I AM here in the flame of the Holy Spirit as I have been sent by El Morya and Chananda to represent the Darjeeling Council and the Indian Council of the Great White Brotherhood. For lo, in a conclave of light called by our Lord Gautama, the Buddha of the light, I was chosen to open the spiral staircase of the ascent and of the descent of light. Thus it is the Holy Spirit that opens the door to enlightenment through comfort that the souls of this people might return to the heart of the World Mother.
So it was on the occasion of the first pilgrimage to India by our messengers and devotees that I sought to expand the flame of the heart. Thus the dispensation went forth, and now we look upon those who received it at that conference in Santa Barbara1 and we see a pathway of light, a path of acceleration that has been assumed by some, whereas in others that light has only churned the darkness and the darkness has overflowed the boundaries of consciousness; and therefore they, by the torrents of the moving, rising tide of their own human creation, have been inundated by mud and water. And thus they have chosen and moved with that downward tide, the flood tide of darkness, rather than to be caught up in that miracle light of the threefold flame.
How many cycles have turned in but a few short years - a single decade and the messenger is ascended, and the light has expanded and the darkness has increased in the planetary body. Thus Chananda has called2 and you have answered. And all of heaven has conspired to open this door of light, for the souls are literally leaning against the walls of our forcefield to enter into the true light of the Holy Spirit. And thus we have prepared the place and the hearts.
The same darkness and the dark ones of whom and of which humanity are grossly ignorant threaten to tear the hearts of the little ones from the breast of the Divine Mother. We come, therefore, with a similar intent and that is to increase the light of the heart.
Now ten years hence, by dispensation of your own dynamic decrees, I am able to implant a greater light, a threefold light, accentuating and accelerating the flame of the Holy Spirit because the chelas of the light have accelerated that flame and some have been willing to pay the price, the full price for truth to be manifest. Thus a new dispensation is given, whereas this increase may not be given to humanity in general or even to the students in general, but it may be given to those whose hearts are a pure stream, whose pure stream has blended with the stream of the Mother, and whose souls are swimming upstream to the Source.
Thus in these heart chalices, crystal white-fire light, I may implant a flame that will count for and be the taper to light humanity, to light souls as they arise then from the torrents of the rushing rivers of the human consciousness and enter the mainstream of the River of Life.3 Thus in my chosen ones who have diligently pursued the teachings of the Holy Spirit delivered by the messengers, I place a kindling light, a threefold light, a light of the Holy Spirit. It shall increase. It shall open doors of the enlightenment and the comfort of the eternal Comforter4 whose representative in the earth I AM.
I summon the Third Person of the Trinity out of the hearts of cosmic beings and ascended masters! I summon Shiva! Lo, I AM Shiva! Lo, every ascended master is in the attainment of the God consciousness of that Shiva.
I summon that Flaming One, as I AM the Flaming One, as I AM in the heart of the flame, to clear the way by love, by accentuating the ruby ray for these souls of light to be cleansed and washed of all human hatred - the hatred of the Mother and her seed, the hatred of the Self who is God, the hatred of the soul who is in the process of fusion with God. For this hatred will deny to the individuals who retain it the fullness of the blessing and the bliss of entering into the union of the Holy Spirit with the Cosmic Virgin.
Thus I counsel the chelas on the Path who would embody the extraordinary light, the threefold light of the threefold flame and the accent of the Holy Spirit, to call now in the hour of your receipt of my message for the transmutation by the love-fires of my heart of all residue of hardness of heart and harboring within the consciousness of hatred of the Father and of the Mother and of the Son, of the Holy Spirit, and of the little child.
My beloved, you do not even know the past records of the hatred of the light until the flame of the Holy Spirit descends to consume those records and that emotional substance - and suddenly it appears as a flash on the screen of consciousness as it passes into the flame, never to appear again. So I AM that one. And I come in the very personal presence of the LORD to deliver each and every one of this world momentum that tears down even as the soul would build up the light of heavenly hosts and heavenly mantras and towers and the candle in the window of each tower.
