Now, beloved ones, in this the first part of my address to you, I have prepared you to be as the prophet Ezekiel - to receive the vision of God in the fifth day of the month,1 signifying the initiation of the fifth ray of the Elohim Cyclopea, of Hilarion, of Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary, and of the two witnesses.
For the fifth ray is the initiation of the precipitation of Truth! And your own beloved Ikhnaton,2 the one who was the messenger of Aton, the Sun behind the sun, was a lover of Maat, who is Truth - even the Goddess of Truth Pallas Athena, who was the patron and adored and beloved of Francis Bacon.3
Understand that all great souls of light in all past ages have acknowledged and adored the Cosmic Virgin as the living embod-iment of Truth. Truth, therefore, is the banner, the sponsor, even the mascot of your life. Let legions of Truth now gather, for you must preach the word of Truth to a rebellious nation!
I send you forth, then, as I sent Ezekiel, with the understanding that the preaching of the Word to the rebellious is not necessarily a physical pilgrimage to a physical nation. It is the preaching to a plane of consciousness - the laggard plane of consciousness, the materialistic consciousness, the status-quo consciousness that desires to build and produce a material world and a material golden age, to find salvation in the Matter uni-verse, and to disavow and disacknowledge the entire divine plan of the golden age as a spiritual manifestation and the spiritual entering in to the vessel that the Matter universe must be.
You see, beloved hearts, the sickness of the laggard generation is that they desire to have all things in the material sense and to perpetuate life in the material sense to the exclusion of the descent of the very Spirit force and the Spirit consciousness. Though it may be acclaimed in words - in fact, in deeds, in fact, in the stiff-heartedness and the willfulness and the rebelliousness - you can understand that there is no admission, there is no welcoming of the divine plan for the Middle East,4 there is no supplication to the Almighty:
"How would you have us share this glorious land, O God? We are many peoples. We are Jews and Arabs of many nations and tribes. We are Palestinians. We have an ancient heritage that descends from a number of sources. Yet we are all brothers and sisters. Show us, LORD, how we may share this land that you have given us and live in peace!"
Blessed hearts, have you ever heard such a prayer from Menachem Begin?5 Have you ever heard such a prayer from Yasser Arafat6 or the heads of the nations? I tell you, they come proclaiming, "My right! My right! My right!" And each one says, "My right and my justice gives me the authority to kill, to murder, to lie, to torture, to maim, to cast down, and even to bring harm to the little child."
How distorted is the laggard view of life, and how they attempt to draw in the light-bearers into their line of reasoning. Have no part with it! For we, the Elohim of God, now direct the full force of our seven rays on the Middle East. And the Cosmic Christs with you will place a replica of their Electronic Presence there in the Middle East. And since they are also with you, you may then, at any hour, through the person of the Cosmic Christ messenger that is yours, be in the Middle East and focus the divine solution, the divine command, and the divine judgment of those who seek to build a material kingdom on earth and to be-come powerful as states and as nations instead of powerful in God.
Listen to their prayers. They bid the Almighty to do their bidding, to champion their wrongness or their rightness humanly, but never to champion their individual and personal Christhood. You are right! They have not surrendered, they have not submitted to the trinity of their individual Christhood. They have rejected it. They have carved up the planet, the land, the resources, and decided who will get what - as though it was theirs to decide.
Have we not always said: "The earth is the LORD's and the fulness thereof, the world, and all they that dwell therein!"7 All of the earth, all planes of consciousness, all the landed areas and the waters under the earth and the lifewaves above and below are the LORD's! They are all the LORD's in the person of Sanat Kumara, as he represents the Almighty to this evolution and to others.
Realize, then, that those who do not submit to the will of God in God's way are not justified by their own way, for there is a way that seemeth right unto a man and the end thereof are the ways of death.8 And the ways of the peoples of the Middle East have become the ways of death, and therefore they will be consumed by their own death matrix, by their own death judgment, by their own denial and desecration of the life of the living Christ.
So, blessed hearts, by your holding steadfast to your image of the Christ in you in triplicate as a mighty Will of God Focus wherever you walk, you will provide all of the hosts of the LORD with spheres around the planet wherever you live. And these spheres of light will counteract, each one, ten thousand laggards and their hatred wherever they may reside.
