Hail, Cosmic Christ! Hail, Lord Maitreya and sons of the living Word!
I AM here in the fullness of the light of God and the full armor of faith. I bless you in the name of God! And my legions bright encircle the earth for the victory of the flame. By this sacred fire, by the name of GodCso you conquer!
Children of the sun who are become the One, the flaming One, receive my heart and be received into my own. For I have brought the seven archangels as we have come to rest in this place that is blessed.
As we have gathered in this hour from out the Royal Teton Retreat, it is for the sealing of hearts of gold! It is for the victory of the light! It is that you might enter into the fullness of the vow of faith. And that faith which takes its vigil with earth and her evolutions is the vow of my own bands of the first ray.
Lo! I AM Michael the Archangel. And I summon all who have heart and all who have will for the great gatheringCfor the victory!
(Children of the light, I bid you be seated in my presence.)
There is a law, then, that is reflected in the hearts of the faithful. It is the law of God's own protection of his very own. I come and I thrust my sword of blue flame into the very heart of AmericaCmaking it, therefore, congruent with the arch of Saint Louis.1 I, therefore, AM the sacred fire! I AM the mighty arc! And I AM the flaming sword in the midst thereof!
O children of the light of the One, therefore realize that it is a rallying point whereby love in the heart of the archangel of the first and the third ray converge by the power of God. And therefore, the thrusting of the sword in the earth is for the gathering of the light of the enlightened ones. And it is for the protection of this nation, this continent, and all who are of the I AM Race throughout the planetary body. It is for the protection of time and space and of the place prepared.2
Beloved children of the light of God that never fails, I AM the mighty action of the sacred fire! I AM the fullness of the Great Central Sun Magnet! Burn, then, O sacred fire! Burn, then, and consume all that is the anti-will of God! For I AM standing and I AM the one who hears the calls of the Mother and of the chelas of the Guru Mother.
Therefore, I AM the interpreter of the Word. I AM the transferring of the Word through the legions of light, through all archangels, for the sealing of the destiny of this earth for this decade of preparation unto the victoryCby the power of the ruby ray! by the power of the eighth ray!
Lo, I come to confirm opportunity on the path of initiationCopportunity confirming the anchoring of light, the protection of the continents, the protection of the very earth body that the children of the sun might enter into the very heart of the Royal Teton and there discover their own root race, their own origin and descent, and their cosmic purpose.
Therefore, I come to anoint you who would go forth to teach the teachings of the ascended masters in the name of Archangel Uriel. I come with a flaming faith! I come with armor! I come with the Book of the Law! And I come with the signet of the Goddess of Liberty.
I AM Archangel Michael! And I tell you, blessed hearts, for many this decade will be the final opportunity to come into the light and to proclaim freedom worldwide.
Therefore, let all listen and listen well,
That your very own sisters and brothers
Are waiting to hear you come to tellC
To tell them the mighty story
Of the flame of glory,
Even the Shekinah glory that is above and below
And in the very heart of the threefold flame.
I AM an archangel! I AM one of the first ray. And I have stood for evolutions of earth and these planetary homes for many centuries. I have stoodCand I still stand, beloved hearts of flame!
Beloved hearts of light, I AM the action of the sacred fire. And I demand, therefore, the recompense! I demand the return of my own Word and my own leap of light and my own faithful sword. I AM, therefore, exacting from your own causal body the descent of your own flame of faith. I AM blowing the wind of the Holy Spirit to fan the fire of faith in your heart and dedication to the will of God and the realization that some who are your very own flesh and blood, as it were, are yet in darknessCyet waiting for the arc of your own mighty arch, anchoring then from your own I AM Presence to their own heart flame that momentum of victory, that momentum of God-determination!
Therefore, I come with a dispensation of the Great Central Sun to be implemented by the seven archangels. I come with the determination of Alpha and Omega that you shall and will have the mighty action of our sword of blue flameCthat you shall have it in physical, tangible manifestationCas a fiery focus for the protection of the light of Almighty God in America, for the protection of the divine intent of every student of the I AM throughout the world and everyone in whom there beats the threefold flame.
Let all understand that from wherever you hail (and hail in the name of Archangel Michael!) there must remain that central forcefield and platform for the victory of light which is the very heart of the Royal Teton Retreat, which is the very heart of your heart flameCthat as America goes, so goes the world. And therefore, we dedicate this land to the victory and to the overthrow of the tyrants and the fallen ones and the Watchers3 with whom we have striven for millennium.
