradle of Omega. And this cradle is a mind and heart and soul that is stayed upon the LORD and his Law.4 This is the meditation we call forth and we require - this meditation upon the LORD simultaneously as you become the instrumentation of the Spirit of the living Word descending.
Therefore, we desire to heal those who say, "I must have time apart for my meditation and yoga, else I cannot survive. Therefore, let me loose from this place! I cannot take it." Blessed hearts, you are on the verge of a victory of the two-edged sword and know it not! And the demons come to taunt you and to prevent you from the profound meditation that you may achieve by entering the white fire core of the Word of the decree itself, merging the heart with that fiery center, being fused thereto and thus being the instantaneous instrument of Alpha or the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood.
We know whereof we speak, why we teach. Saint Germain has promised that those who fulfill his calling, giving the violet flame abundantly, can and shall take their ascension at the conclusion of this life or some time thereafter, following preparation in the inner retreats of the Brotherhood.
Blessed ones, we are cosmic teachers, Manus. We, one and all - the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood - we know what is necessary, what is sufficient for your soul. Thus, beloved hearts, if there were more hours in the day, we would counsel you to offer even more decrees.
Be that as it may, understand that the calls given and the services set forth are to insure that Saint Germain's promise will be fulfilled in you. Therefore, beloved, understand that to put in the time and not to embody the Spirit of the living God is not only a waste but a shabby example of so great a light and opportunity.
You must defeat the force of anti-Love that prevents you from moving about as the incarnation of the Spirit of living Love. You must understand that, having set yourself to the goal of embodying day by day the Presence of the Masters - several and another, any one to whom you call, as well as each and every Master who will answer that call and overshadow you and come into your temple (multiplied by the Christ of you and multiplying your Christhood) - so, concerning each Master, I tell you, you will face the enemies of this Master, the false-hierarchy impostors, those who practice witchcraft against all of the chelas of this Master.
Thus, beloved, you can understand the avoidance on the part of the sometime Keeper of the Flame who joins the fraternity for benefits and comforts and enlightenment but not for the battle of Armageddon, not to take upon himself the defense and the right of that Master of his great love to be in the earth. And this, beloved, is why the Ascended Masters are not in embodiment today! First they must have chelas who will fully embody them. Then you will see the action long desired.
Blessed ones, I will counsel you, then. Place yourself singly or as a community, by free will as you will it so (as you come and reason together in the near future concerning my dictation), on a course of fourteen days. See, then, how you may go the path of the Seven Chohans as outlined in the steps and stages through the universities of the Spirit,5 choosing, then, to embody the Presence and Light of El Morya or Saint Germain or Lanto for a fourteen-day period - and all of you together making your calls fervently for the binding of those forces of Death and Hell that prevent this Master, this Chohan and his message, his love, his aura, his radiance from being incarnate in you and in the entire planetary body. With the zeal of the LORD, go after all opposition to that Master and his chelas. Then ask to be taken to his university of the Spirit nightly.6
Blessed ones, I cannot encourage you more. For to do so would be to interfere with your free will and the ingenuity of your heart and its own genius in applying the teaching. Thus, I have suggested and I do suggest that such a plan, if it is to be embraced by the Community, begin on January 1st.
Therefore, beloved, the fruits of this endeavor may be seen. For when you have completed the seven, I do recommend that you enter the heart of the Maha Chohan at the point of the eighth. Thus, having so stood, you will know the Master and you will know his enemies. For as sure as I stand, they will attack - they will come forth out of the subconscious, out of the earth, parading before you in the news and on a planetary scale. You will know them by their fruits, as Jesus told you.7 You will have that sense of real teamwork and chelaship when you will gather and call forth the Light to descend upon every planetary conspiracy of Darkness that is raised against one of those blessed Chohans who has given his life that you might be here.
And it is true. Their life is given, beloved, and we praise God for the Seven Chohans. For these Lords of the Rays, blessed hearts, have made it possible by their ministrations to your hearts for us once again to take up the calling of intensifying the power of illumination's flame from Lake Titicaca through all of the publications that have gone forth. And this we offer to this movement as our offering upon the altar of the Lord of the World, the Cosmic Christ, the World Teachers - our offering upon your hearts that something may be done to quicken and awaken America and the earth, all Lightbearers, to the challenges at hand.
