In the name of the light of God that never fails, I call for the action of the sacred fire, beloved Alpha and Omega, beloved Mighty I AM Presence. I call to the Great Divine Director, the Goddess of Liberty, beloved Kuan Yin, beloved Portia, beloved Nada, beloved Pallas Athena, beloved Cyclopea, beloved Lords of Karma - hear our call and answer!
We call for the regulation of life upon earth! We call for the reinforcement of mighty beings of light, angels of the sacred fire, legions of the seven rays, emissaries of Elohim. We call for the electrodes of the Cosmic Christ consciousness and of the Mother flame to be established within the earth. We call for the consecration of the holy family by the full power of the heart of Mary, Jesus, and Joseph. We call for the full power of the guardian action of beloved El Morya, Kuthumi, and Djwal Kul!
We call unto the great victory of the God flame! We call for the circle of fire to be drawn around the family unit, around the holy child, and around education in America and in every nation. We call for the mighty circle and the fiery heart of Alpha and Omega to be drawn around every soul of light and the youth of the world.
Beloved mighty Cosmos' secret rays, charge! charge! charge! the mighty action of the sacred fire of our hearts and the hearts of the mighty Elohim now into our government for the exposure of all deception, all intrigue and treachery, all spy activities.
We demand the protection of the government and the economies of the nations of the earth. We demand the exposure of the betrayers of the Word. We call to the legions of Ray-O-Light, beloved K-17, and Lanello. We call for your penetration now in the mighty guardian action of the sacred fire by the Keepers of the Flame. We call to the great victory of the Great Central Sun Magnet. Lord God Almighty, hear our call and answer!
Beloved Lanello, leap now into the very hearts of the Christed ones in America and the world! Let the Divine Person, the Divine Personality of the Godhead, as the revelation of the living Christ, appear through your efforts at the union of the children of light with their own Mighty I AM Presence.
O thou great Mediator, thou Cosmic Christ, beloved Christ Self of each one, in the name of Lanello, let there be the divine fusion! Let heaven descend into the temples of the people of this land and every land, and let the light of the Goddess of Liberty appear!
In the name of the mighty threefold flame of Life burning on our hearts' altars, Amen.
For the Multiplication of These Hearts of Light
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, in the name of the Mother, I call forth the light of the Christmas angels, the living Word, the Christ incarnate, for the multiplication of these hearts of light and their love offering upon the altar of the Holy Grail. I call forth the light of beloved Mother Mary, Saint Germain, and Jesus for the victory of the inner and the outer retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.
In the name of Lord Maitreya and Lord Sanat Kumara, I invoke the great victory of the God flame for the fulfillment of all our needs in this year. Amen.
Now hear the Word of Peace - as a planetary vibration, as a chain of light that is Elohim in the sixth octave of God's power.
The immensity of power is such that its very presence must be in the eye of peace. For the very containment of power and its precipitation unto all life, my beloved, necessitates the mastery in the God flame of peace.
Now let us join together in contemplation of His star of peace. Come to rest as you are come to rest in the very heart of hearts and the Holy of Holies.
O the mountain of peace! O the light of the far-off worlds! And we come for the release of the youth, the family, the little children, and those approaching the fiery destiny of the ascension, those engaged in forging a world, those who are the co-workers of Divinity, those for whom the rhythm of life is the very outpicturing of that flame of eternal peace.
My beloved of the light, we come now, by the action of the Christed ones and the Buddha, for the neutralization of all that is anti-peace upon the planetary body, all manifestations of that warfare against the purity of peace in Alpha and in Omega. Thus, there is a spiritual warfare engaged against the souls of Life. And there is a physical warfare against the temples, the minds, the bodies, the hearts with which the soul is integrated.
Therefore, beloved ones, note well that the original declaration of war against this very nation and the youth of the world occurred on a similar occasion, December 31, 1959. On this occasion, there was the moving into position of certain individuals incarnated among the youth for their betrayal through the upsetting of the mighty rhythm of the flame of peace - those groups known as the Beatles, those individuals who were also their counterparts in the Rolling Stones, and all who followed after them.1
That very position astrologically in the stars of the heavens was the turning point diametrically for the moment of the conception of individuality in the Cosmic Christ, through the teachings of the Divine Mother, as they were brought forth in that hour through the Three Wise Men who, under the leadership of El Morya, sponsored the prophet of the decades, your own beloved Lanello, to give those teachings of the Great White Brotherhood that would enable the youth of this nation and the world to bring forth their own individuality in Christ.
