Most gracious ladies and gentlemen, I salute you in the eternal flame of your victory in freedom! I come forth as the exponent of the freedom and the victory of the soul of man, the soul of woman! And I flash forth the fires of freedom into your midst! And the fiery salamanders and legions of angels of freedom dart hither and yon in your midst to quicken your minds and to electrify you with the sacred fires that come from the altars of the Most High God.
This is an hour when all mankind should stand at attention and pay allegiance to Truth. This is a time when all mankind must espouse the cosmic honor flame. You say, Is this different from any other time? And I say, Yes it is! For there is a period during the evolution of a soul-consciousness that it can, so to speak, get away with flaunting the cosmic honor flame or dodging Truth. But there comes a time at the end of every age when a settling of the accounts must be made and mankind must align their energies with Light so that when the Light intensifies, when the Light spirals in the raising of a planetary body, they are part of that spiral and rise into the consciousness of a new age and a new order of the ages.
I come to inaugurate the new order of the ages that begins with the ascendancy of the Feminine Ray, the raising-up of the Divine Woman, the appearance of the Divine Manchild, and the bending of the knee by all mankind before the Christ and before the Woman clothed with the Sun. I say it is the age of the Divine Mother, and the new order of the ages is the order of the Feminine Ray raised within you. Thus today at the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity meeting, my beloved consort, Portia, addressed you; and whereas I often address the Keepers of the Flame, I gave to her that honor that the Feminine Ray might come forth in heaven to anoint the Feminine Ray upon earth.
This is a day of great rejoicing in the courts of heaven. It is a time of rejoicing; for angels and Archangels and Cosmic Beings have observed that mankind, and specifically the children of the Light gathered here, have become more alert to the needs of the hour for total preparation - preparation of body, mind, and soul for coming change, whatever that change may be. Contrary to those who walk the earth with their concepts, their analyses of the economies of the nations, I would say to you that the Ascended Masters do not prophesy dire calamity, but they affirm the divine destiny of man as inherent and expanding at all times.
However, we do send forth our emissaries who arise from every walk of life to set forth the practical application of the laws of Truth and honor. And therefore we do applaud and commend the address which you heard this afternoon as a means of Hierarchy making known to you certain facts of a historical nature that are not appropriate to be brought forth in an Ascended Master dictation. For if the Ascended Masters lend their energies to the reinforcement of the history of darkness, then that energy will serve to perpetuate that darkness. And therefore we allow those among embodied mankind to present these facts to the children of the Light so that the children of the Light will not have these facts in their midst with the impact of the energies of the solar hierarchies and of the Great Central Sun. Do you understand?
Thus I say to you, it is highly important to take a practical look at life and at the tares that the forces of darkness have sown among the wheat1 of mankind's consciousness. You should know the specifics concerning the takeover of this nation from inside government bureaus, government offices, and from the very center of the Federal Reserve Bank. This information must be in your outer consciousness; and it must be driven home by the fervor of a patriot who understands the love of country, the love of the Christ, and the destiny of this nation.
Therefore I say to you apropos of that which you have heard this day that all is not lost; for only the forces of heaven and the legions of Light can accurately calculate the critical mass of Christ Light that can be summoned within a group such as this. And this group is multiplied again and again by children of the Light dwelling in America who either did not know about the conference or were not able to attend for various reasons, which the Hierarchy understands.
Therefore I say, if there should come forth from among you souls who can rally the children of the Light to intense invocations and decrees for the exposure of the lie of the Federal Reserve System, the American people yet have time to rise up and overthrow that system and reclaim the God-given authority that they have vested in the divine document, the United States Constitution, to coin their own money and to print their own certificates and their own bills.
I say to you, it is never too late! The energies of the Christ Light anchored within your heart constitute the authority, the governing authority for this nation. All that it requires is enough fervor, enough understanding of the situation, enough faith in the Ascended Hosts and the armies of Light for the children of God to band together and to let nothing - and I say nothing - stand between them and their daily invocations for assistance to Archangel Michael, to Astrea, to the fourteen Ascended Masters who govern the destiny of America, to the Goddess of Liberty, to Jesus the Christ, to El Morya, to Lanello and K-17 and all the hierarchies of Light who love America with a passion that rolls across the Cosmic Consciousness of God and echoes in the very throne of the Great Central Sun.
How great is the love of the Ascended Hosts for America! I tell you, America is the virgin soil, the place prepared for the coming of the Divine Woman and of Her Seed and of the victory of the Feminine Ray. How we love America! Americans are the people chosen of God to be born here to carry the torch of the teaching of the Law of the I AM to all nations. We have drawn you here from the four corners of the earth! We have created the gathering of the elect, not only on the Land of Lanello, but on the entire American continent! For this is the place prepared for the revelations of the new order and for Christed man to claim his inheritance!
