Students of the Light of Kuan Yin, I address you from the Darjeeling Council chambers where our members are meeting this day concerning world events. The call and the response of Kuan Yin, the beloved, to come to Summit University to teach this quarter was given in answer to world need as a supreme act of devotion by the Goddess of Mercy.1
We have seen the shadow of coming events in various parts of the world, as you have also seen this shadow. In the case of the visit to the United States of the head of Red China and his presence here in this hour,2 in the attempt by this government to keep China as friend and therefore to encourage and sign pacts of trade, we see the same danger in the building of Red China as was the case early in this century in the building of the Soviet Union - the same psychology, the same political view, and that is: rather than remain enemies, it is better to remain friends; rather than to have extremism and a harsh regime, to encourage moderation.
Although the facts are known, there seems to be a certain political naivete, regarding the base elements and tenets of World Communism. Thus, I, your Guru, El Morya, on behalf of the Darjeeling Council and Kuan Yin, who represents the Karmic Board at this quarter, do address you concerning the worldwide problem of Communism and the inability of Western nations, powers, and groups to effectively combat this force and this cancer.
I tell you, therefore, that the fundamental reason Kuan Yin is with you in this hour is to direct a spearhead of angels, legions of light, and saints in the etheric octave who have been slain for the blood of the Lamb in the name of World Communism. This spearheading is a frontal and all-out attack by the science of the spoken Word and the sign of the solar ring on the malignant force in the earth that does threaten to swallow up the very flame and flower of freedom.
We therefore dedicate this quarter of Summit University [and all future quarters until the complete Victory is won] to an intense pursuit of a prayer vigil for and on behalf of the Communist nations, for and on behalf of the people of light within those nations, to the end of the breaking of the yoke of Communism, totalitarian governments and economies, and the liberation of all peoples. We desire the research to take place among yourselves concerning the facts and figures, nation by nation, beginning with Red China and the Soviet Union.
Beloved hearts, this vigil does begin this day and hour for the protection of the government and the representatives of the United States against the inroads of the strategies of darkness of these fallen ones who come with their begging bowls for light and who ought - instead of receiving the combined technology and wealth of the West earned at inner levels by chelaship - to receive the call of the judgment as you have given it and not be filled with the light which they have already stolen by the very blood of the lightbearers and which is not theirs by self-mastery or commitment to the Word.
These vicious forces have continued in an unmitigated manner to move against the Light and the `Light-bearers'. There is no change in the deadly intent. There is no change in the determination to destroy everything worldwide that impedes the onward movement of World Communism.
Therefore, this quarter itself will become a perpetual prayer vigil for the binding of these forces, and you shall become experts in wielding the flame of freedom and forgiveness. And if you will, by my chelaship you may enter the heart of Kuan Yin and find yourself forevermore a part of her flame, her presence, and her mantle - as another flower of mercy added to the immensity of her heart chakra in the name of the Buddha.
Thus, we draw you in by assimilation, and we call you to take up the burden of the Guru. For this is always the assignment of the chela. When you arrive at the gate of the Guru's house to apprentice yourself to the Master, you will take up the burden of his labor, his farm, his household, his duties, his life-style.
Thus, in taking up the burden of Kuan Yin, you see that the forces of World Communism in China are pitted directly against the heart of Mercy, the Mother of Mercy, and the very hearts of the lightbearers of mainland China and Taiwan. It is Kuan Yin who is crucified daily by every deed of murder and desecration and rape of the Woman and her seed perpetrated by the fallen ones in the worldwide Communist movement. These desecrations, beloved hearts, go on and are not stopped, whether in Afghanistan or in Honduras, because the powers-that-be in the West are at a loss to understand their own political equation or that of World Communism and how to become the very stalwart defense against this encroachment.
Our hearts are burdened, yet we have already seen the handwriting on the wall and knew very well what was to be expected in the shooting of the American pilot in Honduras by the Sandinistas of Nicaragua.3 Realize, beloved hearts, that this act of brutality and murder, which is not within the honor of war itself but a brutality beyond - of Antichrist against the living Christ - is equal to that of the downing of the Korean plane,4 the rationale being the same and the excuse the same: perhaps the plane wandered over their borders for a moment. They knew very well this plane was not carrying out any act of aggression against Nicaragua. Beloved hearts of living fire, this news is reported as routine, and I tell you it is not routine. It is an act of declaration of war by Nicaragua against the United States of America, and to fail to declare war on Nicaragua shows the erosion of the honor flame in this government!
You may act and react to my remarks in a surprised manner, but understand that in all history the assassination of official representatives of one's government or military has been the cause of war. Thus, beloved hearts, there is fear, there is anxiety. There is always the looking for compromise, appeasement, or to accept the excuses of the perpetrators of these vile acts - anything to avoid the confrontation.