Here then on this soil, in this nation, I plant the extraordinary light of my heart in the heart of the messenger and devotees who have come to plant the flame of the Great White Brotherhood.
We are determined that wherever the true chela is, there the Holy Spirit will be. Thus the Cosmic Council, thus the Karmic Board has decreed that with this opportunity that is being given in this hour, so the Holy Spirit will go forth as a mighty tongue of light to release the wrath of the Almighty and to consume the despondent ones, those who have implanted despair in the hearts of humanity. Therefore that Jean-Paul Sartre5 is bound by the power of the LORD's Spirit and the hordes of darkness with him and the hordes of existentialism and nihilism and all that has promoted the death culture and the cult of death through World Communism, through world terrorism, and through the fallen ones.
He is seized and bound by the hosts of the LORD! He is remanded to the Court of the Sacred Fire and all the fallen ones who served with him, through him from the astral plane. That core is bound. It is removed and taken up from the earth. For I release that sacred fire. And thus the earth is purged and exorcised this day of the infamous one implanting those seeds of suicide and doubt and fear in an entire generation.
O my beloved hearts of light, the majority of those who have followed the path of Sartre are the fallen ones themselves. But here and there a soul of light has been caught up in that philosophy of self-annihilation, and therefore these are the ones for whom we pray. These are the ones to whom we send our angels of light and enlightenment. And the light of Astrea will bind, then, every form, every manifestation of the hatred of the Mother and the Manchild,6 for this is the essence of that philosophy of existentialism. And it has no power. Its spiral is arrested.
Let the books be consumed by the fiery salamanders and in its place let the great philosophy of divine existence come forth - Destiny no dust!7 So is the motto of those who also decree, In God We Trust.
For the victory of the flame of the root races, the four cosmic forces8 plant their flames and the hierarchs of the root races take their places in the four quadrants of the earth - north and south in the hemispheres, and east and west. Thus Vaivasvata Manu bows before the light of the eternal Mother. And hope, sweet hope, as legions of hope gather round, is kindled in all hosts of the LORD and in all sentient beings as the Lord Padma Sambhava invokes the flame of the blue lotus and once again the Lotus-Born, by the action of the Mother flame and the devotees of that flame, goes forth to capture living souls for the path of reunion with God.
Now then, let the attention to the threefold flame of Life by all of those who have received that greater increment of sacred fire be the means whereby the magnet of the Great White Brotherhood is established here in the etheric forcefield in New Delhi. Therefore I come. I come to manifest the flame in the tower of light.9 So let the tower be the sign of the pillar of fire of the Great White Brotherhood. Let the tower be, as in the hour of the Ancient of Days, the sign that the Great White Brotherhood has implanted a living flame, a guardian action, an open door of opportunity and that this nation under God, under the aegis of the Great White Brotherhood, might yet fulfill its fiery destiny.
Our hearts, as kindling hearts of ascended and unascended beings, will be fused in the mighty figure-eight flow, for each child of God who passes through these doors and who applies himself and who is diligent in dynamic decrees may also earn this dispensation of sacred fire. Therefore heart to heart to heart, twin flames of the Holy Spirit will ignite a new age. And the golden age is born in this hour through the mighty threefold flame of Life. Let all bow and adore and give reverence and life to this flame in these little ones.
Children of the sun, I commend you unto the keeping of the Holy Spirit. So be keepers of the flame of that Spirit in the land of India. So God holds in store for all who will make this pilgrimage the opportunity to increase the light of the heart in all the world and to magnify the LORD's flame of Saint Germain's heart in the capitals of the nations where he has already implanted the universal flame of cosmic freedom.10
My beloved, God is determined and we are determined to hold the balance in the earth in this hour. Now let us see how the hearts of those who have received our love might be the magnet and the light that is raised up to draw all men of goodwill unto the devotion of the Holy Ghost. Let the true meaning of the Holy Spirit and of Lord Shiva and of Christ's own comforting message of the coming Comforter be taught in this nation. For truly, my beloved, truly the understanding and embodiment of the Trinity is what is needed here.
