Hail, O children of the light! I salute you in my heart's own flame of victory. I AM Michael. And as you affirm "I AM Michael!" so you also discern what it means to be in the heart of an archangel.
I AM here, for I have chosen to descend into the very heart of the city of Los Angeles in honor of the Son of God. Therefore Mary, in the great light of cosmic virtue, does once again sponsor this city and her own Son in manifestation for a new and bold victory.
For we, the seven archangels, with Mighty Victory, have chosen to place the crown of your own God-determination over this city as a magnet of light to draw the souls of children, youth, and all people of God to the clear, crystal perception of that mind of God that does inspire to right action - to right action! Therefore, in the right action of every footstep that you have taken for freedom is the righting of all wrong action on the part of the people who have not had the standard raised within their midst.
Once again I raise the standard. Once again I seal! this forcefield and Camelot and every home and hearth where there is enshrined, in all honor, the mighty focus of the Presence of the I AM and the flaming personages of our own dear Saint Germain and Jesus. So this altar of the people Israel, wherever it is there enshrined in the homes of the light-bearers of this city, will have our force and forcefield for the defense of the soul of America and the soul of light in the very earth!
This, therefore, my beloved, must be understood in the light of a tribute to the Blessed Mother. "And whose tribute?" will they ask. And I will tell them, as all the angels will tell them, it is the tribute of the students of Montessori International and all who have supported them in their statement to the world: "I AM the Guard!"1
Therefore, you have taken up my cause, for I AM the Guard. And I want you to know, precious ones, as I speak to your very souls and hearts, that in the hour of the betrayal of that one Lucifer, that betrayal of Almighty God and his Son incarnate, I stood and I still stand. And I said in that hour, "I AM the Guard!" And it has echoed down the millennia, lo, these thousands upon thousands of years. And it has been taken up as the motto of the National Guard of the United States of America, for it is the motto of the I AM Race and all who descended with me, as these fallen ones were cast out of heaven and into the earth.
And therefore, you did come with sons of light and daughters of liberty to set the captives free. And you have also stood for thousands of years. And into the very teeth of these fallen ones you have pronounced my mantra I AM the Guard!
Now, let me hear it ring again in these halls:
I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard!
O my precious hearts, I ask you to remember the power of the three. I ask you to remember me and to remember each other, and your teachers and sponsors and messengers and your beloved Holy Christ Self. I ask you to remember, when you rise in the morning, to shout that signal, to telegraph it to the hearts of each other wherever you are around the world, to give that shout in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and to know that when you say it, we answer! All the hosts of heaven answer, and they say with you:
I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard!
And when you shout it from your chamber - I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! - and you know it in your heart, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, by the Mother flame in the Blessed Mary, you will know that all things are possible to Christ in you, to that Christ who strengthens your soul to rise each and every day to new heights of Self-awareness to exceed yesterday's effort and yesterday's achievement.
Why, you must realize that in this victory is the joy of all of the legions of Victory who say with you: "I can do anything in Christ. All things are possible unto me in God! I can overcome,1u and I shall overcome! I will overcome this day every obstacle to the abundant life manifest in me through the living Word that is my own Christ Self, that is in Sanat Kumara and my beloved messenger who serves with me. I give my life without reserve to Almighty God. For with Archangel Michael, I AM the Guard!"
So is a rolling mantra begun! So is the fiat that I hurled from out the Great Central Sun come to rest in that city founded by devotees of the Blessed Virgin, the Lady of the Angels. So the Queen of the Angels is become now the patroness of her city. And in that city is that cradle of light. And in this Ashram of the World Mother there is yet hope for the rolling back of all darkness, for we have hope in the heart of the child who is victorious and of the soul who is becoming the Son of God!
Most precious ones, hear then my call to you. For the gift of faith is my gift. And this gift, beloved hearts, is one that must be accompanied by memory. Therefore, by the flame of faith, I AM burning with sacred fire, burning within your heart and soul and mind, your memory of encounter with me. For I AM your friend, your compatriot, and your leader in the battle against fear and doubt and death.
I AM the defender of the Christ in you - that Christ victorious that not only marches across the hills of the nations but walks upon the water. Putting all things beneath your feet, you can overcome. And I declare, you shall overcome every obstacle to the youth of the world because you are determined, because you are souls filled with a vision!
O how we rejoice in the completed matrix that we may now take as a mighty blue sphere and hurl! it into the very heart of the earth, hurl! it into the very heart of the faithful every-where. And therefore, I predict, with the authority of Alpha whose message I bear you, that this mantra will encircle the earth.
It shall go forth in the name of Alpha and Omega! It shall go forth in the name of Lanello! It shall go forth in your name, each and every one of you! For your heart and voice and soul and God-determination to purity shall be stamped upon this civilization! And I tell you, none shall turn it back, none shall distort it in any way! For the flame of victory is in hot pursuit of that matrix, and Mighty Victory has determined to add his flame to your own in ensouling this film.
