Beloved of God, disciples of my Son, brothers and sisters of Gautama, Saint Francis, I am with you today in the immaculate Word. What is this immaculate Word? It is the creative force of the universe. It is locked in your heart, waiting to be released by the spoken Word and by love.
Never forget, beloved hearts, that love is the motive in prayer - love for God, love for all his creation, love for the friend that is even more intense for the enemy. For love truly dissolves the enemy or the enemy-consciousness and thus makes of every part of life an instrument in God's plan.
I cannot remove myself from world crisis or concerns in the streets of life. My heart is the heart of the eternal Mother whose flame I embody and give freely. Therefore, ensouling a planetary lifewave, I am sensitive to the needs of all.
How does heaven work? The millions upon millions of angels who serve life are sent by God under the direction of his ascended sons or the hierarchs, the archangels, to go to certain areas and conditions. Of course, God may be blamed for calamities of nature, but then it is never known how much calamity is avoided by the prayers of people of all faiths.
For when that prayer is given in love in the Golden Temple of the Sikhs ... the recitation of the Koran or of the Buddhist prayers and the spinning of the prayer wheels by those of Tibet - all over the world prayer is invocative of intercession, whether understood completely or not. When prayer is given, God answers by sending angels of light to minister. You also, as all those who are loving and concerned, become the instruments of God's prayers answered.
Beloved ones, God, too, has prayers in the form of desiring to exalt, ennoble, and raise up life. God desires and does send forth his desiring for his sons and daughters on earth to take up the calling to preserve life, to protect the innocent, to institute laws of justice, and to see that justice is upheld. You, then, may be the instrument of the answering of the prayers of humanity or the fulfillment of God's own desire.
In my heart, therefore, as I bring to you my musings and meditations of the hour, is a direct concern for the people of Afghanistan and certainly other nations where there is oppression and the direct involvement of Soviet forces. Beloved ones, my concern comes with the understanding of the complexity of the ancient karma of the Afghan peoples and races as well as that of those who form today the Soviet bloc.
Things are not so simple as they seem. We see victim and we see oppressor. Yet, intertwined in all of this is the victim's point of vulnerability through his own weight of karma. Karma, as you know, separates the soul from God until the soul surrenders and takes up the responsibility for the balancing of all that is not in harmony with God.
This same vulnerability through the ancient turning aside from God created the vulnerability of Eastern Europe. Many have thought it was merely the weakness of Churchill or Roosevelt in the face of Stalin, but I tell you, it is more than an act of the leadership. It is a factor and a point of vulnerability of nations and lifewaves who have left off the worship of the living God. Thus, there are many sides to the outplaying of events.
What we come to say this day is this: it is not the events but it is how people here and now deal with circumstances which may be of their own causing but do not necessitate their lying down and being a doormat to the return of their own unwise sowings.
Beloved ones, the whole world becomes involved in the karma of a situation of injustice in Afghanistan, for now opportunity knocks. Opportunity knocks on the door of every heart and every leader of every nation: What will you do in the face of this injustice? Will you turn your heads or will you take a stand and in so doing incur the disapproval, the wrath, the censure of other nations? Those who fear to be condemned for their actions usually are ineffective as people, weak of character, and not souls upon whom the hosts of the LORD can depend. Often the most unpopular causes are the most necessary to espouse in the long history of a nation or a planet.
Thus, it is not lawful to point the finger to the Afghans and say, "It must be your karma! You must have sinned. We will not come over and help you. This is your problem." Beloved ones, never stand in the place of the accuser nor sit in the seat of the scornful and say, "Aha! Because you are weak or sick or unfortunate, God must be visiting his judgment upon you!" Take care, for just around the corner thine own karma descends and in that hour you will be grateful to have a single friend remain at your side. So-called friends have a way of removing themselves when adversity comes.
Well, where are the friends of the Afghans? To us they are no longer a people with a karma but people who are symbolic of any or all of humanity having to face superior forces, numbers, and technology determined upon devouring their ancient land. Should any nation be allowed by the world community of nations to devour other nations in the name of power politics or to gain a strategic foothold or resources or energy to make more war and take over more nations? The time has long passed when it was thought, "Give them a few and they will be satisfied." They are relentless.
Do I sound as though I am repeating the message of Elohim? Well, beloved hearts, understand that the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood is one in concern for the weakness and indecision and fear of popular opinion that characterizes those Western forces that ought to be at hand for the defense of freedom in every nation.
There is a superior power and force that is available to all people. It is the power of the Spirit and the armies of heaven and the legions of the LORD. You are, in fact, personally helpless to help the Afghans unless you should pack your bags and go and join them in the trenches. And what good would that do? Much more is necessary.
Shall all people throw up their hands in a sense of helplessness? Or shall they appeal to the LORD's intercession and determine, by the science of the spoken Word, to approach Armageddon (as it is Armageddon, as it is a warfare of Absolute Good and Evil pitted) with the sense of the spoken Word as the sword of the Spirit?
Beloved ones, have you ever thought of this: that warfare comes down to a warring of ideas and ideologies? Is an idea killed because someone who holds it is killed? This cannot be. The idea lives on until it is replaced and superseded by a higher idea.
And therefore, the warfare against totalitarian movements and greed and lust after other people's nations must be won in the realm of the spirit where there are astral entities, demons and devils, if you will - planes of consciousness where darkness reigns and overtakes the minds of the people in an insane and crazed fashion whereby they are gripped with a madness that for an idea they can kill their brethren and many and destroy a nation for power, for conquest, but always in the name of an ideology, a philosophy, a position that "what we know is better for these people than what they have."
God is not one who interferes with the orderly process of the individual's evolution toward a higher truth. He will not suddenly erase the buildup of belief systems of the people of a planet as one would erase a computer and cancel out its programming. God is a believer in free will. He ordained it and stands by the "Grand Experiment" - the experiment in freedom whereby on earth various players play their parts and all can see what is the result of the outplaying of evil, all can see what is the fruit of Communism in the murder of helpless people, nation by nation, all can see what is the fruit of a true religion or a true faith or an independent people.
The experiment in democracy in its republican form in this nation, beloved ones, is filled with trial and error and mistake and setback. One could opt for a monarchy or a totalitarian state to dismiss all of the talk and the going back and forth and the delays and the absence of a one-pointed policy that results from this very system. But you who are Americans understand that underneath it all there is a forward movement of freedom.
This government evolves as the people evolve in the responsibility of self-government. And if they determine not to let the bureaucracies and the monopolies and the manipulation of their supply take over the nation, they will evolve to a more perfect government even as they come to the spiritual understanding, as it has been said by the ancient prophet, "And the government shall be upon his shoulders"1 - the shoulders of the living Christ.
What Christ? A figure removed from the scene of life? No, the universal Christ present in the very deliberations and working out of problems of all of the people, whose teachers on earth see to it that the net gain of freedoms won are not lost and the process itself is valued. For the process of the evolution of God-government in America is as valuable as the ritual of religion.
It is a ritual to work through and debate ideas rather than to have one supreme sovereign or a triumvirate or a group of the power elite handing down decisions for those who have abdicated their creative spirit and their oneness with God that would make them truly qualified and able to tap the resources of the inner man and come with a practical solution to a community problem.
Beloved hearts, see, then, how God has allowed the outplaying of Good and Evil, for all must choose. Who will be on our side? Moses said, "All who are on the LORD's side, stand with me."2 "Choose ye this day whom you will serve!" said Joshua.3 The LORD is Truth and Love and the infinite Mind and Principle. To stand on his side is to be his instrument. Thus, one must choose.
One has only to look at the evening news or read the papers and discover always the alternatives that are presented. Are we for or against this or that social or moral issue? Are we for or against life imprisonment or the electric chair for the teenager who kills his father because the father has been corrupt and blasphemous toward his children and his spouse?4 Do we defend the right of a teenager to kill the father because there are grounds? Or do we say "Thou shalt not kill" must stand? - "Whoso sheddeth a man's blood shall also have his blood shed by man."5
Thus, the deliberation of the ancient laws that are written applied to present situation becomes the grand dilemma of the hour and the freedom of speech to present all sides, which leads to freedom of action, which leads to some individuals outpicturing the lie and the murder in Afghanistan while others decry it.
Is God not able to win through his people? Is Truth not more powerful than error? Truth is only more powerful when embodied men and women give it life, give it substance, dimension, and are willing to stand for the Truth they believe in and carry it into action.
When defenseless life anywhere can be neglected - when healthy and robust men and women can turn the head and not see the abortion of a child, the death of others through the failure of governments and industry to protect from pollution, deadly toxic waste, nuclear fallout - pretty soon, with the turning of heads, you will come full circle and have to face again, at the beginning, the taking of life.
If you can turn away and not be moved when innocent children die in El Salvador or Afghanistan, then there is something wrong with the individual conscience, the national will, the vision upon which our heritage is based - the ancient tradition of Sanat Kumara, the true Judeo-Christian tradition.
I speak to prick the conscience not only of this nation but of all nations. I come with that relentless and dauntless message of a mother who cares personally for every child upon earth, including you. When I look upon you, no matter who you are, you are my child. I am your defender! I am the one who is zealous to free you from your own enslaving habits and false beliefs. I am the one who will wrestle with devils that prey upon the mind and your own fears and your indulgence in your fears! I am the mother that fulfills that office of pulling you aside when there is danger.
And then, in obedience to the Great Law of the Father, I am also the mother who must step aside and allow karma to descend. For the Great Law turns. And thus, when the Law necessitates that some by accident or calamity are taken from the screen of life, I am there to receive you in my arms and take you to the temples of light where you can realize that this was only a passing experience and that you will live again and be reborn again to pursue your calling.
