Beloved of the Light, we come together this day from Lake Titicaca. And thus, within our twin flames the Father/Mother God release illumination as illumined action for this age.
The Mantle of Christ-Illumined Government
Receive ye the Holy Spirit of our office and understand our service in this hemisphere directly beneath that of Helios and Vesta. For it is our twin flames who shall graduate to that office when the fulfillment of the time of the Two Witnesses is come; and this community within a century shall ascend to take on its shoulders the full light of the inner government of the Great White Brotherhood.
This is the long-range goal of lifestreams prepared as disciples of the Word. Understand that if you are to inherit the mantle of Christ-illumined government, it is well to put it on - to try it on for size, as you say - in this hour. We, therefore, shall bring to you this education of the heart by way of the exposés of injustice which must be known. We are determined to educate you in this hour of service and praise to the LORD, that your praise might be an illumined one, your dynamic decrees truly founded upon the bedrock of knowledge of the things of this world, which itself is a gift of the Holy Spirit.1
- And that gift involves, as you see, the interpretation of prophecy and the light of the probing of events so that the people may understand cause-and-effect sequences, so that they might understand their role in the downstream course of civilization and their role, consequently, in the moving stream of the River of Life, which is a confluent stream that does gather together all of the lightbearers of the earth.
And as many drops make a mighty river, so many lifestreams of Light gather together and, contacted and ennobled and raised up by the light of this teaching worldwide, they may become pillars of fire - pillars in the temple of my God2 and pillars as that which does go before the people of their nations to reveal the way to them:3 the way out of the stranglehold and the grip of the fallen ones who have held that grip for so long that they cannot even remember what it is like to have a successful revolution to overturn them instead of their manipulated revolutions which have overturned the sons and daughters of God, whom they have indoctrinated to their very devices.
Armageddon in the Classrooms of America
Beloved ones, we come with a burden of our heart of the Armageddon that is being fought and won in the classrooms of America this day! We come, therefore, pursuing the line of education and that action taken by the Archangel Jophiel - and our coming is overdue. Therefore, consider that this is the message of the hour and also the message of yesterday and that it must be acted upon today and tomorrow.
This Armageddon is also found in the classrooms of Montessori International. It is the warfare against the Spirit and the mind and the heart and the soul of the child, even as the mind and the four lower bodies must be trained along the path of functioning within a society and upon a planet where the child must survive.
Blessed hearts, our goal in education is the parallel path of the development of the inner man. Just as the child who does not learn to read at an early age is not learning to read easily at the age of fifteen or eighteen, so understand, beloved ones, that if the inner man of the heart4 is not developed from the earliest levels of life, that image tends to recede - that memory, that contact which is pure and perfect at birth, the contact with the holy angels and with the Christ Self.
The Two-Edged Sword of Maitreya Outplayed: the Psychology of Parent/Teacher/Child Relationships
Therefore, we desire to see the two-edged sword of Maitreya outplayed in this community. We desire you to understand that psychology only goes so far and it, too, must be endowed with a flame. Beware of the terms of humanism and democratic interaction between parent and child, for this is not true to the Ascended Masters' teachings. The interaction is with respect of the office in hierarchy of both personages - the office of parent being that of parent and teacher representing the Godhead; the office of child being that of chela and that of the heir becoming the son.5
Thus, if there is only equality in the democratic sense or the humanistic sense, we lose the sense of respect, we lose the sense of the mantle. Where there is no sense of the mantle, the mantle itself cannot be active. And the mantle is of each one's Christhood and causal body, which apparently must be somewhat (and, in fact, a great deal) outpictured in the adult, whereas it is not intended to descend in the child except by increments each year.
Beloved ones, understand that you must go beyond the psychology courses you have seen and recognize that the effort toward communication, toward interaction, toward right motivation, and toward the support of the child must come through the inner contact of the child and the parent with the Christ mind. And therefore, you have already been given formulas and teachings and a way of life that in a sense compensates for many of the humanistic approaches to the solving of parent/child and teacher/child problems.
