Hear me, O people of Light! I AM the All-Seeing Eye of God. And the white stone is the image of the heart that ye shall be.
Surely I AM come. And the sign of Victory and the movement of Light is heard in this music that is of the Ancient of Days, that is of Elohim - a gift of God to earth through that messenger of music, Beethoven.1
Beloved heart, I direct your attention to this music. For it was present in the very electric field of the prophet Jeremiah.2 Though never written down, the spirit of freedom and liberty was at the very heart of the evolution of God consciousness midst this Hebrew seed of Light that had come, that had embodied in many centuries for the furtherance of the Elohimic consciousness of God in earth.
Therefore, freedom and liberty aborning in the soul of the seed of Light did encounter the most difficult and horrendous of tests. This confrontation, beloved, with the power elite of Babylon, the Chaldeans themselves, is a confrontation which this reincarnation of the Lightbearers must once again face in order to counteract the forces of anti-freedom.
Understand, beloved, that the mighty men of Babylon and their king did put to the sword the mighty men of Israel. And among those in Israel who were the princes and the mighty men, there were the sons of God and there were also fallen angels. Therefore, they put to the sword the serpents of their own kind, for they are in an intergalactic rivalry. And it is the rivalry for the domination of the seed of Light. Then they put to the sword the Christed ones, lest they lead a rebellion of the people, the humble people, against their rule.
Thus, the one coming as the fallen angel reminds the prophet that he is a true prophet of God and that the LORD's judgment is meted through him because of the disobedience of the people to their God, even though that fallen one does not pay allegiance to that God.
Understand that the fallen angels know well what is the covenant betwixt a people and their God. And their intrusion into society in the West today is to create that vulnerability midst the people whereby through their disobedience they - the fallen ones incarnate - may have a means of entering in and overturning the children of the Light.
Thus, the careful enticement of the Lightbearers of the world who embody the Spirit of America is that which has become and has ever been the strategy of these fallen ones. It is a part of the strategy of this International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy to wear down the people of East and West through drugs and rock music and abortion, debilitating their bodies and weakening them through all manner of toxic substances - and then the disinformation and then the programming and the deprogramming of them from a way of life that is free to the seeming carefreeness of a totalitarian rule.
Beloved, understand the steps and stages of the revolution of the fallen ones meted against the people of Light upon earth. Awake, I say! You have been through this many times over! Some who be here this night were among those who were of the bands of Zedekiah put to death, for they [you] were leaders in Judah. And some of you were among the humble who were not considered dangerous who were left in Judah. And to them [you] was given a land and they made a rich harvest.
And so the prophet took up his place and continued to deliver the Word - not only of the I AM THAT I AM but of the I AM THAT I AM as Elohim individualized, therefore, through us.
Realize, beloved, that these Chaldeans, these fallen ones, as well as those of Assyria have reincarnated in the same conspiracy. And as there was the sense of negotiation and of compromise and the belief in their good intentions and the ignorance (ignoring) of the prophet, so that one Zedekiah, by his ignoring of the law of God, his failure then to raise the light to the third eye, did receive the meting of that justice and the putting out of his eyes because it was his karma for his refusal to see and to accept the prophecy of the LORD.
Understand, then, the recognition of the powers that be of that Jeremiah. Almost as a superstition they leave him alone, for they know that he is empowered by the I AM THAT I AM. And thus, because he is a man true to his heart and true to his God and they know they may count on him as being trustworthy, they leave him midst the people.
Thus, ultimately there is that sense on the part of these fallen ones of not to move where there is the presence of God, whereas on the other hand the same fallen ones through others (of their ilk) have lost their lives, even as many of the true prophets of Israel were murdered by the fallen ones.
Therefore, let neither prophet nor representative of the people nor ministers or pastors or rabbis nor those who lead a nation in any way consider that these Chaldeans, now reincarnate as the Soviets and the conspirators from the West who support them, will change their tune or their designs. Remember that they have been around this planet for aeons, and they have been warring against others of other bands of fallen angels in their rivalry to attain supremacy. And in these wars of the gods, take heed, beloved, that you are not caught in the cross fire.
Therefore, it is summed up in the word of Christ: "Agree with thine adversary quickly whilst thou art in the way with him."3 This, then, is the understanding of the turning aside of error and the moving on to that place prepared.
Beloved ones, think not that we make a literal comparison to that which is or is not to come. We illustrate a principle of the LORD's prophecy that sets a precedent and an understanding. We also draw the lines for you of who are the reincarnated Chaldeans and the Assyrians, who are these who are the manipulators East and West who must be seen for what they are and never confused with the true shepherds and anointed ones, who are the only ones in earth whom you may trust to lead you and to comfort you and to be more concerned for your welfare than their material conquests or the gains of war.
