Fear not! For I AM the will of God. I AM the shaft of blue flame. I AM the ensouling of the passageway of your souls and of angels and of devas ascending and descending, as upon Jacob's ladder,1 for the fulfillment of the Word of God as his living will.
I AM here and I AM in the octaves of light. Therefore, I AM the sustaining of your own chelaship, of the sacred fire of your heart, of the extension of my will through our messengers and most blessed servants who contribute to the ongoing movement worldwide which Pallas Athena has called the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.2
You have heard it said that heaven expects a return. In the name of the Lady Kuan Yin, the ascended lady master whom we adore as the living flame of Mercy, I open this convocation of light dedicated unto the Lord God Almighty as Elohim. I AM the opening of the door of the living Christ which no man can shut.3
I come to you as emissary of God's will. I come to you as Guru, as teacher of old, as friend and father. I come as you contemplate together your safe conduct into the new year and the years which follow, as parallel spirals of victory and defeatism are noted in the world abroad.
That these should touch upon the edges of our conference and our Camelot is to be understood. For here is the sacred fire that consumes death and the death consciousness that is abroad in the land as never before in recent ages. There is great darkness at the end of this cycle, preparing for a new birth. And where there is the vortex of the living Word within each and every one of you, there you may know that that self-luminous, intelligent energy - which is the will of God that has been imprisoned by black magicians and betrayers of the Word - itself seeks to make contact with the Mother's heart.
Thus at the center of the vortex, the living Word is the great heart of Sanat Kumara's transmutation. All who gather in the magnificent spiral of the Guru/chela relationship around this central fiery nucleus of the vortex, the fire infolding itself,4 are positioned and moving to the center of the Mother's heart. All bring, then, their own traces of planetary momentums to which they are tied for transmutation - that all might be fulfilled, that the supper of the great God5 might be attended, that the flying Eagle6 might receive the sons of God in the very air7 of the LORD's own rarefied consciousness!
O messengers of the will of God, come forth from out of the Pleiades, from out of the very heart of Surya and Cuzco! Messengers of the living Word, I beseech you in the name of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood: Come to earth, messengers of the living Word of the will of God, and establish now the mighty grids of light for the protection of the light-bearers everywhere! I make this call that reinforcements might be established!
O how I have welcomed the coming of Elohim for the great need of the community of light-bearers worldwide to have their protection and their acceleration and, as they have said, the turning of worlds!8 This, then, my opening to you as I address you in light, is the preparation of your bodies that they might fulfill the Word within you.
Understand that, not just in this hour but in many hours to come, the light-bearers of earth, though increasing in numbers, will bear an extraordinary burden for world transmutation. For unless there be an extraordinary transmutation, how can the age endure? How can miracles of light come to pass?
And thus, in an age of terrorism, in an age of depraved minds made so by all sorts of chemicals (many that are harmful that are a part of the daily fare even of the light-bearers), there is an opening such as there has not been before from the astral plane. And there is a communication through the astral plane - through the vulnerable astral bodies of many upon earth in this era - of the death of the seed of the wicked, the death of the demons and the discarnates. Blessed ones of the light, understand that there is the occurrence of the judgment. And as there are masses of discarnates on the astral plane filing into the vortex of the Four and Twenty Elders and their ascension flame, so there is a communication even to elemental life that this is a death spiral. And the communication must be identified by each and every one, for it is the death of that which has never lived. It is the removal from existence, out of the forcefield of the Creator himself, of all that which never should have been, which has been the creation of the Nephilim9 coming forth out of their godless consciousness.
Therefore, the vibration is like that of the decaying leaves in fall. There is joyous anticipation of the winter and the reentering into the white fire core of being. The autumn of the year is one of great beauty as all understand the need of the great inbreath, of all energy returning into the fiery core of creation, that the spring might appear. So it is happening on a planetary scale.
Indeed, the Fourth Horseman10 stalks the earth. And there is war and rumors of war.11 And unless those who incarnate the living flame of peace [messenger forms the abhaya mudra12] raise the right hand for the manifestation of peace and the reversing of war, you can see that there is no stopping the fallen ones and their advancement, for they are marching to their own death march. They have heard the death knell, and therefore they will march until they are no more!
You must understand that they will march across any and every land where the freeborn allow it, where the sons of God do not intervene, where the children of the light do not have the shepherds to contact the living Word. Sometime, somewhere the sword of steel must be drawn and the right hand of the Buddha within you must be raised!