Thus, it becomes and it behooves the teachers of the Montessori revolution and the Montessori message to involve themselves in discipleship and a penetration of the Word and its assimilation. When the parents and the teachers, therefore, put on the Body and Blood of the Universal Christ, they have a balance of mind and heart. And therefore, they need not be governed by the forceful mentality of the lower mind or the emotions when dealing with children but must have the equivalent thereof in the mind and heart of God and in the hand of the Holy Spirit in action.
Identifying the Battle and the Defenders of the Montessori Revolution
Thus, you find that this Armageddon in the Montessori classroom and in this community of Camelot is not fully won because those who are our armies - namely, the parents and teachers - have not fully and finally recognized the battle and have not perceived that it is not physical walls or a physical method that can guard the child against the encroachments of the world which flow through the astral plane through the television sets which you leave on in your homes (it is sad to say) and through the general malaise and the rock music that abounds throughout the large cities and therefore does permeate the psyche even unbeknownst to those who are attacked by it.
Beloved hearts, how can we fight and win a battle when the armies of that battle have not identified themselves as knights and ladies of the flame and defenders of that Holy Grail within themselves, first and foremost, and then, out of all due respect to the manifestation of that Grail within the child? It must be, therefore, a parallel path of common sense and good works and observation of the educational methods that work.
Whatever works, whatever is practical is the Montessori revolution. It need not have been spoken by Montessori. Therefore, beware of a flesh-and-blood-saviour consciousness and of a flesh-and-blood-devil consciousness. All people are instruments of God a good deal of the time, and some may fall prey to be instruments of error as well.
Thus, let us understand that Maria Montessori was one spokesman for the revolution in education, and you are another when you are the instrument of your Christ Self. And there are others throughout the fields of education in America and the world. When you pick the best fruits from the tree of education, you find that you have a basket that is acceptable not only to the Ascended Lady Master Maria Montessori, but to Mother Mary and Magda and Jesus and John the Baptist, for whom this very method was developed.
And therefore, you cannot keep up with the revolution unless you renew your own courses of the mind - unless you come to understand that each year there is greater potential within the children and a different way of learning because the universal astrology changes, because the ages change, the years change, the dispensations descend.
Unless you are attuned with these - unless you analyze the dispensations of this conference, for instance, you will not understand how they apply to the children and the new calls that must be made in a service dedicated to the children of this campus and the world (which, I might say, at this time is not well enough attended for the Sponsors of Youth or the Lords of Karma to be effective in staying the aggressive forces that are even now puncturing through to the children of this community).
Holding the Child as a Manifestation of God
Beloved ones, it is not a physical location that is the salvation either; it is a spiritual state of consciousness. And therefore, beware of idolatry. Beware of thinking in terms of time and space, and understand that the development of the heart and the love of the heart is that which must be delivered unto the children and youth - the heart of support, the heart of compassion, the heart that sternly rebukes that which ought to be rebuked, and the heart that never holds the child in idolatry but holds the child as a manifestation of God as oneself and is comfortable with being that manifestation and working out the self-realization of that God within and without.
We call, then, for the victory in the education of the hearts of all members of this community; and therefore, the fruits of that victory may truly be laid upon the altar of our children and youth and all who come here seeking that cup of cold water in Christ's name.6 And that cup of cold water is truly the education of the heart. It is truly the enlightenment of the age. That which refreshes the soul is a new vista - a new understanding! That is what is needed.
Keeping Up with the Progression of the World Teachers
And this is why the churches are empty all over the world: because there is not a new awareness and a moving forward with the age of those who represent the various world religions. There must be a renewal and a reinfusion and a resurrection and a sense of the regenerative mind of the Buddha, for instance, who surely has progressed over twenty-five hundred years - and of Jesus Christ, who in two thousand years has become more and more and more of that Universal Christ.
Thus, the universe is progressive and unfolding and ongoing. Thus, you also are more today, I dare say, than we found you twenty-five hundred years ago! And none of you would want to go back to that point. And therefore, do not hold back the World Teachers ascended, but recognize that you must follow in the wake of the very journey and pilgrimage which they lead across the heavens and through the stars. And if you lose the wake, you will not have the momentum of their forging of the trail and when you finally decide to follow after them, you will have to cut afresh through the jungles of maya and the astral illusions.
