O masters of the seraphic science, come forth in the fullness of the cosmic honor flame! Holy Justinius, beloved Serapis Bey, rekindle within us the light of the Divine Mother.
O white-fire purity from the Central Sun, intensify the gold-and-white lily, that flame which the LORD has laid down for us that we may climb up this golden spiral ladder of light, step by step in the initiatic process.
Beloved Serapis Bey, come forth. Tutor our souls. Raise the planetary levels of God awareness by thy light, Serapis Bey.O Lord Maha Chohan, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, magnify the LORD as the light of purity.
Alpha beloved, Omega our sweetest Mother of light - be with us in this hour! For truly we would enter the vortex of Life's transforming power, wisdom, and love.
O white fire of the mighty flame of God, inundate the mind. Restore all things to the pristine purity of the original God-design. Let the love that is in our hearts be as the purity of Life in the beginning. Let us learn, let us be that love, that we might love one another as he has loved us.
Beloved Lord Jesus Christ, beloved Lord Maitreya, Lord Gautama, Lord Sanat Kumara, come forth now. Love us in this hour. Love us forever and forever. We would know that true love, that we might give it unto each one. This our one desire - to take the gift of love of the saints robed in white and to give it to every precious child of God's heart on earth.
We pray for those who are of the seed of Christ in every race and religion, on every continent, in every house of worship, on the mountains and in the valleys. We pray for them, O God!
Mother Mary, from the cosmic cross of white fire that has become thy dwelling place, enfold them in thy swaddling garment. Our hearts do burn with love for the risen Christ who has walked and talked with us this day on the road to Emmaus. Our hearts burn that his very own might know him face-to-face.
Beloved Christ Self of each one, peep through the eyes of the soul and let each heart that beats in unison with thy Word at this Altar of Invocation receive and give the intensity of Christ's love that shall be and is forevermore the healing of every part of the body of God.
O mystical body of Light, receive the flow of the Holy Spirit. Make us one as we are one. And we affirm that oneness by the power of Elohim forever and forever, O God. Amen.
Gold-and-white lily of Life, come forth! Blossom on the vine of our own true Christ Self. Show forth the wonder and the glory of our love which is made perfect in his own. Show forth the wonder of Christ and him crucified, resurrected, ascended - eternally free in the Light! Even so, Lord Jesus, come quickly into our midst.

When we give this mantra, it is a call to the Cosmic Christ and to the indwelling Christ to rise in intensity, to come into physical awareness. The absorption of Christ physically is not only possible but it is a part of the ascension process - the absorption of light within the cells because the cells are a perfect mirror of the Person of Christ and of the causal body. This comes through harmony. And the flame of resurrection restores God-harmony. The opalescent mother-of-pearl light which we invoke we will see filling millions of cells within the physical body.

As you sound the AUM, visualize the sacred fire breath going forth from you in a golden-ratio spiral. And returning to you from the heart of Christ is a spiral again. And therefore, you sense this wording "Drink me while I AM drinking thee."
You send forth intense white fire as the call. The call - the fulcrum of your individuality and your Christhood. Without the call, you would be nothing - having the potential of the flame, having the call, and having God on high to answer the call.
So the sense of drawing in with a most intense drawing of the breath of God as one puts out the intense adoration AUM Christus, knowing in the very center of the heart that one is contacting the personal Christ, the Universal Christ, the Christ of every ascended being, cosmic being, worlds without end - this is a very intense meditation simultaneously with the fiat of the Word. It is the call. It is the intense prayer of the heart.
All communications with God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit fuse as one if you have the lever of your attention and your devotion in the right place. Go within the heart, inside of the crystal of the Christed One. And let the intensity of your being center there, so that the AUM proceeds from the interval of the heart and it is not merely something outer on the surface of Western man's consciousness. The sound is the light emanation of the inner moment with God.

