The Descent of the Mighty Blue SphereA Fourteen-Month Cycle in the First Ray of the Will of God
O Holy Ones of God, Seraphim Mighty,
I, Serapis, call thee now from the heart!
Seraphim, descend this shaft of light built by elementals at the command of sons and daughters of God.
Hear the decree of the Word of Keepers of the Flame on earth.
Seraphim of God, as thou dost keep the flame of Life in the Central Sun, tending the mighty altars of sacred fire, I bid you now: Come into the auras of these who have been sent from the Sun in the beginning - Light shoots of Alpha and Omega who have been green shoots these past fourteen months [of initiation in the fourteen stations of the cross in the emerald sphere of the causal body].1 Come, seraphim of God, with Raphael and Mother Mary.
Justinius, come now for the sealing of the auric light and the third eye in the mighty sphere of the emerald light. For Truth has gone forth in the science of Wholeness, the power of the Word, and all manner of Teaching that emanates from Vesta and Pallas Athena, Hilarion, and many Healing Masters.
Beloved, all that has gone forth from the emerald sphere does now touch and qualify the succeeding sphere. Each gain of mastery from the white fire core of Being, from the beginning pulsating outward, does lend new enlightenment and enchantment, if you will, of the Word, of the Life, of the Love inherent in each and every flame and sphere.
All attainment is cumulative if you will it so - if you do not let go, if you persevere. And the stairway of the degrees becomes an exalted experience. And you can feel the increase of the rings of light around your four lower bodies. And you can feel the dissolution of darkness and former auric emanations that were left over from other lifetimes.
It is an hour of cycles turning and it is important to assess the net gain. Every soul periodically must of necessity engage in a certain introspection. Not so often - perhaps once or twice a year profoundly - for overattention upon the green shoot and the sense of self allows the individual to fall prey to the very diseases of the psyche that are passing through the flame to be consumed.
Thus, beloved, he who maintains the most concentrated attention on the I AM Presence and the one-pointedness of a goal, being swift as an arrow, he then is one whom we declare safe for the acceleration of the cleansing of the astral body, which must come about fast or slow as you decree it. Therefore, concentration and the strength of mind and will and heart on the assignments we give you builds [of] itself a shaft of light that is protective, and thus we are able literally to drain the astral body of toxins and diseases, darkness and shadows and entities of past lives. These pass into the violet flame with scarcely a notice from yourself because you are so one-pointed on the feat of service to Light.
Service to Light - this we extol in every heart. When you stop and start, spin and then break the thrust of the pinwheel of life and of the chakras, beloved, you become vulnerable to the very things that come out of the subconscious to be bound.
If you would, then, but strengthen this shaft of light emanating from the wonders of your attention upon Almighty God for the sealing of each of the four lower bodies, for the sealing of the place where evil dwells in the subconscious, you would find that the health and the right-mindfulness, the piercing light of the heart would allow us to then trust your own dedication and momentum that must be sustained in a continuous beat of harmony and a held strain of music without break that we might complete the surgery through the Lord Jesus Christ, who comes as the good physician to take from you the burdens and cares which, though they seem surface, are not surface at all but emanate from dark pools and cesspools long ago forgotten. For there is a world of darkness in the subconscious, where the quicksands of life yet are.
Therefore, beloved, when you are a start-and-stop chela, when you decree now and then but have no schedule, just at the moment when the cycle comes in the full power of the healing ray to truly engage your being in this work of the ages of the removal of these layers of substance, we cannot do it.
For just at that moment, all of a sudden you have taken a vacation from the Path, and the world rolls in and another round of its enjoyments. And, of course, we could not possibly begin this surgery, for the patient is not ready: the patient will not sustain the accelerated beat of the life-force in the heart and in the chakras so that that which must become a radical removal of subterranean substance can be taken according to the laws of cosmos.
Thus, I would speak to you of the mysteries of Lord Maitreya. I would speak to you of the Path as a spiral, step upon step succeeding the last. I would speak to you of the vast differences, from seat to seat among you, of chelas, of backgrounds, of cosmic history, of time that has been spent in our retreats over the centuries. Thus, I would tell you there are scarcely two alike among you, scarcely two of equality on the path of self-mastery, some concentrating here and there, some newly come to the realization of the earnestness of the path of the fourth ray.
Therefore, I would steal with you awhile and take a moment to reinforce in you my commendation, by way of my love, to tell you that many have made great strides and increased at inner levels in the building of the Deathless Solar Body. This you yourself may not necessarily observe concerning yourself, and it does require the Teacher to tell you that some have so increased and been diligent in areas pointed out that they indeed have taken giant steps toward the initiations of Luxor. And others, while thinking themselves fastidious, have merely ridden on the joy of those who are profoundly one with God.
