Blessed Devotees of Our God Who Is a Consuming Fire:
On this most solemn occasion of the gathering of the four hierarchs of the elements under the four cosmic forces, there is a summoning of representatives of the elemental kingdoms of fire, air, water, and earth from the four quadrants of the planet. We meet in conclave at the Royal Teton Retreat in North America, answering the call of the Lord of the World, the God of the Earth,1 who is our Gautama Buddha.
Scientists and laymen, citizens and ecologists around the world read the writing in the rock of elemental life who have scored and underscored the faults and fissures of the earth with their mathematical formulae for the timetable of earth's changes. Alas, few among embodied mankind can read the hieroglyphs of akasha and therefore benefit from the master scientists who move among elemental life as the guardians of planetary forcefields.
Nevertheless, the people of God on earth sense the coming changes. Psychics have predicted them more often than they have occurred while the co-workers with the fiery salamanders of our bands have invoked the sacred fire in the all-consuming violet flame to diligently remove the cause and core of those conditions which, coming out of the Dark Cycle in Sagittarius commencing April 23, 1980, could precipitate various forms of cataclysm - unless checked by the great tidal wave of light from the Great Central Sun inundating the heart chakras of the pure and sending forth streams of love accelerating the ruby ray for the balance of the threefold flame of life in Matter.
As mankind in their councils deliberate the necessity for earthquake preparation and establish building codes for minimum loss of life in the event of 'natural' disaster, we contemplate the fiery destiny of the total planetary body and its total evolution. The Ascended Master Cuzco has addressed us on the subject of impinging forcefields and the buildup of mass entities of hate and hate creation manifesting as war, black magic, and witchcraft. He has pointed out the overwhelming odds against which the brave elementals serve to anchor the light in the physical bodies of earth's children and in the earth itself.
On the one hand toxins, pollutants, chemicals, and deadly psychedelic drugs so reduce the light which the new generation can contain and carry in their body temples, while on the other industrial wastes, nuclear fallout, and dread pesticides disturb the natural interflow between the planes of the earth body.
These planes have been described as interpenetrating bands of electronic frequencies labeled etheric, mental, astral, and physical and corresponding to the alchemical elements of fire, air, water, and earth. These four quadrants of being parallel the four lower bodies of man, ranging from the least to the greatest density, and serve man as vehicles of the soul's self-awareness, its spiritual/material evolution, and its self-mastery in time and space poised as it is for the expansion of God-mastery unto infinity.
The etheric sheath is otherwise known as the fire body and corresponds to the fiery world. It is the highest vibrating plane in Matter and, as such, it is the door through which the soul passes unto the higher octaves of Spirit. This body contains the spiritual blueprint of the lifestream - the soul-identity as well as the pattern for the other three bodies which serve as instruments for the mental/emotional experience of the soul outplayed in the physical environment where the laws of physics and chemistry are mankind's best teachers of his karmic condition.
The etheric 'envelope' is the soul's vehicle for its journeyings throughout the planes of Matter and the means whereby it gains access to the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood located in the etheric plane. Saint John's vision of the New Jerusalem2 is derived from this plane and from the etheric cities which establish the inner blueprint of the `city foursquare' to be outpictured in the civilizations of the earth.
Thus the four-sided base of the Great Pyramid of Selfhood is the symbol of the four planes of consciousness provided for the sons and daughters of God to perfect their Christ consciousness. The base of the Matter pyramid is both the platform of the rising spiral of self-awareness and the takeoff point whereby, through the All-Seeing Eye of God manifest as the `EYE' AM Presence, the soul transcends itself in the 'leap' to realms of the infinite fire.
The elementals serving in these categories of the four planes come under the four cosmic forces (whose archetypes the seers envisioned as the Lion, the Man, the Calf, and the flying Eagle)3 and are indeed pillars in the temple of life, sustaining the platform of existence in order that the planetary lifewaves may evolve Godward to the fullness of that spiritual life in the Universal Christ who made himself manifest in the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The elementals of the sacred fire who serve in our bands are capable of wielding the most intense fires of the physical atom as well as the spiritual all-consuming fires of God. They span the octaves of the Spirit/Matter universes and are the connecting link for the service of the sylphs of the air, the undines of the water, and the gnomes of the earth.
