Profile of the Woman InitiateThe Hour of the Raising of the Feminine Ray
Gentle Light, piercing Light - Light of the Secret Love Star. I AM pleased to be in your midst, for the good angel, Archangel Michael, with your dear hearts has cleared the way. And thus I, the twin flame of Sanat Kumara, stand before you in gossamer veil and silken Light, clothed by the garment of his Love.
I come, then, the Lady of Love. Venus, you call me. But I, too, have another name sealed in the heart of the Father. I address you in the name of Vesta, my beloved. In the arms of our love and the origin unto the ending, do be seated.
These now are my words to you, beloved. For I come in the hour of the raising of the Feminine Ray. And as you know, from time to time the Lady Masters have addressed you concerning the momentum of Her Light and its effect upon civilization and the individual psyche.
The Matrix of the Divine Woman
I come, then, bearing the Light of a noble birth and a noble one to be born. Thus, beloved, hear the call of the Secret Love Star! Hear the call of Sirius and understand the presence in your midst of Surya.
Beloved, in the hour of the appearing of the New Love of Vesta,1 we send forth the matrix of the Divine Woman. We send forth the image of the soul and the raiment white of the bride of the Spirit. In order for the golden age to manifest as an age of love and wisdom as well as peace and freedom, beloved hearts, it is necessary and long overdue that the Divine Feminine be portrayed in a human way of dignity and grace, poetry and culture, and the administration so native to the order of the Mother.
We, the ladies of heaven, summoned again by Portia, desiring still to see the teachings of the Masters translated to the many ethnic groups in America and the world,2 do call, then, the ladies among Keepers of the Flame to consider themselves - yourselves, beloved hearts - a nucleus and a very effective team, if you desire to meet on common ground, to create the matrix, the education, the example, and the opportunity for those groups of women and their clubs and organizations to come into the understanding of the application of the Mother Flame in every walk of life, beginning with woman herself.
We have seen so many form organizations or publications for the defense of women's rights in all areas. We desire to see a true profile of the understanding of the woman who is the disciple, who is the initiate, who represents mastery and the nobility of heart that can once again call to Vishnu, to Brahma, to Shiva for the divine ones to descend, for sons and daughters who will renew under Meru - the God and Goddess Meru - the understanding of the grace and the science of the golden ages of Lemuria.
Take, then, to heart the complex of teachings from the New Year's conference3 and the vibrations we have sent forth. For the era of New Love and the era of the new etheric body for the earth and the dispensations of the Solar Logoi and of the Four and Twenty Elders should signal that the etheric body now restored to earth is truly the restoration of the bridal veil and that the inner blueprint of life can be lowered into manifestation.
We desire to see the elimination of the consciousness of the laggard woman, the woman who is crass and behaves like the lower order of the fallen male. We desire to see this example removed from the little children who are being born. And if it cannot be removed from the earth as a whole, then let it be removed from this community so that the little children see the archetype of the Divine Ones - of Meta, of Athena, of Kuan Yin, and Portia.
Let there be the restoration of music in every home, and let the classics build the inner code of life. Let it re-create the DNA chain. And by the power of the nine symphonies of Beethoven and much that should be known in the cell level of every lifestream, let the portals of Venus open once again. And let the culture of hell that has gone forth on this planet be utterly consumed by the living flame of Love, by the path of the ruby ray. Let earth be so bathed in the radiance of Love as to consume that which is gross, degenerating, causing decay and loss of life.
An Organization "Of and For Women"
Blessed ones, let us begin, then, with woman herself. And let this community have established an organization of and for women whereby there is an elevation of all through the very unique talents of each individual. And let spokeswomen go forth, and let them address other women concerning the ancient tradition of Hinduism and the likeness of the incarnation of the World Mother through the example of Sarasvati, Lakshmi, Kali coming forth from Durga.
Beloved ones, the cardinal points of the manifestation of woman become the key to her complement to the masculine Spirit of God everywhere present. Woman, as the adornment of God, discovers the uniqueness of her identity and her purpose, for she manifests that nature which does give to Life the fertile soil in which the cosmos can implant the seed of every part of Life.