Thus, beloved, no matter how many surround you, the Path is a lonely path. For the Path is one of your soul and your heart in communion with God - you and God alone in the universe of spiritual joy and bliss. On one plane of your striving this is as it is, and the soul does conquer here at night while the body sleeps, whereas in the day the karma of communities and families and nations and old ties does surround individuals with all manner of circumstances and duties, employment, burdens and joys.
There are many planes of existence. And some of you look forward to placing yourself at rest at night, not so much because you are tired but because you are anxious to get on with the inner work and the inner service that can continue uninterrupted [by the cares of the day] and [is therefore capable of] accelerating. And you know that by this inner work you are improving your lot in the outer planes as you journey to the [etheric] retreats [of the Great White Brotherhood], as you commune in Love, and indeed as you are initiated by the archangels.
Never fear, for the unseen victory of Love is always registered at Luxor. The `computers' of the Mind of God, vouchsafed to us through the science of Sanat Kumara, are readily available by cosmic consent and your own. Therefore, we are able to monitor the progress on the Path of the Mother and the Path of the Ascension of every soul of Light on earth. Daily there are dispatched from Luxor seraphim of God who go to the side of Lightbearers to assist them, to show them the way to the next door and the opening of the Path to those very areas that require attention.
Beloved ones, it is by certain fiats that your Messenger has made concerning her life and the life of this Community and its future that we have been able to open doors of knowledge and understanding to her. Without these fiats, these probings, these challenges of limitation and ignorance and darkness - and the inner realization of the need to claim more of the cosmic unity - this information and expansion would not have come forth.
Thus, beloved, it is a wonderful joy to walk in the woods and by the streams and in the mountains and to shout unto the LORD God - to reach for the farthest star or the very nearest sparkle of the stream, to touch and contact God, whether with a still, strong voice of determination or with a mighty shout unto the heavens:
"O God, send me help for this requirement of the hour!"
Beloved ones, I hurl to you now from my heart the choice - creativity that must come to you and blossom in you by a balanced threefold flame. I speak of creativity in meditation, of the genius of your own Christhood, and of the planes of heaven of your causal body. Remember, you dwell in a plane of effect and so-called limitation.
To break the barriers of mortality you must ascend this spinal altar and continue up the crystal cord. You must desire to mount and develop a momentum on climbing mountains of one's inner being to once again retrieve the lost chord of identity and to access from your own cosmic computer of the Mind of God all that you have been abuilding for millions of years of evolution.
Is it just that you should be cut off from this Universal Mind which once was your own? The law of karma says that it is just, for each and every one has entered into lows of ignorance and ignominy. But, beloved ones, the other side of justice is mercy. And you have abundant mercy in the violet flame. And you ought to pray to God and say:
O God, yet I be in this condition of limitation, bowed down in my body and being, yet I call to you for Mercy: Heal me of all inharmony and diseases. I will to be harmonious Love forever.
O God, by thy Mercy Flame, transmute and consume in me the records of dark deeds that have cut me off from the full waking awareness of the totality of my mind in God.
Thus, beloved, do not cease to yearn for and to pursue the higher and higher Self. Do not categorize yourself at a certain age or level, or an attainment, even in the human sense, beyond which you foresee you will not go in this life. [Do not so limit yourself.] There is no limit to what you can become on earth through this form that you wear if you will determine to become the master of your life. To be an embodied Master is a worthy goal. And to do so in love without rigidity or superstition is commendable.
Thus master any art and apply it to the internalization of the Word. Be not satisfied with any area of indulgence of the self. But do thou indulge the greater Self and thyself within it.
Beloved, learn to think creatively and ingeniously as to how you can become more of myself in manifestation. For there is a way of Life and Eternity we would proclaim - the Path of the Ascension. And Lightbearers must be known for this path of Light and raised sacred fire.
O blessed ones of God, hear the elemental life who rejoice in all that has been manifest in the emerald sphere. We seal now the body elemental of every Lightbearer on earth. We seal the children of the Sun in the rays of the Healing Masters, in the heart of Mother Mary.
And so with cycle's door ajar unto the blue sphere, we come now accompanied by Archangel Michael and legions of Surya and Cuzco, who does hold the balance this night in the heart of the God Star Sirius for the descent to earth of the mighty blue sphere amplified by the white fire core of the Great Central Sun and of your causal body. Now you can see from the center to the periphery rings of expansion and joy as bells are ringing and the new chime of the new year and the new age does receive the very special quality of the blue flame of the Will of God.
