Chapter 43
Beloved Queen of Light - October 24, 1982

     Into the very midst of this congregation, I pour my love. Into the very heart of this company of devotees, I pour light - light which I am certain you can always use. I would prefer that you use it for the lightening of the load of thy brother, for the enlightening of family and friends, the community, and the nations that are our lot upon earth.

     We come, ascended master hosts of light. We come with our message, and we come with our God-determination in light to assist you in furthering the cause of children and youth everywhere. These tender vines lean upon the mature judgment of wisdom. Yet when none are present to hold the torch of wisdom, they then resort to their own devices or, without discrimination, fall far, far short of the mark of their own appointing and their own inner vow.

     We, therefore, applaud the decision which strikes a blow this day from the Supreme Court of this land against child pornography and gives to the states that power, where it belongs, to enact those laws for the restriction of the abuse of the child, the temple, and the consciousness in pornography.¹

     It has been the descent of our light in many God-fearing people, and even those who fear him not, that has brought about this decision. For the decadence in this nation has reached new lows of human indecency. And therefore, now even the humanists rally for some standard of human decency.

     Though we know it is a tribute and a victory for the Manchild, it is also the victory in a more common sense at the human denominator of human rights. Human rights must be defended before divine rights can be comprehended; for when human rights are not upheld, then we have nothing more than the law of the jungle as people descend to the animal level, not aware even of any personal dignity whatsoever.

     However, it must be borne in mind for those who are the Keepers of the Flame that every human right must be based upon the divine spark within. For without that spark, how can there be any point of consciousness that has self-awareness that needs defending? Thus, it has been said - and it is true - that Western civilization, with its roots in the prophets and in the living Christ, must be the foundation of law and of self-understanding, of a code of ethics, of education, and even of purpose in the governments and the nations themselves.

     I have been called the Queen of Light - this title being simply another level of initiation which may come to you and your own twin flame. For the signifying title "King" and "Queen" are those who have the right to rule because they contain within their hearts and souls a certain God-mastery of the threefold flame and therefore hold the key to the opening of that flame in those who are the ruled.

     Thus, the light that I bear is a light that I have borne in past civilizations as I have sat upon the throne, as I have delivered light, and as lifewaves have risen higher in their comprehension of soul worth. For King, as the igniter of threefold flame, is complemented by Queen, who is the Mother/Teacher in the land, teaching the souls to rise and reach for that divine standard of the Father.

     Role-playing is important, and divine offices and mantles of the Brotherhood afford us the opportunity to outplay an office, as we see outlined in the very robe itself the authority of the office, which is often given in the scepter and in the crown - which is also signifying another level of initiation and attainment.

     As you have been the mantle-bearers and intend to be the mantle-bearers of the gift of prophecy, you may understand the function of prophet in a society as the watchman of the LORD to ignite hearts and quicken them to a sensitivity - socially, politi-cally, educationally, morally, and finally spiritually. The prophet is the one who alerts a people to the absence of application of spiritual law to the human condition and therefore points out injustice and the way to God-justice. You cannot omit, therefore, becoming schooled and having a ready access and facility with knowledge of events and the course of events in your immediate vicinity.

     Without the sense of the movement of history - where it has come from and where it is going - you may not always be alert to those signs that come upon a civilization just before its fall, even as the sign of the breaking of the stock market and the crash of 1929 were certainly present.² But those who were very close to them did not see the signs. And many themselves were broken by this break in the economy, in the investment system of the nation, in the banking-houses, and ultimately affecting the very worth of the medium of exchange itself.

     You can see how there has been a change in the nation since the departure from the gold standard.³ You can see the change in the nation when the power to determine the course of finance is taken away from the people of the descent of the I AM and put into the hands of those who have made themselves the "Watchers" of this evolution. But they are not Watchers in the divine sense. They do not come in the tradition of Cyclopea or the Great Silent Watchers, but they are the point of Antichrist of the entire hierarchy of God and of the All-Seeing Eye.⁴

     Having been initiated by Cyclopea,⁵ you ought to recognize that through whomever the initiation may come, the attainment and the lineage of that ascended being is upon you as opportunity. Study, then, and understand the evolutions of the fifth ray. The fifth ray contains the science of religion and the religion of science - a Spirit/Matter exchange for the dominion of the two pillars of Alpha and Omega.