Serving mankind's needs in the central sun of every atom of organic and inorganic life, the fiery salamanders infuse molecules of God's substance with the spiritual fires of creation and hold the balance of the Alpha-to-Omega cycles, regenerating and reinfusing the energies of creation with the necessary balance of life from the Great Central Sun. When the fiery salamanders cease to perform this function, decay, corrosion, and disintegration immediately appear whether in plant life or in the manufactured products of civilization.
That which seems so naturally sustained by the very presence of life which mankind take for granted is actually imparted lovingly through the joint cooperation of the four cosmic forces manifest through the elemental kingdoms. The very warmth of the sun and the radiation from the sun of even pressure, the winds of the Holy Spirit that blend with the earth currents and mingle with the soil vegetation and the waters in their movement, aerating life with the sacred fire breath and the necessary chemical interchanges, are directed and transmitted by great beings of fire and air that expand the dimensions of their forcefields to encompass vast reaches of space.
The elementals are the devotees of the Buddha. They are in the service of the Lord of the World and the World Mother. Their occupation is in the drawing forth of the great spiritual energies of life from the spherical body of the Buddha through the nexus of the Cosmic Christ. Sipping the nectar of the gods, they transform the essence of the fiery world of the Buddha's causal body into the adornments of the Mother that make up the entire Matter cosmos.
The life that is God which manifests through the flame of the Creator's intent in their creative expressions is crystallized in and as Matter through the miracle of geometry. The planes and angles of such forms as the hexahedron and the octahedron are the means whereby the infinite light is decelerated in its velocity to coalesce as the substance whereof the universes of crystal become the concrete equation that you enjoy in all of the wonders of the physical earth.
All molecules in Matter are formed of angles that are precise mathematical formulae of inner fohatic keys - i.e., the inner designs of the sacred fire. The physical fire is the gracious lowering into manifestation of the spiritual fire by the agency of the Holy Spirit through the blessed salamanders whose beings are the agents for the transfer of the fires of the subtle world for mankind's daily use.
From the candle flame to firelight, from elementary forms of electricity to the compressed energy of nucleonic suns, from life pulsating within the cells of all that is alive with the sacred fire breath - one beholds the common miracle of the infinite fire held within the finite vessel in order that evolutionary man might enjoy fragments of eternity within the equations of time and space.
As the spiritual fires become the material fires by the flow of the figure eight and the integrating principle of the eighth ray, angelic and elemental beings serving the sacred fire and the corresponding fire element endow all of nature with the sense of the omnipresence of God.
Truly God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and God as the Mother flame of all life is made available to every living soul by these blessed servants of the flame. Yet their own presence - life enduing, life endowing - is scarcely known or understood by the evolutions of earth who benefit from their loving service with every breath and heartbeat and each gift of the sharing of God's love.
Sons and daughters of God, children of the light, enter into the joyous service of earth's evolutions through conscious cooperation with the beings of the elements and thereby enter into the joy of the LORD as you, in Christ Jesus and in the sacred hearts of the saints, raise up the four sides of your own Pyramid of Life!
God has created the elementals as the obedient servants of his sons and daughters. Therefore it is lawful, yea, imperative that you command elemental life - fire, air, water, and earth - in the name of the I AM THAT I AM, in the name of Jesus Christ, Lord Maitreya, Gautama Buddha, and Sanat Kumara, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother to set all life free by a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the invigorating, life-giving essence of the violet fire and the resurrection flame.
Each day as you give your calls to the sacred fire, as you meditate upon the flame within your heart, send forth intense love, appreciation, compassion, and the wisdom of the law to the mighty salamanders. These flaming ones gather in numberless numbers around the World Mother and her devotees. They bow before the flame within the heart of every child of God, and they are obedient unto those who are obedient unto the law of Love.
They are the children of the Buddha and the Mother and, as such, they are the very outpicturing of the perpetual flow of the figure eight that is for the integration of the Spirit/Matter cosmos and the light of Alpha and Omega in the white fire core of being.
As you expand your capacity to contain the light of the Seven Holy Kumaras, the essence of the Buddha's devotion, and the Mother's crystal clear stream of the water of Life4 flowing, day by day your own integration with nature and these blessed spirits of nature becomes a true friendship with these friends of God and man and a most personal interchange of mercy's flame.
You are in partnership with God through his self-expression in the salamanders, sylphs, undines, and gnomes. You come to know the personality of God through these carefree yet altogether responsible children of his heart. Indeed, you are in partnership with life; and through Nature's helpers and comforters, whose reverence for life has never waned despite mankind's blasphemy committed daily against its flame, you begin to experience once again, hour by hour, the joy flame of God's will permeating Nature and her servants, emanating from all that lives.
