Freedom flame from out the Great Central Sun, I, Saint Germain, invoke thee! Come forth, O mighty fire of freedom! Come forth, O mighty dispensation of light! Descend now into waiting vessels and be the flame in the center of the solar ring!
I AM planting the immortal fire of the freedom of the Godhead in the very center of rings drawn and to be drawn!
By the light of Alpha and Omega, I AM in the heart of the Aquarian cycle. And we together, Portia and I, release now this sacred fire into those dimensions of the physical octave that will feel - and we say feel! - the fire of freedom as the established fount for the redemption of earth and her people, of her light, of her invincible God-victory!
I AM the forcefield now of the light of the seventh ray and the seventh dispensation!
With the passing of the light of solstice, therefore, there is come into manifestation the light of victory, the light of eternal worlds. And with the light of equinox, there is established the power of freedom's flame on the four quadrants of the mighty sign of fire.
Therefore, beloved hearts, let there be the light of Christus known. And understand, with each successive year and turning of the quadrants of the year, the sign of Aquarius does manifest more and more in the physical octave - and with that sign, the demand for purification! Thus we come, bearers of the eternal water, and the fire of the water is the light flowing of freedom.
Thus, the command of the Central Sun is the mighty grid of light. It is the solar ring. It is ring upon ring descending and expanding, as well, in concentric rings of light from the Great Central Sun, reaching out therefore and inundating with the fire of the seventh ray all lifewaves and evolutions who come under this Aquarian light.
O four cosmic forces and elemental beings of light, I AM in the heart of the earth! I AM in the heart of the sun! I AM sealing in the hearts of my faithful witnesses in government, in church and state, in this activity, in every prayer vigil worldwide, in every heart that yearns for freedom and does sacrifice for it - I AM sealing the light and the dispensation for 1984. And I give mighty gifts of light from my causal body, which is my opportunity in the name of Alpha and Omega to endow freedom-lovers everywhere with a portion of my own dispensation for the year received from the heart of the Great Central Sun.
Therefore, I hasten this very day not to lose a moment in the cycle appearing of that descent of real and living fire, that those who have longed to take action for liberty, for the Goddess of Liberty, may this day feel the fervor in their hearts and in the heart of the threefold flame for that action and for that victory.
Sons and daughters of Liberty, be seated in the heart of the solar ring and know in that heart that you are seated now in the violet fire of Love's redeeming light.
Henceforth and forevermore, therefore, recognize that that ring established by the hierarchies of light and ordained by God will also contain the mighty fervor of the freedom flame. And those established by yourselves in dynamic decree may or may not also receive that flame according to the decision of the hierarchy of Aquarius, which I now introduce to you as mighty beings of light who do descend, carrying the flame of Aquarius from the Great Central Sun and therefore sealing this solar system and the very heart of Helios and Vesta in the major dispensation of the light of Aquarius that has not heretofore been transmitted to these Matter spheres. [pause]
Hierarchies of Aquarius are now leading 144,000 beings of light who procession from the Central Sun, from the heart of Alpha and Omega, to the heart of Helios and Vesta. And they do arc that fire from Helios and Vesta to the heart of the twin stars, Venus and Earth. And therefore, Hesperus and Terra now receive the increment of the fire of our twin flames - Alpha and Omega, Portia and my own - for the sustaining light in this solar system of the activities of Aquarius to come. [pause]
As they procession, I desire to have played the "March of the Priests," that you might now in your finer bodies, in your Electronic Presence of your own Christ Self, rise into a new dimension and feel yourselves, as my own very dear chelas, a part of this mighty procession. This is a march of peace and of freedom, of enlightenment and love, of wisdom and the God-determination to fulfill the fiery coil of Aquarius.
And wherever my name is spoken and wherever the teachings of this messenger go forth, so let it be heard and so let it be established that this mighty march of the legions of Aquarius has, in truth, established this teaching and the flame of the Great White Brotherhood and the eternal matrix of Aquarius for this two-thousand-year dispensation.
My beloved Keepers of the Flame, the hierarchs of Aquarius and their legions and priests and priestesses of the sacred fire have assembled in the retreat of the Temple of the Sun of Helios and Vesta. They gather there even as their bands continue to march from the God Star, from the Central Sun beyond into the very heart of this system. My beloved, it is from this system that I have chosen to dedicate my life with this evolution for the inauguration of an age of which we are the hierarchs, representing the twin flames of Alpha and Omega to vast evolutions.