     Understand that the Cosmic Christs come for the cause of truth. As Jesus proclaimed himself, the very cause for his birth and for his entering into this octave is to "bear witness unto the truth."⁶ Thus, you understand the office of the two messengers, bringing forth truth, also coming under the emerald ray.

     You realize, then, that the selection of this member of the Karmic Board, in distinction to the other six, is come about because there is needed the practical and fiery application of the fifth ray in our student body, in our forerunners. The Apostle Paul himself worked on this ray. And all things that come out of Spirit into Matter must pass through that nexus of the emerald green in order to be precipitated, in order to be in the concrete, physical octave.

     You can therefore conclude from the events of yesterday that there is opened a fiery purpose and a doorway of light to you whereby you have access to all beings who serve under Cyclopea. Cyclopea, therefore, being Elohim, has serving with him archangels and chohans, Cosmic Christs, and is the direct representative of the emanation of the fifth-ray light from the heart of Alpha and Omega.

     You can go no higher than an Elohim, beloved hearts! And therefore, you understand that as he has made you his chelas, all who are his chelas in all octaves must likewise regard you as co-hearts, cohorts, and confreres on the path of life. In understanding this, you see, you have some authority that may not be turned back by anyone who is under his tutelage who may be above you in hierarchy. As long as your calls are lawful and in keeping with the will of God and out of purity of heart and love - a heart's love that is filled with the desire to serve the needs of lesser life - you will have the full, immediate cooperation of all who are serving to externalize truth in every field of endeavor!

     Why, in just the contemplation of the meaning of hierarchy and of the Great White Brotherhood, you may come to understand and therefore define cosmic purpose. As you wear the mantle of Ezekiel and as you study who he is, remember that he also descended, as Jesus Christ did, after experiencing a certain era of evolution with the lifewaves of the sister star Venus. Hesperus, therefore, has also been host to Ezekiel. And thus, through that mantle and through that individual who made the mantle his own and left his imprint on that mantle, you may also have access to all those who tutored him, those who were the hierarchs of Venus, even the Seven Holy Kumaras.

     As you realize hierarchy, beloved ones, you will also learn the lesson of the single note and the single quality of God and realize that through the single gem of a quality, you may penetrate vast universes. So through a single sponsoring master, you may have access to his attainment, his path of initiation, and all of the teachers that have gone before him.

     I bring this to your attention so that you may realize that the more you understand the Great White Brotherhood and what it means to be a part of it as a chela of the Will of God, the more you realize how heaven itself is an open door. And through that door step through the veil to your own heart angel ministrants and the most devoted ascended masters serving with Morya, with Saint Germain, with Kuthumi, with Djwal Kul - all of whom bear in their hearts such a determination to help you in this hour as you seek to help others.

     As I AM the Queen of Light, the help which I desire to give is the holding of the balance of the new light which you bear. For I did not attain my crown without passing through many initiations and testings of soul as the keeper of my light, which is God's light.

     I will answer your call on a daily basis to instruct you, with Lady Master Leto and with the Goddess of Purity, in the way of being the keeper of the light - each starry point of light of my crown. I would assist you in balance, in alignment, in holding steady, and in the perception by light, as illumining the room of being, what is the next, the very next course of action that you must take for the furthering of the whole community of the Holy Spirit - which our Church Universal and Triumphant is - and of furthering your own discipleship for a greater glory of the LORD through you ere you take your leave of this planetary body and join those of us who remain a part of the celestial legions serving the evolutions of many planetary systems.

     As you call to me now in the singing of my song, I will place my Electronic Presence with you and there anchor those starry points of attainment, many million times a million stars composing the atomic structure, as it were, of my Electronic Presence.

     I seal you in my mantle of light and I give to you a portion of my own feminine consciousness of the Godhead, that in the power of God you may also temper your gift with a mother's heart, a mother's love, and a mother's light.

     I seal you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. I seal you in the name of the Mother whom I serve and which I have become in this divine office which is your goal.

     Won't you visualize the Queen of Light with her form over you, always the transparent, scintillating garment of light. It is like a transparent silk with stars woven through it. It drapes over her, and as we see through it, we see another robe of light. It is almost so unearthly that I can hardly find words to describe it.