The labor of heart, head, and hand side by side with your blessed co-workers becomes a sacred labor, the means to express your praise and joy and thanksgiving unto Life for being in all its glory and grace. The person of the Christ and the Buddha on the hill preaching to the multitudes and to the nature spirits who listen attentively, the ever-caring presence of the World Mother, her transparency and her beauty, become the source and inspiration of renewed devotion to living and to the giving of oneself that others might live.
Now life becomes a real kinship with the Spirit of Life and even those who felt they were abandoned of friends and fellows discover a host of friends - loyal, trusting, trustworthy, loving, sincere, innocent and without guile and always serving with a smile - and who are, like children, always more energetic and enthusiastic when a kind word or expression of gratitude, approval, and praise is forthcoming for a job well done.
Mankind's appreciation for the beauty of the flowers and trees, the snow-covered mountains, the flowing streams, their gratitude for the delicious fruits and vegetables, and their offering of prayers to God in gratitude for earth's abundant harvest is the means whereby the Christ flame of your hearts, beloved ones, becomes the multiplier of God's grace unto the elementals which in turn returns manifold blessings through their intensified service on behalf of the lifewaves of earth.
The fiery salamanders are beings of etheric vibrancy. Standing majestically before the Son of God in prayer at the altar of the LORD, their very garments are living, pulsating rainbow fires emitting the full spectrum of the rainbow rays.
As they intensify the discipline of their service to life, these rainbow rays accelerate and become a steely white intensity for the consuming not only of mankind's debris and pollution but also of their "man-i-pollutions"5 that are the result of their manipulation of the sacred fire.
Were it not for the fiery salamanders absorbing, consuming, transmuting the large forcefields of human hatred registering man's inhumanity unto man that gather over the large cities of the earth, crime, decadence, and even depravity would be far more advanced among the inhabitants of earth and the Dark Cycle of the accelerated return of mankind's karma would have resulted in a deepening schism within the four lower bodies, the souls, and the collective unconscious of the entire race.
We come as the hierarchs and sponsors of billions upon billions of these masterful beings who tend the sacred fires of the earth and contain the magnitude of God-control of the energy of Alpha and Omega within the nucleus of every atom of that which appears to be material substance but which is in actuality a spiritual/material oscillation of light held in a frequency and forcefield adapted to the time/space continuum necessary for the soul's evolution unto God Self-awareness.
The salamanders are not the physical fire but they control the fire, enter the fire, and endow it with life. They are the guardians of physical flame and focus. Wherever fire burns, there is their nascent light.
When fire is uncontrolled and destructive, it is a sign that mankind's energies are uncontrolled and destructive; and the law of compensation working through physical law exacts the price for mankind's misuse of energy on all four planes of consciousness.
Whenever there is danger or disaster threatening through fire, the enlightened son of God, the obedient child of the light will immediately call upon the LORD in the name of the beloved mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self to take command of the fiery salamanders through our name and office and to command them to contain the fire and to set life free. In the name of the Christ, you must stand and face the conflagration6 and command the elementals to bring it under God-control under the Holy Trinity. Helios and Vesta, as the hierarchs of this solar system and guardians of the sacred fires of the sun, can be invoked in the name of Christ to bring the fiery salamanders into alignment with God's will.
You see, beloved ones, so often the ravages of fire that destroy life and home and communities are heaped against mankind by malevolent forces working through the deviates of cosmic law, the practitioners of black magic who heap their anger and revenge and their frustrated and abortive attempts to control Almighty God upon his innocent children.
The fallen ones have long ago recognized the value of controlling the beings of the elements. This they do through the bloodletting of voodoo ceremony and satanic rite, invoking demoniac forces of the astral plane and casting spells of death and destruction and hexes that hypnotically bind the elementals to do their bidding. Under these gross misuses of the sacred fire, some salamanders as well as other elementals have been imprisoned for centuries, and thus mankind have come to fear the nature spirits and to attribute to them mischievous and even malevolent designs.
Thus the first order of the day is to invoke the legions of Archangel Michael and Mighty Astrea to cut free the imprisoned salamanders, to draw them up into the Great Central Sun magnet to God's heart for repolarization and realignment with his mighty will which is always good for all who partake of its cup.
Once you gain the confidence and trust of the fiery salamanders, you can send them north, south, east, and west to purify the air, the earth, and the water and to consume the malignancies and viruses of the astral plane that spill over into the body temples of God's blessed children.
