I, Sanat Kumara, am come to you in this hour with Lady Venus. We are here in America for the sealing of the Light1 of the causal body of the Goddess of Liberty and to establish that protection necessary in the days ahead.
Therefore, sealed in our retreat and at your new location, there is the sphere of light of Venus that does contain the original mandala of all of our Lightbearers who came with me to earth and those who have come since with angels of Light to minister, to carry on, and with Jesus to fulfill in the ending that mission we bore in the beginning.
Beloved, this light shall be to you a beacon in the night. It shall be a guide and a principle of sacred fire. This light and light-emanation is given to all who are able to receive it, all who are a part of this original mandala representing the 144,000. Therefore, upon the earth and through the planet souls are touched. And those who would ascend and are to ascend receive this light.
We come, then, in order to present to you this our Presence, that you might know we will sustain it for certain times and times that must be fulfilled. In response to Saint Germain's freedom won by his own,2 in response to Liberty and certain deliberations of the Lords of Karma, we have determined that both of us must stand with planet earth and must respond to that which has truly been the magnanimous gift of the ascended hosts who serve with earth's evolutions, multiplied by the magnanimous and fervent gifts of your heart.
In the days ahead, then, when all these things of which you know so well must be accomplished in your lives, the lives of Lightbearers, and in this Church Universal and Triumphant, know that we are present unto the victory.
Beloved, our words to you come now by way of introduction to and preceding the message of beloved Helios.
I AM Helios! I AM in the heart of the Sun, yet that portion of me which may descend is descending now - lowering, therefore, my vibration befitting the octaves of earth that this vibration might quicken a planet and raise it now to the maximum level of Light3 which is ordained of God.
I greet one and all who received me in the Heart of the Western Shamballa and the spiritual center of Church Universal and Triumphant. I greet all Lightbearers of the earth who have responded to my call on the inner and the outer.
Beloved, in this twenty-four-month cycle, you have well used the dispensation of my heart.4 And the focus of the Ruby Ray which has touched some of your foreheads is now upon the heart of the Messenger that I might radiate through it to those whom I choose my radiance of the Ruby Ray. This radiance goes forth to chelas of the will of God and Keepers of the Flame who have fulfilled the twenty-four-month cycle and kept the trust. It is to evolutions in all octaves of earth.
Ruby Ray light goes forth, beloved. And through the nexus of the heart of the Ruby Ray Buddha in the very heart of the earth and throughout the planet, there is the renewal of that dispensation given by me to angels of Light and Lightbearers to focus my God Presence, to focus the Presence of my Being.
Therefore, beloved, it is needed. And it has well been used by you in the mighty victory you have won in the trial of our Messenger in these courts of earth.
Therefore, unto those who have kept that trust and that vigil, who have supported, then, the Messenger in the darkest hour of trial and to sustain the funds necessary for the judgment, these needlelike Ruby Rays go forth. They come to the secret chamber of the heart. They come, then, to gently release the five secret rays of the Buddha in that secret heart chamber, in that Eighth Ray chakra.
Beloved ones, these are the distillations of the Mind of Buddha. This is the living Presence of myself.
I have now descended to that point of the Messenger with the sphere of my body that is an acceptable and safe release of my Presence in the earth.
Thus, I AM in the sun and in the Sun behind the sun. I AM in the Great Central Sun. I AM in the central heart presence of the Messenger and in the heart of the earth. I AM Helios, and beloved Vesta entwines now her floral offering as an extended, woven wreath of white flowers that pass as a shaft of light from these spheres to the heart of the earth and returning again.
So, beloved, I AM Helios of the Sun. And I come by the secret-ray action of the Ruby Ray, multiplying the five secret rays with the violet flame to bring about a righting of those conditions in the earth spoken of to you by beloved Saint Germain and the Goddess of Liberty and yet to be presented in a continuing presentation by one and all here, by those who know the Truth, dare to speak it, and therefore inform a people who truly have great love for the Light in their members but must be shown the way.