But the false prophets appeared. And by the intense sound and perverted rhythm of their energies, they involved decades now of youth in the culture that comes out of the pit2 - the rock music, the drugs, and the ensuing rebellion that has channeled forth the entire rebellion of the fallen ones who are seated comfortably in the lower levels, the uttermost levels of the astral plane.
Beloved ones, the hour of the perversion of the conception of Liberty and Liberty's sons has brought about a great darkness and a fragmentation of the mystical body of light. Peace, then, is for the healing process and for the reintegration, as each individual soul of light brings himself once again to the opportunity of the divine encounter through the spirit of the living prophecy whereby, from his own Mighty I AM Presence, there descends the confirmation of our Word, of our light, and of that forcefield of the Christed ones.
Therefore we appear, Peace and Aloha, storing the light of far-off worlds, ancient Lemuria and pre-Lemurian life on this and other octaves and planetary homes. We come specifically for the demagnetization, by our flame of peace, of the momentums of jagged rhythm and of the defiance of the defiant ones who have blended their lifestreams with those who are the living dead.
Dear hearts of light and living fire, this is the age when God, in the divine plan of the Great Divine Director, has purposed to dedicate the holy family, especially in the Americas. And you know the plan of South America.3 You have seen the ravaging and the very malicious intent of the fallen ones to supersede that plan, to displace it, and to set up instead their communes of mechanization man.
When you think of the juxtaposition now of one society against the community of the Holy Spirit worldwide, you can see the foreknowledge of the fallen ones, as they have perceived the divine plan and as they have determined to move against it at its very inception.
The moment of conception, beloved hearts, is a very delicate one. July 4, 1776, is the moment of the conception of the sons and daughters of Liberty and their own self-creation.4 It is the hour of declaration of independence from the false-hierarchy impostors of the Father/Mother God.
It is the hour of the birth of sons and daughters of Liberty who understand that, in order to be born in this octave, it is necessary to be self-created in God - which means, beloved hearts, to contain the will to be and to set one's declaration for life before the Almighty, at the same time to accept the warfare against that conception, that gestation, and that birth of the nation that was truly dedicated by the Great White Brotherhood in the hour of the completion of the great divine document, the Constitution of the United States.5
Therefore, the interim years between the conception of independence in God and the formulation of the law out of the heart of the Lawgiver that indeed would have made of these United States a corporate body, the Corpus Christi of the Light, therefore was a period of much travail. The Revolution was fought and won only by sheer dint of the determination of the light-bearers, who themselves had to hold the balance against the forces within the land who stood against that very independence and that very conception of Liberty.
Fortunate, then, for the mission of Elohim that the initiate son George Washington stood in the cold winter of Valley Forge. And in that white-fire snow (such as we experience in this hour at various points on the planet), there was the manifestation of God-determination to overcome and to dedicate this new nation. So you understand that it, too, was the hour of the appearance of the Woman clothed with the Sun, as the Goddess of Liberty appeared to the initiate of the Buddha and gave the blessing for the incarnation of the Manchild as the Spirit of Liberty, the spirit of George Washington, and the spirit of a nation.6
From that hour, in order for that child to be born, the war had to be fought. Thus there is a war once again, as the cycles have turned. And in this century the new nation, which is a spiritual uniting of all souls of the seed of Sanat Kumara, is dedicated.
This spiritual nation is in the birth pangs in this very hour! And it, too, becomes the Manchild of the Divine Woman - Mother Mary, the Goddess of Liberty, Kuan Yin, the Mother flame embodied in the messenger and each one of you. The Universal Mother through every part of life, conjoining with the light of Alpha, does give birth then to this mighty victorious God flame.