And therefore be aware of this, my beloved: Christ in me, the victor. Christ in me, the light of the world. For he said, "As long as I AM in the world, I AM the light of the world."9 Only through the living soul who by free will has elected to become the temple of the living God can and shall the Christ be the light of this world! It is your election and your calling, and by your prior attainment you can make it sure.10
I am well pleased with the testing of these souls and with the result. Each and every one of you can look at events that take place daily and weekly and see the measuring rod of your own progress. See it, understand it, and always seek to hold the line of a victory won and then to excel it. Do not try to excel so fast, but rather hold the line of a new attainment, strengthen it, and redouble your forces to be able to win that same victory, day upon day, until it becomes second nature to your being. And then take the next rung of the ladder.
Now, blessed hearts, the roll of a book that was given to Ezekiel contained lamentations, mourning, and woe.11 Have you not just seen a scroll of a book in the video presentation?12 You have seen the lamentations of the people of the Middle East. You have seen their mourning and you have seen their woe! And the woe is the karma they create right before your very eyes and the woe that is coming upon them for the karma they have created.
This, therefore, is always the preparation of those whom we send by the spirit of prophecy to be our representative, to deliver the voice and the Word of the two witnesses of the messages of our octave. Thus, I empower you to repeat and to deliver the words of the teachings of the ascended masters which you have been given and to speak the fiat and the challenge into the very teeth of the vibration of the materialistic, selfish, hedonistic, sensual, and cruel consciousness wherever it emanates from.
Speak, therefore, to that laggard vibration that would snuff out the light of the Christ in every soul! You need go nowhere, for it is a stench that has occupied and encircled the planet many times over. It can be found in any city or any place. You challenge it by the dynamic decree of the power of the spoken Word, the mighty two-edged sword that comes out of the mouth of The Faithful and True.13
This is the preaching of the Word to the stiff-hearted and the rebellious nation of Israel and all other nations of the Middle East - nations, then, in terms of the karmic group of lifewaves that embody not the note of Almighty God, but the note of their own similar transgression. And therefore, affinities attract those that are like one another, and birds of a feather flock together. And therefore they sound their note.
And sometimes you hear birds whose sound is a dissonant sound. And other times you hear the sweet song of the birds who sing praise unto the LORD. And then you hear the songs of mockingbirds that are learning to imitate the Christ note of other birds until they may attain to their own Christ-mastery. Well, the imitation of Christ is within the framework of the law, and you can see it throughout nature, elemental life, and the entire course of human and divine evolution.
The only way to arrive at the point of individual Christhood is to imitate the Christhood of another whom you can see. This simple concept teaches you that you must always and always provide the example of Christ to those around you in your circle, that they may come up higher, do better, be more harmonious and God-victorious with each and every step of the way - taking care, then, not to indulge in too much self-importance, to let God be important and human trivia be blown away by the wind, carried away by the rushing stream, consumed by the fire, and even swallowed up by the earth.
The four elements of life assist you in the path of Christhood. The very elements themselves, each one performing a service to your living, may teach you how the Holy Comforter through the Maha Chohan does bring to you the necessary platform for your evolution.
Now, therefore, the roll of the book given to you is an overview of the history of laggard lifewaves. You may add to this book by your own study and research, by your own perception of akashic records, and all that is given you in the inner retreats of the Brotherhood. Therefore, you will understand what is the vibration that is anti-light of the Christ in you and of the planet and thus, in bearing world weight, have a greater dexterity, a certain adeptship, that you do not become like the hunchback of Notre Dame but rather hold your head tall and your spine erect and be not overcome by the energy veil of the world but overcome that energy veil by Christ in you, the hope of glory.14
Christ in you, the hope of glory! Hope shining in her strength is what you see and know and amplify in the dark hours when you feel a sudden increment of darkness come upon you and you take up your decree book and you sing your song to the threefold flame and you amplify the name of God, Elohim, and you call unto the LORD to consume that cause and core!