Understand, then, it is important to keep up with your Teacher. It is important to move when the Guru moves! It is important to let go of the old fantasies of self and selfhood when they are to be let go of. When we give dispensations of healing, it means there is a dispensation and it is a moment when you can accelerate in rejuvenation, because this is what is important to the Lords of Karma and this is the opening to heaven's gate in this hour.
How Can We Build upon a Foundation That Is Not Laid?
Therefore, when we come and see the talent and the teaching unused, what can we say? How can we build upon a foundation that is not laid? Where is the chief cornerstone of your own building, who is Christ the LORD within your temple?7
Some, therefore, have resisted. And therefore, understand. You will not be ready when the plagues come. You are not ready when the flu comes, you are not ready for the setbacks because the body is not cleansed and purified and therefore it takes on this pestilence of the age and the hour, which itself is also programmed.
And I know that you weary of hearing of the programming of the Atlantean scientists, and yet it is an ever-present cause of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.8 And therefore, it is best to live with realities rather than notions of "all is well." After all, I give you that respect that you are men and women of courage and you desire to know reality, and I also give you the respect and accord that you will act on the reality that you know.
We Require a Revolution in the Body
There is a responsibility for knowledge given. Until you apply it, we cannot increase it. Yet, we come with a mandate of Jophiel and of Lord Himalaya and of the Manus of the races. Therefore, we say, make haste for the revolution in Spirit and consciousness! And in this hour we require a revolution in the body.
For the sword shall descend, the two-edged sword, and it shall separate and divide; and one shall be taken and another shall be left.9 And you will understand that those who are left are left because they have predestroyed the body and not allowed it to grow in the grace of the capacity to contain more Light, which more Light is the key to the entering of the new age and the golden age - and that means the entering in to the etheric octave and the higher consciousness of eternal Life here and now.
Simple Invocations and Inserts for the Farmers
Blessed ones, we come, then, with a mighty fervor of our hearts. We come determined to educate you, even as you determine to educate yourselves and to make the very simple invocations with simple inserts. This very invocation on the farmers10 can be shortened to five lines so that you will give it. There is an avoidance of the giving of long decrees that we have observed, and therefore many issues go unattended. Let us see those who have the power and mind for summary and condensation therefore create these inserts. And let them be given, for all is in the giving and the proof of the pudding is in the eating.
Beloved ones, it is an hour for action and manifold action, and the sword of the Spirit must come forth not only from the mouth but from all of the chakras, dividing the Real from the unreal in all octaves and planes of consciousness.
I speak by the Holy Spirit and the rapidity of the Mind of God that you might understand that the intellect itself must be stepped up. Your thinking process, your memory process, your reaction time must be accelerated! If you are to become immortals, you must put on immortality in this hour.11
Realize, then, that nothing will happen of a sudden. As the tree falls, so it will lie.12 "He that is filthy, let him be filthy still."13 As you exit the body in consciousness, so shall you be. If you do not prepare to enter His gates with thanksgiving and praise,14 how, then, can you be the bearer of joy and the joy flame all the way to the altar of the Central Sun?
Dispense with Your Concept of Limitation and Ride the Bull as Buddha Did
Dispense with the consciousness that you are segmented in time and space! Dispense with your concept of limitation! Go forth and be the mighty conqueror! Be that conquering hero that is the one who comes in the name of Maitreya and put aside all former vestments and offices that parallel those of the Four Horsemen. For those who engage in the world and the world karma will be overcome by that world karma, but those who ride the bull as Buddha did15 unto the victory will use the world karma as the means and the standing and stepping ground unto the eternal victory that is by the flame of the Spirit.
Thus, be caught up as the Manchild is caught up into heaven.16 Thus, be caught up above the astral plane and the pestilence and the persecutions and all of the wagging of tongues that moves against this movement. Be not concerned. Let it be cast into the sacred fire. Let illumination come because the Word is spoken and because it penetrates the very core of the earth.