Let this unity of oneness, let this goal of ascension, let this path quicken and enliven all lesser paths and goals which are experienced by women in every walk of life as they approach the highest goal of the inner attunement of the heart.
We have spoken of our dispensations for the sponsoring of woman, for the raising of the temples of Lemuria and the restoration of priestesses.4 Sanat Kumara has sounded the mighty intonation for the restoration of the heighth of Lemuria.5
Give Woman the True Realization of Her Storehouse of Light
Now let those who are a part of this community, who are the women in this hour, look upon the women of the world and then recognize that they hold the key. You hold the key, beloved hearts, to give those who are still struggling to find their identity that true realization of the storehouse of Light - the causal body. Let those who are a part of this group seek to offer comfort, consolation, and illumination concerning the very real problems which women face today in every nation - whether in raising their children, bringing forth life, attempting to exist under economic duress, or receiving, therefore, the untransmuted elements whether of the female or the male elements of society.
As we have said before: For the nation, the home, or the planet to rise, there must be a raised ceiling of consciousness. And woman must come into her own as the one who represents the divine wisdom and the gnosis and the mysteries of Life. Even so, let her body remain the mystery and also the secret place of the Most High as she raises up that Kundalini fire and then produces out of this mighty Light truly the very electricity, the very energizing factor to restore every area of life.
That which you know, beloved hearts, so put into practice, so organize - so be able to use the knowledge that has gone forth from this altar in a way of answering with all practicality and comfort and understanding that which is applicable to the needs of those who may not have the development of the Universal Mind sufficient to agree with the Ascended Masters' teachings.
Thus, beloved hearts, to fulfill my request you will have to study, to organize, to implement, and to become effective in understanding women's problems, women's point of view. And you must reach people where they are.
Sons of Light Promote the God-Ideas of Saint Joseph
Blessed ones, this is not to neglect the blessed sons of Light who are pillars of fire and examples throughout this organization. But it is by way of support that we recommend this order, so that truly that which does come forth does ennoble the Christ in your hearts.
You may then discover a fulfillment and truly an avenue for expression and expansion in founding your own organization for the promotion of the God-ideas of Saint Joseph and his example in every age. Finding role models for the sons of God today is essential, especially in the hour of the put-down of the male figure by the feminists who have well-intentioned ideas and goals but have not fully understood the place of the Spirit of God as the animating principle of the sons of Light.
Blessed ones, the Order of Francis and Clare is ideal for the formation of these organizations. You have no need to wait for our approval or the Messenger's signal. Simply organize yourselves, roll up your sleeves, and go to work. And use the sword that comes from the spoken Word to address immediately those situations in society which are so pressing and so urgent as to demand the full talents of both woman and man in this hour.
Uniting Lightbearers of Venus with Lightbearers of Earth
We are here, then, in that very precious desire of uniting the lightbearers of Venus with the lightbearers of earth. Links have begun to be forged and there is a weaving of a gossamer veil and a filigree garment that begins at the etheric octave in the highest Light whereby this association may come full circle and be more apparent in the physical.
A Third-Ray Assignment to Rescue the Fallen Venusians
Thus, it is the desire of Sanat Kumara that our own lifestreams be sealed and that there not be the contamination of those left in the etheric octave or on Venus such as has occurred to those Venusians who have embodied upon earth who have been swept away by the false culture of the fallen ones of the third ray who have perverted the Light of Chamuel and Charity and distorted all that is real.
Beloved ones, there are many Venusians of Light and yet, naive and lacking in God-mastery and desiring the full expression of the music and the love and the poetry and the song they have known in octaves of Light, they have followed after the lower beat and the lowering of their vibration. And the more they have become involved, the more they have been decelerated in their evolution and the more they have lost their sensitivity to the higher vibrations.
It is easy to lose touch with the harpstrings of the mind. It is so easy to lose the grasp and to think, "Whenever I choose, I may go back to the higher way." And yet it is not so, for densification comes quickly and therefore indulgence is dangerous. And those lifestreams who have had in the past a certain mastery on the third ray have in fact (not having the balance of the threefold flame) been caught in the vortex of the anti-force of that third ray.