We come, therefore, that you might understand that though the fires of Aquarius and the winds of Aquarius have been sensed, and with this freedom in the air and in the very waves of the sea and the very bones of her people, there has been also a misuse of freedom as individuals who had not the purity of attainment on the seventh ray have taken the light of that ray to spawn various doctrines in all fields - new wave in music, in art, and in fad and fashion.
Even the philosophies of World Communism, dialectical materialism, socialism, a certain form of the misuse of capitalism, and economic theory - all these have been instigated by a sensing of the oncoming freedom and a failure to appropriate the true freedom by the threefold flame of the heart or, in fact, by a direct challenge and rebellion against that freedom and the desire to preempt it by thrusting forward, even more than a century in advance of our coming, the dweller on the threshold of that very flame of Aquarius. Thus you understand always the point/counterpoint.
We descend in the victory of the God flame, and these hierarchs and priests and priestesses, angelic hosts come as mighty coordinates of the sacred fire of the ring of freedom, the mighty solar ring of the Great Causal Body of the Central Sun and of all members of the Great White Brotherhood. And they represent also the mighty band of freedom in your own causal body of light.
Therefore, after an undetermined, undisclosed period with Helios and Vesta, these legions and representatives of Aquarius will come immediately, gathering in the earth body at various degrees of the octaves of the planes of Matter, to reinforce the sign of Aquarius and the mighty coil of Aquarius in all fields: in education, in the arts, in drama, in science, in culture, in oceanography, in all manifestations of the branches of the military, in all levels of government - national, international and the states and sections - in all branches of law and medicine, in the economies of the nations, in the care of people, in health, in diet, in new forms of life, and in all those forms of progress that are to be made in this age.
These representatives from the Great Central Sun come with a mighty action of power and the strength of God's will to reinforce the alignment of noble hearts, dedicated hearts of goodwill and of living fire, to bring forth, therefore, out of their own causal bodies and from the hierarchs of Aquarius themselves those new dispensations which must be forthcoming in communications, in the media, in the transmission of the word via satellite, in the entire establishment of peace and defense, in dealing with nuclear energy, in dealing with the interior of the earth and all that pertains to the evolution of life, including even genetics itself.
Beloved ones, they come to stop the action of the perversion of the flame of freedom that has occurred even in ancient times on Atlantis and Lemuria to the destruction of those civilizations. And they come to set to naught the fallen ones and that abuse and that rebellion, to place before them and the sons of God the true divine plan for Aquarius that all might choose to live within the framework of that divine plan, else also face the judgment for past misdeeds of all previous dispensations.
Beloved ones, we are speaking of those who have had the freedom to choose to align themselves with God's will for aeons, who in fact have come to the very end of their evolution. If they will repent of their deeds and come into the marvelous molecule of Light, the vast matrix of the Godhead for Aquarius, we will even set aside that karma and allow them to balance it in the service of the mighty flame of freedom during these two thousand years.
But if they will not relent, will not repent, but are determined to overthrow this dispensation, to move against it in the person of the destroyers and the spoilers, then they will face their own timetable of the final judgment at the Court of the Sacred Fire.
Thus, these legions of light and priests come as disciplinarians and as representatives of the World Teachers who will add the mighty violet flame to the teachings given and will instruct in the new awareness of invention and the awareness of just what is in the earth until by and by, through all of this transmutation, there does come to pass in the future the opening up of the physical temples of the Great White Brotherhood to certain of those in embodiment who are able to retain the flame of God-Harmony and enter therein and learn of me and mine even while they are in their physical bodies.
As it has been in the past, you have been taken and are still being taken in your finer bodies, in the etheric envelope, into the etheric retreats. Beloved hearts, we do have our physical retreats in inaccessible places, and we desire to receive students in their physical bodies. Much must transpire before this does come to pass. But I tell you, the mighty presence of these hierarchs has long been anticipated by us, and we have attended their coming and looked forward to it for these past two thousand years. Even in the hour of the birth of Jesus, I looked to the new day when they would come and also be the liberators of his message, that by the flame of Aquarius the message of all previous avatars, the Buddhas, and the Christed ones would finally and at last be understood and known.