Let it be multiplied as the seed of faith. Let all who have lost hope in life, in peace, in freedom, and in America, now receive the charge of hope from the being Hope, from Gabriel, from Michael, from Charity, from Jophiel, from all who serve with me in that cosmic flame, blest Raphael, Uriel, Zadkiel, and all the cohorts of light! There is Aurora shining bright and the jewel Amethyst and the flaming one, that blessed, most precious Mother Mary.
O the light of Victory! O the light of the living Presence of the sacred fire! I AM the fullness of Chamuel come. All of the seven rays passing through our hearts now pass through our own, and on this occasion we commend you for proving your will to win and defying all odds against you.
Why, beloved ones, you do not realize - therefore, I will tell you - that in the beginning of this year, fallen ones at inner levels laid their bets on your heads that you would fail. And therefore, for a season opportunity was given. And each of you dealt individually with many forms of temptation, finding yourselves oh, so easily engulfed in illusion through bad habit and absence of self-discipline or the will to be something more than the mediocre.
Therefore we stood aside, that you might have the exercise of free will, until the hour came when El Morya beloved with Mother said: "Thus far and no farther, ye fallen ones! For we have also laid our claim to these souls of light! After all, they are our brothers and our sisters. We will enter! We will fight for their right to be free, to think and feel and know within their hearts what it means to be held in the heart of the living Word!"
Therefore, we required a matrix. And therefore El Morya gave to your own blessed Mother that divine idea for the sealing of your light, the sealing of your soul, and ample opportunity for you yourselves to decide to be made whole.
In the hour of the turning of the cycle of the year in Taurus, the flame of God-obedience descended. It was superimposed upon you by the discipline of your elders, by those in hierarchy who know what is best. And by and by, through the grace of the living Saviour Jesus Christ, you made that flame of God-obedience now your own. You took it to your heart to atone for every sin.
And God, through the living Son, does indeed forgive every transgression - so long, so long as it is not renewed and taken up again. The flaming flame, then, will quench that sin, for the fire burns on. I said, the fire burns on! - and it lives to be your salvation evermore.
Blessed hearts, I have desired in this hour to present to you those awards deemed lawful by your own teachers. These awards for virtue of your lifestream externalized are also a statement of our faith - that as you have donned the garment of virtue in these past two months, so you will continue and you will accept these awards as a reward for a service well done and as your own promise to us that you will continue to uphold the flame of the stated virtues and not let down your guard.
For after all, you are the guard and the guardian of this school, this temple, and this life. And others who will follow you will feel themselves privileged to place their feet in the footprints you have left - on the ranch, at Camelot, on the beach, there at Independence Hall. Everywhere you have marched, others will feel that magnetic polarization for victory! - victory of the light of America unto the overthrow of the fallen ones, victory unto the consuming of Antichrist in the economy!
I ask, then, that I be given these certificates of the awards to be given. I ask that as I, Archangel Michael, read these awards, that you mount these steps of initiation to the heart of the Blessed Virgin and receive them in God's name. As your name is called, beloved, stand in your place for the reading of your award of merit. ... 2
In the name of the Son of God in you, my beloved, confirmed by the will of Jesus Christ, I, Michael, summon the legions of the seven archangels for the guardian action of the light, worlds without end! And I promise you that upon every footstep, every prayer of your heart, every will to do and to be the embodiment of the God flame, legions of angels assigned from the Great Central Sun will answer and confirm the mantra of my heart which you have made your own, in your souls, in your four lower bodies: I AM the Guard!
I AM the sealing action of the light. I AM confirming your will to be these God-qualities that you have embodied, these God-qualities that shall become in you a star. For every momentum of right, I congratulate you. And I remind you that in your former ways of somehow a carelessness that caused you to descend lower than you should have descended, my beloved, you actually expended more energy in misqualification than was required to achieve this victory.
Remember, then, how the fallen ones placed their bets. Remember, then, how opportunity and complete openness of freedom was given you and will be given you again so that you may have the victory without our confrontation, so that you may have the good karma in the first instance that you in this hour acquired in the second, that you may have the full glory in your causal body of defeating the adversary by your own internalized flame of God-obedience by God-love.
Therefore, by your own determination in the next round, if there be one of temptation, remember that when you say into the very teeth of that temptation, "I AM the Guard in Archangel Michael's name!" - by that very fiat, instantly the twelve legions of angels assigned to the Lord Jesus Christ that were his to summon will answer your call!
Blessed hearts, I convey to you the meaning of this grant of fire from the heart of Alpha. Your soul, one in your Christ Self, shall retain the authority to summon these hosts of the LORD in any and every endeavor to which you subscribe your heart to stand as the guard of virtue, purity, peace, honor, and love.
