The Program of Universal Deliverance Envisioned by the Great White Brotherhood
To All Who Call for the Cohesive Power of Divine Love in Healing Action:
With the advent of the golden age, significant changes must occur on earth! Nations and peoples sometimes resist change even for the better and this attitude creates interminable delays in correcting that which needs adjustment. Through fear, people often prefer to remain static, knowing that even slight changes may create extraordinary upheavals. They wish to escape the vicissitudes of life by maintaining placidity and avoiding controversial and disquieting problems entirely.
Human errors must be corrected through the student's willingness to face every wrong condition, strip it of all the power with which it has been wrongly vested and then requalify that blessed energy with righteousness. In this manner, enduring harmony and comfort is created and sustained! To be like an ostrich which buries its head in the sand, blessed people, may keep you from clearly seeing the impending cosmic swing toward balance and world adjustment. Instead of ignoring evil, it is your divine prerogative and responsibility to militantly assert your God-given victory over every humanly discordant manifestation on the planet as well as in your personal world for the cause of light, peace, and freedom.
The ascended masters' council recommends careful and regular planning of the student's daily affairs in accordance with the known laws of harmony. If you regularly systemize your activity, order and progress can manifest with greater ease and you will find it natural to maintain harmonious contact with the center of your own being. You must be divinely oblivious to the world's deceit, standing upon the integrity and innocence of your own being. The Inner Self of each one is the strongest power imaginable to hold world harmony; for when you express harmony in all your affairs, it emanates from your heart and Holy Christ flame within like the beams of a great cosmic beacon.
It is vital that our chelas understand the impact of nationalism upon humanity. Origins and nationality have long dominated the thinking of men and have penetrated deeply into the arts, culture, and political practices of the times. Science and religion usually supersede national boundaries and are expressed through international unity and service. However, if the energies attributed by men to race, creed, and political systems were lovingly given to the light, this light would long ago have changed the earth into a Christ-illumined, God-victorious planet!
False loyalty is the cause of international problems. Cliques and islands of jingoistic interests divide and segregate. Cosmic law teaches that all division of energy causes a reduction in its potential as it is divided and further subdivided. Conversely, unification under God always increases the power to "move mountains" and accomplish great good. To exalt true culture, freedom of expression must be enshrined.
As love takes dominion and rules supreme in every heart and mind, the ascended masters' concepts will immeasurably strengthen one's power of accomplishment, for in unity, the power to succeed is indeed magnified. Beloved El Morya's special efforts, which will be evident in the very near future, are calculated to do much for the cause of world unity and the replacement of narrow secular nationalism with the idea of world government ruled by love and free of all fear and tyranny!
The hierarchy of the Great White Brotherhood has found it necessary to use what may be termed "phase relationships" in adjusting divine knowledge to men's incomplete thoughts. We acknowledge as complete various ideologies, concepts of religion, government, and science - and even personal perceptions - in order to expand and bring into the physical octave the perfect pattern, glimpsed only in part by men. The purity of God emanates from the Great Central Sun and infuses the smallest spark of the divine fire within men. We patiently render our service to the children of earth even while their concepts are relatively incomplete, knowing that the spark shall one day be the immaculate sun of righteousness. Thus placing in perspective the part to the whole, we await until the twain are made one.
The sun does shine on just and unjust alike, and so we, too, must shed our radiance on partial, incomplete, and imperfect ideas of men until they evolve to a wiser state. To withdraw from them or put aside individuals because of their imperfect ideas would thwart the entire spiritual evolution of mankind. Therefore, we bear this "phase relationship" to their ideas and bestow all the good we can upon them as they are able to receive our blessings. Human beings, in their narrow understanding, are confused by this all-consuming compassion of the Godhead, for they think that God approves only of particular segments of his creation. But having created all in and of himself, God truly does magnify the greatness in each soul, which is himself personified.
Dear ones, all life needs our assistance and we do not withdraw our aid merely because deficiencies temporarily exist therein. Let none think that because of this we do not have our divine standards or the fullest respect for the complete cosmic cycle - the fulness of the law of God. We adore, manifest, and wholly live by the law in its wondrous perfection constantly, loving free thereby all upon earth. It is by our example that we intend to inspire you. What we shall do through The Summit Lighthouse is to fulfill the dream of God, which men have long shared but have not universally realized. Faith in our vision is always justified, for it is not dependent on any human act or thought. We constantly are the expression of infinite compassion tangibly acting wherever there exists an open door to our presence!
Now, in this brighter day of the present, we stand willing to aid men in the battle to banish ignorance, poverty, ill health, war, and all pestilence from the earth. This utopian ideal needs wisdom, energy, love, and nourishment from many. Great wisdom must dignify our approach to each problem and its solution and thus place all methods we use above human reproach. You must do likewise to the best of your ability, and you can increasingly call forth this ability in greater measure!
The knowledge of the ascended masters' laws and the hidden mysteries of the universe ought to be safely revealed in a most proper manner to every seeker on earth, free from commercialization or the tactics of those who would exploit men. Our chelas need the power, perception, means, and will to carry forth the genuine program of universal deliverance envisioned by the Great White Brotherhood.
Sinister influences, which have continued to set brother against brother and movement against movement, must be transmuted. Divide and negate has too long been the method subtly used to destroy. Out of the many divisions, chaos and confusion have appeared without ceasing. To all of this I am determined with El Morya to bring into manifestation the cohesive power of divine love in healing action. We are grateful for those who have even suffered personal sacrifice in order that our teaching might live! I am confident that in the very near future of the new day now dawning, you shall see the wane of lack and the strong waxing of abundance.
The Keepers of the Flame Lessons will give the students the strong spiritual training that will make them mighty pillars in the temple of Enternal Being. Through other facets of The Summit Lighthouse, an eternal bond between the many esoteric spiritual groups can be forged. By cooperation and harmonious concerted action, these diversified and scattered groups can worship and expand their love and light in one temple of concord, making of many one! I wait your thorough assimilation of this release from the Indian Council of the Great White Brotherhood before concluding this instruction next week.