And when I took my leave of that octave in that life as Joseph, I cherished the hour and the day when my Son and I would stand together to introduce the light of Aquarius by first correcting the misconceptions concerning the teachings of Jesus and building thereupon the way of the violet flame and the way of the ascension for every man, woman, and child of the heart of God.
O beloved ones, we, too, rejoice and we are so gratified at the ongoing movement of our chelas - advancements made, new understandings you have gained, and thereby, with the ability to see and to know God, also the increase of your own stature. And as you have become larger and larger in your perspective and world view, you have been able to contain more and more lifestreams, to draw them under your wing and to succor and nurse them and to care for many - even thousands and millions - through your dynamic decrees. By your pure hearts' love and devotion expanding, the very eye and center of the orifice has expanded, and greater and greater love tides have flowed through you to the blessing of the I AM Race everywhere.
We see great progress in the world order; it is a progress of internal cycles. While we recognize that that which is unreal, that that which is of the dark, that that which defies the living Deity must be no more, must be bound and set aside, we see the strength of the green shoot becoming the green branch of the mighty green tree - and the liberty tree is established.
And we understand the strength of the sons of God and we see the great gains. And we see even the questioning by those who have avowedly been on the left-handed path (only by being traduced by their leaders) now reconsidering, now having second thoughts about that path, and coming more and more into the center of alignment with their own God Presence and their own Christ Self.
Beloved ones, I bring you a message of great encouragement for this year so that you will know that though the worlds may tremble, though astounding events may come to pass, yet in the very center of the eye is the ongoing work of acquainting the new students with the teaching, drawing in the old chelas of Morya who have but to be tapped on the shoulder to recognize where has been the source of their devotion and fervor and love for the will of God.
Thus, there is a great gathering and a thinning of the veil and every hope and promise that the work of Jophiel and Christine, especially in Central and South America, will bear good fruit and that that divine illumination will also penetrate to those who in their misguided fervor are indeed aligned with the wrong individuals and the wrong leaders and are still involved in idolatry. When they see the daystar from on high, when they see their Mighty I AM Presence, I assure you they will leave off from following the human personality and worship the one God.
Therefore, pray for the opening of the inner sight and the mighty miracle of the Great White Brotherhood for the vision of the people of God to behold the Mighty I AM Presence, to see God face-to-face, to know that Christ Self, and therefore, when acquainted with this teaching, to recognize the confirmation of their own inner experience and their inner faith - which has already happened to thousands of people in the world who are yet waiting in the outer sense for the confirmation of seeing the Chart1 and studying the teachings.
We are gratified for the translations and encourage you to accelerate and increase, beloved hearts, for many but need the Word and therefore have already said, "Here I am, LORD, send me!"2
Beloved ones, I wish to remind you that more than any other president in recent times, I myself have been able to use President Reagan for those efforts toward freedom and a holding of the line against World Communism. And though I espouse the Christ and only acknowledge that Christ in every heart, I must find vessels. And regardless of imperfections and some incomplete spirals, we must work with those who may best fulfill our cause.
Therefore, beloved hearts of light, it is very necessary for you to make calls for the strengthening of that solar ring around this president and for the calling forth of true sons of light who will hold the balance of the matrix in the White House and in the Senate and in the Congress. I desire, therefore, a true marathon of freedom in this year for the turning back of the dark ones and the dark horse, and, therefore, the affirmation of lightbearers who will bear this flame of liberty.
There are some who have said that relations between the United States and Russia are at an all-time low. Beloved hearts, I have affirmed to the messenger and I do affirm to you that I consider that we are in a much greater position in this hour vis-á-vis the forces of freedom worldwide. And there is consternation and fear itself in the hearts of the Supreme Soviet and the Politburo in this very day. For they are concerned, and they would like nothing better than to see this president removed and all those who have espoused a very strong and stern stand on world freedom and on defense.
Blessed hearts of light, had it not been for Keepers of the Flame in these past years, you would not see these strides held firm for the defense of Europe. And I tell you, the placing there of those missiles is according to my heart's will and desire, for it is the best and finest deterrent to an early and untimely pulling of the rip cord by forces of darkness in the Soviet Union who had their plans well-timed and set, else I can assure you they should not have already built such a mass of ground forces and tanks to move in upon that European theater.