It is well known among the practitioners of the black arts that the fiery salamanders are the most difficult of elementals to control and that they often become, as the sorcerer's apprentice, the enemies of those who seek to control them against the will of cosmos.
Having suffered at the hand of opportunists and having long been burdened by the neglect of God's laws of harmony on the part of mankind, the fiery salamanders have become an independent lot, sometimes forgetful and unmindful of their original service to the children of the light. Thus they must be wooed by love, a contrite heart, and a balanced threefold flame that offers to them the initiations of Lord Maitreya and the World Mother, together with an absolutely pure and ever-intensifying interchange of love.
As you lay down your life for Christ and his children, the elementals will lay down their life for you. When you call upon the LORD to and through elemental life, withholding nothing from them, they will withhold nothing from you. Nevertheless, be not discouraged when you see that mankind's own rebellion has placed upon them an overlay of capriciousness and burdens too hard to bear. Rather, pray for these blessed ones as you would pray for one another in your hours of need.
Although we who are the hierarchs of elemental life are ascended masters of cosmic attainment, the elementals serving the Matter spheres are by their very nature and design unascended; and therefore, though highly advanced in the application of natural law, they too are held back on the path of initiation by man himself to whom they look for guidance and the proper example that is so often lacking.
As unascended beings, the elementals are subject to the influences of the spectrum of relative good and evil. Therefore in your interaction with them there is required the command for them to be tethered wholly to the Cosmic Christ. Through your own threefold flame, you endow them with the Christ consciousness. Thus, you see, you have a responsibility to become the teachers of elemental life under the World Teachers, to invite them to give dynamic decrees with you, and to follow you on the path of the ruby ray.
There is a hierarchical structure within the order of salamanders, some being adepts of greater attainment, others yet coming into their own awareness of the degrees of self-mastery. Thus it is important to appeal to the captains of their hosts to command them in the service of the light. Moreover, conscious cosmic cooperation with elemental life requires a reeducation of the heart of both God's children and the childlike elementals.
Again we say, the violet flame is the most effective and intense means of erasing the wrongs and hurts of the past. And diligent calls to Archangel Michael and Mighty Astrea will effectively cut elemental life free from the artifices of witchcraft imposed upon them by self-seeking and shortsighted rebels against the cause of the Great White Brotherhood.
Under the hierarchy of the four cosmic forces, the salamanders serve the Person and Principle of the Father, whose archetype is the Lion. Through them pass the fires of the fiery baptism of the Holy Spirit,7 and they are often the collaborators with the angels of the Holy Spirit in giving to the disciples of Christ and Buddha the initiation not only of the fiery baptism but of the trial by fire.
Witness the instance of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace.8 It was the fiery salamanders together with the Holy Spirit who accelerated the physical flames to a spiritual frequency whereby the Hebrew youths were not burned. It was the light within their own hearts attuned with the Holy Spirit which served as the polarity for the flame during those moments of their trial.
The flame within and the flame without, manifest as the cloven tongues of the Holy Spirit,9 created the balance of Alpha and Omega and rendered the physical fire harmless. Without that light stored within their hearts through devotion and amplified within every cell of their bodies through purity and obedience to God's laws, they would not have been ready for this conscious cooperation between angels, elementals, and the sons of God.
As you review the life of Daniel at the court of Nebuchadnezzar, you will see what purity and what victory marked the testing of his soul prior to the trial by fire.10 May you gain thereby some sense of commeasurement with the person of the Great Initiator and the disciplines required of you by the law of God-harmony.
But through the fiery trial and the fiery baptism wherein "the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is,"11 the children of the light must learn that they are not subject to uncontrolled forces of nature or even of their own returning karma but in the name of Almighty God they can rise up and take dominion over all misqualified energy - whether personal or planetary karma or the manipulations and malpractice by the fallen ones of the flame of life.
Let the children of the light cease to tremble and fear before the threat of impending cataclysm or even the law of planetary recompense. Let them rise in God to be masters of their fate, their astrology, and their fiery destiny. Let them use the violet flame and strive for purity of heart. For only if you contain, my beloved, a firm foundation in Christ establishing in you right reason, right motive, and right cause in the name of the Great White Brotherhood will you find the absolute cooperation of angels and elementals to be the very consummate joy of the remainder of your life on earth.
Unto the joy of consummate reunion with the flame of living fire, we remain devoted to your victorious initiations of the heart and the heart chakra.