Beloved, I am offering my being together with Sanat Kumara, who comes in an unprecedented dispensation from the Cosmic Council to be with planet earth with Lady Venus. This dispensation is to give one and all opportunity to clear and dissolve the momentum of illusion - the smoke screens and the maya that prevent the people of earth from understanding the plights of those so burdened in the defense of the flame of freedom.
Truly we salute this night the freedom fighters and the people of Afghanistan, those of the contras [of Nicaragua] and those in every nation who dare to be ridiculed and to take on the dragon of Death and Hell in defense of the Goddess of Liberty. These, too, are "Americans," as this term has been explained to you.5 These, too, deserve the radiance of our sacred heart. And these shall have it.
Beloved, it remains for the physical octave to receive intense illumination and a transfer of knowledge swiftly for the saving of many nations. Let it come to pass, for Light must prevail.
In this hour and as the consummate release of this conference, I, Helios, unite the Lightbearers of the world. I unite their hearts in a grid of light, fastening these to the heart of Lord Gautama Buddha.
Let the antahkarana,6 then, lead to the Western Shamballa. Let there go forth upon that grid of light the decrees and the prayers and the mantras that will reach all those in the earth who are the real Lightbearers.
Beloved ones, angels of Helios and Vesta go forth, then, preparing, nurturing, softening the bodies and consciousness of those receiving this light.
Beloved, in the heart of the Great Central Sun are beings of tremendous light and magnitude who reach out in supreme compassion and concern for those in the earth who are truly saints and who truly give their lives to the very last drop of blood that freedom might live. The concealment of these facts from those in the West who could help, beloved, must cease. Therefore, I, Helios, release all Light in my power in this hour, all Wisdom and Love.
Lest it become prosaic, I beg that you hear once again the Law and the mandate that those sons and daughters who have life and being in the physical octave must be our voice, must take up the pen and the sword. Beloved, know that when you so do, you shall be empowered by Maitreya's ten thousand-times-ten thousand,7 by the legions of the Faithful and True, The Word, by the Presence of Sanat Kumara and Venus, and by my own heartfelt love.
This extension of the power of my Presence and your authority to exercise it is continuing now indefinitely unto all those who use it wisely, discriminately, without rancor or sense of revenge or hatred toward the enemy. Those who maintain the equanimity of the Buddha and the peace of the living Christ will know that this dispensation may continue unto the hour of the victory of your ascension in the Light.
I ask, then, all wondrous devotees, monks, and sisters of all holy orders of earth to now release into the sacred fire the content of past karma and to accept the purging power of Helios, which is indeed a Ruby Ray.
Welcome it, beloved. Accept it. And know that as you increase the capacity of light, so light shall save a planet. Indeed, Lightbearers of the world unite in the heart of the living Son and triumph.
The entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood sealeth you, sealeth this property, and shall withdraw by my Flame and Presence all light therefrom when the Flame is withdrawn and when the last have retired to the highest mountain.
Thus, beloved, it shall come to pass that the entire momentum of this activity of all decrees of Keepers of the Flame from the beginning shall be withdrawn to the Heart of the Inner Retreat and the Flame of the ark of the covenant there.
Thus, this area shall return to its state of karma and shall retain only that which it has drawn unto itself by response to the presence of the Messenger and the Keepers of the Flame here.
Thus, the opportunity of the decade draws to a close. Unto them that have light of the Ruby Ray shall more be added. From those who have not that light of the Ruby Ray shall be taken away even that which they have failed to use.8
In the living light of the Sun, I release now doves of hope - white doves, spiritual birds of light. They come to the planet and are released by angels. Millions of white doves are released, beloved, from the etheric octave. And they bear the presence of Hope to all people everywhere for salvation, for surcease from the Darkness of the fallen angels, and for the entering in to the golden age.
I raise not my voice to you, beloved, for neither the earth nor your chakras can bear any more of my Presence. Therefore, I sustain what I sustain. And I withdraw that which I withdraw back to the Sun behind the sun of the Central Sun of this solar system.
In the living light of Peace, I seal each of you in my Love forever. So long as love does abide in your heart, forever I AM there - Helios of the Flame and Vesta, my name.
