Hearts purified by love ... Hearts purified by love, awake! For the World Mother appears.
Into the Divinity of thyself I come. Where else shall I abide, precious ones, except in the point of Light that is thy reality? And there I AM, to add my light to thine own. And through my office of Mediatrix for the Divine Light, I may release in answer to your call an extraordinary momentum of your own causal body of light and your own Mighty I AM Presence.
Beloved hearts, you see, because I have descended into form - as you have also descended - and because I have been crowned therefore with the glory and honor of the sons of God triumphant,1 I may intercede in your behalf in a very unique and personal way, different from that of those archangels and archeiai who have never left the throne of God (that is, the vibration of throne) nor dwelt in human form.
Beloved Archangel Michael has with me the same dispensation. And so you can see why it is that when thinking of angelic realms and hosts, many in the world today turn their hearts and prayers and pains toward us.
Beloved, I am called by God, our beloved Father, as I was called in my final incarnation as Mary, to be with you in this hour of world travail and truly the moment of the Manchild appearing in the hearts of many and the One. Thus, I am sent on no ordinary mission to be present this 1984 - in the physical quadrant of the year, as time is reckoned2 - and beyond. God has sent me not alone to tutor your souls but to be the presence of the perpetual vigil of the Mother, the rosary of the hours and the circle of light for the healing of earth and the protection of the emissaries of God who truly must depend upon the angels almost entirely for their safety in the physical octave.
I come, therefore, on a singular mission from our Father, once again as the handmaid of Helios and Vesta. And the Father has said to me: "Go, beloved. Go, beloved Mary. For I place in thy Hand the rod of authority for the utter annihilation of world atheism known as World Communism and solidified in a political and economic conspiracy against my own. Go, beloved Mother! Go, beloved Mary! For in thy Hand is my Power to overturn that system complete."
Thus, I am here. I am here in the physical octave in the name of Saint Germain, my beloved Raphael.3 And the blessed ones Jesus and Magda have said, "Our dearest Mother, we will not send you alone. We will stand to your right and to your left as the bodhisattvas of the Buddhic light within thy heart. We will come, we will be there, and we will teach thine own the mystery of thy word and thy presence and thy womb. We will teach at all levels. We will permeate the planetary body with thy presence! We will form the nucleus, by our twin flames, of the circle of light of the universal Camelot, the universal One, for the healing of earth, the purging of earth!"
Thus, my beloved, the Power of God in my Right Hand is as good as your confirmation of that Power and your perception that it is necessary to "rise to the occasion." And by this, I mean: to come for the washing of the robes - the preparation of thy life, that thou mayest approach the altar and receive from my Right Hand also that portion of the scepter of authority for thine own decree of the Word.
Thus, our Father has lowered truly to the level of my dispensation as an archeia and as an ascended lady master, to this level which includes the level of involvement of my lifestream with all devotees of the Mother on earth. According to the devotion unto the Mother, by whatever name, I am present in those hearts.
Thus, by my involvement and their involvement, as we two shall meet in the nexus again of the Light of Alpha and Omega, so shall it be that the call of thy heart/my heart one, truly One as the diamond heart of the will of God, shall be the instrument of fire - as Above, so below; as One, no longer two but One - for the annihilation of that force of Death and Hell that is currently expressing itself through the alignment of World Communism and the capitalist conspirators and the moneylenders and the money changers and the money manipulators of the planet. All of these are a part of the beast of Gog and Magog.4 And into my Hand - that shall take thy hand - is this scepter.
Beloved hearts, this grace has been won by the prayers of the saints in heaven and all on earth. And it is a moment, truly a moment when the force of a world rosary given in every language can be felt and known. May you walk in the power of prayer and understand how great is the sound of the universal mantra of the Mother.
Sing bhajans to the Mother, recite the mantras of Kuan Yin, and let the Hail Mary be the inner recognition of the affirmation of the Cosmic Virgin where you are, whose representative I AM - and thou art or shall be, as the case may be.
Thus, I have sent my messenger to you in this City of the Angels, named for my own love of Christ - this city of devotion to the Mother (though some have lost the way) - to tell you the good news, with my angels rejoicing, of our Father's love so great as to give us this gift, truly that the light of the universal rosary of your heart, a garland of prayer distilled as fire, and fire compressed in the rod of power, might be the force for the driving back and utter consuming of the entire malintent to destroy America and the world by those who have called themselves Soviets, Marxists, Bolsheviks, Leninists, Trotskyites, Maoists - and every other name. Yet, their true name is not yet spoken, for they hide behind the mask of an Ideology and an Evil.