But I will not send you forth without teaching you what were those causes set in motion in your nation, in your community, and in your own life that allowed you to be helpless in the face of some disaster or some madman shooting a gun into a schoolyard and causing needless sorrow, injury, and death.6 Beloved hearts, these causes are not simple. They go back to the abdication of responsibility of the members of a community, a town, a neighborhood, of teachers, parents, and general citizens.
The world can be a better place right now if people will only come to the awareness of the immense help of the saints crowding the skies in their numberless numbers, ready to intercede at the simplest call. If you have not experienced the intercession of the hosts of the LORD, try him! Prove him now, he says. "Prove me now herewith, saith the LORD, if I will not pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it."7
God does not mind that you experiment and try and test him. Realize that he is also testing you. And there are two sides of the fence: God always answers, but if you do not hear, you will have to see to it that by prayer and fasting you deliver yourself from the grossness, then, of your spiritual sensitivities which must be attuned to the higher vibrations.
Now then, beloved hearts, as for an example (of which there are many), Afghanistan is a gross planetary injustice. Shall we forever hear the cry "Not another Vietnam" and upon this preach a philosophy of pacifism - pacifism where the individual does not even speak in his own defense? Well, ultimately, pacifism becomes the sleep of sweet death and the devouring of the soul by forces aggressive. It is not a viable philosophy spiritually or materially.
Peace is a viable philosophy - Peace with honor. Freedom is a viable philosophy. But whoever gained an inch of ground who did not have to defend that ground from someone else who wanted it more? Beloved ones, even the attainment of the point of personal mastery in a virtue of the Path is something you not only fight for and win but must also sustain by daily endeavor. Thus, life is active. The call goes forth: Let us be up and doing!
The solution to every problem begins with prayer - intense prayer that is not satisfied until the Light dawns, as with Jacob wrestling with the angel: "I will not let thee go, except thou bless me!"8 Thus, until the God-solution appears, until others are quickened and awakened, until a way is found by the nations of the free world to stop the takeover of other nations by Communists or terrorists or agents of the same, let not your vigils cease.
I would ask that this afternoon you turn your attention with utmost concern to the nation of Afghanistan as though it were one of the states of the Union, as though your own nation had been violated, as though Pennsylvania or Vermont or South Dakota were today besieged by such forces. Must I paint this for you for you to ultimately come to the point of deciding to take action? Is the world so vast that you cannot see the oncoming approach and the malintent declared long ago by Lenin and the rest to see the whole world under World Communism?9
Beloved ones, you know of my appearances where I admonished the giving of the rosary for the balance of world sin, where I admonished prayer for the conversion of sinners and the protection of the children of God, giving forth the prediction that many would be lost if these prayers did not continue. Now I come to you and I address you of the non-Catholic world, those who have gone on in the path of the teachings of the ascended masters. I speak to you in your own terminology and I speak of the fourteen stations of the cross and the giving of the rosary in this year.
You have heard the mighty dispensation and the turning of cycles of the taking down from the cross of the disciples of Christ on earth.10 There has been a turning of worlds. There is come opportunity. Thus, henceforth in the giving of your rosary, meditate upon the God-qualities and the victory of the fourteen stations and not upon the via dolorosa.
I extend to you, then, access by the rosary - by the rosary - to my causal body, to the attainment on those fourteen stations which I have gained throughout my long spiritual history. I give you, therefore, the opportunity to receive that power and attainment which God has given me as my great Teacher and as I am his servant. This I transmit to you that it might become close to the physical world and the physical problem through your own physical body and heart.
I propose, therefore, beginning now and continuing on until there shall be a very obvious turning of the tide of World Communism, the giving of the rosary and the calling forth of this divine momentum. I have added the forces of my angels and those of Raphael's bands to the armies of The Faithful and True and of Maitreya and Sanat Kumara and Archangel Michael to wage war at inner levels with these unseen forces, principalities and powers, and spiritual wickedness in high places.11
The very root and core of the Serpent's philosophy and lie of World Communism is what must be defeated, not persons and more persons - not more bloodshed. Remove the cause and core of the Lie and it shall come to pass that there shall be war no more. And they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruninghooks.12
Beloved ones, the multiplication of life in the earth and the abundant life that ought to belong to the people has been taken by systems, philosophies, and those who have had their self-interests more than the interests of nations and people at heart.
I turn your attention, then, to the adoration of the Divine Mother, to the immense power of that Mother whom I represent as one instrument - and there are many, not the least of whom are yourselves. I turn your attention, then, to the rosary as never before. For it is the single prayer that does draw down the universal power Omega - Omega fire, Omega light. The power of the Mother moving with the forces of the Trinity is the missing dimension in the victory of Armageddon.
Thus, let Liberty - the Goddess of Liberty - the Goddess of Mercy, the Goddess of Justice, and the Goddess of Truth, as individual beings of Light who ensoul an office and are not seeing themselves as superior (or as literal gods or goddesses, as in mythology) but who hold and keep the flame for humanity of cosmic Truth, Justice, Mercy, Freedom - let all of these in numberless numbers be seen by yourselves and invoked by you as emissaries of the universal Mother, the eternal Presence that is the balance and polarity of the universal Father.
As Above, so below - in Spirit and in Matter - let the forces of freedom be implemented by you who are on the stage of life, you whose decisions will make all the difference in the future of planet Earth. I come to remind you that God is in you and because he is in you all things are possible. Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.13
Commeasurement is El Morya's key - the vision of the hosts of the LORD encamped upon the hillsides of the world. Surely, we as a people united in God must not accept defeat or the inevitability of the watering down of world freedom as a compromise that must be taken for the sake of peace. The only compromise that will ever be accepted by the fallen angels wherever they embody, in whatever system, is the absolute slavery of the children of the Light.
The force of Antichrist is not isolated in any one system or nation, but the tares sown among the wheat are scattered abroad. Thus, remove the tares of error from thine own thinking and let the good wheat, as the staff of life, be the fruit of your striving, your meditation, your action, and your stand for freedom. And behold the work that our God shall work through you!
I will be with you daily in the rosary. And I charge you to speak your problem, your need, your concern, whether small or great, to me. And I promise you, I will be there to offer the highest resolution acceptable according to the Great Law of God, including the laws you have set in motion in your life.
Beloved ones, exchange your belief in the law of mortality for the conviction of your heart in the law of immortality, and you shall be free!
I AM your eternal Mother, loving your soul until the hour of your victory.

Hail, hosts of the Lord! Hail, legions of flame!
I AM here in the Heart and I salute Helios and Vesta!
Legions of Light from the Central Sun, descend now in a canopy of sacred fire! By the living witness, by the power of the all-consuming Light14 gird now the planet round with blue-lightning angels! Seal her in an envelope of Light as a blue swaddling garment of the Mother of the World!
I AM Michael, Prince of the Archangels. I salute you, minutemen and women of Saint Germain, freedom fighters of the ages. I salute you who are the spokesmen of Liberty and I salute those amongst you who are the legions of my bands who have taken your stand for the vigil of faith for the protection of Holy Church against the wiles of the fallen angels.
I AM come, then, to reinforce in the earth in this hour, beloved ones of Light, that power of the blue-flame will of God and the sword of blue flame. I AM here to reinforce mighty cherubim who keep the way of the Tree of Life15 in this garden. And I AM here to reinforce the protection of the Lightbearers and the binding of those hordes of Darkness.
And I tell you, [by] the vigil you can keep in the full intensity of the Word delivered in the sessions of dynamic decrees [such as that] given by the Messenger and child - by that service, by that continuation of fervor and fire you will find, beloved ones, a great turning and a change on planet earth! For I command legions of Light who are waiting to enter here and there into those conditions of the planetary body, and they must have your call and [the] intensity [of] your [decrees].
And during the period of time that you stuck with the "I AM Michael, Michael, Michael!" decree and gave the "Reverse the Tide" and "The Judgment Call,"16 you see, there occurred a fundamental and profound change in that condition in Afghanistan, the results of which you shall see and especially greater results if you will continue in this wise.
It is necessary for the relentless Light to move back those hordes of Darkness on the astral plane and in physical embodiment and [to] strip from [them] that momentum of malice and that preconditioning [of the Luciferians] and that direction from afar [to work the works of the Evil One on planet earth] that comes [to them] directed from other worlds, beloved ones, and from the very pit17 itself and from Death and Hell.
And thus the entire ball of wax of the cause and core of Evil can be bound, must be bound! And where shall we keep our vigil with the World Mother except upon our holy mountain, except in our valley of the Heart of the Inner Retreat, and except in the hearts of our chelas of the sacred fire!
I command and compel you to increase and intensify your calls for protection! For with the intensity of blue lightning there can come a greater Light to earth. We must have the calls for protection so that our angels may act to care for the souls of Light who receive greater Light [and] then become the prey of the fallen ones, as you have been told is their strategy.
Beloved ones of the living flame, this earth can contain more Light if you will only protect [the Light that is released in answer to your calls] and protect yourselves and your children and all those upon this earth who are waiting for the dawn of ascension's flame and the full power of the Word and the Teaching! Beloved hearts of Light, the people of the earth are hungry for this Truth! And there must be a breakthrough! There must be a shattering of the lethargy and the astral density. And it can come to pass, for your numbers are adequate.
Note that I said they are adequate for the task. I do not say that you have too many. Many more would assist. But this sufficiency of Lightbearers [is able] and those who have placed their feet on this ground [are able. For this] ancient ground [is] where we came forth at the very heart of the Grand Teton to deliver the Law and the Teachings to the early root races. [And for them and for us] this very ground becomes the point of contact in the earth with nations and souls of Light. And therefore as a single body and a single voice, your vote counts and it reaches the heart of the Great Central Sun. (Ladies and gentlemen, please be seated in the throne of your glory, your own threefold flame.)