You may anticipate, then, as you set the cradle that is for the rocking of the Manchild of the world, that you will also face the adversary. This time it is a nation of individuals that come from the four corners of the earth. It is the nation of Israel born again, as the false-hierarchy impostor of that nation shows itself to be the aggressor against innocent life and private property.
Beloved hearts, one must distinguish between that which is spiritual eternally in the heavens and not made with hands and that which is the Babylonian imitation of the fallen ones. Therefore understand that, in the early days of America, even the Nephilim sought to retain the control of the light-bearers. So it is true. But they are not merely from Britain. They are from the entire planetary body and even encamped in America.
Thus the testing of the path of initiation, according to the conceptualization of life, is ongoing. By this I mean that, from the hour of the first Declaration of Independence to this hour of the second, there has been the testing, as your own President Lincoln said - testing whether that nation so conceived and so dedicated could long endure.7 Thus, another war was fought8 for the initiation of that original divine matrix, even the immaculate conception of what that nation would be in the second century of her incorporation - her incorporealization - of the divine plan.
Again, then, there is the divine document.9 Again there is the third opportunity whereby the conceptualization moves on to higher chakras, and the seat of the soul must merge with the all-seeing eye. And therefore, it must pass through the influences of the bottomless pit and all of the fallen ones that appeal through their sympathetic vibrations and their deadly beat and their homosexuality and their perversion of life - all of which becomes the perversion of the sixth ray which we serve. For the sixth ray is the implementation of the divine plan and its alchemy by ministering unto life, by daily service that is the sacred labor, which sustains the blessed alchemy of all of the seven rays.
Now, then, hear and understand the meaning of the hour, and see the patterns of the past.
The astrology is set for the potential of war in these coming three years.10 It is everywhere around. And you ought not to be surprised. For this is like the war that creeps up upon you. The loudness has become so loud that you have stopped hearing the din - until suddenly, in a very personal way, it is upon you and then you feel the summoning of the Son of God which George Washington felt, which Abraham Lincoln felt!
Realize, then, children of the sun, that the pathway from your home or from Camelot, from your heart's own initiatic endeavor, is yet a long path. And it is a treacherous way. And you must be as the mountain goat of the hierarchy of Capricorn. And you must be as the Aries ram, high in the mountains and then in the lowlands, manifesting the light of the point of identity in the Aries cycle.
You need to understand your conception in the hierarchy of the Lawgiver under the Great Divine Director in Capricorn. For this is the etheric conception of your inner blueprint, and it is that which was brought to you by your own messenger Mark under that first sign of the zodiac, which was also his natal sign.
Moving, then, from the etheric blueprint to the Christ consciousness, you pick up the why and the wherefore of the I AM THAT I AM in the charting of the cosmic clock and in the further dispensation through the second messenger, your own Elizabeth, whereby you conceive, then, that the I AM THAT I AM is the means and the nexus for the precipitation of your life in this octave.
From the physical conception to the ultimate birth, once again, at the moment of delivery on the twelve o'clock line, there is the gestation within the womb. And the womb of the Cosmic Virgin is your own habitation in these very hours of deliberation and the forming and the re-forming of your own Christhood.
You must understand the spirit of alienation,11 which we have come to heal by the dissolution of many islands of darkness and momentums of blackness. This alienation may only be healed by reintegration with God through the individuality of Christ. And this individuality may only be forged and won as you challenge the Antichrist in the sixth flame and the sixth ray of the Prince of Peace and the Buddha.
We come to remind you, then, that the initiation on this line is the challenge of Antichrist, whom you surely now understand to be the Watchers and the Nephilim gods. They had to be challenged in the name of Jesus Christ, for and on behalf of him, by Joseph and Mary and by the Three Wise Men and many more in heaven and on earth that supported his life and the flight into Egypt,12 the land of the Mother.
Realize that, as there was the protection of that incarnation, so you yourself, incorporating Father and Mother and the Wise Men who are the living Gurus, will protect the birth and the nativity of the Manchild, which is now the collective unity of all hearts of light in this new and spiritual nation, which has as its fountainhead the point of the Inner Retreat.