You are drenched in this hour in the golden sunlight of our temple, Meru, and of Helios and Vesta. This golden flame of illumination is the basking in the sun of the winter - the winter solstice still having its radiance and effect.
The Cycle for the Laying of Plans for the Building
In this hour of the LORD's judgment, in this hour of the changing of the light of Capricorn to Aquarius that will come, recognize, beloved, that this is a moment in the earth sign for the laying of plans for the building. It is indeed the propitious moment for the giving of the gift that can be multiplied by the cycles of the heavens.
The signs and the cycles do come, and as you give liberation and freedom to us to act on a free land, so we shall act. And the dispensations given to us of the Great White Brotherhood to work through that Ranch are directly connected with its absolute invulnerability to any forces known or unknown. And this can come not only by the paying off of the land, but it must also come by hearts and minds united physically on the land as the presence of the might and strength required by Mother Mary and Morya and Maitreya and ourselves.
Focus on World Communism in Central and South America
We stand waiting for you to settle yourselves and settle your personal problems so that our decree sessions may move and focus entirely on Central and South America and the oncoming darkness of World Communism and conspiracy there.
We are determined to reverse the tide by a strong and united City Foursquare of United States and Canada. And this larger square, finding its heart in the Inner Retreat, will be the very base and stronghold of the powers of Light and the chelas to move forth and roll back the entire momentum and the effect of the Four Horsemen when they are spent.
Let us pray that their spending be swift. Let us pray that the cycles of their coming be shortened for the elect.17 Let us pray that the elect are out of harm's way and that they be sealed as the servants of God in their foreheads.18
Be at Peace, for God Is in You
We give a wafer of divine illumination. We bless the communion now. And we command you to go within to find Christ's kingdom and be at peace. All of the worry and the anxiety only attracts to yourself more. Be at peace, for God is in you; and act from that standpoint and do not look to another to act for you. For each time you think another will act in your stead, you forfeit the mastery of your own Christhood. Thus, be it so in your community, your homes, your businesses, and in the recreation of life.
Understand in the building of the city, it is the white stone19 of each one that counts, and none may do it for another. Thus, pursue now the bedrock of your attainment and build from the reality of that attainment and not a false sense of security in the labor of another.
The only security that each one has is in the God within. I increase it by the Light of our hearts.
I seal you in the victorious golden flame of illumination, which is the flame of divine action. Thus, I send you forth to act in the name of the farmer, in the name of the steelworker, in the name of the laborer, in the name of the rich and the poor - for both must be dispossessed of their false sense of self.
I send you forth in the name of Christ-victory and in the name of Zadkiel, who saturates now the earth with violet flame, increasing and intensifying for the fulfillment of the star of Bethlehem within you.

This dictation by the God and Goddess Meru was delivered through the Messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet on the Feast of the Epiphany, Sunday, January 6, 1985, at Camelot. "The Interpretation of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse by Gautama Buddha" and the messenger's exposé, on "The Manipulation of the American Farmer" preceded the dictation.
For the Victory of the Eternal Manchild
Eternal Father, our gracious help in time of trouble, Eternal Father, hear now the prayer of thy sons and daughters. Intensify thy flame of purity and peace within our hearts, of freedom and diligence in the way of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the name of Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, we call forth these flames from the altar of heaven. Descend, O sacred fire, for the purging of hearts and souls and minds! Come unto us, O mighty flame of Grace. Teach us the way to save our brothers and sisters on earth from every manner of self-destruction and the burdens which swiftly come upon the earth.
Beloved seven mighty archangels, come now in the victory of the sevenfold path and the fourteen stations of the cross. Mighty archangels, we implore intercession for the defense of church and state, for the defense of God-government in every nation upon earth.
Let the Light of the Holy Spirit descend now to purge the governments and economies of the nations of all darkness and deceit and treachery and betrayal of our people. Light of the far-off worlds, saints of heaven, unite the people of Light worldwide that they might come into the union and the strength of the eternal Son of God.
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, we consecrate this congregation of the righteous to the victory of the Trinity in the heart, to the victory of the eternal Manchild. In the name of Mother Mary, Amen.