Realize, then, that nations are making decisions. The president of the United States and his cabinet are making decisions - decisions that ought to be made by the people through their representatives in Congress! Yet these decisions are being made and not questioned. As greater and greater power is centered in one individual, there is the greater opportunity for calamity by reason of the wrong choice and the wrong decision.
When you think of it, children of the light, why should one individual in the United States be able to decide the timing of sanctions against the Soviet Union? - so ill-timed by this who is the people's representative in the highest office in the land. The time for sanctions was when there was a point of Life to defend! - of light-bearers in the mines and holding-out in the factories, before they should succumb to fatigue and the need for food and medical care.13
You must realize that there is not the boldness that ought to be. There is not the emboldening of the sons of God because of their tie to Sanat Kumara. They fear. And yet I come with the message: Fear not. For I AM the will of God.
Thus, some speeches and some pronouncements are entirely self-serving by those in office who try to please constituents across the line of Left and Right and middle-of-the-road. The question is: What is the goal of the Administration? Is it the saving of the international economy for the international bankers? Or is it for the establishment of freedom throughout Europe and the world at any price? - any price that comes under the logical dispensation of the Word incarnate, any price that can fulfill the mandates of Life without bowing to the will of death.
There is a logic to victory. And this victory can be won by pursuing the absolute God-control of the economies of the nations and the world. So long as these rest in the hands of the fallen ones, they will make token sanctions, they will make speeches that cause the people to clap their hands and jump up and down when in reality nothing is gained and perhaps more is lost!
You have heard of our lecture "Right Reason, Right Motive, Right Cause."14 Remember then that the reason, the motive, and the cause for each decision determine whether or not it will ultimately be victorious in the highest sense of the word! And the highest sense of the word is in the highest chakras, in the Christ Self, and in the I AM Presence.
Victory must bring the nations all the way Home - from the base chakra of the Mother to fulfillment in the Mighty I AM Presence! There is a descent of light15 and there is an ascent of light.16 And if there is going to be another Finland Station,17 you realize that that is only at the level of the solar plexus.
Realize, precious hearts, that I refer to the reentering into Mother Russia of Lenin himself, protected by the international bankers18 and therefore allowed not merely to destroy individuals bearing the mantle of the house of Romanov19 but the entire representation of the divine right of kings - the representation of the living Christ within the hearts of those who inherit the mantle of God-government in the nations.20
All that has happened upon earth has happened because the sons of God have allowed it, have permitted it, have chosen to ignore the facts and the figures of history and of the deceit practiced under their very noses by the power elite!
There has never been an atrocity, there has never been a war, there has never been a betrayal of the people that was not made known to at least one son of God who had the opportunity to enter into the initiation of the crucifixion on behalf of the entire planetary body by taking his stand and holding the cross and caring not for his life, his fortune, his sacred honor, his family, his future, his gain or his loss! Beloved hearts, in every case of every betrayal (and all of these will one day be known to you), there has always been the opportunity for one son of God, male or female, to come forth and to expose!
I make known to you that our hand has been extended to many. Do you think this messenger is unique? I tell you, beloved hearts, the response to the initiation of the incarnation of the Word is the only uniqueness. The opportunity has been given to many who have gone as far as it was comfortable, safe, easy, prosperous, pleasurable. And then somehow, when the going gets rough, as you say - they have slipped away, disappeared, resigned from their posts in government or the private sector!
Sons and daughters of God in America alone have had the opportunity since the birth of the nation to come forward and take their stand in every national or state or community crisis! They have known the facts, they have known the truth, they have seen the dishonor and the betrayal, they have seen the spy activities! And, in cowardice, they have turned their heads so as not to see any more lest it might disturb their human comfortability.
The opportunity for the Word incarnate comes on every ray of the seven and on the five secret rays in every area of human endeavor. This messenger of God serves for the enlightenment of the race through bringing forth the true theology, the divine gnosis, the teachings of the incarnate Word, that the lost who have lost their light might be reconnected, might be 'plugged in' so that their light should shine like a Christmas tree. There are many other messages in other areas of life wherein the expertise of those so trained and so experienced would be necessary for the exposure, for the stand, and for the victory.
We have positioned our strongest pilasters and they have crumbled in the hour of cosmic necessity! What shall we say, then? We have done our job. We have tarried with earth. We have given to America the greatest opportunity of the centuries. Saint Germain has sponsored those lifestreams to which I refer.