Understand well, beloved hearts, that until all leaders of the earth understand the mind of the fallen ones, they will not have the calculations to understand truly what is happening in the earth. I direct the all-seeing eye of God, therefore, to Guyana, to northern South America. And I direct your attention, therefore, to the Soviet buildup in those areas, which must be disclosed internationally and nationwide, that you might understand that there is more to be done, more to be uncovered that goes far beyond what has been disclosed in Grenada.
Realize, beloved hearts of light, that there is a planned and concerted effort and even a physical manifestation of Soviet presence in these areas of the world, and it must be counteracted. And therefore understand the great burden that is upon those who must be reelected to office - that they may not always take an absolute stand with the fire of my heart lest the people themselves move against them and they lose the opportunity in this octave to represent me.
Not only the president but every representative of freedom in this government must always look to that very manifestation coming to pass of the people themselves reacting to too strong measures taken by leaders who are far in advance of their [the people's] capacity and their ability to understand.
Beloved hearts of living flame, I look to the mighty seven rays and I am grateful beyond measure for the hierarchs of Aquarius and priests and priestesses of the sacred fire who will now come so very close to Keepers of the Flame and lightbearers, as I have said, in every field and in every nation to instruct them as to the path of the seven rays as it now takes on mighty new dimensions of the causal bodies of the hierarchs of Aquarius and as it takes on a new flavor and fragrance, as you might say, according to the fresh winds of Aquarius - the winds of the Holy Spirit and not the winds that are sent out of the pit to scramble the minds of the people, to increase therefore tension.
I speak of the winds of the astral plane that blow against the emotional bodies and also those winds, hot winds from the desert, that do cause the derangement of peoples and the scrambling of their consciousness. Realize, therefore, that this practice against elemental life is also engineered by fallen angels to cause them to outpicture the matrices of black magicians and therefore to further burden the people of light. ...
Beloved hearts, I reiterate for your edification that we the ascended masters do not wait for an individual to attain human perfection or divine perfection in order to sponsor that one. Our sponsorship of an individual to any holy office or in any endeavor is not the seal of approval upon that individual's every act or word or deed, for these are not wholly predictable, even in the saints of God. And we also understand and allow for human error, human karma, and the juxtaposition of events.
Therefore, please do not say that Saint Germain is for this person or that person, but say that Saint Germain comes with an extraordinary light of opportunity for the best of men and the most available and those who have offered themselves and have been trained and educated to perform a mighty work in this hour.
We also sponsor those who have a certain karma - which in their desire to balance this karma, we come forth. For the karma is with our person, our flame, and dispensation misused in the past. And, therefore, we have an obligation to give opportunity to all lifestreams who desire to make good. Some do and some do not. Some fail again, and then we are no longer accountable or responsible for sponsoring these ones.
O holy ones of God, you are counseled not to be idolaters; nor are we idolaters. We deal in the realm of the possible and the realm of the practical. And you ought to also consider, rather than reaching for absolutes, dealing with what is clearly on the horizon as the possibility of physical accomplishments as well as with individuals in embodiment who have the training and, though they may have faults or made mistakes, are ready and willing to lend a hand and to put that hand to the plow and to plow a straight furrow.
If we do not hold against them past mistakes, please, I pray you, do not hold a wrong matrix or one of criticism or condemnation about any lifestream, for we will work and strive again and again. And most of all, do not hold such matrices about your own self. For we take you this day, January 1, 1984. As the Keeper of the Scroll does now turn the page, you have a clean, white page of opportunity on the right hand to write upon for the year. And on the left, you have the balance brought forward of the past.
Thus, you may see on the left what has accumulated and does therefore arrive at the door of the year. But, you see, all of last year's pages have been written upon, and therefore no clean, white page did exist. Now with each writing of the new page of each day of the year - once you have passed the first page, which is a plan for the whole year - each of the daily pages will carry forward that day's karma, that day's misuse of energy to be balanced on the next if it is not taken care of on the day that it does manifest.