Thus, I come to tear the mask and reveal the cause and core of the rebellious angels and to challenge them and confront them face to face. Through you and in your name, I shall implement the Decree of our Father.
I come, then, that I might call upon you and say to you: Will you take me to your heart for this mighty work of the ages? ["Yes!"] And will you light the world with the new-age rosary?5 ["Yes!"]
Beloved ones, the force of the rosary when spoken at dawn is a sealing of the planet in walls and walls of Light - and They Shall Not Pass! They Shall Not Penetrate! and the little ones shall know the Day of the Sun. May the implementation be the sign of the wise, the joyous, and those whose hope transcends an age of cynicism, defeatism, and all of the sordid that has ever come forth out of the pits of Death and Hell in the name of world socialism.
I raise my Right Hand, therefore, in the release of the Judgment of the Cosmic Virgin, the cosmic force of Omega passed through your hearts, delivered by angels:
You! fallen angels, reprobate ones. You! who have gone forth from our Father's kingdom, you who have slain Woman and then her offspring. You! who have challenged the living Word and crucified my Son:
I AM the Presence of the Mother Universal. I drive back by the lightning of the Sun this day, and the full force of the Sun behind the sun, all which you have ever sent forth as that hatred, and hatred multiplied, of the universal Word and your envy and your lust and your revenge.
Be! it upon you in this hour in the full force of the clap and the thunder of the Cosmic Virgin who does rescue her own and raise on high the Universal Manchild that He may live in the hearts of all.
I AM THAT I AM COME FORTH FROM ALPHA.
I AM in the heart of the saint and the child and the supplicant - the votive. I AM the indivisible Word, the Shakti, the force of the creative Power. I release it to devour all! of your works, all! of your planetary schemes. Their matrix is collapsed in this instant.
By! the Power of the universal Mother-force, by! the Power of the Great Central Sun, I AM the rainbow rays of God, I AM the Light streaming forth, touching every race and nation, touching with the Light of the crown of the Cosmic Virgin every child of God, every son and daughter.
Those who lay on the battlefield of Life because of you! - they are raised up! You are judged and bound! for the shedding of the blood of man, woman, child, and beast. Thus, you and your warfare, rolled! up therefore, is collapsed - the scroll thereof in the etheric plane, the mental belt, the astral. And by the Decree of the Word of the Holy Spirit in the Father and the Son manifest in the disciples of the living Word worldwide, your civilizations and schemes and forces and darkness and armies shall crumble!
And my angels are the living Shield. Tempt them not! For to tempt them is to invite the wrath of the universal Kali.
I AM Mary the Mother. I come for the vindication of all sons and daughters of God.
By the Mother Flame does the Judgment go forth! Take heed, then, ye fallen ones! For the Judgment has descended in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, but the era of the implementation of the Judgment of the Woman and her legions of Light is come. And this is the sign and the trembling in the cup of the Judgment in the physical octave such as not been seen before.
You think by the same subtleties of temptation you will cause my own to forget the rosary. Well, I tell you, they have not forgot the Judgment Call of my Son. They have not forgot! And by its very repetition, the cycles have turned. You! have come to naught. Your! darkness does not prevail.
And therefore, the Mother steps through the veil. And the Mother of the World is come in the flesh, in the blood of Her own children. You cannot defeat Her, for She is everywhere universally, even in those whom you think are your own slaves - those of my heart of Mother Russia and China and Poland and Czechoslovakia and Hungary and Nicaragua.
You think they serve your cause. Look again - for they, too, are the fiery saints! And they will turn and rend you, and your armies shall be decimated and your ranks shall be no more. They shall be divided and they - they shall desert the slaughter of my own, their own.
In other words, you! have no Power! For the Power you have used is the Power of the Universal Mother. It is withdrawn from you this day. And no stimulus of Hell or Death itself or of the dead/wounded shall be to you any longer the staying of the Hand [Judgment of Mother Mary] by their life-force, which you have drunk as their blood, against the Day of Reckoning and the Day of the Judgment.
There is no time or space allowed any longer for that karma-dodging. The act and the reaction of all Cosmos to that act are one and the same. In the very hour of thy infamy and blasphemy, you! thou fallen ones out of the pit, shall know the descent of the Word of the Woman.