Let us consider that every Word that proceeds out of the AUM is the taking of the tone of the AUM and allowing it to be fragmented as pearls that form the spiral. Each pearl is a cup of light qualified by a portion of the Universal Word AUM.If you begin your session of dynamic decrees with the AUM and the Christus, then whatever decrees that follow are seen as the essential essence of that AUM qualified with a particular virtue, quality, vibration of your free will hitched to God's free will.
And so out of the AUM we hear the affirmation of being of the Lord Jesus Christ in this moment of his resurrection: I AM the Resurrection and the Life!1 This is what we hear inside - inside of the vacuum of the AUM, inside of the vortex of the Word.
We will give AUM Christus and then his mantra - all as the outcropping of the inner meditation. Close your eyes. See the Word proceed from you as white fire.
I AM the Resurrection and the Life. (7x)
As the avatar Jesus repeated the mantra of Maitreya I AM the Resurrection and the Life, as we are speaking it we flow over the tone spoken by Jesus. We travel over the golden-ratio spiral of his being back to the center of his heart. All things being equal, our devotion to him, our pronouncement of the sacred name and of his Word leads us to that point of the cross where the Word went forth.
And He said, "The Word shall not return unto me void."2
We are the fruit of the Word and of the vine of his consciousness. We return on the sound of the AUM and of his mantra back to his heart.
Thus redeeming his own prophecy by freewill choice, we choose to be the incarnate Word. And returning to his Sacred Heart we say, "Yea, LORD, thy Word shall not return unto thee void. For I AM the filling of the void with thy mantra."

As we travel over the light and the sound ray of his mantra, we enter into the resurrection flame itself. In the heart of the resurrection flame we find the imprint, the electronic blueprint, of every part of God that has ever affirmed -

We experience spherical being within his heart. We experience the light emanations of the Son of God, the central sun of Jesus' heart. Its light rays travel to the heart center of every Christed One - every one, universes without end, who has ever entered into that point of vibration.
We discover, then, that all who have ever drunk of this elixir, this opalescent mother-of-pearl light, have contributed the uniqueness of individual blueprint to that flame. And so the flame increases in richness. And this is called the abundant Life. For the abundance of this resurrection flame is the abundance of the multiplication of the mystical body of God by every heart where the Word has been uttered.
Think of it! Think of myriad angels, thousands upon thousands of legions of Light all the way back to Alpha and Omega - at the point of their heart, the recitation of this mantra. When you give it with perfect love, you are there!
I AM the Resurrection and the Life. (4x)
Our Lord Jesus Christ has introduced us to the concept of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. Let us pause to consider the meaning.
Our desire to experience the oneness of God through infinite manifestations of himself might be a perplexing problem if it were not for the sense of the Spirit that interpenetrates all and brings all to the resolution of the One. The Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood is the distillation of each individual point of Christ consciousness in one flaming sphere of Christ awareness.
Out of this Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood there comes the mantra of the resurrection that represents each one's point of contribution and multiplication of the consciousness of the resurrection itself. We may give this mantra and thereby partake of that which has already been distilled through aeons and aeons, infinities of lives of Brahma that have brought us to this place of spiritual evolution. All of this may pass through us according to our capacity in the giving of the mantra that represents the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood!
This is joyous to contemplate - entering this sphere of light, knowing that with the mantra we can travel in the very heart, down the tunnel of Life, through the laya center,3 to the very central sun of every heart of God universally manifest and unmanifest! Thereby we become the outpost of the Great White Brotherhood. Thereby we can say, "Where I AM, there is the Spirit of the Resurrection of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood! Where I AM is the Great White Brotherhood, for I affirm the mantra of the free!"
When you take the opportunity to exercise your dominion in this respect and hold the mantra of the Brotherhood in harmony, you will one day be received as an outer member of the Great White Brotherhood, which is accorded to unascended beings when a sufficiency of their being is in alignment and harmony and love with that entire Spirit.
Let us take, then, the synthesis of all causal bodies on this one point of frequency - the resurrection flame. (It is the first mantra in our resurrection section, decree 60.)