Beloved hearts, therefore we have blocked their moves. But until this hour of the judgment has come, we have not been fully free to implement that which you are now calling forth.
Therefore, it is a question of timing. Therefore, it is a question of the law of cycles. Therefore, it is a question of understanding that that which is past is past. And that which is present is on the very lip of future manifestation of the great golden age and of its implementation through that Inner Retreat.
Therefore, we are mighty archangels counting upon you to implement its manifestation, to see to it that it is secured in this very summer!Cand that there are lines reaching out to all of the earth and her evolutions for light-bearers to make their way to establish that fiery core, to establish that decree momentum, where the authority of the Word will release those fiats of light for a decade and for the turning of the century that will result in the saving of life to the uttermost and in the fulfillment of the Word of Saint Germain and the violet flame in all people.
We therefore require the concentration of forces and the isolation of our bands and the anchoring point for the Royal Teton Retreat. We therefore desire that all should come into alignment and prepare themselves and see to it that they may be an extension of that retreat in the world of form, ever ready and ever flexibleCever ready to move forward, at the call of El Morya and mighty Surya, to be anywhere upon the planetary body where the light is needed, where the balancing action of equilibrium is required, and where the Judgment Call must go forth.
Therefore, I send the messenger! Therefore, I send souls of light around this earthCcrisscrossing even as fiery electrons whirling around the center of the sun of even pressure in the heart of the earth. So is the going and the coming of the sons of GodCin and out of the inner heart, in and out of the Inner Retreat.
So you have come to this outpost. So you have come to this nucleus of white fire. And so we have established it for the reinforcement of light in this very geographical area, for the protection of the holy innocents. Therefore, we implement the divine plan. And we salute you that you have always responded to the will of God and that you have set yourselves with that great God-determination to fulfill a divine plan.
Lo! I AM come. And lo, I anoint my own messenger. Lo, it is a twenty-year spiral.4 And here lies the constancy. Here is the consonance. Here is the continuity of our WordCthat we may speak and speak again and bring you up-to-date as to those teachings and admonishments that we have given in prior decades.
Therefore, those who have gone away and who have returned find that the same Word, the same fire of the Holy Spirit, and the sameness of Almighty God is even the promise of heaven that there is security in the Great White Brotherhood and there is faithfulness on earth in the hearts of the embodied saints, that our words do not fail, and that our chelas also do not failCnot because they are chelas, but because they are God in manifestation. And it is God in the heart of the chela that does not fail, even when that one would faint and wonder what is coming upon him or upon the planetary body.
Blessed hearts of light, you see fulfilling itself a mighty spiral. And those who have left from out of our very midst are seldom missed; whereas those who are drawn in as the fiery electrodes have never left, even of all incarnations and all previous manifestations of the community of the Holy Spirit.
Those who are of the light are of the light and remain constant to the flame! Those who are not, enter into their own doubt and fear and slink into the night. And this is as it should be! For they, too, must come to the altar and receive then the Word and know that the Word is real, that I AM realCthat I AM Archangel Michael.
And I AM more physical than you may realize in this hour. For I AM the fullness of the manifestation of God and I choose to be physical where I AM! I choose to be where I AM that you might also know that you may rise to the level of the Cosmic Christ through your own Christ Self and also know the converging of worldsCas above, so below. Let it be for the fullness of the fiat of the Cosmic Christ! Let it be for your own deliverance, beloved ones.
Lo! I AM the action of the sacred fire. And I AM piercing to the very core and quick those astral hordes multiplying the momentum of voodoo and of witchcraft in America, multiplying the psychic activities of the false gurus, false channels, and psychic mediums.
I AM the full fury of the LORD! I AM the full wrath of Gautama Buddha! For I AM the angel sent for the unification of the unionCeven the union of hearts, union of Alpha and Omega, union of the fifty states which are the twelve tribes and the thirteenth come again.
I AM for the union of the I AM Race!
I AM for the union of the seed of Sanat Kumara!
I AM for the union of the One!
I affirm it and I place my crown upon my son, even the son of light in your midst.