This, then, becomes the assignment of the Holy Spirit, beloved. This becomes an action of Paul the Venetian and Heros and Amora and so many more of you. Eriel of the Light is one I think of often who so cares for the little children and those who pass early from the screen of life in his retreat. The beauty of Eriel and of John the Beloved is expressed in the flowers and the mountains over the desert of Arizona in these etheric retreats which are kept for the sealing of the love ray.
Yet, see how that love ray is inverted, beloved ones. Simply go to the neighboring area of Nevada and see this love turned to gambling, to the desecration of the body of both man and woman, and the turning of that life-force to a cult of Hedon that once existed on the now destroyed planet closest to the sun, which some have called Hedron. This hedonism, beloved hearts, side by side with the etheric retreats of Love! As you can see, heaven and hell are intertwined on earth and there are choices to be made daily and hourly by all who live thereon.
Ways and Means to Intensify the Publishing Arm of This Activity
We see what the knowledge of the Spirit and the teachings of the Ascended Masters thus far published have done for those who were reaching for the Light and yet needed the steady hand and the protection of the Brotherhood. We have seen such advances and such acceleration of Light in this age that it gives us pause. And we must therefore concern ourselves with the ways and means of intensifying the publishing arm of this activity; for so many are ready and they take the first fruit offered, so many times from the false guru, or else simply accept half truths, not seeking farther.
Beloved ones, the markets are full of the Pied Pipers who pipe their tunes. And it is time and high time that you become more aggressive and intense, not only in your search for the lightbearers but in taking your stand that this Teaching does provide that which is truly necessary for the individual soul to pass through the initiations such as Jesus Christ passed through and are celebrated on this weekend.
And this very same hour the Passover is celebrated by the Jews - when the Death Angel passed over the houses of the Israelites and they were spared6 - and therefore the deliverance of death is seen on both hands. Thus, Christ is resurrected and the intercession of the holy angels does save a people for the proving of their Christhood in another day.
Close Proximity of Heaven and Earth in the Saints Appearing
Thus all cultures and religions go back to the union of man and God in celebration of the hierarchies of Light and the avatars descending and the intercession of Moses and Gautama and Confucius and Isaiah and the apostle Paul. In each and every instance, what captures the people is this close proximity of heaven and earth and the saints appearing and the men of God appearing to Abraham and the angels descending and the opening of the chakras and the very crown itself and heaven, then, descending in the starry body.
Beloved hearts, this is what impels life to strive, to seek Truth and to champion her cause before the oppressed and those who have been dealt with unjustly. It is the desire to have the opening of the portals of the etheric octave. It is the desire so great in the human psyche to remember in the outer sense this connection of inner and outer planes and the continuity of life and the goal that is beyond all of this darkness in the sunrise and the golden dawn of a new day.
Preaching the Word and Making It Applicable to Personal Lives
Blessed ones, it is important to therefore thrust forward and save a life and save many souls with the preaching of the Word and the understanding of making it applicable to the very personal lives of people everywhere.
First and foremost, it is important to impress anyone you meet with the understanding that there is a necessity for this Teaching in his life. There is a necessity to go back to first principles and origins and man's relationship to God and this integral unity by Love that must be pursued.
Thus, a reason must be seen [to be pointed out by you] in each individual's life why there is a necessity to insert a pillar of fire, an action of the Holy Spirit, a law and a prophecy for the resurrection of the soul and for the balancing of karma.
You see, when they took from the scriptures of the West the understanding of reincarnation, they also took from the souls of the people the understanding of the necessity for the cosmic law to be understood, for the balancing of karma by the violet flame or even the purpose of the mantra itself. By a process of pulling the threads of identity, the identity lost no longer recognizes the need for commeasurement with the Infinite or the Deity itself.
Realize, then, how difficult it is to speak of the necessity of the Path to one who is an atheist or a Communist or one who is self-satisfied in the smugness of his gains in materialism. So, you see, many of those who consider themselves rich - whether in goods or whether in their false theosophy or philosophy or politics - are brainwashed into considering that their self-sufficiency can quite do without the knowledge or the need of the Mighty I AM Presence or the Christ Self.