The only danger in bearing world karma, blessed heart, is that you forget the name I AM THAT I AM, and that you are that I AM in manifestation, and that all power in heaven and in earth is given unto the Christ within you, and that Christ is the victor! Take heed, then, that you forget not the promises of Almighty God given to you by your dear Saint Germain, the promises through the violet flame and its joyous, daily use. Its usefulness is beyond measure and all measuring as you pursue the path of becoming the Buddha and becoming the avatar.
Blessed hearts, in this transfer of light and of planetary responsibility, we place our utmost trust and confidence in you as mature sons and daughters of God and very serious children of the light who know your origin in the God Star. We will guide and guard. But remember, blessed hearts, it is up to you to speak the Word, to preach to the rebellious nation, to open your mouth and to let the light flow!
Now I would read to you the concluding directions to Ezekiel which are recorded in scripture, that you might understand that the Word in you is a preacher of righteousness and you have a responsibility to open your mouth and speak in this manner.
Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel.
So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll.
And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee. Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.
And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them.
Thus, it was given unto Ezekiel even the record of their evolution and the exact teaching that would give them all that they would need to understand their own Cosmic Christhood and the person of the Christ Self in order to transcend those lamentations and mourning and woe.
Thus, the sweetness of the roll is the hope and the promise of the Word itself and the teaching that is able to redeem even the most rebellious generation. For Christ in you is the hope of glory, even unto these laggard races. For as long as they live, they have opportunity to turn and confess the Christ and begin the Path all over again, which they once had before them on other systems of worlds.
Therefore, the command is "Speak with my words unto them" - not thine own word but my Word and the Word of the messenger as we have proclaimed it. For the Word is always released as a sacred formula.
For thou art not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel;
Not to many people of a strange speech and of an hard language, whose words thou canst not understand. Surely, had I sent thee to them, they would have hearkened unto thee.
But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee; for they will not hearken unto me: for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted.
Nevertheless, the LORD commands you, beloved, to preach the Word. Even though the response may be predetermined, the Word must be spoken, for the Word is sharper than the two-edged sword. The Word is also become their judgment, and it is your own.
Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.
I, Cyclopea, promise this to you this day. To you I give the strength. And the strength of your forehead is the strength of the All-Seeing Eye. It is the strength of the sealing of that eye which I shall seal this day!
As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.
This is the divine beatitude of you, the sons and daughters of God. Therefore learn to give the decree to me.15 For when you call to Elohim Cyclopea, the strength of that forehead (which is the mind of God in you) is multiplied many times, and none can turn back those who have the inner awareness of the strength of the forehead.
Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, all my words that I shall speak unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears - the inner acceptance of my Word, not the mechanical recording on the mere mental body.
And go, get thee to them of the captivity, unto the children of thy people, and speak unto them, and tell them, Thus saith the LORD GOD - Elohim - whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.
Beloved hearts, I can tell you that many among you have said in your heart, "What is the use of telling this or that person regarding the teachings of the ascended masters, for they will not believe me anyway. They will not be interested. They are too much taken up with their worldly affairs. I will not trouble myself to tell them the teaching." Yet your own Lanello has spo-ken the fiat of my ray: "Tell them! Tell them! Tell them!"16
Withhold not the speaking of truth, for truth is a power that is the handmaid of the Holy Spirit and it will roll! back the lie and the liar and consume error from the very face of the one who is the mouthpiece of error. When you are silent before the adversary, you silence God - you silence Elohim.
Therefore, hearken unto this message to Ezekiel. For then the spirit took him up and he heard behind him a voice of a great rushing saying,
Blessed be the glory of the LORD from this place - blessed be the light of the I AM Presence in this place, where God has ordained me with the gift of his prophets.
I heard also the noise of the wings of the living creatures that touched one another, and the noise of the wheels over against them, and a noise of a great rushing.
So the spirit lifted me up, and took me away, and I went in bitterness, in the heat of my spirit; but the hand of the LORD was strong upon me.
In this hour, blessed hearts, the hand of Elohim is upon you strong! And the mighty causal body of Elohim does contain the signs and wonders experienced by Ezekiel. Listen to the witness that he does give.
Then I came to them of the captivity of Telabib, that dwelt by the river of Chebar, and I sat where they sat, and remained there astonished among them seven days.