     It is a shimmering light. Her aura is shimmering. Her crown is a dazzling diamond crown. She has a scepter, which is almost like a wand of light. And there is no end to the sparkling of light and diamond facets to this blessed being, placed over you, focusing that energy so that you may carry her flame of the Mother of the World.

Most gracious one, thou Queen of Light
Thy Light we bless, thy flame so bright
With gratitude for all you give
That men abundantly may live.
We bless you for your precious love
Your love of Light both here, above
O sensitize the soul of man
The Light eternal to expand
O quicken faith in God today
To walk the holy Christed way
O anchor love divine, supreme
That Light in man may blaze again.
 

     O Queen of Light, the world inspire
With thy great pow'r of Light infire
To 'waken man to holy cause
The understanding of His laws.
O Light descend, O Light defend
On pow'r of heav'n, we e'er depend -
Thy substance from on high release
To bring the Covenant of Peace
Inflame the hearts of men with truth
With courage rare instill our youth
Make plain the Way - the Christ command
The "tidings glad" all understand.
 

     Great Queen of Light, great hosts of heav'n
O hear our pray'r, it is the leav'n
For purity of heart we call
The glow of God reflect in all.
O clear our mental bodies right
By rays of glorious, golden Light -
To Father/Mother God our praise
For gifts divine our hearts we raise
Accept our love, our service true
Dear Queen of Light and hierarch, too.
O Light expand, O Light command
The Light of God that never fails!

     Our heavenly Father, our earthly Mother, beloved Alpha and Omega, thou who dost ensoul the Spirit/Matter cosmos, we appeal to thee in the name of thy Son, who is our own blessed Christ Self, in the name of Jesus.

     Let thy Word in us now establish from the heart of Brahman the opening for the Maha Chohan and the seven chohans to step through the veil to teach mankind, the opening for beloved Cyclopea and Elohim to render the just judgments of the Almighty One.

     We call for the establishment and the focusing of our ovoid of light for the expansion of the mighty threefold flame. Let it expand now! Let the light of victory be manifest!

     In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, we declare and we affirm that we are in this octave and on earth in this hour the open door for the entire hierarchy of ascended masters and cosmic beings who are of the Great God Flame to step through the veil to reach the root races of this planet, the I AM Race, and every evolution that must be contacted with the message of the living Word.

According to Austrian School economist Dr. Murray Rothbard, credit expansion (i.e., easy money) coupled with interventionism beginning in the 1920s interfered with natural business cycles of the free-market system, resulting in the stock market crash and Great Depression. Rothbard cites inflation as the primary cause of the depression. "Government is inherently inflationary because it has, over the centuries, acquired control over the monetary system. ... Inflation is a form of taxation, since the government can create new money out of thin air and use it to bid away resources from private individuals, who are barred by heavy penalty from similar 'counterfeiting.' ... Given the Federal Reserve System and its absolute power over the nation's money, the federal government, since 1913, must bear complete responsibility for any inflation. The banks cannot inflate on their own; any credit expansion can only take place with the support and acquiescence of the federal government and its Federal Reserve authorities. The banks are virtual pawns of the government, and have been since 1913" (America's Great Depression, pp. 29, 33).

Our forefathers' experience with the issuance of fiat currency (the Continental) during the Revolutionary War taught them the importance of a fully gold-backed currency, and they provided for a monetary system based on gold and silver in the Constitution (Art. I, Sec. 10). The Civil War brought the first deviation from this system, causing steep inflation. In 1879, the U.S. returned to a convertible gold standard and prosperity. American monetary policy began to change drastically after the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, Dec. 23, 1913, which gave the power to create money to an independent agency, the Federal Reserve Board. The Fed issued Federal Reserve notes which became the only legal tender in America and progressively reduced the promise to exchange paper dollars for gold. At the time of their original issue in 1914, Federal Reserve notes were 40% gold-backed. During World War II, the gold reserve was reduced to 25%. On Mar. 18, 1968, the gold reserve requirement was entirely eliminated. FDR revalued the price of gold to $35/troy oz. with the passage of the 1934 Gold Reserve Act which devalued the dollar to 59% of its former value and removed gold from domestic circulation. On Aug. 15, 1971, Nixon suspended foreign exchange of U.S. dollars for gold and devalued the dollar by raising the gold price to $38/troy oz.