Heaven could weep, and heaven does weep, that on this New Year's Eve, on the anniversary of the ascension of the Messenger Godfre Ray King,21 he is yet maligned, his image is yet vilified. The murderous intent is yet against him, though death has not touched him at all. Is the message of the reincarnated George Washington revered in every hearth and home and city? I tell you, you may realistically point the finger to the accuser of the brethren,22 to the fallen ones who have misused the press, and to those who were within the very camp of our Godfre and Lotus who determined to move against them instead of for them and to criticize and to condemn, determined to break the entire movement.
On earth, the strength of the nation or of our Cause is the strength of each individual follower of God. It is so because free will is sacred.
Sometimes our students have asked the messenger, in the case of a fatal automobile accident or a serious injury, "What was the karma of the individual?" And I have replied that sometimes the only karma is the failure to fasten your seat belt. Somehow chelas on the Path forget the need to divide the Word rightly,23 to pay attention to the sanctity of the living temple!
Therefore, in the tradition of the Lord Christ who rebuked the devil when he bade him cast himself over the precipice,24 I have stood for the extra physical protection of the messenger in this manifestation of the shield of light and of our Brotherhood made physical by the very technology of the Mother and the science of Saint Germain.
I adjure you personally to also increase the security of your home, your person, your finances, your life, and your children - not only physically but astrally, mentally, and on every plane. Only you can act with wisdom to protect and secure the physical property and all that is necessary for the continuation of our work in this age, most notably the very great necessity for us all to have the physical presence of the messenger and the physical presence of the chelas!
We would all do very well in heaven, but the earth cannot do without us. And we respond to the tugging at our hearts of the children, the little ones who suffer in this very hour the abuse sometimes of those closest to them who ought to love them and do not. We all feel the weight on our bodies, on the heart of the messenger and the chela. Gladly we bear this cross in the fullness of our love for Sanat Kumara, simply because some are yet lost and because we are determined that this teaching will not be lost as the tides of an age cover over the earth and then recede!
When they do recede, we will yet find our pebbles on the beach - the invincible chelas who will not be moved but ensoul the Word as the divine Rock. Thus, the tides of life will come and they will go. But the Word of God will live forever25 because it is a chain reaction, heart to heart!
You and I have suffered in dark ages when the fullness of the teaching that is so natural in our life today has not been available anywhere! - when it was necessary by dint of sheer devotion to acquire the attainment of the leaving of the body and going to the inner retreats of the Brotherhood and then, through the divine memory, to bring back the living Word and the initiation. How few, how very few in the West over these two thousand years have ever entered in without this teaching. That it may never, never, never be lost is our living prayer!
We together, my beloved, are the living prayer and the living will of God. We love one another as Christ has loved us, and therefore we are called his disciples.26
I speak as though I were among you physically - as I am. For I have chosen to share this temple with the messenger, as she has shared with me my own in previous lifetimes. When I was crucified, she was there. Therefore, I am here. And I am with every one of you who choose to make yourself chelas of the will of God. Yes, read my "little book." For some of you said the prayers at inner levels which made possible a greater release.27 And so I am grateful.
I await with eagerness the Word of Elohim. I desire that you should have an expanded awareness of Elohim. Do not think of them merely as gigantic 'gods' in human form; but think of them as the Light essence, the extension of the Lord God Almighty. When Elohim speak, it is the LORD GOD speaking through a sphere of light, a grid, or a forcefield. It is the passing of the purest light through the momentum of the Word in a certain aspect of the seven rays.
You have been given names for Elohim, that you might understand that God is always personified. But do not try to imagine the personification of Elohim, for I fear you will limit God. But rather, meditate upon God as the Cosmic Spirit - as the universal, all-pervading Life in which you are immersed.
Truly you are a child of the heart of Elohim!28 And the creation of celestial and terrestrial bodies29 which you wear in the beginning was by Elohim. When Elohim speak, it is your Father and your Mother,30 the creators of worlds,31 the ensoulers of Life,32 truly the manifestation of God.33
You have heard of God that is formless, without quality or characteristic. Elohim, then, is the first manifestation of God with form, with virtue, with quality - the very first presence and prescience of God made manifest. And they are the manifestations of the creators of worlds in the seven planes of being.
Seven spheres and seven planes reverberate with the seven thunders34 of God. Understand that this is one line or level of one plane or sphere. The vast extensions of Elohim - above and below, spherically speaking, to the experience which you hold - is that of one Elohim of God, male and female as manifestation. Thus, many worlds are ensouled by the voices who will speak, by the Spirits35 who will utter their Word.
I desire to lead you in a meditation upon Elohim as Excelsior sing "Let Their Voice Be Heard!" Meditate now upon your heart.