And it came to pass at the end of the seven days, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.
So this day I make you a watchman in the very midst of the seed of Sanat Kumara. You will preach to the light-bearers and you will preach to the laggard evolutions. And in each and every case, my Word shall perform its perfect work. And you shall remain the transparency of my instrument.
Do not think that it is your work. It is my work! It is the work of Elohim which you confirm by the spoken Word! "I AM the doer," saith the LORD. "Ye are my instruments if you choose to be!"
When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
Therefore understand: your failure to warn the wicked will result in your bearing the karma and the judgment of the wicked. So it is spoken by the Ancient of Days. So it is recorded in scripture. So I speak it to you. Do not neglect the warning of the wicked, lest their blood be upon thine own head and required at thy hand.
Again, when a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stum-blingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Nevertheless, if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul.
The role of the watchman of the house of Israel is the role of the Great Silent Watchers, of the Elohim of the Fifth Ray, and of the Cosmic Christ, the planetary Christ, and your individual Christ Self. You cannot circumvent this role of watchman! You cannot bypass the divine office of your Holy Christ Self; for in so doing, you will miss the mark and miss the mantle. You cannot wear the mantle of Christ if you do not perform the work of that Christ. The mantle must fit and you must fit it. And the shoes and the staff must also be fitted to you, as you are fitted to these.
Understand, therefore, that many withdraw and shrink from the necessary rebuke, both to the unrighteous and the righteous. Therefore, I am compelled by the Almighty to rebuke each and every one of you. For no matter what the persecution, no matter what the condemnation of the world - speak truth and let truth be your defense! For otherwise you will have no other defender and no defense in the day of judgment. I AM the witness.
And the hand of the LORD was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the plain, and I will there talk with thee.
Then I arose, and went forth into the plain: and, behold, the glory of the LORD stood there - the glory of the Mighty I AM Presence, I AM WHO I AM - as the glory which I saw by the river of Chebar: and I fell on my face.
So it was the glory of the Presence of the LORD, Sanat Kumara, anointing the instrument, whose instruments ye now must be.
Then the spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet, and spake with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thine house.
But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them:
And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover: for they are a rebellious house.
But when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD GOD - I AM THAT I AM, Elohim - He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.17
I give you this teaching so that you may understand that I AM the Word and I AM the preacher of righteousness in you - in Christ who dwells in you. Therefore, speak when you are bidden and withhold when you are bidden. This thou shalt know by the Presence of the I AM and the LORD's spirit which he shall send.
Therefore, understand the necessity of attunement with the threefold flame and all that I have spoken in the first part of my discourse. For attunement with the divine note of your own Christhood and its application to the note of your physical mani-festation in the physical universe, bearing the physical burden of the LORD, must be apprehended.
When to speak, when not to speak. You have seen the messenger also withdraw to her house. You have seen the proph-ecy fulfilled whereby the fallen ones, through the media, have attempted to put bands on the office of the messenger and to bind the messenger and my Word with these bands. Therefore, you have seen that I have not allowed her to go out among these fallen ones coming from all directions in the media. And therefore, I have done this very thing - to make her tongue cleave to the roof of her mouth, to be dumb, and not to be to them a reprover.
Realize, then, that the moving spirit of prophecy must be the overshadowing grace of thy life. You cannot tape-record my words and hope to have a foolproof method of knowing when to be and when not to be the light shining in Matter. There are hours when your light shines solely in Spirit; there are hours when you shout from the housetops the message of salvation. Only God does know. Spiritual pride will not tell you. You have not chosen to be a preacher of righteousness. I have chosen you.
And some days you will sit on the bench, and some days you will go forth and sound the Word - and wonder of wonders, how God does speak through you with such eloquence! You cannot turn on the dictations. The messenger cannot. You cannot turn on God. But you must be an available, harmonious, attuned instrument so that the Cosmic Christ may sit down and play the mighty symphony of Elohim through you!
O son of light, O daughter of love, do you accept my coming and my message today? ["Yes!"]