Each of the preambles of our decrees gives key names of ascended masters and cosmic beings through whose heart flame there flows an extraordinary momentum of that particular ray or virtue, for they have excelled in applying themselves to the victory of that God flame. And so they are major giving-and-receiving centers, major coordinating points of Light.
As we repeat the name, let us remember the beginning exercise of the AUM - the sacred fire breath, golden-ratio spiral from the heart to each name we repeat, and the instantaneous return of the golden-ratio spiral to our heart. We have contacted the heart of God in the heart of a servant-son by the pronouncement of the sacred name of that manifestation of God.
We pronounce the AUM and the I AM THAT I AM. The ascended master Saint Germain has pronounced it. And out of his vibration, for our use in the outer, has come the sacred name Saint Germain - or Jesus Christ or Maitreya. These are components of the original Word with a particular vibration.
When you mount spiral upon spiral and pass through your own resurrection and ascension, you will hear the "new name"4 of your own I AM Presence and your twin flame and of these ascended masters. You will hear a more complex geometric formula of the sacred name. For our condition in time and space, these names are given. They represent a kernel of light out of a vast nucleus of an identity called the Son of God, the servant-son.
So with the sense of the holiness - holiness being the immensity of the sacred fire contained in the sacred name and in the universal mantra - let us give our adoration.

It is my desire that you should not return to lesser patterns of decreeing, but rise in this application of the law to a new sense of the spoken Word.
When I spoke to you on the liberating power of the Word in Philadelphia, I gave to you the Brotherhood's Word on the maintenance of the sense of the holiness of the LORD and the holiness of the Word.5 And it was a rebuke from the master for allowing the decree of the Word to become common or an outer pronouncement of words. I hear even in your vibration in the giving of this decree - because you have a momentum of giving it over the years - of returning once again to the old patterns. I want to hear this decree given as the result of the AUM Christus I AM the Resurrection and the Life.
I want you to realize that patterns in our consciousness reside in the brain, the nervous system, the cells, the emotional body - that part of us which establishes an automation on those things that we do every day. And so we all have a certain automation in giving decrees. We need to have automation, else everything we did we would have to think through for the first time.
So this is rethinking the science of decreeing for your benefit, so that you will contact the vastness of God and the immensity of power that lies behind the Word. You must go behind the Word and find Brahman.
So we are going to give the AUM mantra, the Christus, the I AM the Resurrection and the Life. And then when I take up my book, we will begin the mantra of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood beginning with the verse. We will not repeat the preamble. And you are to visualize these words carrying you to the heart of God through the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, contacting that essential point of Light in the heart of your I AM Presence and Almighty God in the Great Central Sun. All of this is possible if only you will come into the sense of holiness and find the point of Christ each time you begin to pray or meditate and then allow the Word to manifest as the harvest of your meditation and prayer.
I would like to assign you to a forty-day novena of calls to the resurrection flame. Novena is the Latin word used by the Catholic church for a nine-day vigil of prayer. We have taken to use it for any amount of days.
So it's forty days to the celebration of the ascension of Jesus Christ - not noted as much as the resurrection because it's "out of sight." It is not as understood. It is not seen as the path that we follow. Though we be all resurrected, somehow the ascension is reserved for Jesus. We are expected to be resurrected in the last day and taken up with him in the rapture, but the individual path of the ascension and his demonstration of it for us is somehow not as noteworthy in Christian holidays as Christmas and Easter.
So let us carve a funnel of light through this weary world - through the astral plane, the mental, etheric, through the physical plane. Let us carve tunnels of resurrection fire in these coming forty days - so that the archangels can walk through those tunnels to cut free the souls of Light, so that the burst of that fire in the heart of the earth can bring a springtime to elemental life and imprisoned angels and those who are bowed down by the very burdens of the fallen ones.
Let us give our calls each day - whenever you like, but try to do it at the same time each day. (But if you miss, give them any time!) Start with the AUM Christus and the I AM the Resurrection and the Life. Go to this decree. Give it as many times as you want.