Thus, the beginning of a new year is the new opportunity. And as the year passes, the accumulated weights become a greater and greater burden for each new day's opportunity to fulfill the original matrix of the 365 days that have a marked pattern of sacred fire on the right side.
Now the right side of the page has over it, as it were, a clear page. And this clear, transparent page contains the original blueprint as it would have been had you not made karma in this life. The true page which you are able to follow shows the adjustments that have had to be made insofar as your karma of this embodiment does impinge upon the pristine matrix set for you by the Lords of Karma at the beginning of this incarnation.
I explain this to you so that you may understand how exact is cosmic law and that you might understand a new call which I give to you. It is the call for the removal of the burdens of the karma of this life year by year. And you may name those years and dates as January 1, beginning the birth year to the present. You may also name those years as the date of your birth, year by year following on your birthday that date each year. These two cycles are key, for on both of these days there is an accounting and a rendering given.
Now, beloved hearts, charting the cycles of the year for the planet and for your personal lifestream, you see I come to offer you the opportunity to have these rolled up as a scroll and cast into the flame. The transmutation must come not alone by the call and the call to the violet flame but also by good works and words.
Thus, those desiring to accelerate in the balance of one-hundred percent of their karma, following in the footsteps of the masters and of your messenger, may ask for dispensations of assignments and services that you might offer to more quickly balance these hindrances to the pursuit of the geometry of the divine will and plan for your life.
I place on record with your Christ Self an amethyst jewel for the regulation of this call so that no more than you can handle and deal with will be given to you if in a zealous moment you may call for more than is practically possible for you to achieve.
It goes without saying that for some a more careful management of life and time and space and energy, of personal affairs, can afford one more hours to achieve more decrees and more service than you are doing. Others have truly maximized their potential and may only call to the heart of God for a new perception of how to do more, winding up old spirals that can be quickly completed (more quickly than thought) by dispensations from the heart of the Maha Chohan for the shortening of the cycles for the elect3. ...
Our cause is a holy one. It is about to be victorious. And my anticipation is almost like the anticipation I knew as the boy Francis Bacon - my heart full of the fire of the new science and the new era that I felt and knew in my very soul.
Beloved ones, though we have become masters and servants of cosmos, we do remember our childhood in this world and others. We remember our focusing and our view from the child mind. And we cherish the moment of innocence when the will of God was so clear and we knew it was so possible of accomplishment. We cherish the moment of innocence before contact with the arduous journey, the calumny and the betrayal that beset us as adults.
Therefore, in the innocence of the child Jesus, in the fount of his new birth and purity, let us renew our own memory of the inner sense - which is true innocence. Let us renew the ancient coil and oneness. Let us remember the beginning in God and look to the ending when I think, when we have passed from the Matter cosmos, our God will allow us even a reprieve, like a nirvana, where we may be children again in cosmos, to dance and sing on the meadows of life and know once again a carefreeness when all is said and done.
O my beloved Alpha, O my beloved Omega, I AM thy son, and I kneel in this hour in gratitude for thy presence in cosmos.
Gratitude to thee, O God, for thy flame of liberty eternal.
Gratitude, O God, for resurrection's sacred fires, giving impetus to renewed desires in the hearts of my own and my own beloved.
O gratitude to thee, O wondrous Christ, O sacred innocence - holiness! fragrance! Rose of Sharon!
Gratitude for thy blood shed and thy body which is a cosmic cross, and thyself fastened to the cross of life of every son of God.
O Cosmic Christ in the heart of all of us, thou blessed, thou One, I, Saint Germain, offer my life again here at the altar of the Holy Grail where I am with my friends, my brothers and sisters, my compatriots, where I am welcome, O God. Now clear a place for me in the hearts of other millions, my Father.
My Mother, let my angels' feet be welcome also as the feet of the Christ Child are welcome at the hearth and home of holy families in all the earth. May I be present for their firstborn and for their last breath. May I be with them as father in Aquarius, teaching the way of Mary, teaching the way of the Son, Jesus.
My Father, I kneel in gratitude and I ask only that the dispensation thou hast already given me might be multiplied to my Keepers of the Flame as they are able to receive it and to multiply it by the violet flame in the center of the solar ring I have drawn round about them.
In the holy name of freedom, I AM your son forever. In gratitude, Amen.