Now recognize the person and posture of an Archangel that has waged warfare in heaven against the Devil and his angels.18 Now recognize the presence of an Archangel who has bowed before the Light of our God and who has said, "Who is greater than our God?"19
Beloved hosts of Light, legions of flame, you who have never left your first estate, I summon you in the name of these Lightbearers and [in] the power of the fervor of their hearts and hearts' call. I summon you, therefore, to bind the tares from among the wheat!20 Bind the very core of those devils in embodiment and let them be bound! And let them be sent to the Court of the Sacred Fire!
For there are legions of Light of blue-lightning angels standing ready from the God Star, Sirius, to take [from the astral plane] those fallen ones whose time is up! And the fervor of your souls [in the giving of your decrees] in the timing of this hour is the magnet for the fulcrum of the sacred fire to release this action [for] the binding of many who will not be allowed to remain on this planetary body for the dictation of Helios, which occurs at noon tomorrow [mountain daylight] time.
Beloved legions of blue flame, beloved Keepers of the Flame, do gather, then, at dawn and return to your vigil of calls to the blue-lightning angels, calls to me. For by these calls you empower us to continue this work through the night, through the morning until the earth is swept clean and the astral debris is bound! And those who have sought to taunt the Great White Brotherhood and its emissaries on earth shall not be around to mock or to mimic the Great Lord of lords of living flame, the God of this system of worlds, Helios himself!
Beloved legions of the sacred fire now forming the retinue of Light around the physical sun and the retreat of Helios and Vesta, we upon earth salute thee! And we are making all in readiness and our preparations shall continue until the descent of Helios.
Beloved ones, would you believe me if I should tell you that I have personally waited and waited with these Two Witnesses two and a half million years for this hour? I tell you it is true. And many of you have also stood by incarnation after incarnation and in the octaves of Light and in various planes of being waiting for the hour when this earth could receive the blessing of Helios and when the hosts of the Light would be empowered once again by the embodied faithful who would use the science of the Word to thwart all of the purposes of Death and Hell!
Now do you not realize the enemy that is pitted against you? And wake up! Wake up, I say, and realize you cannot stand in so great a Light and fail to invoke your protection! For I would stand with you daily, but I must have that call given once in each twenty-four-hour cycle; for it is the law of octaves. I can and shall step through the veil in any hour of the day or night. But I must have that call:
Archangel Michael, Help me! Help me! Help me!
Archangel Michael, Come into my life!
Archangel Michael, Bind this condition now and bind the foe and release me from this imprisoned substance!
Release me now from all temptation and all backsliding and going astray and nonbelief in the power of Almighty God to save my life and to give me my victory in this embodiment!
Archangel Michael, Help me! Help me! Help me!
Archangel Michael, Come into my life!
Archangel Michael, Stand with me!
Save my child!
Save my household!
Save my nation and bind those Communist hordes!
Such is the call I desire and more.21 And you yourself can release those calls by the Holy Spirit from your very heart flame.
Beloved ones of Light, the intensity of my presence is for the evolutions of earth and for those suppressed22 nations who are not being defended as they should [be] from the physical octave. For these fallen ones have slithered into the halls of government, have turned people to greed and materialism and nonsupport [of those who bear the flame of freedom worldwide]. And it is a travesty of the Great Law of Life and [of] the oncoming Victory and [of] the presence of Alpha and Omega!
Beloved ones, the help is present. It needs to be invoked. [We] need staunch souls here below to take that stand. And we the Archangels, seven in number gathered here for the sealing of planet earth, do demand it! We demand it in the name of Almighty God! We demand a response from mankind! and if not from mankind, then from the children of the Light; and if not from the children of the Light, then from the sons and daughters of God and the Keepers of the Flame! We demand a response! [43-second standing ovation]
We who cast the Devil and his angels out of heaven into the earth, those fallen ones, are now ready to cast them out of the earth. And by the edict of Almighty God it is possible, it can be done! But we must have the [authorization by the] free will of those in embodiment. [Yet] far too many [children of the Light] have gone astray to support these fallen ones, to raise them up as idols in Church and State, in entertainment and every area of [life on] the planetary body.
It is an absolute crime that the evolutions of this planetary home have learned nothing from the betrayal of Serpent in the Garden of Eden! Rather than blame all of this upon the first father and mother upon this home, beloved hearts of living flame, blame it on the fallen angels and then upon yourselves, O mankind, for ratifying the same fallen consciousness [of the fallen angels] that was purveyed in that hour to many [twin flames who failed their initiations under Maitreya in the Mystery School].
Beloved hearts of Light, there must be a rejection! There must be a challenge face-to-face, nose-to-nose, teeth-to-teeth with these fallen ones! They cannot be allowed to manipulate life any longer! And the hour is come for the judgment. And where are those who en masse will gather and make those judgment calls and bind those serpents in their lair? I tell you they tremble when I speak, for they do not often hear me speak so physically! And they are astonished that they have not been able to prevent this dictation from happening this day.
Beloved ones, it is your reinforcement! It is the power of Almighty God! It is his will that nothing shall stop me from speaking in the physical octave through your very hearts, through your own mouths as you challenge injustice! How can you stand still another day and allow it to continue?
Beloved ones, they rob you blind! They steal your money out of your pocketbooks, out of your bank accounts. Beloved ones, they are criminals all, and they are moving against the winds of Light and of the Great White Brotherhood and they must be overturned!
And I tell you God will do it through you! We will do it through you, around you, beneath you, above you, to the right, to the left! We will slay the foe! Just speak the Word. Just speak the Word, I tell you! Let the flame of freedom speak and you will see the power of the Holy Ghost upon this earth! And they will tremble and they will fall and they will go down. For there is no life in them except the support system given [them] by the silly humanity of this planetary home who are failing in their course and evolution, for they have not heeded their shepherds.
And where are the shepherds? Let them also speak! And let our Word go forth on the waves of communication. And let it be heard, let it be seen, and let it be known that the mighty Archangels are indeed alive and well on planet earth! And we stand to assist you. And fear not, but speak the name of your God:
Mighty I AM Presence, I AM here, O God,
And I AM the instrument of those sevenfold rays and Archangels!
And I will not retreat.
I will take my stand.
I will not fear to speak.
And I will be the instrument of God's will, whatever it is.
Here I AM, so help me, God!
In the name of Archangel Michael and his legions,
I AM freeborn and I shall remain freeborn!
And I shall not be enslaved by any foe within or without!
Once again, won't you be seated.
Legions of angels of the First Ray have placed the first layer of Light around and through planet earth. Jophiel now stands forth. Legions of illumination now wrap the second layer of Light, the power to convey enlightenment, a swaddling garment that does intensify the ability of the evolutions of the planet to absorb the Light of illumination from Helios.
Each Archangel in succession does now enfold the planet, wrapping it in that winding cloth of the Mother: [Chamuel enfolds the earth in] the power of the pink flame, the power to assimilate the Holy Ghost; thus the Love/Wisdom action of Helios is made possible. Gabriel enfolds all in purity, and Raphael in the emerald saturation of precipitation's flame; and [then comes] the purple and gold and the intensity of the Ruby Ray of the living Christ and his angel Uriel; [and] the full action of Zadkiel [follows] as the violet flame does now make the planet spin.
Thus, humanity is wrapped this night and there is in this garment of God as Mother the means of conveyance, [the] means of saturation and absorption by lifewaves of the divine intent, of the vision, of hope of the New Age.
"And they shall all know me from the least unto the greatest, saith the Lord."23 They shall know I AM Michael. And in my heart is that faith, and that faith is an electric current that I pass through the evolutions of earth upon the command of your word and decree of this night. And I have faith in the God that is in the very center of all life and all being and soul and consciousness. And my faith saturates the earth, for I AM determined by Almighty God!
If you have ever seen that God-determination in embodiment, I say, behold it now, beloved ones. For I give to you that intensity of my heart that none shall be lost upon this planet! No, not one soul of God, [not one] Lightbearer or [one] of the holy innocents. They shall not be taken!
We have cared for them. I have taken them in my arms, sometimes a dozen at a time and then a hundred. I hold them in my arms as they pass from the screen of life aborted. I do not let them go into perdition or into the astral plane. Beloved hearts, I have given the Life of God to them as I would to his Son, for they are that Christ potential and I have never left off as the servant of Christ [in the issue of God]. It was as his servant that I first took up the battle against that Fallen One, that Archdeceiver who desired to make himself as God and led those angels astray.
Beloved hearts of living flame, it is the seed of his consciousness that lurks in those who have not decried it. Let them all write their disclaimers, for I tell you God is nigh! It is not an hour to be in sympathy with the fallen ones, for those who are tied [to them] will be at the wrong place at the wrong time, I assure you.
Let them get on the right side of the fence. Let them espouse one cosmic principle for once in a million years. Let them champion some righteous cause and God will give them again renewed hope and faith to overcome that Serpent. Let them perform one kind deed and place themselves in the oncoming Light and feel the cleansing power of the mighty River of Life24 coming upon them and washing away that expression, that sneer, that mockery they have worn [for] so long.
They can be saved if they will it so. Let them confess once and for all that their experiment didn't work. Their Great Rebellion didn't work; it did not come to pass. He did not win in heaven, he has not won on earth, and he shall not. For he is bound and no more,25 and it is the clone and the replica that yet lurks in his [genetic seed sown in his embodied] angels and all of this astral debris that must be taken.
And therefore let the last [man,] woman and child renounce all association with the cause of compromise, pacifism. And let them come into alignment and see how God will work his miracle - his miracle of the rebirth of those who have seen the folly yet felt caught, through pride, in their commitment to a cause that is no more! It is passé.
We are here to clean up the debris. We are here to let souls of Light know it is a time to embody the full-gathered momentum of the hosts of the Lord. It is the hour of heaven meeting earth. It is the hour when, as in the appearance of Mother Mary, the sun approaches earth,26 this time in the person of Helios. This time it is a spiritual sign and all who have that spiritual attunement will see it everywhere upon earth. They will know of his coming.