Thus, beloved, it is an hour to consider what is the fate of those who know that they come to the end of a cycle and an age. I speak, then, of the seed of the wicked who have inserted themselves and I speak of prophecy. Nor do I say that these things shall not come to pass in this nation. For I do not in any way disagree with the warning of Saint Germain nor with the delivery of the message of the Karmic Board by the Goddess of Liberty.
I give you wisdom that you might interpret the signs, that you might read and know and meditate upon the heart of God and read the prophecies that have already gone forth in our many dictations - and then deliberate and have discrimination in your heart as to how all of these words that are given in a moment of time and space for that moment may converge in the Eternal Now where you are making your decisions and entering into the great blue sphere of your own divine plan.
We speak of the seriousness of the hour. But our message, beloved, is never to frighten but only to sober you to the God-centeredness where you realize just how high the stakes are this day and just how much import the fallen ones place in overturning that leadership who move against their strategies.
Therefore, we go forth in judgment in this hour, by the All-Seeing Eye of God, of those false prophets in the land as pastors and ministers, as politicians and economists who cry the false cry of the false prophet, "Peace, peace!" when there is no peace.4 And therefore, with the coming of Jeremiah there is the demand made of the false prophets to prove that their message is the correct message.
Therefore, let the handwriting on the wall of world karma descending be read and reread by the sons and daughters of God. And let those who have Light and are the Christed ones realize this hour how you are beloved of Elohim, how you are beloved of the I AM THAT I AM, how you are beloved of Sanat Kumara and Saint Germain, and how one individual who knows his Christhood is more valuable in the earth in this hour than any other individual of any other capacity.
You must place supreme value upon your emergent Christhood. Treat it as a diamond that must be cut and polished and treasured, beloved. Through these shepherds we may yet hold the balance.
We repeat the message, for some have not understood - or in hearing their ears are waxed dull and they do not interpret right action from their hearing! Let the Christed ones, then, be concerned with their future and the future of the earth. Let them gather in the heart of the Mount Zion - that is, in the consciousness of God. And in that consciousness, let them choose the land we have prepared. And without that consciousness, let them be driven from the land we have prepared! For we are not here to receive escapees from personal karma and those who flee in fright. Beloved ones, those who seek a sensual5 security are not of the bands of Light.
Therefore I say, in the I AM Presence let your light and let your soul be raised up. Come, then, into the mountain of the I AM THAT I AM which you can achieve here and now. And in that mountain of God, that Holy of Holies of your I AM Presence, see and know the right course of physical action. Take accountability for your personal economy and your survival and your livelihood. And do not seek to depend upon Church or State for that livelihood.
You, therefore, must forge and win that victory in your right place. And remember, we have not said that the Inner Retreat is necessarily the right place for all. You must know it from the Holy of Holies of your being. And therefore, in listening to me, only travel by the wavelength of this dictation and this presence which I bring to you, pressing in and upon you now that you might enter the fiery coil of your destiny and see and know what is the walk of God for you with Elohim.
Thus, beloved, we speak in this wise. And we come with legions of angels of the Fifth Ray. There are angels of Ray-O-Light and K-17. There are angels of the Healing Masters. There are legions of the All-Seeing Eye of God and of Mother Mary and Raphael. Surely it is an hour of commitment of cosmic Masters of the Fifth Ray who know that never has there been an hour more important for your precipitation and building of the temple of man represented in the temple that is a New Jerusalem, an etheric city that must be made physical only by those who have the right consciousness of the Mind of God.
I stress this, beloved, because there is that sense on the part of those who hear of the path and the teachings of the Ascended Masters that merely because they have a desiring to lower this into manifestation that that desiring should be their qualification. It is not so, beloved. The qualification is of the heart and the soul and the fire of chelaship! Thus, desiring must meet the levels of attainment and of self-givingness that we have taught many years through these Messengers and tens of thousands of years to your very persons.
Thus, qualify yourselves in the order of the builders and the masterbuilders who have come as a unique mandala of Light. Understand the qualification of the heart and the spirit of noncondemnation and the spirit of God-harmony.
And therefore, I say to all, hear my word! For the land itself will not accept those who are there for ulterior motive and alternate reasons. You must understand that the path of sainthood and the purification of the heart is the way of safety. And you [who are out of alignment] will not be safe in or under your own bed, or neath the trees of the hills. You will not be safe, beloved, either within or without. And when you consider the freak accidents and causes of death, you must remember that there is vulnerability anywhere in the Matter cosmos. No one, therefore, who retains anxiety or the fear of fallen angels will pass the tests necessary to be in the holy mountain of God.
Yes, some have hid under the covers and some have hid under their beds. But, beloved, even the darkness is no comfort in the hour of the Day of Vengeance. And it is the hour of accountability. Let us strive together. Let us take the message, the witness, and the counsel that comes.