Now legions of angels of all rays, elementals of the Four Cosmic Forces are poised and ready. And they stand upon the outline of this Royal Teton Ranch and Inner Retreat, as it is the inner blueprint of that which shall be its ultimate configuration. Now, then, Helios and Vesta release through us the energy of the Sun for this absorption and consuming of the records of the astral plane upon this land so dedicated.
The fire of the Sun [Son] of God intensifies now in your heart and does have a regulating action, pushing for the balance of the Trinity. This you may accept and fulfill in the coming days as you feel that pressure of light.
O Helios and Vesta, the saints have gathered in the etheric octave, and those in the physical are here. Now, O Beloved, as Thou hast said, using the matrix of Thy prior coming to the Heart of the Inner Retreat, release that Light for the consuming of the astral records of ignorance and, behind them, the records of malice, death, sacrifice, witchcraft, black magic, the records of fallen angels misusing the chakras, the records of those who formerly dominated in this area.
Thus, there is a specific consuming of records on this land, including the land of Glastonbury North and South. An island of light is established about the Livingston properties. Beyond this, there is not dispensation in this hour.
Blessed ones, there is, however, an action of Light that does go beyond this place, specifically in the judgment of the seed of the wicked who have long held sway in the nations. I tell you, beloved, they have not been challenged in their strongholds of evil in ten thousand years. Understand, then, the source of the outrage and the outcry mouthed through the ignorant, or seeming so, who have indeed returned by reincarnation again and again.
Now the legions of Light bind the tools of sympathy of Death and Hell, even diseases conveyed through the earth. And the physical atoms are drenched in white-yellow-violet fire.
Now the angels of the God and Goddess Meru come into your auras if you will receive them. They take from you, then, a certain densification, whatever the cause, including proximity to this area. A certain ten percent of a certain portion is taken that you might understand it is as a tithe. And you may continue on the vein of the Second Ray in your calls, understanding that even the Judgment Call of the Lord Christ is a Second Ray action in your life whereby you give authority to holy angels to take from you substance neither healthy nor of the Light.
Now, beloved, you see, with this opportunity prior to the New Year's Eve address of Lord Gautama, we have been able to take from your calls a certain preparation. This preparation, when fulfilled by yourselves and as you increase in light, will enable you to send a greater volume of light over the corridor of light into South America, Central America.8
The Great Divine Director stands with us, bowing to the Light in your hearts. You may rise to receive the Manu of the Seventh Root Race. This Great Divine Director, remaining even in great silence while present, has stood before upon the platform to offer gratitude to you in 1976 for his acceleration through the hearts of chelas and Saint Germain.9
Therefore, beloved, know that the Great Divine Director offers the gratitude of himself not alone but of the entire Karmic Board to this company of servants of God - servitors of the Most High. For you have given to the Lords of Karma in your service of this year and past years a greater momentum than ever given before to reach the Lightbearers. Thus, with books and tapes and fiery hearts in hand, they may send legions forth to contact the Lightbearers who attended the Royal Teton ceremonies of last New Year's Eve.10
Blessed ones, be seated now as I ask you to sing to the Great Divine Director by way of absorbing his God consciousness, needed by you and somewhat familiar as he is the Guru of Saint Germain.

With the anchoring of this song and your hearts' love, beloved, angels and elementals and the Great Central Sun Magnet - the blue multiplied by the white fire - have accomplished a work and shall continue to be active until the desired levels have been removed and thus a certain vacuum created for the descent of the greater light of the etheric octave.
Blessed ones, I do not desire to discourage you but I must acquaint you with this reality. Once having so stabilized this territory outlined, by the inner work of the cleansing of the astral plane, thereby creating a greater presence of the etheric octave, that greater presence of the etheric octave will then begin as a vortex of light to agitate rings of earth moving outward from this center.
Therefore, beloved, having so established an etheric retreat base for Maitreya's Mystery School, be prepared to perform the same work as you receive the same reactionary forces and chemicalization in wider and wider rings until this leaven of the Inner Retreat, which the Divine Mother has hid in the earth, does leaven the whole planetary body!11
I AM Meru! I have hurled a challenge and initiatory cycle to you! May you receive it individually and as one flaming presence of the Mystical Body of God, as the Community of the Holy Spirit that is our Inner Retreat on earth.
By the grace of the Great White Brotherhood and chelas of the will of God, I salute you for your God Victory in this endeavor!