And now, my beloved, I leave you as quickly as I have found you. For I have much work to do and so do you! My message is delivered and I seal you in the sacred fire of the Great Central Sun for your eternal Victory.

Our eternal love to you, sons and daughters of God.
Sons and daughters of the Great Central Sun, I AM come and I AM here in the earth, Helios of the Central Flame! Vesta stands in the heart of our Sun temple, arcing the Light27 through time and space (though these be not real) and anchoring now the complement of our love and [that of] the hosts of the Lord.
Beloved of the Eternal One, I address you with many thoughts on my heart. Therefore, I bid you welcome and bid you be seated.
The gathering of the Lightbearers in the mountain valley is a cycle that has repeated itself through the ages. Thus, in my memory I see in the vast millennia gone by the avatar, the Buddha, the divinely anointed one, king or prophet or priest, in the center of devotees who await the coming of the Lord and await the rescue from the Darkness that has encroached upon this once bright star.
Beloved ones, the brightness of earth has been in the etheric octave and the Darkness [in the lower octaves] has been typical for far too long. And therefore earth has been known as the Dark Star.
Beloved ones, I am here in the fulfillment of our God as "our refuge and strength," the very present help in time of trouble.28 Indeed this is a time of trouble.29
The commitment of the Sun is to the sons and daughters of God, [to the] children of the Sun and angelic hosts, [to the] Lightbearers from any and all evolutions, [and to the] seed of Sanat Kumara who have sojourned here for one "Sol" purpose. And that Sol purpose (meaning that "Sun" purpose)30 has been to go after the lost souls of the house of Reality.31
This world, then, has proved to be more than a stopover in the journey through the constellations of light. The hour has turned, then, when the Great Darkness that covers the land32 must be held in abeyance and the Lightbearers must be given the opportunity to receive the Truth and come apart now.
For more than twenty-five years these Witnesses33 have preached the Light.34 Now I, Helios, tell you that this preaching shall increase in all ways and means35 until none upon earth shall stand in ignorance of the choice to be or not to be centered in the Sun of the I AM Presence, whose Light we represent, whose Heart we radiate into the physical octave for the sustainment of all physical life in this solar system.
We are the God Parents, and we come for the rescue of those who descended from Light and are called to ascend to that Light. Though you may be the firstfruits, beloved hearts, I must tell you that in some cases, as I have studied your auras in my descent, you are found wanting in the full measure of the application of the Law. You are wanting in full honesty with yourself and with your I AM Presence.
Do not tread lightly the path of the Great White Brotherhood. For if you place yourselves at the feet of the Lord of the World, then you can expect to receive a Light that must perforce divide and split asunder the Real from the Unreal [within you]. If you have vested your identity and the security of your being in some form of ruse of the outer mind, then, you see, as when the sun burns the body, the Light itself will burn the spirit; and you will be found at a loss to understand why you are not focused in the reality of your God-identity and why, in fact, you have suffered loss.
There is no need to suffer loss when all that you are has been committed to the flame, [has been] cast into the sacred fire. When you have been willing to go through the trial of the fiery furnace as the three Hebrew boys,36 then you will come to understand that you may stand in the presence of the angels and the Masters and fear not.
Those, then, who take lightly the Path, as you have been told, and who create for themselves a separate way37 where they have thought that they have in fact outsmarted the Law in preserving their human consciousness while sipping the nectar of the divine, will come to understand that they will not complete the round [of balancing their karma and passing their tests] in this life no matter how many times over they may tell their friends that they will make the ascension. The mere telling of it, as the mere telling that one is "born again" and headed for heaven, does not make it so; but it is the quality of the heart and the fire of the heart [that is the telling].
Therefore pray, I tell you this day, that the Sun Presence which I bring shall expose to you those illusions [of self] that you have come to lean upon and to imagine are real. The greatest gift you can receive from the Sun is clarity of thinking, of seeing, and of feeling. For these three passages of perception cause you to draw conclusions, to formulate opinions; and some of them [are] highly erroneous, as you judge outer judgment38 and fail to give that test to the judgment that is the test of the Holy Ghost.
Fear not, beloved, for I speak not for anything else except your comfort. I speak, then, of the fear that attracts delusion and causes the individual to think that he is a disciple on the Path when, in fact, if he would simply ask for the interior correction and for those things that are plain to the Messenger, he would receive the answers. But the very ones who are so sure of themselves never submit their own surety to the wise counseling of the Messenger but would rather counsel her or deny when the slightest hint is forthcoming that perhaps they ought to change their manner of operation or their way of doing things.
Beloved ones, beware the power of the soft-spoken and the tender regard. For if there is not receptivity to the tender flower, the flower does withdraw. Therefore, listen with the inner ear. Do not listen for those things that you want to hear but listen for those things that are said; and understand that they are forthright, clear. [When the Messengers speak they are] not going around and around in a circle attempting to arrive at the point.
We have selected the Master El Morya for the training of these Messengers because of his directness and God-determination to show to the Messengers themselves in a manner unparalleled the folly of all compromise, all erroneous thinking, all situations that do not lead in a straight line directly to the heart of God. You would do well to probe El Morya and his training and the manner of life and consciousness of the Messengers.
Beloved hearts, it is good to be free from illusions, for they are shadow and they keep you from the reality of the Path. There is no room for fancy or fantasy in this activity. There is no room for a psychic apprehension39 of the Law or [of] the person of the Ascended Masters. There is no room for idolatry. If you attempt to hold the sun in idolatry and gaze into that sun, you know that you will lose your sight, so powerful is the presence of light in the sun. Thus it was written, "No man can see the face of God and live."40
You must accelerate the embodying of sacred fire before you attempt, beloved hearts, to gaze directly into that divine relationship which places you on an equal footing with the Masters of the Great White Brotherhood. Understand, therefore, that that coequality which you may desire to have with someone who is beyond you in the level of Hierarchy ought not to be desired, ought not to be the object of your ambition. For you will be consumed by that desire. You cannot stand on an equal footing with those who have greater Light.41 But you must stand in reverence of those who have such positions in Hierarchy, and by their example and their attainment know that you may go and do likewise.
Therefore seek not friendship with the Ascended Masters [at] first but rather discipleship and chelaship. Seek El Morya, for you may trust that he does impart to you that which is necessary, basic, and fundamental. And if you set aside any of the Teachings as though they do not matter, then you will realize that you will not be able to hold the Light of El Morya that will be able to place you in a consonance with other Ascended Masters and disciples who share that oneness and that circle of friendship.
Beloved ones, let there not be jealousy of the son or of the daughter of God, but let all children of the Light know that as they have attained, so you may attain. This jealousy was of old responsible for the destruction of kingdoms: the jealousy of David, the jealousy of Solomon, the jealousy of Abraham and Isaac and of Jacob, the jealousy of Jesus or of John the Beloved. Those who saw the Lights of God desired to have what they had, and the black magicians sought to defeat Elijah and Elisha.
Understand that the false prophets and false teachers have been made known. But there are also false chelas who themselves do not work for the Light but remain in that state of envy and seek only by the mind of mechanization man to determine how they may get that Light and assume it, not by legitimate means but perhaps by favor or some proximity [to those who have it].
Beloved ones, it has gone on in the past and we are very wise to this condition [of consciousness]. And I assure you that it will get you nowhere in this activity. You must understand, beloved, that this is the activity of the Great White Brotherhood on earth; and you must realize you are dealing with Masters who have the full God-mastery of the Law. And they do not miss this irony of the human will, this stubbornness, and this folly of thinking, "I can fool the Lord. I can fool the Messenger. I can fool the Masters. I can fool my Christ Self."
These remarks are given to you because we desire to see the purging of the four lower bodies and the community of disciples that all might come unto an understanding that this is a path of Love and not a path of dead ritual or the dead letter of the law, though the letter of the law be vital.
It is not a path where by mimicry, by performing certain acts as though the acts themselves contained the devotion, you may come into a consonance with Truth. The devotion, the reality, the sincerity, and the Truth must be in your heart. And if you know there is not purity in the heart, I say meditate on the heart of your I AM Presence and call to us and we will swiftly bring to your attention the cause and core of the absence of that purity; [we will teach you the way of the Christ and the Buddha,] which must truly lead [you] to the innocence [of soul and heart] required for the receiving of the teachings of Lord Maitreya in the Garden of Eden.
The Great Law has therefore required me to deliver these words to you, both as a comfort and as a warning. For always when the Light is released, those not prepared (having failed to prepare themselves) must know that the effect of that Light will be the diminishing of the unreal self and the judgment [of the works of that unreal self]. Therefore take heed when you approach the altar of the living God, and pursue a true path of prayer and fasting.

Now, beloved ones, I unveil to you that I am standing in the center of a great amphitheater of Light composed of the bodies of millions of angels who have formed, as it were, a vortex inclusive of a vast sector of this property and beyond, [extending] high into the upper atmosphere [and] also embracing yourselves in this inverted cone of light.
Descending the cone of light now, perpetually during my discourse to you, is the Light of the Mother Vesta that comes for the activation of certain conditions in the earth. First and foremost we must convey a greater increment of sacred fire to the Lightbearers who have prepared the chalice of the heart and the threefold flame; and these shall truly be known as sons of God, men of the Sun, women of the Sun, as Solomon was of that Sun.
Realize, beloved hearts of living flame, that those who must walk the earth now as representatives of Helios and Vesta have been predetermined by the Keeper of the Scrolls and by the Lords of Karma. These are they in all nations and in all walks of life who have pursued the purity of heart, the glorification of God, and the service to their fellowman. Selflessness and sacrifice characterize these lifestreams, but the purity of heart and the love of the heart is the only magnet that can retain the greater Light. Thus, not all [who are] here today receive it but all upon earth who deserve it do receive it.