Lo! I AM the deliverer of the Word of the King of kings and the Lord of lords.5
Lo! I AM the action of the sacred fire. And I will lead the troops Homeward. And I will lead the legions of light into the very midst of darkness and infamy, into the very midst of those spies who gather here to transfer even the technological achievement of America to those enemies of freedom.6
Lo, I AM the guard! Lo, I AM the watchmanCwith Saint GermainCof the day and of the night, of the appearing of the Son of God within you! Lo, I AM the deliverance of the Word! Lo, I AM the keeper of the flame of the faithful and the true.
Lo, I AM with you, beloved ones, even unto the end of the age of your own incarnation of the Word and the ending of the cycles of your karma. Lo, I AM with you, O living ones of light! And I shall remain. For I AM faithful. And he that sent me is faithful. And your hearts are faithful. And therefore, in the great quality of faith, we are sealed as one. And we will not take no for an answer!
We are the advocates of freedom. We clear the way! We clear the pathway for the avatars and the legions of Saint Germain. We clear the way for the coming of the Son of God. And we clear the way for the birth of the Manchild within you!
Wonder not at the miracle of my presence or the moving stream of the Word. For it is the fullness of the Holy Spirit that I bear, that I AM, that I deliver unto you. And lo, that Holy Spirit is come upon you in this hour, as it came by the mighty archangels and the living Christ on that very day of Pentecost, that all who are prepared for that fiery actionCto be no more as men but to move upon earth as angels of lightCthen receive that Holy Spirit.
You have asked for it! You have called for it! You have decreed for it! Well, there are consequencesCand I am one of those consequences. For I will not leave the son of light who embraces the Holy Spirit, for I know the protection that is required. And I know even far more than has been revealed to you this day. For I am aware of every force and forcefield of malintent, every seed of evil throughout the galaxies of the Matter spheres. And I tell you, this is something!
Blessed hearts of light, therefore I am aware of impinging lines of force. And I am supremely aware of the mighty action of the sacred fire of light rays coming forth from the Great, Great Central Sun. And I see in you the convergence of light! light! light!Cright in the very heart flame where I AM within you. And therefore, I see these light rays deflecting all that is unlike that light.
But, blessed ones, there are souls of light who will not be afforded this protection merely because they will not align with the Son of God, with the I AM Presence, will not utter the call to me. Blessed hearts, it is the call that is the sacred alchemy on earth. Even the call. You may have an I AM Presence and Christ Self and threefold flame. But you must make the call. It is the law of octaves that cannot be broken.
Therefore, fear not to speak the Word. Fear not to be embraced by the Word. Fear not the purging of the Word. And fear not the Holy Spirit that will never, never, never in all eternity leave you as it has found you. It will transform you! It will tumble you! It will turn you! And it will stand you right-side-up, on your feetCstanding for the will of God! Do you not welcome this mighty influx into your temple, beloved hearts? [AYes!@]
O then, let there be the rousing of those who sleep! Let there be the rising of the outcry of voices who cheer in the oncoming light of Sanat Kumara, who see the deliverers of mankind on all of the hillsides of the world and who see the precious vision of the City Foursquare7 and etheric octavesCtemples of light and the new civilization to which all shall one day return.
O blessed vision of the heart of the Immaculate Virgin, blessed vision of the heart of Mary! In her name I place my seal on the Inner Retreat. And with the LORD GOD I dedicate it to the ascension of the seed of the Woman8 - the ascension of the Blessed Virgin and her offspring of Christ. Let it be for the great return. And let it be the place of Great Encounters. For we are the archangels. We would encounter our own there.
And let there be once again in America the affirmation AThis hallowed ground!@ Let there be a patch of earth that is holyCwhere the praise unto the LORD is affirmed silently, worshipfully, with God-integrity.
This hallowed groundCAmerica! Let the white fire core of the Israelites return this nation to a holy allianceCnot with other nations, but integration with those who are of the light, with those who are of the Great White Brotherhood. Let the alliance be with the ascended octaves, as you cast your anchor into the infinite and find yourselves allies of the supreme forces of light.
Sons and daughters of the Most High God, I AM a fiery sealing action. I AM drawing the white-fire circle of protection around you and all who may receive the extension of that protection through your lifestream. I come to affirm the great need for the call for the protection of the individual light-bearer and the messengers and the family of light-bearers, the community, and the place prepared. I come to underscore the need for the protection of freedom and of this nation as the chosen nation, exemplar to all.
