I AM Hilarion. I have walked in the desert places, I have taken my refuge in the desert of life. But the multitudes came after me into the desert as I lived in my final incarnation as Hilarion. They came for the healing fountain, they came for love. Though I would retreat, they would follow. And so the Lord told me that the gift of truth and of healing is only for the sharing, only for the giving away.
Here is the gift, the gift of the green tree. God gives the tree. Upon it you hang the ornament of life that is a gift from your heart. It is the adornment of your adoration, and your adoration is the spiral upon the tree spiraling back to the star of your own I AM Presence. God has given you life in the green tree. Now I say, with what will you adorn that life - with a golden spiral, with spheres of causal bodies, with the faces of the ascended masters, with the image of the Virgin, with the working of the works of God?
Let us reason together. What will be your net gain if all that you see is vanity? What will be your net gain when you stand naked as you came into the world and as you return?18 The net gain is the virtue of the works and the graces that you have drawn forth to forge a permanent identity in God.
Now I say, let the wise who will take counsel with me on the course of civilization and of the Church in the West and in the East, let them come now to Crete. I call forth those who will counsel with me in the way of truth and in the way of the life that is truth. We would set forth our goal for this Church Universal and Triumphant of our Lord. We would set forth the goal for those who have come under the dispensation of the sixth root race and those who are coming - incoming lifestreams of the seventh root race.
We would teach you the very message of the avatars who walk on the ray of science, the ray of religion that is truth. We would teach you of this hour when there must be the blending of the twain and when those who pursue the path of science must be humbled - as I was humbled and as surely you will be humbled also - that they might know that science is not God but that it is the instrument of God and can be used unto salvation if it is unto his glory.
I commend you then unto Pallas Athena, servant of the Most High, member of the Karmic Board, who will review your letters of petitions this year. I commend you to her flame and to the dispensation that she holds in her hand for truth to be disseminated among the nations.
The messenger of the Great Central Sun has stood before the Lords of Karma this day that Keepers of the Flame might know in writing petitions this year that the dispensation that is forthcoming that may be applied for, that special bank of energy set aside and reserved for lightbearers, is a dispensation of truth and of the carrying of the message of truth and of the Word and the implementation of the ray of truth in the building of the city - the City Foursquare19 within and the citadel of righteousness where the right use of the Law may be taught and won in the community teaching centers. They are indeed citadels of righteousness, for there is the way of the threefold flame unfolding as the open door - open from within, open from without that the children of truth may come and go in the Masters' house.
I point to you to the first citadel of righteousness, the first community teaching center: the home of Mary and Martha and Lazarus at Bethany.20 There the place to receive the Master, there the place to receive the disciples. And all of the functions of the seven rays fulfilled in that home of light can be fulfilled in your own home of light and in your own teaching center - a place for nourishment and rest for the Master and the disciples, for the recharging of the life of Jesus as you live that life.
Where would the Master have gone had there not been a home consecrated by the flame of consecration, the flame of constancy? It was a place for the dissemination of the teaching, a place for the Holy Spirit and for the family life, the place from which Jesus walked to Bethany's hill in the hour of his ascension, the place for truth, the place for the discipline of the disciples in the ray of truth and for their commissioning to go forth empowered in the Word in their ministration and service, the place for the ritual of the anointing of the Lord's body, the place for the contact of the Guru and the chela. Yes, the home of light given unto the Lord becomes the flow of all of the sacraments of all of the seven rays and finally for the integration of the eighth ray of the Buddha and the Mother.
People do not often understand that a place must be prepared on earth for the masters, for their coming, and for the disciples attending their coming. As each home of light resembles more and more the etheric retreats of the Brotherhood, so there is the meeting of heaven and earth and there is the open door to the path of the ascension whereby worlds are transcended and the soul that is born in Matter is born again in Spirit. Thus prepare the place, prepare the manger for the birth of the Christ, prepare the home where the eagles will gather together.21
I come rejoicing with all of the hosts of the Lord. And the seven chohans stand together to salute you in the name of the Christ, to salute you with the new day and the new energy of Omri-Tas and the new wave of violet flame that will precede the coming of the chohans as the gurus serving under the Maha Chohan, under Lord Maitreya and the World Teachers and Gautama the Buddha. The chohans are on the march this year for the conversion of souls to their own Christ Self, to the Lord of lords and King of kings,22 to Jesus the one, the anointed, the wayshower, and to all who have walked after him.
So I say, apostles of the Most High God, be on your way! It is the changing of forcefields, the changing of the boots that causes the quaking in the knees. I say, be up and doing! Left, right, left, right, take another step, go forward! You will find out what God would have you do. No need to sit and wonder! There is work - work in the action of the Holy Spirit. There is the joy of the service that is true brotherhood and true community. Find out what God would have you find out about yourself by immersing yourself in the great cosmic flow, the ongoing flow of service. Find out what the teaching is by living the teaching. And find out what we have for you at Crete as our assignment as representatives of truth.
Pallas Athena will be with me as you come after the New Year's celebrations to our retreat where we have enshrined the records of ancient Greece, the great wisdom teachings, the outlines of Pythagoras, and so much of the records of the life of Jesus and of our ministry, so much that is important for your understanding of your mission.
Souls of light and of Saint Germain, have the sense of the great army of the Lord and be the soldiers of the Christ joining The Faithful and True and the armies of heaven.23 Understand, then, that the sword of Truth that you wield is a mighty scepter of authority. Take that authority under Christ! Know the meaning of conversion this day that you might be the instruments of the conversion of the multitudes who hunger and who thirst after the righteousness of the Law.24
I AM Paul in the flame of Hilarion. I stand with the Master of Life, and I still stand, and I stand forevermore with his disciples. I thank you.
