Excelsior! how I love thee. Excelsior! how I love thee. Hearts afire because you have been quickened by his love, know that I AM near.
I AM the Messenger in your midst clothed upon by God, and not man, by white raiment. I AM the watchful one caring for your souls, attentive to Saint Germain and El Morya and the heart of Mother, attentive to the needs of each individual soul and of the Community as a whole.
As each one finds himself weighed in the balances of God, God also must seek to preserve the Community and the path of individual retribution and individual regeneration. The one must precede the other, yet both proceed simultaneously as the Christ in some is exalted and the lesser self in another is debased.
Take heart, then, for the Word of the Lord unto you must be the supreme comfort that watchful angels, such as I, have assumed a relevance with the All-Seeing Eye of God and do not take for granted the salvation of any soul nor the survival of the Community without God as supreme goal.
If God be the goal, then such as I must be engaged in the science and the religion of goal-fitting. "Goal-fittedness," the word spoken by my Guru to each and every one of you. What good be the fitting if it not be for the goal? What good be the fitting if the garment fit not? What good be the fitting if it be the wrong garment at the wrong time and the wrong place?
Therefore, for fitting for the goal we come. And there is a story that must be told about the lifewaves of earth, about the history of each lifestream. There is an encounter and a Christed one to be met by you in the way with Christ.
Take heed, then, at the dividing of the Word. For all that I speak to you, as you hear it spoken by the Mother, must have some supreme, sublime, and noble purpose, must not exempt anyone but be for the piercing of passing crystals of human substance that must now be crushed that they might pass through the bloodstream to the fiery chamber of the heart for transmutation without causing the stopping of the flow or, heaven forbid, of the very heart itself.
Swiftly and suddenly with the sword of unexpectedness comes the Maha Chohan to protect the circle of fire, to protect each individual within that circle. The Lord is come into his temple this day and this week! Let the meek who shall inherit the kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world be not weak, neither find their hearts trembling or failing them for fear. For such is not the intent of the judgment, but rather the reproving of the one that the many might therefore be satisfied in the whole Law.
Let thy members, then, come nigh unto the flame. Let the banner of Maitreya and the Mother be proclaimed! Let the byword "Excelsior" be understood, for it is the command of the Eternal Guru unto the chela in the hours of perfect striving.
It is written, "Do you know how to strive?" Many answers come forth from chelas who hear the word of Maitreya, "Do you know how to strive?" Many answers are given, but perfect striving must come. For if you receive the command, "Excelsior!" and know not how to excel unto the excellence of a Christ, then of what use be the command? Therefore, let the striving ones learn the meaning of their own path.
It matters not that you meet and conquer this or that foe on the way. For I tell you, it is easier to conquer the foe than it is to be found in righteousness in the hour of the coming of Maitreya for the meeting of thy soul on the Path. Contemplate this, for it is hard enough, as heaven and earth know, to bind the foe.
But, blessed hearts, the meeting of Maitreya, of the Universal One - when you are confronted, when you must stand in the place where he stands, when you must be measured for your capacity to assimilate his Light and his Electronic Presence, when he must pass on as you pass through the mighty aura of the Faithful One, and then when you must be tested to see how much of that Light you could assimilate and keep - ah yes, when this occur, then, then you will know the meaning of my word.
Not a word is spoken, not a greeting. You see him from afar, at first a tiny speck on the horizon. You see him coming down the highway of life and you on that highway cannot escape - to the right, to the left, into the thicket, into the noise of the world, into its familiar haunts that drown out the soul's sensitivity to the coming of the One Sent.
Why do you think he has been proclaimed as the Coming Buddha? It is as a warning. It is as a point of Truth. It is a coordinate that the soul on the highway perceiving the oncoming Light might have yet certain cycles of his approachment for her own rapprochement [with] the inner Light. The inner Light is the magnet of the heart. The inner Light sends the Messenger going before the face of the living Buddha.
All these things have come to pass, for we have come and Alpha has said our work is finished.1 What is the meaning of this? It means that now the era of confrontation with the One who has sent the Messenger is come to pass, the announcing of the coming of the hosts of the Lord is finished.
Let those who have remained in the vibration of our own mantle now receive, one by one, those who come in the name of the Lord as the Ascended Masters. Let them know that the appearance of Maitreya is nigh! What will he find when he find you there? O precious ones, I pray it be the building of that Central Sun Magnet able to magnetize the greater Light!
Thus, you have heard our word and once again the preparations are underscored. We come as Messengers of Truth. We come with the single word, "Cast down your idols from your midst!"2 For when they be self-destroyed, having approached the Lord and received his rebuke, you must stand and still stand.
Let our Community of the faithful followers of God as dear children come into our hearts of love. One great heart individed, as Above so below, are we. Come fearlessly; we would wash thy feet, thy face, thy form entire, and thy garments. We would prepare thee, first as children, second as sons of God. Bearers of the seed of the Word, we would prepare thee to meet thy God.
I AM Lanello. I am in the midst of this Community with the determination of El Morya and Kuthumi that God will have his perfect work, that God will be that work among you, that God himself will raise you up, and that you will learn the art and the science of self-effacement even while giving birth to the very image itself who is Christ.
I come not to justify injustice nor to make just any man. For God alone is just. I come obedient to my word, and to that Lord I bow. I have executed his will and I stand upon that will. May you stand also! May you be prepared.
The Mother of the World lights a candle for the return of the prodigal son. Will the son return? Will the son squander his inheritance? The comings and the goings of the seed of Christ and of the Fallen One will tell their tale in the end; but all cannot be known from the beginning - save that in the beginning we were winning. And we have never stopped winning nor have we stopped winnowing souls for the Victory.
I have sown, I have watered, I have seen the fruit of the Lord in the fields. I have harvested and I have entered into nirvana. I have entered into the winter of Alpha and Omega. I have entered into the Sun behind the sun. And I have read the Book of Life concerning each lifestream who would pass through these halls, who has done so, is now [so] doing, and who shall [do so] in the future. Thus I stand with the Keeper of the Scrolls and I stand with the immortal Christ, the keeper of the secrets of the souls.
Mindful of the desire of your hearts, mindful of your desire to do the will of God with perfect Love, I accentuate wisdom. I push it out as a fiery breath! I anoint you with the holy oil of wisdom that wise dominion might be your lot and not ignorance of the Law.
I prepare you for the judgment. I anoint your bodies - even as the body of our Lord was anointed by blessed Mother Flame - against the day and the night of your own transitions from Darkness unto Light, from Light unto greater Light, from glory unto glory.
Children of the Sun, the day of your Victory is at hand! This is the meaning of our message. The point of victory as the pinnacle of the summoning of all forces of life within you must be an hour dearly sought with all preparations in order, as you would prepare your soul for the hour of the wedding, taking care that the garment be perfect, that the guests be invited, that the marriage feast be in order.
Let all things be in order for the Victory, the consummate victory of Love's consummation within your being! Souls of the Light, I command you: Be thou made whole! Be thou wed to Christ in God. Be God's in Christ forevermore!
I seal you unto your own free will. I seal you now that he might infill you with the thrust of joy that is the thrust of striving for the purpose of goal-fitting, for the purpose of the arrival at the Goal. God is goal! Maitreya be thy goal! Soul, fasten the eye upon the eye of the Lord. Be at one, be whole and then be at peace.