Go After Souls Waiting to Contact the Great White Brotherhood
Call to Archangel Michael and Sanat Kumara
The wise, then, go after those who contain the eternal and internal vision, who have it within, who hold it and are waiting to make the connection with that order of the Great White Brotherhood. How, then, do you find such souls and save them for grace in this life? The call to Archangel Michael and Sanat Kumara will suffice.
And the call to the two each day, beloved ones, to cut free the lightbearers and all who are to ascend in this life and all who are the sons and daughters of God does avail much and afford opportunity for all servants of God to act to draw these very ones into that central flame, the Central Sun Magnet - to draw them into the very heart of community to increase the intensity of the fire and the vortex of the mantra, that those who are destined to carry the banner of Maitreya in this age may also, then, know the strength of community and learn the fine points of the law of the violet flame, which they have not brought with them from their inner-level experiences or their past embodiments.
An Urgency to Cut Free Venusians Who Have Lost Their Way
It is urgent. And therefore I declare an urgency, beloved, that you seek and find and cut free with the angels of the LORD all lifestreams who are a part of this Venusian evolution who came with Sanat Kumara and who followed after and who have lost their way.
The communications universally upon earth make this possible in this hour; but the fallen ones are so desperate to prevent the universal knowledge of the Word upon earth that they would rather interrupt a way of life - they would rather interrupt international communications or the monetary system or find whatever is the weakest link in the international scene to cause an abrupt cessation of the opportunity you now enjoy to take this message to the nations.
The Mighty Sifting of the Mother
Let there be a galvanizing of this body of Light-servers worldwide. Let all hear me and know that I, too, come with dispensations from Helios and Vesta. And with Sanat Kumara, I AM determined now for the mighty sifting of the Mother. I AM determined, therefore, to draw out of the whole earth those who are the best and highest servants who must have this knowledge, this connection, and the protection which the tie to the Messenger and the activity affords every individual on the path of reunion with God.
Messengers with a Mantle and an Authority
We have sent you a Messenger with a mantle and an authority to make the call that reaches the very Throne of Grace for your protection in dealing with the forces of hell rampant on this planet. Therefore, understand that the canopy of Light that the Brotherhood has been able to place over this activity because of the presence of this Messenger is not alone due to the dispensation of the Lords of Karma, but to the ancient inner attainment of her lifestream itself.
Thus you understand that the same attainment in the power of invocation is the mantle of Lanello; and their twin flames can sponsor, then, ideally and nobly so, the work of Archangel Michael. And when you see that there is a momentum and a mantle within your reach, you also should go after the same attainment. For many of you have come because you have needed to gain the momentum of association with Archangel Michael and the beings of the first ray who are here solely for the protection of the Word and the Word incarnate within you.
And thus you have come out of the East and out of all cultures and religions for the development of the threefold flame and the balancing of the love and of the illumination with that power of the will of God and of action and that understanding of the science of the spoken Word and that protection needed in order for you to draw down fully into your physical temples that Light and attainment that you have gained in past golden ages when you could concentrate on that wisdom and love ray and not have so much necessity for protection as is required in this Dark Cycle of the Kali Yuga when earth is heavy with the darkness of the fallen ones.
The Inner Attainment of Your Christ Descending Demands Protection
Thus, you see, beloved hearts, the explanation for your progress is given from the hand of Sanat Kumara that many of you have inner attainment which you are not drawing forth solely because you have not established that fierce and determined oneness with El Morya and Hercules and Archangel Michael and Mighty Surya - that blue sheath of fire that will absolutely protect you and protect the Christ descending in your being.
If I can make you understand this one point, then all I have said this evening will come into focus. We desire and we are determined to see you manifest all that you are, beloved hearts! When you lack the protection and this Light begins to descend, it is very disturbing many times to the outer mind. You become emotionally unbalanced almost immediately, and therefore the Christ must step back up the ladder again.
And if you could visualize this consciousness of yourself and the previous garments you have worn in golden ages, it is like the Real Self descending a few steps and then running back up the ladder again lest the lower self be overcome by all manner of darkness that moves in immediately to take that Light and to destroy the soul's potential to assimilate the Light, to become the Light, and to enter in to the alchemical marriage with that inner Christhood with full mastery before the dark ones are able once again to overturn the soul.
