Light of my heart I give to thee - Light of my own devotion to those whom you also recognize as the needy and the poor in spirit across the face of the earth.
Opportunity has opened wide the door for the angels of Light, Archangels shining so bright, to bring forth their messages, to anchor their flame, to establish coordinates in the earth in the name of my Son. We are gratified that the message of the Archangels goes forth and that our image is truly imparted through the Messenger and engraven on the souls and minds of those who are the hearers and the seers of the Word.
It has made a great difference to have these dictations played on videotape in our Teaching Centers. And therefore we encourage Keepers of the Flame in Summit Lighthouse Study Groups to make a determined effort to see to it that their city becomes a place that is the open door by this means for greater and greater momentum of Light to be anchored.
I have set myself to the task of organizing and implementing all that has been brought forth by the Archangels and in the dictations given at The Class of the Archangels. I have studied the word of Moses, of Gautama and Zarathustra.1 I have studied the message of my Son given on Christmas Day2 and I have studied every one of the dictations of Lanello given since the hour of his ascension.
I have sat in the council chambers at Darjeeling studying El Morya's releases and I have drawn up an outline of the priority concerns of our Brotherhood ascended and of chelas striving here below. I have noted that many of you are striving in a number of areas, not always conscious of priorities, not always conscious of the grand scheme for the deliverance of earth.
Beloved hearts of Light, realize that when you are not even aware of the victories that have been won in such short periods of time, sometimes you lack the perspective of the very next blow which must be struck for the Lord to ratify a previous victory and to bring it home in legislation or in conditions that beset various peoples around the world.
Sometimes you are not aware that a certain victory in a certain nation can be magnified, can be multiplied, can be maximized through the heart of Maximus for maximum benefit to those individuals who [as] yet have not had the arcing of that externalization of the threefold flame that has brought about a victory in one area of the globe.
Therefore it is my hope that there will come forward souls of Light who can engage themselves in the charting [of] the chronology of the victories and in the setting forth of the assignments and the teachings of the Archangels that they may be implemented swiftly. In my heart there also burns the desire to see our Teaching Center established in Rome so that upon that European continent there is a point of contact.
Beloved hearts, we see the victory of the violet flame, and it is our desire to impress upon you that the teaching of the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness must be made plain lest those who read the exposure of the Nephilim become enangered by their own past momentums of anger and sense of injustice and fail to apply the science of the spoken Word as the only lawful and justifiable sword that can be wielded [against Evil incarnate].
Understand, precious hearts, that the greatest healing of all and the greatest victory in the battle is transmutation by the violet flame whereby the enemy fades away and the transmutation of that philosophy of the enemy takes place and the children of the Light rise to preeminence and their philosophy [rises] to dominance in world thought. And suddenly the enemy and all of his efforts are simply out of style, out of step. This is the revolution we would see whereby the world itself, moving up that great spiral of the golden ratio, is elevated out of the morass, out of the swamplands that are the dwelling place of the serpents.
Do you see, then, how this has already happened and [that] these are the victories that you must count? When freedom becomes more popular people can scarcely remember when it was not so popular to be a patriotic American. When dignity in the White House replaces an absence of the appreciation of the office of the Christ, then there is a nonremembrance of those former things that were not of the Light.
Thus it is always with the coming of the Christ within your temple. Some of you can remember former states of being as though they never were, as though you see ghosts of your former self. You see old photographs and you realize that [that] was once a manifestation [of yourself] but it was never real! Only our God is real. Thus you have some sense of the perspective of what true healing is, what is the meaning of miracle and the miraculous sense.
Let us use, then, this miraculous sense, this correct assessment of progress from former lesser states to give fires to the flame of Victory. For surely the sense of victory in the present must be built upon the sense of having conquered worlds of human creation. The sense that it can be done, whether in New Delhi or Warsaw or in Moscow or in Peking, comes from the fact that you know you have done it before: the Ascended Masters have done it before.
Let us listen well, then, as the Messenger has taught today, to the teachings that have gone before. For these books that are published for the decade of the eighties come out of our dictations released to the Messengers in the sixties and the seventies; and they are the preparation, they are the foundation. And if our nucleus of Lightbearers would truly assimilate that which has been given, you would see how those plans and projects articulated by the Archangels and in many other dissertations of the Masters and the Messengers could more swiftly be brought to pass.
Why, beloved ones, in this very hour in Washington and in the Congress there are victories waiting to be plucked as ripe cherries on the tree! And they are not being plucked simply because you do not know the circumstances of the various bills or the various matters that are being taken up. And therefore the science of the spoken Word is not directed into that very easy situation that could be knocked off by any Keeper of the Flame in fervent prayer.