I contact the fiery focus of hearts who are one with me worldwide. I pledge to you my life until you are also cut free from all psychic thralldom and drawn into this heart of hearts, this place of safety that you call AHome@ and AMother.@
One are our hearts. One is the flame of freedom. The convergence in the center of the sun is a fiery intensity for the victory of light. Many ascended masters have placed themselves in physical proximity to this Inner Retreat. As you walk through this place, remember that you also entertain angels unawares.9
We enfold you in our auras; and our auras would serve you as a mighty magnet to demagnetize from you all that has hindered your Path thus far. It is the hour to make the call for the removal of every obstacle to your divine plan and to the fulfillment of the Inner Retreat. Let the call go forth! Let it be repeated. And we will answer!
Therefore, I AM an archangelCsummoned by the elect, vowing to do God's will, ever ready to protect. I AM an archangel. Would you also be where I AM? [AYes!@]
I would take you where I AM to discover the plan. I would also reveal to you that for you to remain where I AM should mean that you also should take the responsibility of an archangel. Some are ready. Does this surprise you? Some are not. This also should not surprise you.
But there are those among you who are angels who have embodied for many hundreds of thousands of years. There are angels among you who, when you shall have fulfilled your course, will enter into the path of initiation at inner levels to also put on the full mantle and, I might add, the fiery feathers of an archangel.
It is well to push back the limitations of the mind. It is well to appreciate that the Path is ongoing. From elemental to expansive Elohim, there is a chain of hierarchy. And somewhere, you are positioned in that chain!
Therefore, mount the chain of Life with joy!Csupreme joy and the realization that the farther you go, the greater the view of life. Higher and higher toward the Central Sun, you continually gain a larger perspective of the vastness of evolutions. You behold the valleys of earth and the mountains receding. You behold the planetary bodies and systems. And as you hold the point of the Cosmic Christ, you also must understand that all beneath you in vibration and location now depend upon your faithfulness to duty.
I trust, then, that this stretching of the mind will find you content to be where you are, faithful to a smaller circle of duty round which you yourself may inscribe a sacred-fire circle and in the center of which you also may declare:
I AM faithful to that Cause to which the LORD has anointed my soul and, yea, my spirit.
I AM, I will, and I shall be faithful to the course of duty, to the coil of light, to the dharma of my mission, and to the cosmic cross of white fire of that planetary/personal karma to which I AM also committed.
Thus, draw the line of responsibility. Stretch your arms for the mantle of capability. Fulfill the divine office. And await the approbation: This is my beloved son, in whom I AM well pleased. This is my beloved daughter, in whom I AM well pleased.10
Until the hour of the sounding of the crystal bell and the Word of the LORD unto you in this wiseCI pray you, work while ye have the light.11 Work! For the night may yet come for a season on planet Earth, until the hour and the day of the Holy City of God where there is no night and no need for the sun nor the stars or the moon, for the Lamb is the light thereof.12
Truly the Lamb, as Sanat Kumara incarnate, is the light of the Inner Retreat of your heart and the Inner Retreat of America and the Great White Brotherhood. Surely the Lamb is here for the victory! And I AM here to confirm the Word of the Mother in you, hour by hour.
I confirm her life as your lifeCand your life as her own. I confirm protection by the atonement of the living Word. I confirm it. I AM THAT I AM! I AM Archangel Michael. I AM the fullness of the vow. I AM the fullness of the light that is come and the marriage of the Lamb! For his wife hath made herself ready.13
Therefore, soul of God, come into union with the Lamb. Come into the understanding of Sanat Kumara as the one who would assimilate thy self unto the greater Self. Therefore is Alpha and Omega established in the very heart of this community.
Lo! I AM THAT I AM!

I AM. I shall be. And I ever will fulfill the mandate of my nameCof the office that God has given to me and of the purpose that shall be accomplished.
Lo! I stand for the Great White Brotherhood.
Lo! I stand for the devotee of the light.
I AM multiplying my body and my Electronic Presence
And my flaming sword
Upon all who will invoke them
Daily and hourly
And know that we are one.

I AM the exponent of MaitreyaCof the teacher and the teaching.

I AM the protection on earth and in heaven of the Lord God Almighty unto the expanding rings of consciousness of the Lord God Almighty through the very heart of MaitreyaCcentral sun of this activity of light, central sun of earth.
I AM drawing the lines round about all those who are tied to Maitreya in every octave of light, even the bodhisattvas and the Buddhas and those who are the devotees of the Mother, East and West.
Lo! I AM the victory!