Let us begin with love - love increased by the violet flame, love that transmutes all hatred by the violet flame, love that brings forth the judgment by the action of the ruby ray, love that advances the soul by the flame of enlightenment, love that increases self-determination through the power of Elohim, love that increases the light through the Great Central Sun magnet, Maximus, and Elohim, love that bows before the light, love that is the full compassion of the Buddha, the charity of angels, and the chastisement of the LORD.11 Let love increase and abound and this people will magnificently magnify the LORD through the love of Mighty Victory.
I draw a circle of fire around this entire place. Thus the legions out of the retreat of Ceylon12 will tarry here each day in the twenty-four-hour cycle. And they will tend the flame within this ashram between the hours of four and five in the morning for the beginning of the spiral that will ignite the day - and life and victory and love in the cities and towns and hamlets and homes of this nation.
Thus I AM the Keeper of the Flame of Life. I dwell in the flame of Life in every heart, all hearts everywhere. I bid you enter the flame of my heart - if you will. And if you will it so, I will receive you in my retreat that you might begin the path of soul preparation whereby your comings and your goings in the Spirit of God might be into my own heart that is a temple unto the living Word and its Holy Spirit.
In the name of the Father and that Mother who give birth to the eternal Christ within you, I AM the Maha Chohan. I consecrate life to the victory. I consecrate this forcefield and these hearts to the victory of every child of God in India, across athe continents and the nations. Thus by the flame of the candle in the tower there is extended the connection to the flame in the tower of Camelot. May it be built swiftly, for the tower of Michael is truly the defense and the bastion of the nations as well as the connecting point of all teaching centers and study groups and hearths dedicated as outposts of the Great White Brotherhood.
The legions of Sirius draw nigh, for they are determined to manifest physically the ancient foci of the Great White Brotherhood that freedom, God-freedom shall not perish from the earth, from the hearts of her evolutions, and certainly not from the hearts of God's own children.
In memory and in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, I implant my flame and I plant my feet upon this soil. It is good, so good to touch the earth where Gautama and Jesus have walked. May you follow in their footsteps. May others follow in your footsteps until the mighty chain of light and life everlasting fulfills the cosmic spiral.
I AM the Maha Chohan and I AM visiting the lightbearers of the earth. I represent the Great White Brotherhood, and I announce to all the world that the Great White Brotherhood is come again to fulfill that fiery destiny.
God wills it so. We will it so. Do you will it so, my beloved? [Audience answers "Yes."] So be it. The Trinity of Life has established it, it shall come to pass, and naught can stay the hand of the LORD.
I would seal you now. Come forth, my beloved. [Master seals each devotee.]
Press on, my beloved, to the victory of the flame. With each forward step press back the dark ones.
There is a boundary. And as the light expands, the boundary of darkness recedes, the boundary of light intensifies, and the circle of fire expands. Thus with each pressing of the flame out from the heart, they are pressed back into the night until the night that is outside of the circle and the night that is in them cancels out the nonidentity of the fallen ones. Press on and on and on. For this flame of the Holy Spirit that you have received is sufficient to the consuming of all evil, but it must be invoked hourly - hourly, I say, for life suffers under the weight of darkness and the dark ones.
You sense one or two or ten thousand, but the oppression upon the light of the heart of the Mother is of all darkness and dark ones. And that light presses out and they are squeezed out of the great circle of the cosmos of the Mother and they cannot endure. And therefore there is the writhing and the weeping and gnashing of teeth13 - and yet, the light goes forth. The light presses on. It is invincible. As the legions of Mighty Victory are invincible, so is the light invincible - but it must press on. Press on, I say, and press back and out the darkness.
Remember what I say here this night, for in the keeping of my Word as well as my flame you will conquer this subcontinent and move on to establish cities of the sun, nation by nation. Make haste, then, for Morya waits and Chananda calls. The hearts of millions are in terror and we would deliver to them the joy of love, the joy of God's will, the joy of overcoming through self-mastery and the grace of the Holy Spirit.
I AM in the Amen and therefore I say to you, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, in the name of the Mother, Amen!