Our love is engraved in the rocks, in the hills, in the skies, in the sea, and in the heart of every child. Our love pulsates within you. I say to you, O children, children of our heart's altar and our heart's flame, you do not realize what great love you, too, can muster by magnetizing the love of the Ascended Hosts for America and for her divine destiny!
Destiny, Not Dust remains our motto! And we march with the Light into the fight unto the end! We will not give up! We will not capitulate! We will not relinquish this land so long as there is an able-bodied man or woman who will stand to give the Patriot's Decree [7.33], who will stand to proclaim the unity of the I AM name, who will give the Pledge of Unity of the Goddess of Liberty! So long as there are stalwart souls and patriots who will march for the Light, we will back America! We will back your person and your purse! We will secure you in the Light if you will follow our admonishments which we gave at the last class to exchange your paper and your useless items for the gold and silver of heaven's realm.
I say to you, not by accident but by divine decree has the image gone forth from the hand of the Mother of the Flame to be impressed upon these coins as medallions for the Golden Age economy, the God-economy of the nations. And I say to you that each man and woman and child who has on his person, in his pocket but one of these freedom medallions will have the protection of the Goddess of Liberty, of her torch, of the Karmic Board, of the flame of The Summit Lighthouse, of the flame of Jesus. For these are the mandalas that are impressed upon the coins to such a degree of perfection that the forces of heaven can coalesce their Light-energies impressed upon these coins for the resurrection of the economy, for the resurrection of the life of each individual, and for the resurrection of God-government in America.
I say to you, O children of the Light, I have stood before you before, and before other audiences at the Ascended Master conclaves of freedom. But never has the desire of my heart been greater to plead with you before the Lords of Karma, to plead to your souls and before your Christ Selves to give your all - your lives, your fortunes, and your sacred honor - to the preservation of the flame of freedom, the flame of liberty, of opportunity, of divine justice and mercy on behalf of America and the Cosmic Christs who are to embody upon this soil.
O America, awake! America, awake! America, awake in the name of freedom! I call to you with the voice of the prophet Samuel of old, and I say to the children of God: Come Home! Come Home! Come Home into the arms of the Divine Mother and worship together in the new church, the holy church of Jesus and Gautama Buddha! I say, be one body, one mind, one flame, one soul, one heart! And you shall win for Christ! You shall win for God!
For I, Saint Germain, do pledge my all - my crown, my dispensations - for the victory of the Light within you! And I pledge to you this hour, if you will but raise your voices to give these invocations daily without fail - and I say without fail - for, beloved hearts, the spirals of darkness are so great in the economy of this nation that in order to arrest that spiral and to bind those who have created it, we must have your energies each day! Those therefore who will give them, to you I say, I will stand behind you all the way! I will support you! I will walk with you! If you call to me for supply, I will move heaven and earth to see that you are supplied. If you call for food and a place in the wilderness, I will see that it is provided through the hand of the Divine Mother incarnate.
I say to you, Heaven has never moved as it moves this hour to support the children of the Light, that they might found a new civilization! After the tribulation, after the change, there must be souls purified, bodies consecrated to bring in the seventh root race, to bring in children of the Light! It is to you that we look, to you that we would dedicate our most precious offering - the Cosmic Christs who must descend into form, precious body temples prepared by those who will vow the vow of purity all the way every day in every way.
And so I have poured my heart out to you today. I have pleaded before you and I have pleaded before the Lords of Karma for additional time, additional dispensations, that you might gather together and be of one accord in one place2 in the disciplines of the Holy Spirit. I have gone before the Mother! I have founded the place! I have set forth my mark and my Maltese cross for the protection of all those who will come into her Flame and her spiral! What more can I say, precious hearts? I have given my all! Hierarchy has given their all!
Now will you give your all and make this the greatest victory of the Golden Age culture that the world has ever known, that America has ever known, that mankind has ever seen - that America might stand, and stand fast, through all of the crucifixion and the darkness that is upon her and come forth as the greatest domain of Lightbearers who then shall go forth with the true teaching of the Law to every nation and kindred, every people and every tongue, setting forth the true teaching of The Everlasting Gospel that shall raise all into the Christ Consciousness and ultimately the planetary body into the ascension itself.
I leave with you my violet flame angels, freedom angels of the singing flame, to tarry with you, to make merry with you, to rejoice with you, to sing with you, to purify with you.