Thus I commune now with Alpha and Omega, as you should, as this transfer of Light42 is beginning. [intonations]
At the conclusion of my discourse today there shall come to you a sealing in the four lower bodies [in] the Light released [through] the physical focus, the focus of the Ruby Ray worn by the Messenger. The power of my word passing through her throat chakra is now charging this Ruby Ray focus with that Light that is to be the sealing Light of the dispensation now coming slowly into your heart, coming through the crown by the crystal cord, passing to all of your chakras. And, beloved hearts, it centers in the heart, for it is the purest of chakras; and the rest may not receive as much Light until they also be purified.
Thus it is given by the Great Law: To them that have shall be given and more added.43 And to those that have not or [that] have misqualified energy in the temple [of the four lower bodies], I say, this Light that is given shall assist you in consuming that and shall take from you, if you lovingly surrender that human creation, some portion [of your negative karma] that the Great Law will allow because of your effort and your good works. And thus it is a great act of mercy in both cases, beloved ones.
And I tell you that this mercy does come in this hour because the world could not become darker or heavier in the weight of karma without tipping the scales into a certain destruction. Thus we come in the moment and the hour of the pinnacle [of karma], when earth must move forward or earth must go backward in the greatest debacle of all history recorded in the Matter spheres.
Beloved children of the Sun, you [who are my own] are witnesses on this planetary body of the depravity and degradation of life such as has been seen in the days of Atlantis, and today [is] even worse than Atlantis. And I tell you there are not many stars in the systems of worlds, where these conditions have [been] allowed to endure to this extent.
I tell you it is by the grace of the Lord Sanat Kumara and by his determination to sponsor the lifewaves of earth that such a continuing opportunity has been given! Now Life demands that every soul upon earth accept this opportunity or experience the consequences of his own neglect!
Beloved ones, [whether yours is] the heart of a humble disciple or of the Messenger, many among you know the immediate consequences of the misuse of the sacred fire. You know that when you commit a so-called sin through any of the chakras of [your] being that instantaneously you experience setback. For you are on the very cutting edge of the Law. And where light abounds, so light also confounds and confutes its misuses. And the more advanced you are on the Path, therefore, the more you are qualified to be an instructor in the very [outworking of the] law of karma.
Now I say if you can experience day by day the return of that daily karma, can you not realize what it means when I say [that] souls of earth who do not accept this opportunity [to "pay as they go"] will [one day] have to face [all of] that karma [at once]? I speak of the karma of millions of years that has been abuilding, that has either been held in abeyance by [the mercy of] the Great Law or that has been set aside by the manipulators of that Law - the black magicians who steal the Light of the holy innocents and therefore have been the karma-dodgers of the planet, foisting [that karma] upon the backs of the people, [who are then made to bear] the full burden of [the karma of] the wickedness [of those black magicians].
I place my aura, my entire being firmly in the physical planet, firmly, physically in this body. And I tell you, beloved ones, that in this hour I have been sent by Alpha and Omega to undo all the chicanery of the fallen ones in their avoidance of their [karmic] accountability for their deeds on a daily basis.
I tell you in the name of the Sun [the I AM Presence and the Causal Body, i.e., the Dharmakaya] of the Son Jesus, They shall not pass any longer! For it is my assignment from Almighty God this day to "pull the plug" upon these evil ones. And by this I mean they shall no longer have the authority from our level to steal the light of the Godhead or [of] the Christ or [of] the living Lightbearers or [of] any one [of the children of God] upon this planetary body.
And this dispensation has the corresponding requirement that the evolutions of this earth cease to give their Light44 without authorization to those who are of the evil bent, those who are the destroyers, those who are the spoilers, those who are the manipulators behind the scenes, those who move [amongst the people] usurping the power of God in the people!
Beloved ones, realize, then, that the day has dawned and it is this day, as you reckon time, July 4, 1984, when neither the seed of the Wicked [One] nor those who aid and abet [their cause] shall any longer be excused [for their violations of Cosmic Law] on the basis of "ignorance [of the Law"] or for any other reason. It is for this cause that we have set before you [our] intense desire to see the publications go forth, enlightening the people and educating them as to their choices and as to the activities of the seed of the Wicked [One].
We would [have] desired that more [publications] should have gone forth and [that] more [qualified] helpers should have come forth to assist in this process. But nevertheless, beloved ones, the Law must act, the Law has acted. And as you know in the case of the Great Law, as with your own traffic laws, ignorance is no excuse. And thus, out of compassion for Lightbearers who would do better if they knew better I encourage you to go forth on the wings of Mercury from this conference, north, south, east, and west, to proclaim the message of the Everlasting Gospel.45
And I tell you, ask for strength. Let all those who serve with the Messenger in any part of the world and on this staff ask for the strength of ten thousand. Ask for the power to continue that you faint not but have the strength to disseminate the Word. Ask for the supply and you shall receive it when your hearts are pure. Ask for the Light. Ask for the means. Ask for all that you deserve, for you indeed deserve the power of Helios and Vesta and we stand ready to give it to you if you will only affirm your own self-worth. Open your chakras, raise your chalice of being, and truly receive the outpouring that is the solution to every problem that besets you and everything that crosses your path.
Therefore know that [from] this day [forward] those who continue in their wickedness and in their evil ways are cut off from both God and man. And you will understand, therefore, that they no longer have the Source to go to, to get that [Light which they may turn to] Darkness to move against the Light.
Thus it is a day of rejoicing when you must confirm upon earth as in heaven, as it is given in this hour through the Spirit of prophecy in the Messenger from the Lord God Almighty, that the judgment should come to pass and that also by [the] authority [of your God Presence and your spoken word] the dead should be cut off from the land of the living. It is high time, therefore, that this boost of Light in the heart chakras of the Lightbearers be increased and that there be the decrease in the misused power of the fallen ones.
Beloved hearts, we cannot abrogate the law of octaves. We cannot abrogate the free will of evolutions. And yet, [by this dispensation] a great barrier has been placed so that those who try to assist these fallen ones will also feel [the karma of] their [misplaced] efforts come back upon them and come to naught; for there will be no assistance given [to those who assist the fallen ones]. And these individuals, as we have said, who attempt to continue to help [them] will also be stripped and cut off and will no longer have the means wherewith to do so.
And all of these things are happening very swiftly. Even as I am speaking, the Lords of Karma and the Lord of the World are giving the instruction to all elemental life through the Four Cosmic Forces and the four hierarchs of the earth to implement this law of planet earth in the very earth body. And it shall come to pass and it shall be.
And if the white-fire-core representatives of Alpha and Omega, if the components of the capstone of [the Great Pyramid of the civilization America, which corresponds to] the crown and the third eye [chakras of the nation,] now be activated, [the components who are] those special disciples of Light invoking the judgment daily and hourly, then you will see how swiftly those who are unreal will drop [by the wayside] and cease from their courses and no longer have the will to fight or the will to continue in the defense of Evil; [for their strength shall fail them]. And when this is happening the Lightbearers will also be separated out from the armies of the fallen ones that plague the earth in this hour.
Beloved ones, I assure you that there is no mitigation of this judgment or this law. You will remember that the edict went forth long ago that man's days should be threescore and ten46 and [that] the threefold flame was consequently reduced.47 Well, this fiat comes from the Great Central Sun and it is indeed the pulling of the plug upon the fallen ones this day! And it is indeed the opportunity of the Lightbearer to increase that threefold flame that he might increase his mind, consciousness, heart, and even physical strength to continue day upon day in the service of Almighty God!
These edicts shall not be turned back. They shall not be mitigated. And therefore I send forth the call and the warning: Let free will embrace now the edict and let those who are enlightened ones explain the nature of free will [to those who are not]. And those who misuse that free will to move against this law [whereby the plug is pulled on the seed of the Wicked One and upon all who from this day forward continue to aid and abet their cause] will find themselves suddenly set back as they have never experienced [setback] before.
It has been thousands of years coming, beloved ones, and it has taken the requirement of the Great Law, not only of the turning of the cosmic cycles, but [of] a Light company of the ages, [a company of Lightbearers] who should gather, who should place their lives and fortunes and sacred honor in the building of a nation and the building of this Inner Retreat. The commitment in the physical octave is what is required for the physical dispensations in this octave.
Beloved hearts of living flame, beloved hearts of fire, I ask that you contemplate now this my message and consider in your heart its meaning in your life and in the planetary body. [60-second pause]
The earth is the LORD's and the fullness thereof, the sea and all they that dwell therein!48 The astral plane belongs to the Lord. Death and Hell belong to the Lord. The mental belt, polluted by the ego of the intelligentsia, belongs to the Lord. The etheric octave and the sacred fire belong to the Lord.
Beloved hearts, the LORD has come to claim the earth. I hold this earth in its entirety and all of its evolutions in my heart chakra in this very moment. And I AM breathing upon the planetary lifewave and all evolutions therein the sacred fire breath. I AM bringing clarity and the consuming of all hatreds. And I AM delivering simultaneously now a message into the very hearts of the laggards of the Middle East, those lifewaves that have continued in their warring factions using religion as a justification for their bloodshed:
I, Helios, declare it! Though you may repeat all the day and all the night that you are the chosen ones, you shall not pass! So long as you deny the living Word in the Universal Christ [incarnate in all children of the one God and focused in the threefold flame within their hearts], so long as you kill and maim and destroy and take life in revenge, you shall not pass!
And you who commit your crimes and murders in the name of God or Allah or Israel or Persia or Iran or any belief system or any philosophy whatsoever, whether it be Communistic or satanic or otherwise, you who perform these deeds shall not find yourselves in the heavenly kingdom when you pass from life but rather before the judgment seat.