Those of you, therefore, who accept this calling, I will receive you at the altar. And by the emerald focus, I will transfer to you the strengthening of the forehead for the signs and wonders that are to come. You may not always have the messenger with you, but you will always have this blessing and this initiation. And it will be yours beyond this life if you retain the honor and the integrity of the calling of the LORD unto the prophet Ezekiel.
May you study the entire book and use it as the sign of your own coming into the dimension in this octave of the instrumentation of the gift of prophecy. This is one of the nine gifts,18 and it must be earned even as it is given. This blessing is the potential to be all that you can be and fulfill in this life and in the life to come. I take this opportunity of this witness in physical embodiment to transmit physically this blessing. May you honor and understand the nature of my coming and of this vessel. ... 19
Now you have seen, as I have seen, the light ray leap from my heart, by the All-Seeing Eye, into that forcefield that is yours to command, to compel, to direct light from the Sun behind the sun of this system of worlds.
I speak to you of Helios and of Vesta. I speak to you of your own potential with your twin flame to share the responsibilities of a lifewave. I come in this hour to increase your responsibility for Selfhood, for the upholding of the tradition of the true prophets of Israel, for the interiorization of the light, that you might understand the true meaning of the fire infolding itself20 and of the mighty seraphim of God.
Listen well, O ye sons of light, for many a year will pass ere I come again, Cyclopea Elohim, to seal you by the power of the emerald ray! Therefore, you have maintained the silence respectful of my presence and my office. And thus, in attending the whole of this ceremony, you have also maintained the attentiveness to my presence, and each and every one of you has been held in my arm of light and in my causal body.
I have transferred to you the matrix and the memory of the higher world of your own origin and that which is to appear in you here below. And as you have presented yourself to me through the messenger, upon the Christ consciousness of the messenger is recorded and computed your own inner blueprint, the progress you have made since last you have come before our altar. And for some of you this is thousands of years, for this is the first time in this embodiment that you have been touched in this manner in a dictation by an ascended master through the messenger.
Thus, we renew the ancient tie by the strengthening of the forehead. And the calls which go forth from us through this messenger shall now affect each and every one daily whose recording is impressed upon her Christ consciousness, your unique identity and that of your twin flame. Therefore, as you benefit from her daily calls, remember that you may also expand and benefit the office which is the orifice of our Word by your own daily invocations.
Thus, the body of God moves forward. Thus, the mandala of light does proceed across a cosmos. Each and every one can receive. So receive in love, and let the violet flame be the balance for your life, that this light and dispensation does not cause you also to become rigid in your spiritual pursuit. All decisions you make, when the sacred fire of God comes upon you to amplify right action, can be brought more clearly into focus by the violet flame and by the pink flame which is the meditation upon the threefold flame.
I speak to you of the danger of becoming one-sided in your delivery of the Word as you have received our blessing. The power of God is immense and so is its wisdom. Therefore, when encountering the intensity of human creation in those to whom you preach the Word, remember the balance of the Christ flame of Liberty, remember the balance of the violet flame. When you saturate yourself with violet flame, you will make a more balanced Holy Spirit decision and delivery in your life. Remember this, for indeed the burden of the LORD is sometimes hard to bear in the face of human creation, any human creation - whether your own or another's or that of the nations themselves.
Realize, then, that as the white fire is intense, so is the intensity of the mantle. Therefore, realize that in all things the compassion, the forgiveness, the flame of freedom rolling will enable you to keep that blessedness of joy, that immaculate vision, never forsaking the drawing of the line between the real and the unreal.
For this one thing you can never compromise - and that is divine reality. And it cannot become watered down until you find yourself condoning unreality. Therefore, be true to the inner Light, and may thy days be counted by their blessings, by their blessings to each and every part of life.
I have shown you in this initiation that it is important, once or twice or a number of times in a lifetime, to perceive that being together in the initiation of Elohim is more important than any other activity that could be engaged in in that moment.
I bless you for your coming and for your acceptance of my light. According to your capacity to receive it, it is given. Therefore, go out and increase capacity and return again, for thy life is held in the arm of the living God.
Treasure thy life, O soul from afar! Soul from near, treasure thy life! It is the gift of God to enhance every other part of life.
In the name of the universal Son of God, in the name of the Cosmic Mother, I AM Elohim ... Elohim ... Elohim.