Thus, out of the mouth of babes and children and youth, of heads whitened with years and eyes ready to close in this octave, the Word shall yet go forth. And the single word spoken - "They shall not pass! In the name of the Cosmic Virgin, It is done!" - shall be enough. And the Right hand shall be unto you all! of your Death and Hell that you have ever besmirched Cosmos with.
I AM Mary, and the hour of the Woman clothed with the Sun is come. Know, then, O devotees of the Mother, that truly thou art in the Mother, thou art the Mother and the issue of her womb. By myself, my handmaid, and know truly the victory and God-Mastery of the Feminine Ray through the God nad Goddess Meru.
I also studied at this retreat, as did Jesus and Magda. Therefore, I send for the light of Lake Titicaca, the light of the God and Goddess Meru, for the devouring! of the anti-Feminine Ray that has come under the movement known as the feminist movement on earth and the gay-rights movements and all those who have perverted the base chakra by the very revenge of Death and Hell and the misuse of the sacred fire.
The Judgment begins! at the level of the base chakra, beloved hearts! And the foreshadowing of that Judgment has been seen by you, as untoward and ungodly diseases have come upon those who have insisted upon the squandering and the abuse of the light of this chakra. So it shall be upon all those who misuse the technology of the Motherland to the destruction of the children of Mu.
Realize, then, my beloved hearts, that we shall stand in this level of the base of the pyramid judging all who would move against that base - even the base of the pyramid set aside as the retreat of the Great White Brotherhood at the Royal Teton Ranch and the base of the pyramid that is the pad of the ascension for every son and daughter of God, that is the place of the speaking forth of Siddhartha and the victory of Gautama and the mountain of Maitreya, the place where the messenger of God does stand to deliver the Word. For on that place, beloved hearts, there is holy ground. Cherish, then, the feet of the messenger, who must truly portend my own presence with you.
Thus, I send her forth, as God does permit, on a world mission of Light to stand and still stand with Keepers of the Flame to mark the square. And on each place where the Word goes forth, the sign of the white cube will mark by the cross of white fire that here is the open door of the Word - here is the opening for the ascension of the sons and daughters of God.
Thus, we desire to open the channels and the highways of light through the embodied messenger, that in every nation sons and daughters of God might find the path of the ascension and truly ascend from the Place Prepared.
Beloved ones, your life is the mission of the World Mother. As her children, you are the inheritors of her mantle, her sword, her body, her life. In each smiling face of my devotees, I see mirrored the beauty of Omega.
My prayer I leave with you: that all who look upon you might see beyond the veil and know that God is Mother, and that the God who is Mother is alive and well in the Matter cosmos and walks the earth through those mighty extensions of Herself which you are and are becoming day by day.
In the heart of the One Sent, I dwell until our Father's purpose be accomplished through you.
In the missal of holy prayer, we are always one.

Let us join ten-thousand-times-ten-thousand angels who are applauding the Blessed Mother in this moment. [standing ovation]
Beloved Mother Mary, it is with great, great joy that our hearts are full with gratitude to thee and our beloved Father, beloved Jesus and Magda. Let the whole earth be ignited with thy Love and thy Judgment through us forever and ever until God's kingdom come.
Let us prepare the Place for the coming of the Mother. Let us remember that when Mother Mary came for her mission, there was no place prepared to deliver beloved Jesus. The first time I saw the Heart of the Inner Retreat - from high above it, where we had walked - it looked to me as the cradle of the Mother, a giant cradle for her children.
It is our great joy as a community of light to prepare that place, and I do desire with you to dedicate today's love offering for the completion of the buildings that we have taken upon ourselves to build this summer at the Base Camp and for our continuing building program. Beloved Mother Mary, beloved Archangel Raphael, all the hosts of heaven who have unanimously crowned thee Queen of the Angels, this thy city welcomes thee! This thy wondrous earth welcomes thee! All of the saints of God say, "Ave, Ave, Ave Maria."
Come into our hearts, Blessed Mother! Multiply our love offering and magnetize the treasury of the Mind of God for the building of the Place of thy sons and daughters and thy radiant Manchild. O Christ, come into our temple and live!
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, we seal these hearts, we seal their Light, we seal the abundance of God's gifts. We seal the immaculate matrix for our Inner Retreat, for each one's life, for the divine plan fulfilled in the hearts of all.
I AM THAT I AM.
I AM Alpha, I AM Omega.
I AM the Universal One.