Why is it necessary to have a physical foundation? Because the war that must be won in the third century of this ongoing destiny of the sons of light must be won in the physical octave through the Holy Spirit. And this Holy Spirit is breathing through all the saints of the earth. And, given the taking-over of the planetary body by the fallen ones themselves, therefore a place must be set aside.
For this is a mission of far more than three years and then the ascension, as it was demonstrated by Jesus. This is a mission, beloved hearts, of the ongoing centuries for as long as the sons of God upon earth will elect to retain the authority and the dominion of the planetary body.
Needless to say, our message to you concerning the sanctity of life and of the offspring of the sons and daughters of God is clear and given as directed by us.13 It is most necessary that you give attention to those who consider themselves the authority of earth's destiny and all of her inhabitants. Whether through the control by limiting population or the control by increased population, you can see that they desire to have at their fingertips either of the two alternatives. And therefore, they would assume the power of the sixth ray. They would displace the entire path of initiation.
I give to you now the living presence of the mighty spherical body, the causal body of Arcturus and Victoria, as these Elohim blend with our own causal bodies for the conjoining of the sixth and seventh rays - as there is an integral action for the cleansing of the conclusion of Pisces and all that has been the onslaught of the youth and as there is the merging of spheres for a greater anchoring of the new age of Aquarius.
While the Elohim of the Seventh Ray speak, Peace and Aloha, the Divine Us, as We Are, go about the silent process of the absorption of the anti-Light pitted against the victory of the sons of God and the blessed daughters of peace on earth. [Intonation]

Inherent within the fires of freedom which we release now, by the action of our God flame, is the binding of all anti-freedom forces!
Bind! them as we call forth the entire complement of the holy seven.
Bind, then, the tyrants across the planetary body!
I AM THAT I AM. And I AM come for the binding of the synthetic self and all of its reinforcements in the demons and discarnates prowling the earth, stalking the cities, and penetrating the pure veils of light of our youth: You will no longer stay within the temple of the Christed ones!
Burn through, O legions of God! For we are come for the release of light that is ordained of Alpha and Omega. And we will not hold back, nor will we increase in this hour that which is not lawful.
For the light does prevail. And the light of the sail of the ship of Maitreya now becomes luminous and transparent as the rainbow light of mother-of-pearl! And the souls of God who look up do already see the coming of the great causal bodies of the sons of God who will, by the prophecy of the LORD, place their physical feet on Terra yet in this century. They will not be denied! We will it so! And we transfer our will lawfully to all who hear this Word who are determined to be the sponsors of Life on earth.
O legions of light, come forth now and clear the airways! Clear the highways of our God! Clear the planetary body! And if there is a war to be fought, so let it be fought!
And let it be known that the hosts of the LORD are mounting their own campaign. And at inner levels, they do support the gains of all freedom-fighters. And they inspire the elect of God in every nation to stand now for those who are fighting - inch by inch and line by line! Whether in Afghanistan, whether in Poland, whether on the astral plane, whether in the ghettos of America, whether in Central America - we are there! And the presence of Maitreya will lift each heart, will inspire each heart, will be for the dominion of souls, will be for the action of the Great Central Sun Magnet!
And there is a new penetration at new levels of the world consciousness. And thereby there are openings, there are passageways cleared. And they are safe. And you may pass through. And you may go, therefore, to rescue those souls of light!
You may organize! You may mount up! You may associate in your right to assemble, with those of like mind, for freedom's flame and freedom's flag to be unfurled!
Blessed ones of the light, in the great victory of the God flame, we send you! And we also secure you, that you might know that even the army of the light will have its base, will have its fountainhead, will have its positioning. And that positioning, beloved hearts, is twixt the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of our LORD and his Christ which come into the earth octave.
You have heard of the hour of the crucifixion of the Lord Christ who said: "My kingdom is not of this world."14 Well, beloved hearts, you may begin to say in his name: My kingdom is of this world! It is this world! For I decree, in the name of Alpha and Omega, that the kingdoms of this world and of this LORD and of this Christ and of this earth are indeed become the kingdoms of Elohim15 - the Elohim of light and sound and of the inevitable encounter with the Lord God Almighty!16
Therefore, set thy habitation and set it secure that you might realize that, once and for all, God has purposed to lower into manifestation his own God consciousness and that of his Son. Therefore, roll back the darkness with Elohim! For you have never known such a mighty reinforcement of the purpose to which you are set, which the LORD has willed, which the LORD will accomplish, which the LORD will fulfill as the Keeper of the Word.
