The light is sent forth from the very heart of God. And I AM the Goddess of Liberty. And I AM the flame of liberty burning within your heart.
O my children, as my eye perceives the goal of life, so I penetrate thy soul to uplift, to upraise, to make you whole, and to move you in cosmic dimensions toward the greater goal of life.
Now in this hour of greater peril than you know, our Karmic Board of emissaries of justice and goodwill confer and bestow upon you our Word, the first to be heard in this decade on the eve of the Fourth of July.
Our hearts have crystallized a grand matrix of truth. And we are here for the preparations of a life that must be lived as a two-edged sword1 - a life that must be lived continuing, continuing as the Good Shepherd to draw the sheep into the sheepfold, and yet a life that must take care, a life that must take care for the very survival of the soul, the body, the mind, and the continuity of evolution of lightbearers.
Thus I am reminded of the passing of a torch nine months ago. I am reminded of the transfer of responsibility to Keepers of the Flame for transition.2 Transition into what? It is into the higher vibration and into levels of the new age. As they descend, so those who are moving as an army of light before the population of earth must ascend to meet the descending light, to converge with it and thereby, in that resplendent glory, reflect the oncoming Word unto those yet living in the valleys of life.
Thus, my beloved, Saint Germain has sent forth the call for the two-edged sword to save America and to survive. Both can be done by a practical application of the law and by the eye of Omega still upon your goal after these thousands upon thousands of years.
Thus there are lines of force that are drawn. There are magnets of light yet to be assembled.
We come for your own integration with the eighth ray. We come to seal you in a larger purpose than that to which your lives are geared from day to day.
Our community of lightbearers upon earth does not rest in a metaphysical metaphor. It is to us a very living and tangible reality.
If we could hold a desire in our hearts for you that we would desire to be your desire, it is the assembling of the rods and cones of your varying and manifold light identities in a closer molecule of service and living and giving of self unto God.
We would see that Inner Retreat manifest and with all deliberate haste - paced, of course, to the rhythm always of the heartbeat of Saint Germain.
We would see you come together in a greater understanding of the true meaning of home and in all of those necessities of life that bring out the potential, the independence, the pioneer spirit.
You are all pioneers from the Great God Star. And at this conclusion of an age, simultaneously with the dawn of another, it is the arcing of the light of Sirius that is become your principal assignment, that the Great White Brotherhood and its God-government in the galaxies might have that physical focus which is necessary in order for those beings of light as well as the divine plan of God to manifest in the earth.
From century to century, emissaries of Sirius, sons of God, have sought to establish the nucleus of light that would anchor that certain elevation of light that is a certain key from the God Star in the very physical earth itself. From time to time these have succeeded, but usually only temporarily.
Thus with the going out of the light of the nucleus of the God Star itself, there have come periods of darkness and misapplication of the law, followed by chaos and old night and deterioration. Thus desolations, as the cold winds crossing the desert, have in their own time and space made the human consciousness itself a wasteland devoid of the cosmic connection with the God Star.
Thus we plan ahead. Thus we come to inform you that the Great White Brotherhood, Surya, the Lords of Karma, and the sponsoring hierarchy of your own souls are ready to accelerate a physical location for the Inner Retreat as well as your own souls' development into the understanding of our molecule of light.
Saint Germain and Cyclopea have dwelt upon that magnificent conception of the drawing of the components of the capstone. This capstone, beloved ones, of which Cyclopea has spoken,3 is the capstone of effort of the evolutions of the God Star to raise earth into the greatest light and the greatest story of all history that has ever transpired here.
Now with conditions moving behind the scenes midst the manipulators of the people who ever return to spawn their darkness in the world, we who understand the cycles of Life know that many of you who are not even aware of the need to be a part of that Inner Retreat do indeed have a very great need to assemble yourselves there in that community that we desire to establish through Lord Maitreya through the Mother for the ongoingness of Life - of the teaching, the teacher, and the disciple.
Therefore we make known to you this great joy bursting in our hearts as the love flame. For we understand what a great leaven is the intimate community of families of light and new-age children who have the intense love of the Lord Sanat Kumara and his many servant-sons, one toward another.
This Fourth of July, which you will celebrate with much gusto and joy and certainly a purpose foretold, commemorates for us, in this year of 1980, the souls of earth at inner levels coming together in grand conclave at the Royal Teton to state their declaration of independence from the systems of the fallen ones.
The light of illumination from the altar of the heart of the Mother has gone far and wide at inner levels, multiplied by Mighty Victory and his legions here in your midst and yourselves joining those legions. This illumination has pierced to the very quick many souls who have not yet contacted either the spoken or the printed Word of our teaching.
