The waste places of the earth and the deserts may bloom as the rose - yet nothing happens by chance. Domination of the earth, as released by God in His original Fiat, conferring upon men the Grace of Divine Authority, must be assumed by men of good Faith. Mighty God Meru in His blessed release has called for renewed Discrimination and Spiritual Discernment. The shifting of the chaff from the wheat by mankind's action invokes the operation of the great Mercy of the Law on behalf of each one. Whatever men voluntarily remove of shadow is so much less for the Great Law Itself to do in sweeping Life onward to Perfection. Remember, you are being swept by the winds that blow from the mass consciousness of the four corners of the earth or you are standing immovable like a pillar of the Mighty Law of God, creating under the same Law of Divine Love in action your own individual gust of Cosmic Freedom.
Beloved Hearts, in the main the conferring of Dominion on mankind is a contract entered into between God and Man. The very nature of God precludes any possibility of His rendering the contract of no effect by reason of non-performance of His promises (Heb. 10:23). And yet it is right that this contract between Man and his God Presence ought to be reciprocally observed. Divine Love in Itself, exercising the Power of the great bond between God and Man, is a pledged element of Spiritual Substance which acts as collateral to mankind. The vesting of Energy and Grace in Man quite naturally, then, must be partially forfeited when, through wrong action, the contract is broken by Man. The chastisements of Heaven are never punitive but instructive and it is ever and anon the Father's Will that each of the chelas expand his consciousness into the wondrous Octaves of Infinity, attaining each advanced degree of spirituality from the Hand of Divine Grace.
The bonds of human karma, woven by the Energies of each man's lifestream, are like stellar influences. Both of these factors of influence yield the gentle impulse of Mercy when a lifestream demonstrates that purity of heart which challenges the very Heart of God as did the prodigal Son, saying "I will return to my Father's House!"
The power of dominion cannot be exercised for another. Like many other Initiations, each individual must himself summon the fibre of constancy, the determination of the Will of Heaven and the Golden Thread of Illumination in order to combine all elevating Qualities into the elixir which, when quaffed, strengthens in man the bond of the Abundant Life. The words of The Christ, "I am come that ye might have Life and that more abundantly," are able to assuage to the present hour the griefs of men. Speaking of the Great Covenant of God, these priceless words encourage all to slough off human meanness and to cast themselves upon the Mercy of God.
The yoke of The Law of Divine Kindness is of too pure a hue to mete out an "eye for an eye," for the Mosaic tradition was more an expression of men contemporary with Moses than of men contemporary with God. Those spiritually just men made Perfect, (the Ascended Masters and Great Avatars) who, in the interest of a recalcitrant humanity, have donned garments of flesh in order to afford the Mighty Powers of Life a channel and avenue reaching into the human octave, have given to mankind priceless Service which can only be balanced by mankind's recognition of the Divinity which originally endowed them and all men with the spirit of righteousness.
I urge every reader of My words to recognize through mounting waves of intense gratitude that it is God within himself Whose pulsating Presence rises in these words as the Flame of Good Will, leaping as a child yet unborn to hear the living Word of God incarnate. A new Day of God infuses the tangled threads of present history as the softly suffused glow appears and brightens with Eternal Purpose.