I AM El Morya! I stand Chief of the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood. I add to our proclamation through the messenger and of the Lord Jesus Christ.36
Let the people of earth who have borne the burden upon their backs and the economic yoke of the policies of the Nephilim, through the international banking-houses, no longer bear this burden! Let them rather bear the burden of complete sanctions against the Soviet Union and the cutting-off of all supplies, technology, and credit to those who are aligned with World Communism. This will be a burden indeed - but it will be a burden of light and of freedom gladly borne by the chelas of Saint Germain!
Let those who are the freedom-fighters in every nation
hear my voice of comfort, of relief, and of deliverance!
Let there be the starving of the armies of the fallen ones
and their malintent in every nation!
Let there come the liberation of the valiant souls
of Afghanistan, of Poland, and every other nation
where the attack is at every conceivable level!
Let the people who remain free be willing to wear
the sackcloth,37 be willing to sacrifice!
And therefore, let the crumbling of the Soviet empire
Precious hearts of light, my fiat is out of the heart of the will of God. Its implementation - judicious, righteous, and at times with forbearance - must come through the Christ flame of every son of God. Let us begin with the obvious necessity and move toward it.
After all, how long will these United States of America and the nations where the I AM Race dwell be in economic servitude to the planetary dragon38 and the beast39 so that they will not be able to call the shot when the shot must be called? If the people of the nations fear economic loss, then they have followed the wrong policy of becoming economically dependent, in their commerce, upon the nations of the fallen ones and the Nephilim gods.
There is no alliance at any level that God does not ordain the breaking of when that alliance is with the seed of the wicked.40
Precious hearts on fire, all of your being - heart, soul, and mind, domestic, private, national, international - must immediately be disentangled from the world chains of slavery, forged not only militarily but especially economically by the seed of the wicked. It is fear of physical/financial loss that causes the Western nations to refrain from joining what meager measures have been taken.41 It is fear of war, fear of death, fear of the enemy.42
Blessed hearts, the enemy has no power except that which is given to it by the sons of God and the children of light. I trust this message is clear, that you will think upon it and you will think how you can withdraw from the world fires of World Communism those logs given to you out of the precious Yule log of the Sanat Kumara.43 It is your fuel and the light of the Mother that sustains a synthetic civilization!
Let the leaders of the Coming Revolution withdraw into their own community of light, that the progress of the judgment might accelerate. I lead you to the heart of the Great Divine Director. But I cannot force you to make the fusion - by the science of the spoken Word and the meditation of the heart, by right action and right deliberation - that will result in the divine plan fulfilled.
All the ascended masters have ever done is to point the way! If there have been victories - and victories there have been indeed - it is because you have followed and accepted the call. And once you have taken that all-important first step, you have felt the winds of the Holy Spirit in your back and the mantle upon you.
Let us meditate deeply this New Year's Eve. For the victory of our God is nigh, even at the very door!
In the name of Jesus Christ, by the authority of the Word within him, I AM the open door which no man can shut!
Let all sing to me, as music in my ear, the song of Elohim "Let Their Voice Be Heard!"

In the name of the I AM THAT I AM, I call forth the crystal chalice of hearts, hearts united in the oneness of the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood! In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit; in the name of the Mother,beloved Mother Mary, beloved Jesus Christ, beloved Saint Joseph, I call forth the sacred fire from the altar of Alpha and Omega.
Lord God Almighty, in the name of the I AM THAT I AM, let the dove of thy Spirit descend and let the messenger of thy Spirit enter each heart with the Word of Truth for this hour of Mighty Victory's overcoming vigil.
I call unto the vigilant angels in the hour of the watch of the Cosmic Christ. Angels of Lord Maitreya, come forth now in defense of the Woman and her seed! Lord Sanat Kumara, Great Guru of the midnight hour, guide the nations of the earth, guide the sons of God and the children of the light into the crystal chalice of thy heart.
Living flame of our oneness, threefold flame of Life, expand in the name of the seven archangels! Enshrine here and now the life-force of our own Mother flame as a tribute to the sons of heaven, the Lords of Karma, the manus, and the Elohim of God.
We salute thee, Lord Gautama Buddha. We salute the legions of light gathered for the reinforcement of the flame of the I AM Race in the heart of the Royal Teton Retreat.
O light-bearers from out the Great Central Sun, come forth now in this hour of the Kali Yuga! Keep the flame of Life for earth's evolutions. And let thy victory appear, O God! In the name of the Blessed Virgin, Amen.