Realize, then, what an apportionment this is. Realize, then, that with God-determination you can send the fiat:
I AM the Guard in the name of Archangel Michael! And in his name I stand the guard for the youth of the world to defend them against the enemy of marijuana, that death drug, and all the discarnates and demons and the conglomerate of the fallen ones! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard! I AM the Guard!
Therefore, in the name of the Holy Trinity, I bid you, go forth and take on a world! For, my beloved - would you believe it? - we have yet other worlds to conquer.
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

For Our Parents, Teachers, and Children
In the name of Jesus Christ, we call to the very heart of the Father. Beloved Alpha, hear our call as we send forth the light of our heart from this City of the Angels dedicated by your daughter, beloved Mother Mary.
Beloved Alpha, receive our praise and love offering to the very heart of the Central Sun. Send your angels down the corridor of our love and our prayer, as we offer ourselves here this night for the victory of these souls who are gathered who represent the youth of this planet.
We call for the intense violet flame and the binding of the forces of the laggard races who would impede their very right to manifest the Christ, their very right to fulfill their fiery destiny with which you sent them forth in the beginning.
Beloved Omega, our Cosmic Mother, guide the destiny of these parents, teachers, and children. Guide them as we commune together in our hearts for the pursuit of this oneness.
In all of our faith and hope and charity, we lean upon thee, O Alpha and Omega, our Father/Mother God, that our course might be victorious and we might return to thy home, thy servant-sons and daughters.
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, Amen.

Beloved El Morya, with all the love of our hearts we thank you for making our Montessori International a full-time, live-in boarding school, a school for chelaship, a school to receive our little ones, our elementary school children, to give them this - this most priceless, special, tangible yet intangible gift of your heart.
Beloved El Morya, with all of our heart's love, in the name of Alpha, we would give to you the Diamond Heart Award. God bless you, beloved El Morya, for rescuing us, the souls of these precious ones, our school, our matrix for sending these souls forth as the victorious ones.
Beloved El Morya, we lay at your feet their victory, their overcoming, the inspiration of your heart, your steadfast devotion to them when perhaps others would have let them go. Beloved El Morya, I will never forget your support of each one of these souls in the very face of that which the fallen ones would have or could have done to them.
I thank you, El Morya, for placing once again your diamond on the altar of God as collateral for their victory. May it be returned to you now in this hour as they have made good and given to you the offering of their hearts in this mighty seed of light, which is the film "I Am the Guard."
I ask you, Morya, to multiply that seed. Let their hearts multiply that seed. Let it go forth in your name, raying from the center of our being 360 degrees throughout the planetary body. Let the good that is won through this film atone for the karma you have taken upon yourself of their previous actions.
By the flame of Kuan Yin, your cohort of light, we say: Let it all pass into the flame, and let these souls march out of the Holy Grail and out of Camelot this graduation and this July conference with your flaming spirit of determination to help those who falter, that they may rise again to be victorious.
We pray for every chela and would-be chela on earth, O God. Heal them. Heal them with thy mighty flame. And let there be an ascended Jesus Christ miracle of salvation for each and every one who has taken a backward step. Let them take three steps forward and charge! charge! charge! in Morya's name.
In the name of Lanello, who so loves our souls, I seal you in the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, Amen.
In the name of the light of God that never fails, I invoke the presence here of our Lord Sanat Kumara, beloved Lord Maitreya, beloved Gautama Buddha, Lord of the World at Shamballa. I call for the mighty threefold flame of Shamballa to be anchored here in the very heart of Los Angeles, in the very heart of beloved Mother Mary, in the heart of Jesus, in the Will of God Focus.
I call for the white-fire/blue-fire sun. I call for the activation of the God flame in the very heart of Mary, in the very heart of Jesus, for the saving of this city, for the guardian action of this city and every soul of light in it.
We commune together here in the light of victory, Almighty God. I AM the action of the sacred fire. I AM the Great Central Sun Magnet now made manifest here. I call to the light of the mighty threefold flame. I call to the light of God-victory. I call to the action of the sacred fire!
Beloved Alpha and Omega, Great Central Sun Magnet, I AM the sealing of this city by the fiery hearts, by the determined hearts of these students of Montessori International, their parents and their teachers and every dedicated soul of light!
I demand the rolling back of all treachery and intrigue of the international and interplanetary and galactic conspiracy against the Blessed Virgin and her Son! I demand the rolling back by cosmic forces of all that is anti-light, worlds without end!
Burn right through, O light all-glorious, light victorious! Manifest the victory of the God flame! I demand it and I command it in the victory of the light of the heart of Jesus Christ!
Sacred Heart of Jesus, come forth now for the healing of the city - all cities of light, all people of light, this nation and every nation. Roll back war and the hordes of war in the Middle East and the Falklands and in every nation! Bind then the oppressor of the seed of light! Roll it back right into the white fire core until it is no more!