Clear as crystal, direct as Morya, powerful as Hercules, faithful as Archangel Michael - so the blue sphere does descend around you. Oh, rise to greet it as a leaping hart, beloved ones! Rise into the very center of this sphere as it comes all around you and as your auras scintillate with fire.
As on a rainy night you may see rings around the moon, so visualize this ring around yourself. See the shimmering cobalt blue sparkling with turquoise and even shades of deep purple; see the aquamarine and the stellar blue of Mother Mary; see the blue of fountains, of sky and water; see the blue of the eyes of angels - all of this representing the depth and the power of the sea of God.
Beloved hearts of Light, this sphere around you is mighty indeed. And you are well able to magnetize it, for your devotion unto the rosary of Archangel Michael has truly saved so many lives since its inception, as we have told you.
Beloved ones, you have been running and gaining a running momentum to receive this blue sphere. Your devotion as chelas of Morya, your love of Archangel Michael, your desire to do well - all these things are qualities of the first ray and of the Will of God. And therefore, be sealed and know that the sphere that descends from your causal body in this hour is commensurate with that externalized blue flame that you have called forth in this and all embodiments.
Whether it is less or greater, be not concerned with thyself or with thy neighbor by comparison. But, beloved ones, know this - when you see Himalaya and Vaivasvata Manu and you see their mighty blue spheres and you see that of the God and Goddess Meru and the Great Divine Director, you may contemplate what it is to intensify and increase the power of the blue-flame sun and the blue-flame Central Sun Magnet.
Beloved ones, if another have a greater sphere than you, praise God and say, "Because my brother has won, I shall win too!" And this is exactly why we give you fourteen months - fourteen stations of the cross of Jesus and of the Mother and her children. In fourteen months you can multiply this sphere geometrically. This is the meaning of this dispensation from the heart of Alpha and Omega.
By the grace of the continuity of our dictations to you unbroken, you may know that such an opportunity is at hand. And you may proclaim it to all Lightbearers throughout this fourteen-month cycle. You may tell them how wondrous is the rosary to Archangel Michael, how wondrous are the blue-flame decrees and the blue-flame Masters. And you may tell them of the power of the Divine Mother in the white fire core of Being here and in the Great Central Sun to multiply that action.
And you may tell them, of course, beloved, how necessary protection will be in the coming year as you contemplate the change of the Dark Cycle, which will find itself on the 5/11 axis of the Cosmic Clock, signifying that this is the year, beginning April 23, 1986, when the backlash of the dark ones - for all of the Light that has gone forth in the last twelve cycles of the clock - may be unleashed upon an unsuspecting humanity.
Beginning on that day you ought to expect the revenge of the fallen angels against the Light and the Lightbearer. And you must understand that the wall of blue flame and the sphere of blue flame is given unto you [in order] that when the Darkness comes it may instantaneously be deflected and go back to its source. And may the source of Darkness be destroyed by its own evil intent.
This is my decree, and this is my message to you that you do not underestimate the meaning of the Dark Cycle of the returning of mankind's karma and of the karma of the fallen angels, who have in this hour great envy and jealousy of the Lightbearers and the sweet children of Light. And their momentum of revenge has been smoldering as resentment for aeons.
Thus, beloved, to continue to build and to accelerate, to increase and intensify the blue flame is the surest defense and sign of victory. God has already disposed and answered prayers ye have not thought of. Angels have already begun to weave a filigree net of blue flame, a most intense fiery blue. It is a tight crocheting of an armour of mail made of light substance impervious. It is draped now between the physical manifestation and the astral plane for the protection of the earth from further eruption of astral hordes and darkness that began when the hour struck midnight December 31, 1959. It was then that the spilling over into America and the world of the subcultures of rock music and drugs paved the way for all astral horror and Death and Hell to come into the physical plane.
There was therefore established [on July 26, 1964] a golden chain mail connected at the great monuments of the world. But, beloved ones, this golden chain mail was not [sufficiently] reinforced with dynamic decrees by those in embodiment, inasmuch as the numbers of Keepers of the Flame and individuals decreeing at that time were not nearly so great as they are today. Therefore, I trust you will review this dictation concerning the golden chain mail and realize that we enforce this now and reenforce it with this blue chain mail of fiery blue energy and powerful protection.
Thus, we direct your attention to the principle of heading off the dark ones at the pass. And if you will be seated, I will tell you about this pass. [For] I myself have had great experiences of holding back the forces of evil at the pass in the mountains.2 And I have seen it as an exercise and as an initiation that must be forged and won by Lightbearers.