I speak to you, then. And I assure you, even as I reassure this Messenger, that this mantle of Elohim of the Fifth Ray shall remain with her and unto you a certain guide and a certain vision with whom you may consult if necessary and if need be. This Presence, then, is for the fulfillment of the transfer to the mountain of God and beyond, for right decision in every area of this activity.
Beloved, we see what is set before you. And surely, surely I have said you require the Presence near of Elohim, who have the power to precipitate the need of the hour. You yourselves may call upon the mantle of Hercules and Amazonia as a corresponding focus for your chelaship empowered by God. Therefore, according to your diligence in the decree to Hercules [10.05], you will begin to feel that Presence around you. This will surely come in answer to your call and to your devotion to the will of God and to your hearkening unto the inner voice. Therefore, it will come to those who earn it, who pursue it, and who claim it by the right of the Holy Christ Self. [16-sec. applause]
Now I offer my Presence and that of beloved Virginia, the Virgin All-Seeing Eye of God in the heart of the immaculate concept of Omega. Now we offer this our Presence to you and we focus through you the All-Seeing Eye of God - not only for the exposure of the Truth concerning the conspiracies of the reincarnated Chaldeans and Assyrians in the earth, but also, beloved, for the binding of the seed of the wicked who oppose that vision and that Truth and who espouse and embody that error. Through your calls to the All-Seeing Eye of God this will be accomplished and multiplied unto you as that opening of the inner vision for which you have longed.
Beloved, it is through our decree, the call to Cyclopea [50.05] that you give, that this may be accomplished when your heart is pure and purified. And from time to time through the momentum of the giving of this decree, we are able to deliver a dispensation that multiplies the power of that decree with greater force and penetration. Therefore, let the penetrability of your decree go forth, knowing that as surely as I live and we are in manifestation, as surely as our mantle is with the Messenger, we shall be in you the multiplication of that call. And it is for the awakening and the alerting of this nation and all nations so that no longer will the seed of the wicked be able to hide.
This must be accompanied by the publications, beloved, by the books and the magazines going forth, teaching the people what is reality, what is unreality, and what are the smoke screens that abound. And therefore, that All-Seeing Eye of God is upon all serpents who abuse the media and the communications systems of the planet. Beloved ones, see how the call to us in this hour and the Judgment Call will be unto them that exposure and how the people's own self-knowledge will allow them to transcend themselves.
Dare we hope that you also might communicate by radio, by satellite, by broadcasting over the waves, that people might see and hear the Truth? Beloved, we understand the challenge of this call. But if it may come to pass because some of the Christed ones hear that call and may provide for it, I tell you, the opportunity to reach the Lightbearers of the earth should be multiplied many ten-thousandfold.
We have not placed the priority upon this but upon the building and the securing of the Inner Retreat because we must devote ourselves to our chelas first and not in any way jeopardize their divine destiny. Realize, then, beloved, that when those who should be awakened and should espouse this cause do so, if they do so before it is too late, this communication will go to the heart of the Lightbearers and it will also go to the heart of the seed of the wicked. And as they tremble in this hour for the coming of the LORD's day, so they will tremble in that hour for the coming of his Word and the sharper than the two-edged sword! [16-sec. applause]
Therefore, shepherds of the people, those who have the inner calling, those who have never lost contact with heart of Elohim whose hearts may be troubled, whose souls may be burdened, to you I speak and I say, teach - teach these children of the Light who are already convinced of this Path the way of giving the call to Cyclopea, the way of the call to Archangel Michael. And know that a cosmic assistance has come upon you, that the Seven Archangels are standing now one-pointed and are at that very point of the delivery of a tremendous assistance that can turn the tide.
All things are possible with Elohim! O beloved, let the mountains ring - and the molecules and the waters under the earth and the very sun of even pressure in the heart of the earth also reverberate with the sound of the call of the Word. It is the sustaining power of physical systems and planetary homes.
When you give the sound of the decree of Elohim you enter the aura of Elohim throughout Cosmos. And you are a part of the sustaining sound of God that sustains the Matter creation beginning with your own physical body and physical cells. And therefore, this is why those who have decreed for so long and given the violet flame decrees have a sustaining of the vibration of the Central Sun that turns back the years and turns back the deformities and results in the transmutation of the genes inserted into the seed of Lightbearers by the seed of the wicked.
Beloved ones, the sound of the Light reverberating through your microcosm is the power of the holy Word of God to restore you to that magnificent God-free being you were when you first descended into the Matter spheres! And in the aura and presence of that God-being - which, I tell you, shall be unleashed from the white fire core of every cell and atom of your being - you will be effective in the earth, you will stand as conquering heroes, so humble in the presence of Elohim, beloved, and yet so empowered as to tremble the very web of Cosmos and of the deceit of the fallen ones.