You who are the embodiment of the Lie, you who are the embodiment of the Murderer, you who are the laggards who have corrupted this planetary body, and all who are like you throughout the planetary body, you shall not pass! For the plug is pulled this day [on the seed of the Wicked One, regardless of their race or religion], and you may no longer have the source or the cosmic force to move against the children of the Sun. And your day is done. And you may weep and gnash your teeth49 and snarl and direct your black magic and your satanic rite and your blood-drinking ceremonies and your voodoo and your witchcraft against this Messenger and against Almighty God, and it shall come upon your own house.
It shall be upon you! As surely as the plagues were upon Egypt,50 so it shall come upon you. And the LORD God Almighty has determined it; for we are satisfied that the Word is made plain, that the Teaching is true, that it is available and shall become more available, and that the prophets have gone forth. And the avatars East and West have made plain for thousands upon thousands upon thousands of years that the way of Death and the way of Hell is not the way of eternal Life.
Therefore I say to you, turn ye from your evil ways! For the great day of the LORD is at hand and is come!51 And I AM descended in the heart of the earth for that day. And Almighty God has said, "Thus far and no farther!"
Beloved ones, of all that has gone forth before in the dispensations of the judgment, I tell you, the one that is delivered in this hour is the one that most saturates the physical octave. And all preceding ones have been the descent of the judgment layer by layer from the etheric to the mental to the emotional plane. And therefore you have seen many dread conditions and diseases and inclement weather and various sorts of tragedy and cataclysm come upon the earth [as the manifestation of the Lord's judgment].
These are only the signs, beloved ones, of that which must come to pass unless there be by the increase of Light and the Judgment Call and the service of the Lightbearers the swallowing up of the earth in Light52 and truly the affirmation of the withdrawal of that Light from the fallen ones, as it is decreed. Therefore you shall receive this decree from my heart in this hour, and you shall repeat it for the ratification of the Lord's judgment:
Lord God Almighty, I AM a Son of the Sun on earth. And therefore, I do declare this day that I ratify the judgments of Almighty God upon the seed of the wicked on earth, the destroyers and the spoilers, the corrupt ones, the godless, the dead, and the dying.
I ratify the judgment whereby the plug is pulled and they no longer have the source or the access to the Light, and that which they have misqualified is now taken from them. And I declare it in the name of my Mighty I AM Presence and by the authority of my threefold flame!
And because I stand in the earth in this hour, I AM standing in the presence of the mighty aura of beloved Helios, which is activated anew each time I make this call.
And I declare that there be an immediate withdrawal of all sympathizers, idolaters, and supporters of the sinister force East and West.
And I send forth Cosmic Christ illumination, the education of the heart, and the piercing of the soul and the mind at inner levels, that the lifewaves of earth will come into a sudden enlightenment and an awareness (as in the twinkling of an eye) from their own God Presence. And they shall see and know that they must withdraw their support from the seed of the wicked. And I declare it! And I declare the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ in this hour and I give that Judgment Call here and now:
Thus, having concluded this Judgment Call, I demand that the forces of heaven and the mighty Archangels shall come into manifestation, and that Archangel Michael shall descend with legions of Light and all of the Lord's host to cast that devil and his angels and the seed of the devil and the clones and counterparts and counterfeit creation out of the earth; and shall bind the godless and bind them out of the pit and bind them out of Death and Hell and bind the entire astral hordes: Until Death and Hell are swallowed up in Light and Victory and are no more and are cast into the lake of fire - cause, effect, record, and memory - and the platform of earth is therefore prepared for the descent of that greater Light of the incoming great Golden Age, which I look forward to and anticipate as the Second Coming of the Great Central Sun to the earth. This, then, shall be the coming of Alpha and Omega for the sealing of the earth in that immaculate matrix.
And therefore, I summon, as a Keeper of the Flame, all Lightbearers of the planetary body to be as One, to be in one Great Union of Light, and to overthrow the fallen ones who would take over the planetary body and exalt the state as God and have all people as submissive servants and slaves to the Nephilim and the godless and the fallen angels. I stand in the earth and I demand the overturning of their schemes in this hour!
I call for the All-Seeing Eye of God to probe and penetrate the very nuclei and strongholds of the fallen ones, their secret meetings. And I demand that all plots and conspiracies toward terrorism or takeover or the overthrow of the governments of the nations established by Almighty God or the overthrow of the divine plan of the abundant Life shall be exposed now [and] their perpetrators bound. And these shall be placed before the judgment of Almighty God and his adjudication. Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus Christ and all the saints of heaven, to ratify this judgment through me.
And therefore, I demand the casting out of the dweller-on-the-threshold of the entire sinister force of the planetary body by this my Call for the Binding and the Casting Out of the Dweller on the Threshold: [Here give decree 20.09]
Having so given this Call, I now call forth the solar ring for the victory of all life, for the sealing of those places great and small - both where the Light dwells for the victory of Light and where evil dwells for the acceleration of Light there, and for Light's judgment of those nests of evil serpents, the very core of the wicked worldwide.
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, I accept it done this hour in full power. And I stand in the earth as an emissary of Helios and Vesta until the New Day when the entire planetary home shall be full of Light and only Light; and the earth is prepared and purified and ready, then, for the evolutions of Light that are to come.
Beloved ones, I now stand before you to render a service to souls of Light in the etheric octave who must take embodiment through the souls of Light and parents [who have been] prepared [to receive them] on planet earth. Angels of the Sun, angels of Vesta, Pallas Athena, Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, Lord Maitreya, now go to these souls in the etheric octave and to their embodied parents-to-be. Prepare their four lower bodies. Let there be, therefore, that mighty adjustment in those four lower bodies, which I do send forth for the correcting and the righting of all manipulation [that has taken place] within those bodies by the fallen ones in all ages, manipulation [accomplished] through [the use of] chemical substances and implants and genetic engineering.
I, Helios, now touch all upon earth who are designated as divine parents in the coming thirty-three-year spiral. Beloved hearts of Light, some of these parents-to-be are also in the etheric octave, some of them are children, some of them are moving toward adulthood, and some are ready now and in this hour for the divine conception for and on behalf of these souls.
Cosmic reinforcements must come. I stand in answer to your call for the purification of the vessels, for the acceleration of life. And some of these souls descending who have a certain karma that would cause a setback in their four lower bodies have the opportunity now to expiate that karma in the temples of Light that they might descend with their maximum faculties and forces to defeat the fallen ones upon earth, whom you will find to be now in their death throes, beloved hearts, and therefore in the state of greatest anger and violence and hatred for the Light and the desire to persecute the Light and the Lightbearer.
Beloved ones, as you stand for greater Light than the earth has yet known, realize that until the Light consumes the Darkness that very Darkness will attack the Light, and you must be on guard.
Beloved ones, you have journeyed many miles to hear my word and receive my blessing. Please do not take lightly this warning. You are now clothed with a robe of the Sun. You may walk the earth as emissaries of the Sun with the God Mercury. Hold your office. Do not drag that mantle through the mud and do not forsake your calls to Archangel Michael, who is your sure defender daily and hourly.
Beloved hearts, you are enlisted in the armies of the Sun, in the legions of The Faithful and True.53 We must count on you. And you, [in order] to reinforce in your heart and mind [the memory of your divine calling], must actually use the device of writing to yourselves notes which you place in conspicuous places or in your Bible or decree book:
"Remember Helios," "Remember the Mantle," "Remember the Judgment," "Remember the Light and remember the Enemy."
I AM a Lightbearer from the Central Sun. This earth is not my permanent abode, and I seek no continuing city here54 but only the pad, the base of the pyramid of Life, for my own consummation of Love and the transcending of cycles after I [shall] have rendered the utmost service of love and pursued the dharma of the Buddha on behalf of the Buddha's own.
Thus, beloved ones, when you remember your purpose, all decisions come into alignment on a daily basis and you know exactly what the choices are and you realize that the road narrows when you come to the point of absolute consecration of the Sacred Heart. Your hearts must become sacred. And therefore angels now release the next increment of the [Light from my] heart, for you are prepared by my presence and the softening of your auras to receive the next transfusion of Light. And this does go to anyone on earth who is similarly prepared.
Ephphatha, O Spiritus.55 Spirits of the living God, be opened! I command you, be opened as I transfer the mighty nectar of the Love/Wisdom of our hearts into your upraised chalices, into the very fiber and fabric of your thought and feeling that is holy. I amplify your devotion to the Most High God. I melt the density caused by drugs and all manner of impurities that does prevent the flow of your devotion to Almighty God.
Accept this gift from me, O soul, and do not fear; for I AM here to purge the physical body. And you would do well to fast and pray following this conference for a physical cleansing of that body. For I am activating the removal of that substance, and the sacred fire does indeed consume. But the sweeping free of your bodies by the necessary fasting will seal the mandate by your free will, by your action and therefore suffice the law of the physical chemistry of your four lower bodies.
Let there be Light in the four lower bodies. Let Light increase in these temples now! Let Light increase in the seven chakras! And see yourselves as emissaries of the Great Central Sun as when you came trailing clouds of glory, as when you knew who you were and what your mission was to this earth body, as when you had these powers once before, before you descended to their misuse. And much of that descent has been caused by the very serpentine philosophy, beloved hearts, that allows you to consider that compromise is not really that important: It doesn't really matter if you go the way of the world; it doesn't really matter if you embrace its moral code or [its] absence thereof.
Do you see, beloved ones, how slowly the indoctrination [of the fallen ones] takes over the mind through the big cities, through the motion picture industry parading [their agenda] before the youth day after day, film after film of the misuse of the sacred fire and the letting go of the Light in violence, in promiscuity, in all manners of hatred and murder that is portrayed?