Now, from the heavenly octaves, legions of light, legions of violet-flame angels attend and escort here to this platform the Keeper of the Scrolls and his legions. And this one (who has come at our behest) would address you concerning the record of the planetary body itself.
Blessed hearts of the living Word, listen therefore as he does read.

Beloved hearts, as you know, I AM the servant of the Four and Twenty Elders and of the Great Karmic Board. You who have not yet heard me speak may wish to acquaint yourselves with my teaching which I have already delivered through the messengers.17 And therefore, that you might have it as background to this my discourse, I offer it to you.
In this hour, I would portray to you certain experiences that we have had in recent months, by our own angels of record, keeping the record of life for those whose names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life,18 keeping the record unto the final judgment of those who fell from the grace of the Cosmic Virgin.
We have noted and would apprise you, in consultation with K-17 and Lanello and the concerned forces of light in the Darjeeling Council, that that which we have presented in this very brief gathering of a few days represents, as you might say, the tip of the iceberg concerning international intrigue, deception that mounts even in the government of this nation.19 And all of this put together causes us to deliver to you a certain warning that there is in the air, you might say, a note of danger that for us indicates the possibility of the precipitation of crisis, which should find you in the coming year and years positioned elsewhere physically than you now find yourselves in your service to life.
The words are well taken "to lighten the burden." The words are well taken "to prepare oneself for the flight."20
It is true that, in a day or a night, the people of Poland - some of them have packed their possessions in two suitcases and left their homeland.21 It is well for the chelas of the light to be mobile in these days and years. It is well for you, as individuals, to cherish the heart as the seat of comfort.
In recent weeks, El Morya has said that the only place of security in Europe is the accelerated heart of the chela.22 Your hearts enfired with the Presence and the Spirit of the beloved Mother Mary gives you the immense magnitude of her star-fire power.
Now, as we read that which is written by the deeds of men - their actions, their thoughts, and their all-too-impure motives - it is our considered opinion which I speak, representing beloved Alpha and the Lords of Karma, that the strength and the survival of the individual light-bearer and the movement of light-bearers is in their close and mutual association. Though we have pointed in this direction, as members of our Brotherhood have spoken to you in years past, we have not given it either as a mandate or as a necessity of urgency.
There are certain trends in the world today that are based on the free will of individuals. Although the activity of Elohim does indeed clear centuries of momentum, it is also clear to us that those who have purposed to destroy arise on the morrow and continue their intent. Therefore, trends which emanate from the conspiracy of fallen ones that crosses all lines of outer association and connects the inner vibrations of anti-Light, is a momentum that must be considered and dealt with in planning the future.
It is not always possible, then, to detour the precipitation of malintent. It is not always possible to turn civilization or to turn the worlds. But it is possible to turn the lighthearted ones - the obedient and the faithful in the light. It is possible, beloved hearts, to at least exercise our own free will in concerted action: the saints above and the saints below.
Thus, from the chambers where we calculate the course of world conditions, we also read the handwriting on the wall. It is as though, simultaneously with the intense victory of souls of light, the darkness becomes darker. And until all of error is self-destroyed or self-consumed, there is that period of lethal danger when the very emanations of decay of a dying world release those toxins that ought not to be imbibed by the children of the light or their offspring.
We consider the plan of the Inner Retreat a sound one. We consider it a viable alternative and surely the place where one can experience a certain retreat while the dark waves move over the planet, break, and then finally recede in the dawn of a new light and a new day.
The darkest hour that precedes the dawn of all that we anticipate has not yet come.23 In the course of cycles, then, it may be anticipated as that x factor in your personal and organizational planning. Meanwhile, all that has been said in great wisdom by Elohim can be carried out and you may accomplish the purpose of God.