Thus we report to you from the Royal Teton this night that many souls upon earth have seen the conspiracies of the Nephilim, have been shown the record by the Keeper of the Scrolls at our request of how they have been betrayed again and again. They have seen the mission of the Mother to go forth into the planes of Matter by assignment from Omega to stand guard over the activities of these fallen ones and for a certain season to give them Portia's own opportunity to return to the heart of the Flaming One.
The immaculate concept that we have held by the intensity of our eye - we who have made ourselves one, we who focus the flame of the Universal Mother, we who stand in and out of embodiment as one Light and one torch of Freedom - this we have held by the constancy of our eye upon these ones and their former estate of light before they fell from grace by their own disgrace, their own rebellion against the living Word.
As mothers of all life and all living, we have steadfastly held in our hearts this magnificent conception of the return of every part of God to his heart. This has been our calling for many, many thousands of years. Thus there are ascended lady masters, archeiai, and even angelic beings who have taken embodiment specifically to keep the vigil of mercy and opportunity toward that creation which was once a part of God but separated itself absolutely from the circle of his wholeness.
The hour has struck. The hour has struck for the final deliberation of these souls. They have gone out from the place of the living and the LORD GOD himself. They have deserted our Father/Mother God.
Thus in this turning of the cycle of the first year of the decade, we report to you that no longer is there the necessity of initiates on the Path or of the children of the light who have not yet discovered the Path to allow themselves to be allied or aligned with the fallen ones for any reason whatsoever.
Thus there is a cutting of the tie, and the sons of God in and out of embodiment no longer hold that rope which connects these fallen ones to some semblance of reality. Thus the Son of God himself lets go of that rope and these fallen ones will now have to fend for themselves entirely. For by their continued mockery of the Word and their rebellion against Life, they have forfeited the sponsorship of the ascended masters or even the hand of the Mother.
You must realize that in past decades and ages at least one son of God upon earth has held out the lifeline of opportunity even in the face of an almost absolute wickedness of these fallen ones toward the holy innocents.
Thus, children of the light, as the midnight hour approaches, realize that it is truly the dawn of a new day - that the founding of this nation by great patriots and initiates of our bands, the signing of the Declaration of Independence, was the foundation for that ultimate event when the Lord God Almighty would say to all who had served in the capacity of the defense of Life:
The hour has struck! The cosmic cycles have turned. Henceforth, no son of God will be tied in a situation of servitude or sacrifice to these fallen ones. Let them stand or fall on their own light, their own attainment - or lack of it!
This is not our judgment but the judgment of the Almighty and of the God Star and the cosmic councils and the four and twenty elders.
Now, my beloved, the judgment goes forth. And they are on their own, outside the circle of light.
Now let us consider, as we do from our level, the implementation of that judgment by the sons and daughters of God and specifically through this messenger and this activity. For you see, millions of children of God are yet subservient to the fallen ones and yet sacrifice their own light unto them.
Father, forgive them; for truly they know not what they do.4 They do not understand the Antichrist. They do not understand or conceive of this absolute rebellion against the living Word.
Therefore we send you as representatives of the World Teachers whereby children of the light in every nation may be educated to understand that no longer are they required to exist in this condition of slavery under these fallen ones.
You have seen in recent years revolutions and violent changes of government, terrorism, and the murder of leaders both of light and having very little or no light. You have seen that the inner sensing of the coming of the hour of complete freedom from the tyrant and the tyrant's woe has caused the untutored children of God and even the laggards themselves to rise up in revolution - revolution that has not been in the plane of higher consciousness but that has been brutal, as the extremes of Right and Left manifest the pincers upon the people.
They know not the way to go. For if they follow the Leftists, they will be assailed by the Rightists - and the reverse is also true. Thus life is in jeopardy in El Salvador and elsewhere as innocent people become the victims of a very intense hatred and rivalry of the fallen ones themselves.
The Karmic Board warns children of the light the world over:
Do not fight the battles of the Nephilim. Do not allow yourself to be enlisted in their armies, defending their interests, their money, or their enterprise - nor their schemes of power and dominion. Do not allow yourselves to become fodder in the mills which they grind, grinding out not cosmic justice but actually extracting the light from the very living bodies of the true souls of Sanat Kumara.
In order for transition to take place and the lightbearers to be separated out from these fallen ones, there must be a very intense discipline day by day. For you see, my beloved, as emotions run and intensify as there is a great gathering of individuals around seemingly right concepts which in fact are wrong concepts, there can be the breakdown even of this society and of other nations carried out by well-meaning children of God who themselves are wanting in the total perspective of the solution to today's problems.