Understand, then, just how much God can become God in you when you know the one-pointed calling and when you remember the rise and fall of civilizations - the wars, the destructions, and the cataclysms to which you have been witness and by which you have been victimized again and again and again. Remember the example of the one Russian saint, Igor. Remember him, beloved, as the example of how one heart of Light, however ignorant or humble, in devotion to the divine Mother Mary may hold the balance against hordes of Darkness who have embodied out of Death and Hell.6 And they are like that group entity whose name was Legion, who rushed down the mountain in the herd of swine.7
Beloved ones, these demons rush through the troops of the Chaldeans and the Assyrians and the fallen ones of the earth. The demons rush through them - and ere they plunge headlong to their own destruction, they destroy many children of God in their wake. And this is the result of the rupturing of the astral plane into the physical octave by the misuse of sound and rhythm in the earth in this hour.
Let it be known, then, that the sound of symphony is in your heart, that the sound of divine music is in your being, beloved. And when you sound the AUM you activate it. And when you use the bija mantras for the raising of the light of the chakras, you are bringing forth gently and ever so gently the reawakening of the soul to that inner oneness with Elohim. And as the awakening comes so quickly, it is an awakening to initiation.
And that initiation of Christhood, beloved, demands obedience to the law of sound, rhythm, and the cosmic music of the spheres. For should you who would be entrusted with God's power in this age go out of the way of harmony and disobey the voice of the Messenger when the command is given, "Peace, be still!" or when you cease your peace and remain in discord, when you refuse to stop and arrest the spirals of death and decay and rebellion - in that moment, beloved, you must not have the power of God at your disposal to misuse. For so grave a karma should come upon you to sin against Elohim.
Understand the command of "Peace, be still!" of the LORD [who is] Christ. It is the warning: if you will be not still, you are in danger of making grave karma by your continuing actions misusing the light of the seven chakras. You must speak it to the carnal mind in yourself, to the tramp thoughts that upset you!
For it is one thing to have concern and lawful concern. But if your life is tumbled and tossed by your concerns, beloved, you are also in a vortex that is a downward spiral. Let the peace-commanding presence of the Elohim Peace and Aloha sustain you in the hour when you must pass those tests to rise in the God-centeredness of Elohim, that you might indeed embody the original power of your lifestreams from the Great Central Sun.
The Law is sealed as a grid upon you. Those who abuse the law of harmony may not advance in increasing God consciousness. This is a protection to every disciple - not a punishment but a guardian action of the Great Silent Watchers. Understand it and believe, beloved.
All gossip will cease, else those who engage in it will destroy themselves by their very daring to challenge the fires of Elohim! All condemnation must cease - all vilification and division. We raise up a company unto God for the salvation of more than a planet, I tell you - of a way of life of the Matter spheres.
Therefore, beloved, hear the cry! We have spoken before. We tell you again. Submit your heart upon the altar of God. Seek our counsel and live. For it is the hour to choose to be a God and to ascend - as we have chosen to be God, as we are created as God, as we are God.
So, beloved, choose to be that Presence or not. For it is the Y, and the Y has come to all in this age. And those who would study that Y, let them hear the dissertation of the Lady Master Leto, for it is well taken and should be studied. And what you hear at the altar, apply in your home, apply in your living room, and be not found again desiring to find diversions and circumventions of the Law. For I AM the All-Seeing Eye of God, and that means I see all. I see what you have refused to see in yourselves!
Therefore, if you will not see and cannot see but would see, then ask the Messenger, who is also the Messenger of your Christ Self, for an honest and accurate evaluation of your path if you desire it. And if you do not desire it, beloved, we bow to the Light of God, who is ever within you, and pray that you find your way. For we love you, we support you, and we tell you these are the limitations of our support.
Now I commend you to the holy Archangels and to their Messenger, that you may demonstrate and give now those calls as they must be given for your protection. Some of recent date have learned once again the folly of failing to be in the right place at the right time and to come to the altar when the Messenger is speaking. And sadly and tragically, then, accident comes upon them because they have not fully invoked the protection of the Archangels, and the Law does act.
Beloved ones, the Law does act. And I also weep in this hour when I see those who have not been careful in these things around the world (not necessarily in this activity) who have lost precious souls entrusted to their care because they did not heed the warning of the prophets and Elohim and the Brotherhood of the signs of these perilous times.
Centered in the Cosmic Christ of your Victory, I AM Cyclopea, Virginia, Elohim of the Fifth Ray. Now let the sweeping up of this mantle of ourselves in this presence be the focus of that gigantic leap into the heart of the mountain.
So be it! It is done! I have decreed it! Let those who see and know run and still run and not be weary, for the LORD is with you, upon you, and in you to fulfill his good pleasure. Amen!