The strategies of war are not understood, and therefore you will study Sun Tzu and The Art of War. You will come to understand that every sign of weakness is turning over to the enemy additional ground. This deed ought not to go unpunished, and you may take a lesson from the Israelis in the control of laggard evolutions bent on moving against the Light.
The spine and the stalk of the lotus must be raised! Thus, we chant the mantra OM MANI PADME HUM! It is the raising up of the sacred fire of the spine and the heart that would give this nation the courage - the coming of age of the heart - to meet the enemy.
And therefore, ladies and gentlemen and sons and daughters of Light, Keepers of the Flame, I appeal to you. If this will not be done by the leaders and the combined forces of the West, then we must look once again to Keepers of the Flame worldwide. And you must understand that the only way left to us to defeat World Communism is from the Within, by the power of the Kuan Yin secret rays from the heart of Cosmos and the Buddha, by the power of Light and the dynamic decree - the relentless moving against these forces day by day from the earliest decrees in the morning - to remove the cause and core of these forces and networks of Communism imitating the antahkarana5 of Life with a web of darkness to capture, hypnotize, manipulate souls and minds and bodies. All are considered fodder for the revolution. There is nothing sacred, and their smiles are deceptive and self-serving.
Beloved hearts, it is treacherous indeed, for I tell you, the capacity to misuse power and to engage in acts of cruelty by Red China is far greater than that of the Soviet Union by the very race, by the very ancestry of these individuals. And if they had the same power and development of technology, wealth, and organization as the Soviet Union today, I tell you, they would not hesitate to move and take on the entire world. Thus, you understand somewhat the forces of prophecy and realize that an amalgamation of Red China and the Arab nations against Europe is not out of the question and can be seen as a serious consideration by the powers of darkness.
There is yet time to strip and denude all of these of their fangs, of their momentum, of their misused power of the past. And do not forget it has been spoken: 1984 is the year of the judgment of Peshu Alga and his seed and consort.6
Understand that the turning of the tide is something not calculated by the outer computers of the minds of the fallen ones. Yet, in their councils the archdeceivers know well that the time is short. And at inner levels the false hierarchy is not unprepared and not without knowledge of the descending Light and the oncoming golden age - and they are totally aware of the instrumentation of the messenger and the chelas in turning the tide to world victory. Therefore, beloved hearts, you must guard yourselves and guard the representatives of this nation.
We come swiftly, as the morning rays of the sun are suddenly upon the face and in the eye. The suddenness of the descent of Light and the swiftness of the actions of the fallen ones must be understood.
Archangel Gabriel carries the most pure and determined desire, with cosmic forces, to expose and bind terrorists and especially the groupings of Communists, of client states, Arab states, and of dispossessed and disenfranchised individuals who have become so by their own prior acts of infamy resulting in their karma of nonlight and of the dispossession of their very lands and their very ancestry.
Understand, dear ones, that in the midst of the triumph of the Inner Retreat and the ongoing caravan of light that will arrive at the East Gate in the hour and the appointed time, there are calls that must be made if there is to be retained a safe place upon the face of this earth.
Children of the Sun, I greet you in the name of the I AM THAT I AM. I greet you as brothers and sisters, prepared to welcome you on the path of attainment to new levels and circles of association with the Darjeeling Council. My friendship is given, yet it must be returned by an equal and just approach to the path of chelaship. Suffice it to say that I would not have been called by the Karmic Board to this quarter had it not been necessary to your very own personal development and the forward movement of this activity of light.
Though some may think they know the path of Morya, I tell you, even in my dictations and service we have only scratched the surface. Therefore, do not presume that you know the path of the will of God until you have assimilated the body and the blood of that living Will incarnate in all sons of heaven who have achieved to the attainment of the first ray of the dawn.
We guide you with precision, for precision is the requirement of the hour - and timing. Thus, occupy till I come, for this space is now reserved for the speaking to you of the beloved Kuan Yin.

Raise up the Divine Mother of Kuan Yin, Gautama Buddha, Avalokite vara - the Christ of Lanto and Lord Confucius, the Christ of Jesus and Kuthumi, beloved El Morya, and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood! And let the Christ of their own hearts descend - The LORD Our Righteousness! Seal all Friends of Freedom on earth in that mighty Christ flame!
I call to beloved Mighty Hercules to protect all freedom-fighters and lightbearers in mainland China and Taiwan. Raise them up now! Seal them by the power of the sacred fire! Bind the Antichrist and all opposition to them now!
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, we call to you, Friends of Freedom from out the Central Sun and the octaves of Light! Descend into embodiment with your people in mainland China and Taiwan! Descend now, Cosmic Christs and lightbearers, and defend the Way of Peace.