Beloved ones, the replaying [of] these subjects engenders in the youth the sense that "everyone is doing it, so we should do it also to be in style," whether it is swearing, whether it is engaging in a sullenness or a cynicism, whether it is attachment to material things, whether it is the beautification of the flesh form. Almost as in the days of primitive man has this [trend] taken on such a dark, dark cast.
Beloved ones, come into a sobering reality that one of the most important reasons you are called once a year to [come to] this Heart, surrounded by the mountains, and the fire and the magnet in the heart of those mountains, is so that you can be completely cut off and set free from the subtleties, the debris that collects almost as soot in the four lower bodies and begins to weigh down the form and the mind so that you lose hope and joy and a lightness and a blitheness of spirit.
We place a mighty ring of fire around this Heart within this valley now, and we show you a mighty sealing of the Great Central Sun Magnet here. We show you how it is your mecca of light, your place of refuge even as it is [known as] Maitreya's Refuge. The Masters and their disciples must have that place to be and to commune with Almighty God. Thus, preserve it in every way. Preserve it, beloved hearts, and see to it that it remains the place of Shamballa.
See to it also that you realize [that] in each twelve-month cycle you require that pilgrimage [to the site of the Western Shamballa so that you may] be able to go forth empowered with a year's worth of energy and light to face the challenges [of your karma], meet your initiations [and pass them], assist life, and come up higher and be the greater master of your life than you were [the year] before.
Children of the Sun, our desire is not to see you lost, not to see you overcome by too many burdens of Light or Light's responsibilities, [of karma or karmic responsibilities]. Our desire is this: to see you win! We are like parents rooting for the Little League team and our sons on that team. We are tender and desirous of showing you that if you will practice and exercise, in a twelve-month cycle you can be a greater master of your life and have more adeptship [than you do today]. If you realize how much we are rooting for you and loving you and teaching you and how present are the Masters, you will understand that that greater mastery begets greater freedom. And freedom from the entanglements of the world gives to you the power to help others.
We want to see you go down from this altitude and these mountains filled with the glory of God, transfigured as Jesus was, carrying the Law in your hands as Moses did, going down to the people in the valleys and saying, "Here is the Law that God has written! Here is the Teaching that he has given to you! Here is the Fire by which you are healed!"
Beloved ones, to bear this Light you must keep it in your chakras. You must not squander it; you must not misuse it. And always the force comes along to taunt you in very, very unimportant ways, so unimportant that you are [caught] off guard, misqualifying energy in irritation, argumentation, idle chatter [and] gossip, and [in] entertaining all manner of delusions that come through the entertainment industry.
Beloved ones, let your mind be stayed upon God!56 The prophets did not live in the desert merely to escape the seed of the Wicked [One], though this may have been their concern on numerous occasions. They went out to the desert to come away from the mass consciousness. They went out to pray, to fast, to be empowered by God, to be purged of the discarnates and psychic substance [of the populated areas] and to go back to the people with a fire that was able to defend them against the seed of the Wicked [One], against the fallen ones who had positioned themselves in seats of authority. They did not fear because the power of God moved within them.
This power of God is in your Messenger and it shall not be turned back! And it is in the seed of the Messenger as that seed is the living chela who is becoming the living Christ, who has set himself to the path of the exoneration, the exaltation, the upliftment of life, and the pursuit of the path of Love taught by all of the Ascended Masters.
Beloved hearts of living flame, let Love increase! For, for some of you it is the single ingredient that will kindle all of the rest of the fruits of your striving and the fruits of your overcoming and your dynamic decrees. Let Love so increase that you fairly leap from your bed to serve some part of life, to give praise to the hosts of the Lord, to send Love to the angels each day! Beloved children of the Sun, as you increase Love in your heart and consume that hatred [whose seeds the fallen ones have attempted to sow there], you will find the key to the adeptship that you have sought for so long.
Thus I come for empowerment, and it is freely given to all upon earth who have been tried and tested and who have proven that they are not the abusers of power. Beloved ones, this transfer of power in itself, and the authority and the mantle, goes to very few. For too many have left in their record of karma the abuse of power in the past. Thus I encourage you to go after all things that violate the law of the First Ray.
Thus I come full circle to El Morya. El Morya's devotion to the will of God has for many reasons [increased] over the centuries. It has increased because he has seen the loss of power on the part of those who ought to be the best servants of God, who became tempted by their pride to lord that power over their fellow creatures, and [those] for whom money also became a temptation to lord it over others. And thus they lost their momentum of the First Ray that they had when they descended, imitating the way of the fallen angels and their elitist clubs.
Beloved ones, when the misuse of power is consumed as a record and a karma, when the desire for power ceases to be within the temple and heart and soul, then you will discover how God will increase daily the power to act, the power to win, the power to set life free.
Do you realize that those disciples who condemn and even criticize fellow disciples are misusing power? And do you realize that they have the ability to criticize only because they have some power left? You will see those individuals who have engaged in criticism all of their lives and [in] many embodiments waning in their strength, so [much so] that they must spend their full time in the care of their bodies. And they no longer have the strength of mind to send forth the piercing darts and arrows of condemnation, [for all of their life-force is used up in the maintenance of their four lower bodies].
I consider this to be one of the most heinous crimes lingering in the hearts of those who would like to be our students. I must inform you that until you cease this [criticism, condemnation and judgment] you are not accepted as students of the Great White Brotherhood. No matter what you may think you know intellectually or how many books you have read, if you look with jaded eye upon your fellow servants and with that inner condemnation or sense of pride or importance in yourself, you are cut off from the Ascended Masters' retreats.
Beloved ones, I proclaim it! For the warning has gone forth for many, many years; and there are those who cease not, cease not, I tell you, with all of their understanding to direct this burden upon others.
Thus the Great Law is acting today. And you may come to the realization of just how powerful and intense that Law descending is in my aura in this hour and how it is felt as a cosmic heat in the body of the Messenger, a heat that far exceeds the physical heat of this day. Understand that the literal burning and the consuming is [by] the electrode of God. And the laws are planted in the earth and they are binding upon every single individual on the planet as of this moment.
You see, the stepping up of the Law is required that individuals might be judged. You might say that the Law, as [it is] in the physical octave, is becoming more strict and having less indulgences, less allowances for the repetition of the old ways. The Lord God Almighty is tightening the screws of the Law, as it were. And therefore those who are outside of the fulfillment of [its] requirements may also choose to increase their level of alignment with the Law or [else] find themselves in that place that is highly precarious outside of the Circle of the One - [the circle of the] Law of Love.
I now send forth the ray that will purge and consume the cause and core of your proclivity to criticize. If you surrender the entire momentum of condemnation now, the Law goes forth from Alpha and Omega to purge you of the record and to leave there only that much [of the karmic record and the proclivity] that can become the testing of your soul to see if you yourself will challenge it the next time it rears its ugly head in your consciousness. The Law will take what it can and you will do the rest. For this too is the requirement of your Christ Self, else you will not gain the victory over this beast. And the victory you must gain is at hand.
Beloved ones, I now speak to you concerning another area of misqualified energy in your auras that must also be dealt with. Though you may have heard these teachings before, beloved ones, I am speaking them under this new dispensation of the sacred fire. Understand that those subjects that we have called to your attention before become highly pertinent in this hour because of the New Light that has descended that must challenge the old ways and quicken souls to a new experience and a higher domain.
We speak, then, of that second most pernicious affliction of the human consciousness, which is anxiety, fear, doubt, hesitation, [and] the absence of will or determination or conviction or drive [to do what is needed, to rise to the occasion, to respond to crisis. This essential will to be and to do] is set back by the very anxiety, the fear, and the doubt that begets confusion. Those of you who understand the Cosmic Clock of the Sun realize I am speaking of [karmic and psychological] conditions that gather and form islands of darkness on the two and the six o'clock lines of your electronic belt,57 thereby perverting the water of Life and the flow of that living water.58
Beloved ones, these foes of your domain must be conquered. It has been said before but I say it with finality, we will use those who determine to do so and we cannot longer use those who do not.
Thus I am sending the specific ray of the Sun. And these rays are being transmitted through the specific focuses, ten in number, that are worn on the fingers of the Messenger. These focuses of light relate to the path of the test of the ten, to your chakras, to your innermost being. And these precious stones, holding the extraordinary light we have placed in them, now become the means through the physical body and the chakras of the Messenger to transmit a current of greater intensity to greater numbers than that which could actually pass through anyone's physical body, including the Messenger's.
Thus I give to you the explanation for the breastplate of the high priest. In this case the high priestess of your order does not wear a breastplate, but in the lineage of the Mother and of Omega and of Vesta does wear these focuses upon the healing hands.
Let those who have criticized this practice of the Messenger realize that this is a blessing to all life on earth. For this transmission of our rays carries on twenty-four hours a day, as she is commissioned by us never to remove these stones [except to clean them]. Thus it is an assist to her in helping to hold the balance of the planetary body beyond the measure [and capacity], as I have said, of anyone's four lower bodies to transmit light. This is a unique dispensation also given by Helios and Vesta; for we have desired to do everything possible according to the ancient laws of alchemy and the laws of God that would be allowable and "legal," as it were, [according to Cosmic Law] for the saving of the planet.
Thus I now use the particular ray that goes after the dissolution of fear and doubt. And I tell you when this Messenger began on the Path in this life, she received such a grace from El Morya in the removing of certain records. And thus it was a propelling toward the mission.
You are, as it were, beginners on the Path also. And I speak in the vein of initiation and [the] transmission of Light [from the Guru to the chela]. And thus we come to you to remove those records over which you have not exerted the greatest mastery but toward which you yourself have expressed an awareness and [an] aversion, seeking to know how to overcome [them].