Understand, then, that though they come with the same intensity of other years these fallen ones have in truth at inner levels lost their steam, lost the fire breath of the Holy Spirit. And therefore, even the very ones who held sway in the Senate before no longer seem to have that magnetism of the fallen ones, that charisma they once knew. And they find it very difficult to place themselves in a position of power vis-a-vis Saint Germain's thrust, his mighty thrust for a purpose through the office of the president and all who are cooperating with it.
It is very clear to us and it ought to be clear to you that it is the living God and the living Christ who is in command in the White House - not any man, not any one man but all collectively together who have made themselves an instrument, measure for measure, of the fires of the Holy Spirit.
Let us move forward, then, and let us take this renewed opportunity in the understanding of the dimensions of the building of the house of the Lord [to realize] that this is indeed the hour to give intense invocations for the manifestation of the Inner Retreat, for the sealing of that contract which has been signed, and for the raising of the necessary funds.
I am therefore, by the flame of my own heart, by the Fifth Ray of Raphael and Cyclopea and of Hilarion, inaugurating and establishing a continual marathon to Cyclopea and for decrees [for] the [necessary] supply to be brought forth from the heart of God. Decrees for supply and [for] the binding of all opposition to its manifestation - these are necessary in this hour that the contact be made with the Source who is Elohim, who can deliver what is necessary to complete this package for the Ascended Masters.
And therefore let us establish the place so that the mighty Archangels and the Karmic Board, in consonance with the causal body and the flame of David in the person of Jesus, might ordain and establish as the Word of the Lord the building of the temple once again within and without.
I call to you, then, troops and hosts on earth serving with the Lord. You have won many a battle and there is a staying hand. Therefore let us thrust forward. Let us be aggressive, positive, and on the offensive for the invoking of the abundance of God that will enable us to bring forth that which is the top priority of the Great White Brotherhood - the establishment of the Inner Retreat. From there we move forward with great expansion in the publishing of the Word and the contacting of the Lightbearers nation by nation.
O children of my heart, there is a buoyant, joyous release of Light from out the Great Central Sun! You can feel it everywhere on earth. You can feel the New Day. You can feel the angels of God-awareness. You can feel the clapping and the thunderous applause of saints at inner levels who do applaud every gain of Light on earth.
Truly, though the adversary may yet be vocal he is no longer vociferous, for he is indeed bound! And you will live to behold the salvation of our God and the judgment of the seed of the wicked. And you will see it come about by transmutation through the purple fiery heart of Saint Germain! And you will find their place no more in the earth as there is a great swelling, as there is a rapturous light and the billowing of sacred fire momentum from beneath, buoying light, buoying children, buoying all saints and souls of the heart of God into that higher dimension, that Higher Consciousness.
Children of my heart, in the name of the Archangels I come. I come to release the fires of the World Mother. And I say with Pallas Athena, that great representative of the emerald ray on the Karmic Board, "Let us get on with the Revolution, for I AM dedicated to its Victory in your hearts!" Amen.

To feel the attunement with the Holy Spirit at all times is something which was taught to me before I could be given the opportunity to bear the Christ and assist him in his mission. For if you are not in attunement with God at all times, how can He act for you in time of danger or crisis or opposition? It means that in the presence of danger you must first make your attunement before you can receive assistance. In the life of a disciple there is not time for this, beloved ones. Attunement must be ready as an armor, as a sword of Truth. When you are in a battle, you cannot run back to the lines and put on your armor and your sword after the enemy have launched their attack; there you must be ready.
Attunement, therefore, is somewhat of a subconscious quality. It is begun with the outer mind; it is begun by its supplication, by the prayer to the Holy Christ Self to take command and continue the prayers and decrees of your heart throughout the twenty-four hours. This is an important request, and it should be made by you each morning before you even rise from your beds. You must say to yourself if you would follow in the pathway of the Mother of the World and of the Christ:
Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, Father of all Life -
Act on my behalf this day:
Fill my form.
Release the Light that is necessary
For me to go forth to do thy Will,
And see that at every hand the decisions I make
Are according to thy holy Will.
See that my energies are used to magnify the Lord
In everyone whom I meet.
See to it that thy holy Wisdom released to me
Is used constructively for the expansion of God's kingdom.
And above all, beloved Heavenly Father,
I commend my spirit unto Thee
And ask that as thy Flame is one with my flame,
The union of these two Flames shall pulsate
To effect in my world
The continuous alertness and attunement
Which I need with thy Holy Presence,
With the Holy Spirit, and with the World Mother.
