I AM Your Sponsor on the Path of the Ruby RayYour Quickening by the Holy Spirit
I lifted up mine eyes again, and looked, and behold a man with a measuring line in his hand.
Then said I, Whither goest thou? And he said unto me, To measure Jerusalem, to see what is the breadth thereof, and what is the length thereof.
And, behold, the angel that talked with me went forth, and another angel went out to meet him,
And said unto him, Run, speak to this young man, saying, Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls for the multitude of men and cattle therein:
For I, saith the LORD, will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and will be the glory in the midst of her.1
Sons and daughters of Victory, I claim you for my flame!
I AM your sponsor in the hour of your full acceptance of the path of the ruby ray. I desire you to understand that I come in the name of the Cosmic Christ. I come with my legions who are initiators in this path. And my legions have victoriously fulfilled this path - and that is the requirement for joining Victory's legions!
Therefore I promise you that the torch of Victory, the crown of Victory and the laurel wreath are within your grasp. You are reaching for the enfiring of the sacred heart, and some of you are so very close to the bursting of the flame of the Holy Spirit within you that, I tell you, I must announce this to you because initiates of the sacred fire always must receive notification by their Teachers when they are at that point of realization of the Word.
I encourage you, then, not to turn back, not to lessen the intensity of the call or the striving. Some of you are, as it were, carving a tunnel out of the rock of the earth. Three feet more, six feet, you will come to the other side - the other side in the Buddhic sense of the word, the other side of the River, the other side of the Darkness of samsara.
Therefore, beloved, I speak of this quickening and I tell you there are two ways and paths to the Holy Spirit:
One is by the gift and the bestowal of the Maha Chohan whereby you receive an impartation of the flame, not having the attainment of that flame or its God-mastery but having the love and the faith and the desire to speak for that Spirit.
The second method of impartation, the path upon which your feet have been set by Saint Germain, is the gradual assimilation of those cloven tongues of fire until, beloved, you attain the level of the mastery whereby both the flame and the vessel have the same vibration.
When this power of the Holy Spirit is upon you, it cannot be lost, taken back, or removed. And I say "cannot" but I explain that there is always the element of free will. But, you see, in this individual the free will has already been expressed - the affirmation of the God-mastery that is the equivalent of the requirement to be the bearer of the flame of the Maha Chohan.
I counsel you, then, to strive for this calling. For when you have this divine garment with you, you will truly go forth to awaken the nations, to cut free the lightbearers and to have the power of conviction that begets the power of conversion. Neglect not, therefore, the first and fundamental principles of the Father, the Son, and the Mother. For the Holy Spirit is the fire needed for the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.
I, then, am your Coach and more - joint Teacher with Maitreya. Victory is the power of the star of the crown chakra. And the sense of Victory abiding does defeat, in the very teeth, every enemy! The enemy who is arrogant and proud and believes he has won a round - he has won nothing, absolutely nothing but his own judgment. So I pronounce it! It is done!
But those who continue, those who persevere, those who endure, they are the ones who are truly God-victorious. The world is no judge of the victors. How many has it ever acclaimed of those of us who have gone marching into the kingdom?
We are not concerned if they have condemned us while they have guillotined us or put us out of the way in this or that manner. What matters is I AM real! We are real! Our initiates becoming the sacred fire are real! You are real, Keepers of the Flame, when you embody the flame of Victory! God Victory is the name of Elohim. God Victory - let it be emblazoned on your heart. It is your name.
Therefore, let those who sincerely and with God-determination are ready for the tests of the ruby ray so then give the sign in their hearts at some hour or moment before this conclave is concluded. We must have your word. And if you care to inscribe it on paper and burn that with physical fire and call to the Lords of Karma and to the Royal Teton Retreat, we shall receive it formally.
Beloved ones, it is an hour of commitment and we do not allow the dalliance of the fallen ones who come to sip our nectar that they might go out another round of pleasure. This path is a path which once taken you must not turn back, you must not fear whatever comes. You must know that you will gain the Victory over fear itself and Death and Hell.
And this is the church of God - your holy temple, the secret chamber of your heart. And in that condition of the sacred heart of Jesus one with your own, you will know the prophecy that is spoken is true of the living temple of the sons of God: Against this church the gates of hell shall not prevail!
Sons and daughters of Victory, in the name of Saint Germain, I challenge you to go forth in this Spirit of Victory and conquer!