Therefore let us take first things first. Let the Immanuel,5 as the birth of the Manchild within your heart, become a living reality as the most important and monumental event that a planet can experience. Let the birth of Christ in you be the goal of your revolution, and then let the goal of life be for you to raise up that Christ in all other children of God. Then we will see how, from that exalted view of life, the multitudes will rise to the very presence of the Son of God and take dominion over all the earth.
We warn, then, of the consequences of allowing yourself to experience the very hatred that is being hurled from one side of the planet to the other and in some people's own backyards. We warn you lest you should take sides, and we advise that you stand always on the rock of Christ6 and the principle of truth and integrity and justice.
There are complicated decisions to be made as life hangs in the balance. And as innocent victims of these tirades of the fallen ones starve, so Americans and citizens of every nation must deliberate how to save that which must be saved and how to understand what is in fact the physical solution to what has heretofore been an endless problem.
It is no longer endless, for the divine decree is entered this day. The Woman and her seed7 are separated out from the ensnaring energies of these fallen ones, and they themselves have thrust back upon them their own devices - their own lairs with which they have trapped the children of the Mother in the past. But the Mother's children are no longer ignorant but counted among the wise who shine, shine as the stars,8 because they have received the Word of the LORD.
We then come that you might understand that cycles are indeed turning. Life will not proceed from today to tomorrow as it has in the past. Those who understand these signs and appearings of the Son of God will adjust their courses and will come into consonance with the inner harmony of the music of the spheres - the spheres of Elohim, the spheres of their Great Causal Bodies - resounding now with the melodies of the soul.
I AM Liberty. I dedicate now and enshrine my flame in the very heart of the city of Philadelphia. I desire to gather you there under the wings of the Divine Mother. I desire to multiply the love of freedom. For freedom and love merging, intertwining, and separating again is the very foundation of this city and its inner matrix of brotherly love. It is the love of the Great White Brotherhood whereby that flame of liberty created the bursting fire in the early movement for freedom.
Let Independence Hall ring with the sound of the Liberty Bell and the sound of the voice of a son of God who declared, "Sign that document!"9 - O the document of the liberation of the soul, one soul for the liberation of the many. And out of the many liberated souls, one cosmic bell sounding, sounding the light of freedom.
Therefore and thereto I would gather you, for there I have gathered the members of the New York Teaching Center to enshrine the light of liberty, of Cyclopea, of love, of Saint Germain, and of the twelve hierarchies of the City of the Sun. This withdrawal inland to that city of love is for a cosmic purpose unfolding and for a reaching out to many lightbearers who will come there. And thus, certain cycles must pass and certain activities must take place in the East in order for the extension of the flame of Philadelphia to carry out the rays of light of the sun and of my heart.
We look, then, to intense transmutation for the raising up of the essential light of Atlantis. When the light of a continent is raised, there is no separation. And thus the darkness is also raised.
If you would draw back the light of Atlantis, of science, invention, the arts, and the music of the solar fires, you must realize that the more recent centuries of Atlantis were of a much lower vibration. These are nearest the surface and must pass through the violet flame.
As mining the ore of light and gold and diamond itself requires the separation of much debris - so it is true, if the true culture of the Divine Mother is to be resurrected from these lost continents and civilizations, it is the Keepers of the Flame and the lightbearers worldwide who must take on renewed heart for responsibility of transmutation, violet flame, and more violet fire! Thus elemental life has responded to the dispensation of violet flame sent forth through you from the hand of God. The more it intensifies and increases, the more the Lords of Karma can release into the hands and use of the people those lost elements of past civilizations.
Beloved ones, there are mysteries, there are inventions, there are so many facets to life that could be brought forth but cannot because there are not sufficient numbers to transmute that accompanying debris. Thus many on the Path have enough to do each day to transmute the debris of their own subterranean passages of the subconscious plane and they are not able to extend the boundaries of responsibility even to their families or neighbors or communities.
Now comtemplate the responsibility of Elohim for the saving of a planetary evolution and you will see mighty beings searching the hearts and souls of the entire evolution of this world, seeking those who can hold a little more light to transmute a little more darkness.
These are the conditions that determine how the cycles will roll and what will come to pass physically, what must remain in the etheric plane, or sealed in the astral plane. Much hangs in the balance. And it is actually a very precise mathematical formula that governs the destinies of men and nations.