Sometimes when you set numbers, you set such big numbers that you don't want to start because it will take too long. So then you start slicing up the pie and say, "Well, I'll do some now and some at noon and some tonight." And then if you skip, you feel burdened. Then you feel like a failure if you didn't do it before you went to bed. And so you don't need any of that.
Just let your heart sing to the resurrection flame! It's a glorious singing flame - it sings with the violet flame. It's what the world needs. It swallows up death in victory. It is the combination of all of the rays of your causal body, so you'll find yourself pulling down elements of those seven spheres that perhaps you have not drawn forth in ages and ages.
Now you understand the science of following each ascended master to the heart and point of their outpicturing of the resurrection. So it is a real sense of the meaning of 'communion' - the communion of saints. This is the mystical meaning of the word. There is only one way to have communion with the saints. It's by the Word to go directly to the heart of each one.
So when you can establish this communion, you are never alone but you are always one in the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. This represents a single wavelength, but a wavelength always becomes a sphere in God's being. And so it is one ray, one mantra.
But all roads lead to Rome. All wavelengths lead to the Great Central Sun. So if you become adept at one simple mantra, one simple decree, you will find yourself entering - through the white fire core of that ray - into the heart of the first ray of the will of God, the second ray of wisdom, the third ray of love, white-fire purity, science and religion of truth on the fifth ray, the seventh ray, the eighth ray, and on and on. So the interconnectedness of this spherical grid of Life in which we live.
Some people swim in the cosmic sea and they're not at any point of the meeting of the grids, the lines of force. They're out of alignment, so they're somewhere between. But those who really understand cosmos find the point of the nexus of the crossing of two lines at right angles. And so it becomes a cosmic cross of white fire. And the wise make their abode at that intersection of the points of Alpha and Omega. As the birds build their nests in the hair of the Mother, so we make our nests at that point of the grid.
And whenever you are at any point of the grid giving your mantra to the resurrection, you can - by the coordinates of the sacred fire, by the bursting of light - be anywhere and everywhere on the cross of Life with all brothers and sisters on the Path worlds without end: partaking of, experiencing, absorbing, gaining from the attainment of others, giving your own portion when one brother lacks some element needed to fulfill a certain type of work for God. So it is a brotherhood that is a cooperative venture in the becoming of God's consciousness.
We move from an intense recitation of the mantra until it takes off and we are suspended. And at that moment you can hear angels singing the mantra in many forms, depending in what plane of heaven they are in - the first heaven, the second heaven, the third heaven, the fourth heaven. And yet all of these songs together, if heard at once, would be in harmony and compose a grand symphony of Life. So, one of these wavelengths of the song of the resurrection flame is the one that we sing. Excelsior is going to lead you now in singing this very mantra.
Now we'll sing the Ah as the fulfillment of the AUM in song. Same melody. You will hear every word in your heart. And so you sing the Ah as the affirmation of the light of Alpha - the A of Alpha intoned as the Ah with each component as precise crystal lilies coming forth in your mental recitation of the mantra while we sing. Now I am told, on very good authority, that the Ah is the point of Alpha in your crown. If you have followed your mantra as we have given it, you should at this moment feel the resonation of the Alpha current in your crown chakra. And if you do not, take heart! - roll up your sleeves, go to work for six months, give the violet flame every day, clean up your chakras, and you will begin to feel the resonating fire of this fulfillment of your own spiral of the resurrection mantra.
It is the enlightenment, the letter of enlightenment in your crown chakra. Now let's hear it resonate. [decree Beloved Flame of Resurrection sung as Ah]
Thus by the way of the path of resurrection, we intersect the way of charity. Let us sing the most magnificent of Paul's writings on charity and consider the essence of our LORD's mission as the gift to us of charity.
Now let us remember, these words came out of the heart of the Apostle Paul, out of communion with the living Christ. Let us not sing them on the surface of our world! Let us go into the heart, give the AUM Christus and the mantra of love which is simply God is love.
Though I speak with the tongues of men
and of angels, and have not Charity,