We Are Fighting for Your Very Life and God-Mastery
When you see this imbalance in your life and when you see how fastidious El Morya and Lanello and Mother are in going after you to be integrated, to be practical, and to overcome the devious ways of the carnal mind and the subconscious, understand, beloved ones, it is because all of us together are fighting for your very life in the fullness of God-mastery in this octave - not as something you must go after and attain as something you never had, but as something you do have here and now in the higher octaves, which once upon a time you forsook, going after the glamour of the fallen angels. And they stripped you of your garments even as they stripped Jesus Christ of his garments in this very hour of the crucifixion.
Beloved, understand they have desired to make you naked. And thus they crucified him naked, signifying that they stole the Light - or attempted to do so. In the case of Jesus, of course, they did not; but in the case of yourself, they did. And therefore, what you have also lost is the memory of the stature at inner levels of who you truly are.
Therefore, beloved hearts, not only do you require the attunement with Archangel Michael and the balancing of the first ray within your threefold flame, but you also now demand the mastery of the emotions and the psychology and the filling in of the gaps of those four lower bodies, the mending of the torn garment.
Teachings of the Messengers on Saint John of the Cross
And thus I commend you to the teaching of the Messengers on the path of Saint John of the Cross, on the Living Flame of Love7 that explains the alchemical marriage. For it is not as though you were not once tethered to the living Word, but it is now that you must reconsecrate your life to that marriage unto God. For once the full fusion is attained, beloved, it cannot be lost.
But you have been at that point - almost in the hour of the consummation with the Bridegroom, the living Word. And yet, the holding of the balance for that event was too much and the fallen ones sent the most clever of impostors of the Cosmic Christ Lord Maitreya. And [the initiation of the alchemical marriage] once again swept aside, it has meant for you cycle after cycle - the waiting again of two thousand years or five thousand years or ten thousand years when the cosmic cycles would once again bring you face-to-face with the initiation of Lord Maitreya.
Stay Very Close to the Initiator Archangel Michael
Thus, I counsel you to follow the admonishment to reestablish the tube of light by the call to forgiveness, by transmutation, and to stay very close to the Initiator Archangel Michael, who will surely tutor you and show you why at every hand it is necessary to have that protection for the guarding of consciousness - the guarding of the nexus of the mind and the nexus of the heart, which means where Spirit becomes Matter, where ideas flow from the Mind of God, and the crows come to snatch those ideas as they seize the food from others and as they prey upon the innocent.
Understand, beloved ones, that the point of attack is at the nexus of each chakra - the nexus of vision where God's vision is about to become your own and is not quite manifest. Thus, they come to present the alternative vision, the alternative plan, and therefore the delicate, descending image is lost.
See, then, that you consider all these things, beloved hearts. See, then, that you consider that whatever the Ascended Master El Morya and beloved Saint Germain have placed as priority of teaching and understanding, discipline and application in this activity, is for you who have the necessity to once more realize your great God-mastery as you had it or almost had it in ages past.
Beloved ones of the Light, if you can come through this eye of the needle and realize that higher Selfhood, you will indeed draw all men and women and children to this path of victory, immortality, love, enlightenment, peace, and true freedom for one and for all.
I AM in the Secret Love Star, your Lady Venus. Keep in touch with my heart, for I AM always ready to give myself to you, my own beloved.

Beloved might victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, my very own beloved Holy Christ Self, beloved Lady Master Venus, Lord Sanat Kumara, the Seven Holy Kumaras, Gautama Buddha, The Cosmic Christ, Lord Maitreya, beloved Jesus the Christ and Kuthumi, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life - fire, air, water, and earth! By and through the magnetic power of the immortal, victorious threefold flame of love, wisdom, and power anchored within my heart, I decree:
1- O Beauty supreme, thou Light of my soul,
Envelop my form and now make me Whole.
To Venus I call, thou matriarch true,
O lady of Heaven, mold me like you.

And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, every expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
