To You Who Have Pledged Your Lives, Your Fortunes, and Your Sacred Honor for the Preservation of Freedom's Flame upon the Planetary Body, Greetings!
Having for some time been on the receiving end of the wireless between the ascended and unascended octaves and having been assigned of late to the dictating outpost, I have asked beloved K-17, head of the Cosmic Secret Service, to assist me in dictating to beloved Elizabeth a two-part report on my observations made from the ascended level and from documents provided to me by the Lords of Karma, the Darjeeling and Indian Councils, and the Brotherhood of the Royal Teton and also from the files of K-17.
First of all, let me say that my gratitude for your heart's devotion to my Flame, to the organization founded by El Morya, and to my twin flame - who has chosen to tarry a while longer with earth's evolutions that I might advance to cosmic levels of initiation and service - is truly boundless.
As I behold the far-flung reaches of the body of Light-bearers unascended and ascended, all striving to reach the ultimate expression of the Mother Flame, I think of the hierarchy of the beehive imported from Venus, the hexagonal design symbolizing the six-pointed star, dwelling place of the Christ within the heart and the victory of the Light-bearers. I think also of the tripartite manifestation of the bee, the body and the wings forming a threefold flame of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva and bringing to mankind the sweet elixir of golden pink Light from Lord and Lady Venus. Thus did Napoleon take the bee as his symbol from the knowledge of hierarchy imparted to him by the Wonderman of Europe.1
These are the thoughts that pass through the newly ascended consciousness as it traverses the world with the beacon of the mind's eye, taking in civilization past, present, and future, studying the warp and woof of lives who have served the holy cause of freedom in all ages and who have come together in this final hour to champion the Light of the Cosmic Virgin as She brings forth the Word incarnate, the Word immaculate.
Shortly after my ascension I was privileged to address the Council of the Royal Teton and ascended members of the Brotherhood who gathered to hear the report of one who had recently walked the earth as a Messenger for the Hierarchy. Although the Ascended Masters have access to all knowledge and records concerning earth's evolutions, they do rely upon the reports of unascended members of the Brotherhood in their evaluation of the world situation and the interrelating of groups, individuals, nations, and their political and religious factions.
Thus my contributions to the assembly and subsequent committee meetings has been one of firsthand knowledge of planetary conditions as well as a direct assessment of the effects of the return of individual and group karma. The following report which the Lords of Karma have asked me to make consists of my observations together with those made by K-17 and the legions in his service, combined with such information as the Hierarchy deemed advisable to release to Light-bearers throughout the world.
There is no question that the world is in a far greater state of crisis than most people realize. The forces of darkness are working feverishly night and day to secure their strongholds in preparation for nothing less than the complete take-over of the planetary body and the establishment of a one-world government with none other than Lucifer at its head. These forces have created a veil of "all is well," and they have lulled to sleep, along with their sheep, many who this very hour ought to be the watchmen upon the wall of the Lord.2
Do not be surprised at what I say, precious hearts; for I speak out of urgency and out of necessity first for your safety and your protection and then for the safety and protection of God-government upon earth. It is next to impossible to defend oneself from an unknown enemy, and therefore I make known to you the enemy and his tactics.
Heading the list of controls devised by the arch deceivers of mankind is the control of the economies of the nations - the regulation and flow of currency through the banking systems of the world, taxation, and the manipulation of the law of supply and demand. This subject is adequately covered by the Old Man of the Hills in his address to the Keepers of the Flame, and thus I have instructed the Mother of the Flame to release this dictation into the hands of the entire student body at once. If everyone who receives a copy will distribute ten more, a cycle of enlightenment will be initiated which will mark the beginning of the end of the Liar and his lie.
I wish to point out that those who control the money and the money systems of the nations are in a position to cause the rise and fall of empires. And the record clearly shows that they have used their power and are using it today to accomplish their end - that end being the end of the opportunity for man to become a Christed Being after the example of the great exemplar of all ages, Jesus Christ.
The control of the currency is just the beginning. High on the list of the divide-and-conquer tactics of the black brotherhood is to divide the forces of Light and the children of God who should be allied as one body witnessing unto the testimony of Jesus Christ and keeping the commandments of our God day and night. The contriving of doctrinal differences, of right and leftwing politics, and the stratification of society into economic and various interest groups is an effective means of segmenting peoples and curtailing communication among groups.
The communications media - radio, television, newspapers, magazines, and the motion-picture industry - all controlled either in part or in their entirety by the false hierarchy and its representatives, whether conscious or unconscious, are the only means of uniting a nation or a planet. But instead of employing the media to unite mankind in the Christ Consciousness, mankind have allowed the forces of tyranny to make the media the mouthpiece of antichrist.
People of America, you do not know the facts about the war in Viet Nam, conditions in Southeast Asia, strife in the Middle East, Communist take-over of South America, hatred propaganda against America in Red China and the iron curtain countries, leftwing operations in the Common Market, the infiltration of the good old U.S.A. and the desecration of the image of Uncle Sam at home and abroad.
Sons and daughters of liberty, your freedoms are being destroyed one by one, and the mice of both foreign and domestic intrigue are eating away at the granary of America! Your water is poisoned with chemicals, your air is poisoned with chemicals; and your farmlands and your food are saturated with the poisons of chemical fertilizers. Your children's minds are being indoctrinated in death spirals, and your own minds are being programmed to mediocrity slowly but surely. The encroachments upon your liberty are legion; and the legions of darkness have but one goal - to deprive you of your individuality before you are quickened in the search for spiritual oneness by the Son of God. The defenses of America are down morally, spiritually, economically, politically, and militarily. You are not prepared, and preparedness is the supreme requirement of the hour.
We of the ascended Hierarchy are taking stern measures to expose to the American people all that threatens their liberty - but your cooperation is essential. As you know, the call must come forth from your octave in order for the answer to be given from ours. We need your help in the coming days more than ever before. You need to do your part so that we can do our part now to effect a smooth transition into the Golden Age. There is no turning back of the cycles of Light nor of the release of mankind's karma which occurred on April 23, 1973, marking the beginning of the fourth year of the Dark Cycle.
Today mankind are being called upon to choose between Light and darkness. Let the Keepers of the Flame affirm the right and invoke the Light. Thus the choices shall be held up before the world, the way be made plain, and the betrayers of the Christ be exposed.