Beloved ones, there comes a moment when a group of individuals on earth realize that they alone stand between oncoming hordes of darkness and their nation and their planetary home. This realization has dawned upon you - and upon some of you increasingly - until at this hour you have come to recognize that the superiority of the Path of the Great White Brotherhood, and especially of the path of the fourth ray, has lent to you a Light, a Power, a Teaching and a Science whereby you can stand on behalf of millions and invoke the Light and see the results and see the response of angels and beings of cosmos who have stood between mankind and descending calamity.
Thus, the principle of "heading them off at the pass" is the principle of stopping the eruption out of the astral plane into the physical plane of great darkness - darkness that is planned in secret as conspiracy and plot against humanity, darkness that does not want to be unveiled or exposed, darkness that comes from extraterrestrials hovering and who have also taken embodiment, darkness such as sudden war or economic difficulties, diseases that come seemingly out of nowhere, of which Halley's comet has become the harbinger.
Beloved ones, there are messengers from the Sun. Some of them are typified in comets. But there are angels who come whether or no there is a comet to be seen in the sky. Such an angel is Gabriel of the fourth ray, the angel of the annunciation. To him I bid you call that you might have the realization from his heart aforetime of those things that are planned to erupt out of the astral plane as they come with sudden destruction3 as the return of planetary karma.
As you know, so much of this planet's karma is in fact the karma of fallen angels which does not rightly belong to humanity but which has been manipulated to their destruction. And we have spoken to you of the fallen angels and their karma-dodging. Therefore, you see, the creative call must be that their karma fall upon their own heads and that this fiery mail of blue surround the Lightbearers and the innocent and the youth and the children that they might be protected yet another day and another hour and another decade to find the Path and come into the Light.
Beloved hearts of freedom, when you think how in this year - as Truth has gone forth, as healing seminars have been conducted and the lost arts of healing proclaimed - souls have come for the first time to the knowledge, whether of the Great White Brotherhood or of the Ascended Masters or of this Messenger and this Path - when you think of the newness of these souls as babes reborn in Christ, you say in your hearts, "What a shame, what a cosmic shame it would be if these souls were deprived of the opportunity to realize the fullness of that Truth which is brought."
The wise, the heroes and the heroines of past ages have always seen this equation. And when they themselves have seen that they contained in their own hearts such Truth and the magnanimity of the Godhead, they could easily give their lives that others might have the same opportunity to bring to fruition this sphere of blue which is upon you.
And so you see, beloved ones, those to whom God has given so very much, of them much is expected.4 And they expect much of themselves. For they have Light, and they know they have enough Light to also give - to give of their life in any way possible that others might have in this embodiment the continuity of the thread of contact long enough so that when and if they come to that point of transition [the change called death] they are able to continue without even a break in consciousness, higher and higher in the etheric octave to the very throne room of Gautama Buddha or Sanat Kumara.
[Of a truth,] many who have heard this Teaching and passed shortly thereafter from the screen of life are those who have come and seen the newborn Christ Child at the presentation in the temple and have said, "Now I have seen the Lord. Now I may go to other octaves."5
Thus, beloved ones, ye have been bought with a price.6 And you are entering a year when you must buy with a price ten thousand times ten thousand Lightbearers on earth whose hour has come for this opportunity, this infusion of the mighty blue ray.
I say, press on and hold the pass. I say, prevent the darkness from penetrating through, and challenge with a sternness and a determination of the eye of Serapis that evil which has become commonplace as people have allowed themselves to be lulled into a stupor in the face of this culture of drugs that plagues the earth as the creeping and crawling things out of the pit have come unto the bodies of the very Lightbearers we have sent.
Beloved ones, I commend you and commend you again for securing this Inner Retreat and advise you to continue as directed. For one day you will see and know how important it was to "work while ye have the Light"7 or, as they say, to "make hay while the sun shines."
Be grateful for the sun that shines and the fields that ripen and for the harvest. Be grateful for your mastery with elemental life and the alchemist Saint Germain, truly the Adept of adepts of this age. Be grateful that while you have youth and life and mind and will and the means to multiply substance, you can fully build and complete this retreat.
Beloved hearts, one day you will see so great a multitude approaching that you will have to turn many away and send them to qualify themselves for that rarefied Light just as we do at Luxor. The standard must be high. And this time Maitreya's Mystery School must endure.
O mighty cosmic forces four, seal now the earth. Seal now this blue chain mail. Seal now these spheres of blue.
O Morya, beloved, you have prepared them well to this time. O Archangel Michael, you have prepared them. O Mother, you have prepared them. And Lanello, your brooding spirit has not let the true ones stray.