If you will call to me in your heart now, I will intensify that ray until you can receive all that you can take and all that the Great Law will allow to remove this sense of confusion and [this] actual confusion that also causes you to be accident-prone [and] not to be able to finish your tasks on schedule or to precipitate from the spiritual realm to the physical octave [the need of the hour]. All of this is caused by anxiety, fear, doubt, and self-pity.
Beloved ones, recognize, then, what a block we are speaking of and what islands of substance we refer to. These are not mere words. I speak out of the fire of the Logos. I speak out of the Central Sun! I am responsible for lifewaves of this system of worlds, not only in the physical octave but in all octaves. And my responsibilities exceed this solar system.
And I can assure you that God has given me the power this day to purge you, as the purging of the sons of Levi was prophesied,59 that you might rise to perform the duties of priest and priestess at the altar of God, as shepherd embodying the Teachings before the people, and as ministering servant, a garb you wear as a garment of humility. It is the first garment you put on as brothers of Saint Francis and sisters of Clare,60 that the ministering servant be the humble one and be comfortable with the undergarment of humility61 and be able to rise increment by increment in the reception of power without even so much as a subtle change in gaze or mean. For that power is now only used by you for the perpetual praise of God.
Now the heat and the fire in the hands of the Messenger increases and to a great intensity. And it is reaching you who request it, who desire it, who have expressed this longing in your prayers, and to all on earth who merit the same dispensation.
My legions are now positioned in those areas of the world where the sinister force is concentrating through the godless of East and West, whether of capitalist or Communist systems or Right or Left, to move against the people, to destroy their communities, their industries, their livelihood, their abundant life, their ability to worship the one God, and their very nationhood and reason for being.
We are placing now mighty pillars of fire in those areas that have been targeted by an international conspiracy of fallen ones who are attempting to reorder life on earth. [These fallen ones] are at inner levels, they are beyond this planet, and they are [also] in embodiment, having one consideration in mind and heart no matter what they say or what they appear [to be doing], and that is the enslavement of humanity en masse and totally.
Knowing that these forces of enslavement are on the move, we have now placed electrodes for the setting back of their malintent (this in addition to the judgment of "the pulling of the plug [on the seed of the Wicked One"]), for the thwarting of that remaining energy as when you shut off a fan and the blades continue [to turn]. Beloved ones, it may appear for a time that they are continuing, but I tell you they wane and they are already waning from previous dispensations [that have been handed down from the Twenty-Four Elders for the curtailment of their power].
Thus you may call for the intensification of these electrodes by your own Mighty I AM Presence and the continuing action of the Sun through them. Though these electrodes are enfired and sustained for a thousand years to be the perpetual force of Alpha and Omega in the earth, you may intensify, you may multiply [their action]; and you may also know that [these electrodes are] another way [whereby] God sends forth Energy and Light, [which his sons and daughters on earth may increase by the science of the spoken Word].
All angels of Light and Lightbearers have the Light, then, to continue the release of my God Presence, of my office and heart and that of Vesta, continuing not only through these twenty-four hours but [through] these twenty-four months that shall ensue. From time to time you will hear dictations that are the continuation [and follow-up of today's release of Light announcing further] activities of the sacred fire that can be accomplished by Elohim and Archangels because you have fulfilled a certain requirement of the Law of that which has been given this day.
O Earth, be sealed through the power of Virgo and Pelleur! Earth, be sealed. Earth, be stilled.
O waters, be cleansed and held in balance! Waters, be held in balance through Neptune and Luara. All elemental life, receive peace, protection.
Let the air be sealed through Aries and Thor. Be still. By the Holy Spirit be charged!
Light of the Sun, charge the fire of the atom! Let it not be violated or misused unto destructivity. Be sealed, O fire, and legions of fire through Oromasis and Diana!
Now, beloved ones, I must withdraw my presence in this intensity. For the earth body and your bodies and the bodies of Lightbearers have received the sufficiency; and the purpose of the dispensations has been established. I will, however, continue to teach you through the means of thought transfer and the transfer of the dictations through the Mind of Christ rather than through the physical presence of my forcefield.
Heed then the Word, and know that because I anoint the Messenger in this moment you also may be anointed through her. And if I anoint her not, she may not anoint and heal you. Thus she shall receive it. [Messenger kneels.]
My two attending angels, as bodhisattvas, have anointed the head of the Messenger with oil. So it is done in the sign of the Sun. So it shall be seen in the outplaying of events. So all life shall know that I have come.
And indeed all life shall know that you have been blessed solely by your works. Let your works tell them, and let your words be consistent with your works even as your works must be consistent with the living Word. When you have established both in balance you will know the interior life of the T'ai Chi with you, of the Alpha, the Omega, the One. The Word and the Work, these two are the key to the one Victory!
I AM Helios of the Sun! I summon my sons and daughters to my heart and to the Temple of the Sun this night! For you shall be received in your finer bodies in the etheric temple surrounding the sun of this system of worlds and you shall hear the conclusion of my message and the details concerning all things [that are coming] upon earth. And you shall know in your Christ consciousness, in your soul, and in your etheric body what is that work that you must do! And you shall do it! For you shall know that I AM God and that you are empowered by that same Mighty I AM Presence that I have become.
Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God is one LORD!62
And that I AM THAT I AM is the oneness of cosmic purpose.
As Above, so below, it is done!
Now, beloved ones, as there is a gentle withdrawal of intensity, I ask you to sing to the Ancient of Days, "Arise Shine, for Thy Light Is Come!"63 And during this singing there shall be the reinforcement and sealing of the Light in the heart of the atoms and cells and chakras of your being, and there shall also be the release of the intensity that could become as a burden.
And thus the earth shall somewhat be returned [to her "normal" state], having sustained within it and within yourselves the statements and actions of the Law I have proclaimed. We Support the Chelas as They Fulfill the Will of Helios
Friends of the Great White Brotherhood, friends of the culture of the Motherland, I cannot keep silent but must add my praise and support, as spokesman [in] this hour for the Great White Brotherhood, in the affirmation and acceptance of the very presence and challenge, the mandates and the divine direction of beloved Helios!
And therefore we gather, as we have also met in council this day in Darjeeling. And we, the Ascended Masters, pledge to you and to Helios and Vesta, and to these representatives of the Father-Mother God as they are sent by Alpha and Omega to intensify, to enhance, and to release the full momentum of our Light for the implementation of the will of God through beloved Helios and Vesta and the student body on earth.
Therefore, beloved ones, from my own causal body of Light I intensify your action for the freeing of the nations. And the flame of freedom from my own son, Saint Germain, is intensified and augmented not alone by my heart but by all Ascended Masters and beings of light and hosts of the Lord serving these systems of worlds.
For we have listened with great attentiveness both to the word of Helios and to the response of your hearts, and we see the power of the oneness and the determination of that union. And therefore we tell you that here below we support every single act of your own which is intended to fulfill the will of Helios. And we send our legions and appoint them and establish, now, barriers of freedom around the nations.
And we particularly desire [to see you] disseminate the information [on] the fallen ones [as they operate] through the various organs of that which has been called "The Order"64 [in] their plot to create the one-world government. We are determined that you shall understand that plot fully and thoroughly and that you shall oppose it with all of your might and your decrees and also by illumination and education and the spreading abroad of the Teaching. For the establishment of a one-world economy [under the Nephilim power-elite] and a one-world government is the greatest threat to freedom on the planetary body as pertains to the geopolitical configurations in this hour.
Beloved ones, therefore we appeal to you to see that the advancing [military buildup] of the Soviet Union ([side by side with] the pacifism and indecision on the part of the United States and many other factors on earth) makes necessary the intensification of the light and the power of Freedom. And you will note that I use that word intensification many times over, for you have a power in your heart that is the power of Love.
To increase the seed of Light that Helios has placed there today, you have received an increment of fire. And that increment of fire does flow from the power of the Ruby Ray in the focus that has been used to transmit it. And thus, the Ruby Ray can be for the acceleration, the deepening, and the purification of all of the light flowing through your chakras.
Understand the meaning and the Path of the Ruby Ray. For it is truly the open door by love to the action of the Holy Spirit, to the power of heaven and the power of earth as resident there through the Mother of the World.
Realize, then, that as we have been determined, yet our God-determination is enlivened by a hope and a faith and a tremendous charity this night as we perceive your hearts. And we realize that with this fervor and response to Almighty God there can indeed be in this year a multiplication of the chelas of the sacred fire in all of the nations, and there can be a turning back and a turning around [of the present downward course of civilization]. And this is our present calculation as we calculate by the stars and by the chelas and by the weight of karma in the earth and so many factors that come into play.
Beloved ones, there is a present reality for an uplift on the planet. There is the reality for the movement and the consuming of Darkness. We see it, for we have beheld the Light of the Sun, Helios, and the Light of the sons and daughters of God.
Therefore with one acclaim the Ascended Masters of the Darjeeling Council, the Indian Council, the Councils of the Royal Teton and of Lake Titicaca join me now in a grand bravo for Helios, bravo for the chelas of El Morya and Saint Germain! We are standing with you, near as never before! For this devotion of this body worldwide is also at its peak as never before. And that devotion, then, becomes the magnet in the earth.
And I tell you, all miracles are possible! And I adjure you to make use of the hours and moments here. For truly this land is electric, electrified by that Great Central Sun Magnet and other manifestations beneath the surface of the earth, which are not as yet known to you.
Beloved ones of the Sun, it is no accident that the mount was named Electric Peak65 or that the river was named Yellowstone. Therefore go to and find the condensed light of God in the earth! And understand that through Old Faithful and the Grand Tetons you have foci of light so ancient that you can indeed convey to a planetary body the momentum of freedom.
Let your decrees and mantras charge the earth with violet flame, charge the earth with purity and the Ruby Ray, charge the earth with the power of the legions of the cosmic cross of white fire and the Ruby Ray! For the legions of Victory are at hand and they march! And you now attend the coming of Mighty Victory to this conference.