Therefore, seeing this very complex equation and problem of life, our recommendation is for the swift establishment of the Inner Retreat in an area of intensely less population - an area where the light of the dynamic decree and the love of the community can, in a freer way, multiply the action of light without hindrance of the surrounding populations of the greater cities. Thus the mission to save America - positioned in the center of the cities, in the teaching centers, and in the hearts of our Keepers of the Flame - continues.
You realize that the vigil that you keep and the light that you draw forth is lapped up by many hungry souls and others who do not appreciate the sacrifice but indeed enjoy the currents that result therefrom. To place a momentum, an extraordinary momentum of light in an isolated community in a greater physical area would result in the same amount of decrees having a result of a much larger balancing action for the planet Earth. For Nature herself, surrounding such a retreat in the hills and the mountains and the open plains and in rich and lush vegetation as well as in the waters, would create a natural reflector and multiplier by the Holy Spirit that is so redundant in the cells of life, plant life that abound in the open spaces that yet remain to be claimed for Saint Germain.
Thus for the survival of earth and lightbearers, this isolated community is required - and the sacrifices to establish it must be made.
I call for them because I see and read the handwriting upon the wall. As Morya has told you, most people of light and people in general do not realize how dire conditions are in reality, and most do not realize how much the earth has been spared by the relentless devotion of those who keep the flame through the science of the spoken Word and the service of enlightenment.
And so you see, beloved, the equation is broad and the scales of justice tell much regarding the future. Thus a little sacrifice now, which may seem great, results in the sparing of the life of the one who makes the sacrifice and of untold thousands who truly depend upon those nobler souls with greater vision to accomplish for them what they in this hour are not able to perform.
We see then a community independent economically rather than dependent upon the cities, the banking systems, industry, the marts of commerce, supply, and so forth. This requires great ingenuity and dedication on the part of some for the many.
I have much to tell you about the divine plan which the Great Divine Director holds before us as we sit in meditation upon the destiny of America and of the remnant in her midst.
Thus to save America and to survive requires the acceleration on both hands. I pray that you will come together following the Fourth of July celebrations and take this week in your life10 to learn much that our embodied representatives have to tell you and to hear what is in the heart of the messenger that we have placed there concerning our Inner Retreat.
The survival of the one ought to concern the many, and the survival of the many ought to concern the one. We regard you as initiates on the path of Father and of Mother, of the World Teachers, and of chohans of the rays. Each one of you is marching toward the goal of greater responsibility here and now and, through the ascension, of greater responsibility to planetary lifewaves in this system and beyond.
As you are serving under members of the Brotherhood, you are learning what it means to take a greater responsibility for millions of souls. Thus we who look from the God Star and understand the perspective of the lifewaves of a galaxy reiterate our very firm understanding that earth is a crossroads of evolution and of lifewaves representative of many planetary homes and systems.
Here there is a victory to be fought and won! It can be fought, it can be won - of this we are certain. We have vouchsafed to you an understanding of the how and the why and the wherefore. Thus we realize how necessary is this concentrated community of light as a place prepared in the wilderness to hold the balance - come what may.
Saint Germain has told you that the human consciousness is unpredictable. Therefore in the larger sense of life, even we cannot predict the moment when the insane, the fanatic, the demon-possessed will misuse the highest technologies or when some soul will be overcome by his own momentums of ignorance or imposition of the fallen ones themselves and thereby enter into the factors of human error such as those which caused the Three Mile Island incident as well as many other calamities concerning the loss of life - whether it be the collision of airplanes or the failure of their systems to function or so many other jeopardies that come to pass because of the unpredictability of the cycles of the human consciousness and of free will.
I am certain that you realize that in order for free will to be free, in the final sense of the word, the individual must be allowed to retain that final moment of decision. Therefore we deal more with possibilities than probabilities or with predestination. We speak of the possibility of those who have crazed minds and four lower bodies askew to be the instruments of mass terror or mayhem or destruction or the unleashing of any form of nuclear accident or war itself.
Given these possibilities and the mandate of heaven for light to accelerate, we realize that the greatest safety for the individual lightbearer who is determined himself to save America is to survive not alone but as one and to form the nucleus of the Great Central Sun Magnet, arcing then the light of the God Star and sealing the hope for evolutions of this planet yet unborn.
Let us then position ourselves and reposition ourselves and see where we together - as ascended masters and as advisers and you as chelas and dear followers of God - can come together for a nobler effort because we have determined to maximize our joint potential in a joint venture of brotherly love, the true love of the Great White Brotherhood.
I bow before the Light of your heart. I commend you to the keeping of the Holy Spirit.
Our deliberations will continue. May yours also, for a refinement of cosmic purpose.