O Elohim of the first ray, so [much a] part of the physical octave, you have set herewith pillars of blue flame. And therefore I, Serapis, dedicate this sanctuary of the Holy Grail as a shrine to the First Ray of the Will of God. Let it so be known. And let it so be the matrix until all is fulfilled here below.8
In the name of the starry blue Mother and her aura that fills the earth, in the name of the World Mother, Mary, in the name of her counterpart and all sisters of the Will of God, so let the devotees come into the heart of the blue flame and the cosmic blue egg.
It is sealed and thou art one. Preserve at all costs thy wholeness and thy circle of oneness that is Community - the cradle of the new age.
With the sign of Luxor, I seal you.
Power of the Will of God, go forth through these my own forever!

This dictation by Serapis Bey was delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Saturday, December 28, 1985, during the 5-day New Year's conference, Teachings from the Mystery School, held at Camelot.
The right use of divine power will make this planet reflect the golden-age radiance which it is our will to expand now. And so, as I come to you this morn, it is my wish that you will feel the sweet gift of our grace imparted to you through the angelic messengers who issue forth from this retreat, carrying to your heart strands of golden substance that you may feel also the illumination of this precious substance as it is placed by angelic hands as a circlet of light around your brow.
The anointing of this holy gift is to intensify the flame of illumination and to decrease the density of the brain consciousness of man so that the Holy Spirit of illumination may flow forth unimpeded and expand our light to the youth of the world in this hour of cosmic need when balance is the call of the hour. ...
As I am come to you this holy morn, I then come with cosmic purpose in view, bearing tidings of kindness and grace from the lovely Lady Meru, who is my consort. Today we shall not experiment, but we shall perform - we shall weave a network of light over the planetary body. And because this is the day called Sunday, we shall utilize the energies and devotion of many hearts to weave this great garment of light over the planet.
And it is our intent this day that this garment of light shall resemble a coat of golden chain mail so that we may plug the gaps in mankind's consciousness where the penetration of psychic substance passes and causes them to reinfect various areas of the world after the decrees and calls of the students of Light have effectively rendered them antiseptic. ...
The Christ of the Andes, this magnificent statue of light, is now being charged while I am speaking to you by angel devas from many parts of the world and is also being touched by a rod of power held in the hands of the Angel Deva of the Jade Temple. This action of purity is talismanic in action and designed to cause a spiritual white radiance of cosmic light to be released from this statue in commemoration of the Cosmic Christ. And as this takes place, it is beamed out in an omnidirectional manner so as to contact the entire periphery of the earth's surface.
These currents, then, follow the curvature of the earth and will incite a cosmic action of Love and Light wherever they contact the spires of worship of mankind this morning, weaving together the energies of both Christian, Moslem, Jew and Buddhist, and the many religions of the world into a consecrated chalice and forcefield that the angelic hosts will take up and offer to the Karmic Board. This offering is intended to be carried directly to the Great Central Sun and laid before your precious Alpha and Omega. ...
We hope to insulate mankind from the psychic realm as much as possible and establish a curtain of great power so that this realm will become somewhat isolated from mankind and exceedingly difficult to pierce. It is our hope that this will bring about a great wall of light between the octave of psychic substance and the human consciousness of mankind, making it extremely difficult for those individuals engaged in psychic practices to actually contact the psychic octave. ...
It is the intention of the great Goddess Meru this morning to intensify the feminine ray in your midst while I amplify the masculine ray so that you will understand that the action of building this coat of golden chain mail is not an action of one second but is being accomplished in part while I am speaking and will be intensified in the days to come as you call for the amplification of the action which took place this morning. ...
Now, precious ones, with the great release of substance of Light that is pouring forth across the planetary body this morning, I would like to tell you also that we are using some of the political focuses of the world, such as the Washington Monument, and we are tying in to the mighty ray that is anchored there as a silent sentinel for and on behalf of America. The action of Light this morning is actually weaving strands of great cables and extending these cables to tie all of the monuments that are constructive across the face of the earth into one vast network of Light.
Then the angelic hosts are contacting persons and places and conditions and things which are vibrating with an action of Light, and all are being interwoven into this marvelous pattern.
This is going to mean a tremendous boon to the earth in this day and age, but it will require the attention of the students in order to reinforce and establish it so that it may be a permanent action for the earth.
Do you see what I mean, blessed ones? This is an etheric gift which we are conferring upon the earth this morning. And this gift requires a specific action of mankind's attention being fed into it in order that the power of Light may retain this power of the golden chain mail armour anchoring mankind into the purity of his divine radiance.
I thank you and I am counting on you, as is the lovely Goddess Meru, to sustain this action of mighty assistance poured out in this day to the earth and all mankind upon it. ...