My recommendation, from reading the conclusion of the writing of the record of lifestreams on the Path by the angels of record, is that many have accelerated to fight the good fight, many have increased in inner attainment. But to all I say: Press on and press harder! and work for that extra level of light and adeptship which will give you recourse to be a shepherd of souls in those hours when some cannot bear the personal loss and sorrow that life and hard times sometimes bring.
I ask you to consider the prophecy of Fátima24 and that which it portends in these times. I ask you to consider that in this decade there is a certain finishing and a certain completion that is to take place whereby some souls must simply come to the fulfillment and the completion of their judgment. These finales on the stage of life are also a sign of the passing of an age and the passing of a certain way of life that is no longer adequate to the new dispensation.
Some look with nostalgia on past years of art and theater - of the motion picture industry, of those who have played the roles so famous and that have typified the hopes and dreams of humanity. But actually, when you consider the lifestyle they have portrayed (the problems, the pathos, the humanity of it all) - it truly is of the past. And that which is the future remains less defined.
But one thing do hearts of light know and it is this: that there is no turning back25 and that life in the future must be lighter, purer, freer, more joyous, more filled with the color of the crystal light.
Let the burden be lifted upon the heart of the Mother and her children! Let now light of Elohim converging be for this dispensation - for the carrying of the bird of the heart to the Inner Retreat.
So delicate is the thread of contact on earth that I must comment upon it. For, as you know, this season of winter solstice is often the scene of the passing from life of many upon earth. And we must always examine the record, as we are there to make presentation before the Lords of Karma.
In so many cases, beloved ones, people make the transition without fully having benefited from the opportunity of life - wasted years, hopes and dreams instead of action, illusion sprinkled in for not facing the reality of the hour. The trends and conditions of life, of disease and old age and of final years, seem almost fruitless when they could become so vital for the individual soul's vanquishing of karma, the balancing of debts to life, and even service to the needy.
It is as though in the nation an older generation, surfeited in the wrong foods and vibrations, had gone to seed before their time. And years before the actual physical transition, their lives are almost entirely useless - both to the planetary evolution and to their soul's evolution. And yet, they are a part of the karmic weight and therefore stand in the place of new light-bearers entering in.
You who represent the green shoots on the tree also recognize that you are born out of the former dispensation. To you who see the inadequacies of the past - to you is given the vision of that with which you would endow your own children and the children of the world.
Mighty indeed should be the service of our Montessori schools. May it be so in a larger dimension. And may they meet the needs of a larger circle of lifewaves.
My thoughts for the year must rest before the World Teachers, who make a valiant effort to project you, in the personality of the Christ, as their representatives in this coming year. I look forward to seeing you also at the Inner Retreat, where I shall participate again in the report of the Lords of Karma.
Prepare, then, and be ready. For the time is short!
This sentence which I speak is a mystical sentence, not necessarily drawing your attention to the clock but to the inner realities of life.
May you meditate upon its personal meaning for you.
In gratitude for Sanat Kumara, I bow before you. And my angels bow with me before the Light of God in your hearts and the valiant effort of your souls.

Our service is a braiding action of the violet flame, the purple fire, the golden threads of light, now weaving and strengthening the membrane of sacred fire and living Word that the complement of Elohim establish around the planetary body.
Our work will continue and our teaching will continue, through this teacher, until all that we have determined to bring, to expose, and to comment upon is fulfilled.26
We close this conference with the sealing of the planet Earth in the violet shield of the seventh ray. Even the blue fire of the will of God is covered over by this intense violet fire. And the golden threads of Helios and Vesta form the grid of light over the planetary body. And these golden threads, my beloved, represent the weavings of the saints, the pathways of the saints, and your own fiery fabric of the Deathless Solar Body, whose essence we have added unto the protection of the planetary body.
By your leave and by your free will, by the authority of your Christ Self, we have then apportioned a portion of your own seamless garment that you would gladly give to become the Mother's swaddling garment of the world. In honor of Saint Germain and Portia, in honor of Jesus Christ and the Lady Magda, so it is a swaddling garment of violet and gold.
It almost reminds me, blessed hearts, of the winding of the turban of a master in India we all know, a mighty violet turban - not out of place at all for the Lord of the First Ray.
